We checked into West 1 on our anniversary. The other restaurant inside The park was under maintenance. This is mainly a buffet place at cost of approx 850 per person. However we went with the a la carte menu. If you are less than 4 people, then it makes sense to order a la carte otherwise it is recommended to go with the buffet. The buffer spread is good and variety is nice. The food was really very good and the staff were very hospitable. The a la carte service was a bit too slow and it took about 1.5 hours in all after placing the order. We ordered the following and all of it turned out to be nice and delicious:
- Truffle scented cream of mushroom soup (it was a bit bland but that's how these soups are supposed to be),
- Beer batter fried fish n chips (it was basa fish and was chunky and juicy. There were about 5-6 medium sized pieces)
- Makhani dum chooza chicken tikka (3 medium sized pieces. Great taste )
- Phulka (really soft yet crisp n home like)
- garlic naan ( a bit chewy n rubbery after it gets cold)
- Jeera rice (little under cooked. You have to tell them to cook it well or over cook it to become palatable)
- Zafrani rasmalai (two piece soft and juicy chunk in a pool of sweetened milk)

Our children call this hidden gem our second home. We’ve been dining with the West 1, from 2007.
The best part about this place is the service and then the food. The staff here, from the waiting staff to the maitre’d to the chefs take effort to know and cater to their patrons in the warmest way possible.
The food festivals here are one of their kind in Navi Mumbai, arguably even in Mumbai with ambience, quality, taste, variety, authenticity and warmth of service at top notch levels.
Navi Mumbaikars, this is a must visit! And also its recommended to enroll in their Preferred at the park programme for the best deals !

Came in casually for their breakfast buffet. And I was stunned seeing the variety of food. For the price it was the best you could over get.
They had loads of variety considering both veg and non veg options
I personally liked their fish stew the best.

There were variety of fruits, muffins and what not.
All in all it is by far my best experience with breakfast buffets.

Like always The Park never fails to deliver excellence whether in rooms or on the platter. I have stayed there for two weeks with my family during my trips in Mumbai. Very happy with the service they had provided during our stay. They had given so many options and platters to my family’s preferences since my mom is a die hard bengali style foodie lover and is very hard for her to adjust outside cuisines. as a welcome drink it has pineapple mocktail.there was veg and non veg kababs and fish fingers in starter.There was 7 salads. a lots of veg and non veg main course.The best was the lamb preparation.
but best part was the dessert.and the kohinoor of them all was the chocolate bake sandesh.

They offered it in a plate in quanity serving 5-6 pieces at a time. Although they were unlimited yet it feels awkward to keep on asking them everytime. I would suggest if they keep it at the start with the main menu.
It didn't had much options in the main course while desserts were in a variety and were yummy. From kiwi cake, fruits to pudding, gulabjamun.. I throughly enjoyed the desserts and would recommend my peers to try out this place once if ever they visit Navimumbai.

We went it for the Dinner Buffet. The spread was decent but I have experienced better buffet spreads from some of competitors from Navi Mumbai. 10/10 for the Salads. There is plenty to try in this section. 2 varieties of soup, 1 veg and 1 chicken. 9/10 for the soup with the veg soup having an edge over the Chicken. Proteins in offering were Fish, Chicken, Lamb and Pork. The oriental chicken was good but came with bones. I would have preferred a boneless variant. But it dis taste good. I am not a red meat fan but my friends did give some good reviews for the Lamb. Pork was a bit bland and less on spices. The rice noodles were really good but a bit high on salt. It was served with manchurian gravy which had potato munchurian balls. A 8/10 for the noodles and gravy. On the Indian side, we ordered for some rotis and naans. Went well with the paneer gravy. Followed by Veg Pulav, Steamed Rice and Dal. The Indian Section gets a 7/10 from my end. There was a lot of options at the dessert section. They offered a wide range of variety from Malpuas, Puddings and Cakes. They score a 8/10. Something as simple as an Ice Cream or a Kulfi would have allowed to be add that extra point. For a 5 star grade hotel, the restaurant service was good but short of being called as a place with great service. I had to call them multiple times to attend my table. The service gets a 7/10. Overall, a great experience. West 1 at The Park gets a 7.5/10 from my end.

Have chosen this place for friends birthday celebration and must say it was the right place for such occassion.
I was completly blown away with the kind of hospitality provided.
No matter how tasty your menu, customers won't come back if they have bad experiences with your customer service.
They greet and welcome you with a smile the minute you walk in. Staff were very prompt in their services and ensured you are enjoying your meal.
Coming on to the food part, good options in Veg menu starting from salads, starters, pasta, paneer, south indian dish, dal, 2 types of rice. Roti were freshly made and served on the table.
coolers was amazingly made with Apple pieces on the top.
Veg soup, Mix pepper cream soup i found it quiet ok.
The main highlight of any buffet is desserts. It had a huge spread of well presented sweets, cakes, pudding, pastries, kheer, cold-cuts. All were super yummy which completely satfisy your sweet carving at the end of the meal and taste which stays with you for little longer.
Overall had good experience.

