This is one of the best restaurants in Panvel. This restaurant offers Chinese and North Indian food as well. The best part is you'll get good tasty food at a pocket friendly price. This place is very close to the railway station. The staff are friendly and helpful. Among all the starters and main courses ordered, Chicken crispy was the best. Decent ambiance but a well maintained place.
It's a place to hang out with your male friends and not with family or females. Alcohol is cheap and service is okay. Its a typical shady bar and restaurant and fortunately they don't allow smoking inside.
if you are searching veg , non veg food with drinks in reasonable price this place is On an average .... they provide neat , clean place.. good service... tasty food.... all together in one plate... nice place to try...!!
Utsav is a very old restaurant,Food is very good but ambience is not good. Basicly it's a quarter joint ,better you go for a takeaway.Not recommended for family.
This is very awesome restaurant, I have been ordering alot of Indian and Chinese from here. Both are good, infact too good. Taste,Quality, Quantity n service everything is good.
Not sure if anyone noticed, but the restaurant's name is Utsav and not Ustav :P
It's one of those bars which serves food that actually tastes better than a lot of non-alcohol serving restaurants.
I've ordered both veg and non-veg stuff from Utsav and I was never disappointed with the quality and quantity . Looking forward to sit-down in Utsav and enjoy food with some really chilled beer. 🍻
Giving a 3.5 just for the food, might change post my visit 😉

Best place to have booze, nice food to accompany with, better than neelkamal. I usually have a rum and angaara kebaab. Angaara kebaab is brought in front of the table and fired up using rum and a lighter, another similar dish is chicken bullet which is fired up using brandy, overall a great place to enjoy drinks n food with your friends.
NOTE: Recently visited this place to have dinner during my friend's birthday, i was really pissed with the way the guy over there in a white shirt (who takes the order) serve food as if he wasn't liking his job, he was very rude and i literally felt like thrashing the guy, finally i asked him not to touch the food and we served it ourselves.
Any one can feed a hungry person but thats not the point, the point is to fill his heart, that's the principal a restaurant must follow, i am really sorry about this but i guess this calls for a zero rating. The worst service ever.
Recent update: Visited this place again, and recently everything is back to normal I couldn't see that guy who pissed me off last time ( guess they fired him), anyways it's again the best and recommended bar to go to, food is tasty as usual and this time the waiter and the captains are very courteous. So rating it back to normal ;)
Me n my friend were roaming around deciding were to have good non vegetarian food, n v passed by this resto n my friend asked me letz go here. I was very reluctant as itz a well known for itz bar, but she told me once they had a parcel from here n it was good. So I thought of giving it a try.
N let me tell u guys dis resto surprised me. It has just been renovated. V were seated in the family room, the seatings are comfortable, ambience and interiors were beautiful. Staff was prompt n polite. V ordered chicken tikka for starter, murg mussalam n jeera rice for main course. The taste n quality of food were just mind blowing. The chicken was soft, tender n juicy, even the rice was well cooked. The quantity is quite less n preparation time is almost 15 min, but I didn't mind that after tasting the food.
A must try resto in panvel and the best of I have visited so far, if u r not comfortable for dine in get it home delivered.
Pros :
1. Ambiance is good ( the non AC part is a bit congested though )
2.Taste is scrumptious.
3.Staff is well mannered (but sometimes a bit lazy )
4.Prices will bring a big smile on your face ( very cheap if compared to the taste they offer )
Cons :
1. Quantity they offer is very less.
2.Waiting time is too much which spoils the mood.
Final Verdict : One of the best places in panvel with great taste and good prices ! ( Neelkamal restaurant is also an alternative which is 20 steps away )
Good, Value for money food. Not the best ambience.. But the price and taste of food suffices.