Everything seemed to be perfect , and it started raining , the Barrat was late , all I can do was to get into the bar and have some drinks .
I had some starters at the hotel and trust me it was worth .

1am came out of a meeting and we thought if we could find some food in Navi Mumbai. After scouting many places, we used zomato to land up at The Park. Though the main entry to the hotel was closed, and had to honk for the guy to open it up... the rest is history.
There was a limited number of stuff to order from, but the food was great.
Sandwiches could have been grilled a little better but no complaints.
A good place, quiet and no mosquitoes for having a midnight snack. Recommended!

I was surprised with the internet speed and it is quite stable. The food for breakfast and dinner, with good varieties and staff service is good. The 2 days that I stayed, it happened to have power outage for that area(out of the hotel control), though it last from few seconds to 5 mins

The Sunday Brunch is great here. Have amazing dessert spread with good varieties( but should avoid or improve their geletin based desserts as it is quite bitter to taste). The staff is polite, courteous and ambience is lovely. Service sometimes is not very prompt.

I have been having my meals quite regularly here, and food is good. I would specially like to thank the support staff for taking good care of us. Mukta, Sachin, Hemant, Rimple, Uddipta, Kushal to name a few, are all wonderful people. The restaurant is doing good, because of such good staff around. They ensure that all guests are taken care of, with their speedy service, attentiveness, and lovely attitude. We are also grateful to the chefs, Nilesh, Anand and Jyoti, who listens to our complaints and makes the food to our taste.

Had a wonderful weekend stay at The Park. If you're heading towards Pune, this is worth a stop, particularly for their buffets. The Hotel isn't so much as a 5star as they claim to be, but the quality of food and the international cuisines makes up for it.
It's a huge spread which includes chaats, salads, cold-cuts, varieties of desserts and three live counters! You can feast on kebabs from Mohammad Ali Road to Purani Delhi, Maharastrian favourite Kothimbir Vadi, and pastas from all over Italy.
The rooms are clean spacious with good amenities and services and a beautiful view of the highway or the outdoor swimming pool, the only downside being the isolated location which is why your own transportation is a must.
The staff don't really interact much with you but when they do, they're friendly and attentive.
I have stayed here and had food in restaurant here. The food and services are really good. I would like to specifically mention services of Hemanth who served us. He took very good care of us.

One of the best lunch buffets in Navi Mumbai. Lot of variety in their buffet spread starting with soups, salads, mocktail, starters, main course and offcourse desserts.
Only tasting all of these can make you full sooner.
We had:
Veg soup - (not great)
veg starter1 - rajma kabab (tasted perfect and crispy too). Must have.
Mocktail - blue lagoon. Must drink.
Salads- red cabbage with orange (was good & innovative combo), Apple with cream (good), chaat - (was soggy and not crispy).
DIY salads - variety of sauce and chutneys were placed at the counter to make your own salad.
Mains- Amish Noodles with veg sauce was outsatnding. Must Must have.
Daal, paneer gravy, bitter guard south indian style, mix veg with breads and rice were also good.
Desserts- Everything on the counter was DELICIOUS. They had varierty for every human. Desi desserts, English desserts as well as for people who avaoid sugar.

Ambience is nice. Cozy atmosphere. Non veg was amazing thouh vegetarian wasn't that appealing. No offers on buffets even while we went for a random weekday dinner. Meat was really soft and juicy which i liked the most. Expected more variety of soups while salads were amazinggg.
If you want a great ambiance and want a buffet this might be the place for you. The buffet is a little on the expensive side costing 1600/- pp. The starters were a little bit bland as per me, not much spices or flavour is involved. The best part of the buffet is the desert, mouth watering and tasty cakes and other sweets. You can enjoy with your friends and family with indoor and outdoor seating as well.

We had a buffet breakfast here for two. The price is ₹701+ 18%GST+5% service charges per person.
Though the price is a little higher, the quality of food and the variety is worth spending for. They have a wide range of menu items like idli, dosa, sabudana khichdi, porridge, vermicili pulao, noodles, puri- sabji, breads, bakery items, salad counter, fruit basket, cheese platter, Egg counter to Kothimbir vada.
The taste was very good and the atmosphere was cozy . Service was warm and welcoming.
One can enjoy the special occasion with loved ones or can have a different morning with great food.
West-1 serves authentic north and south indian cuisines along with a wide range of Chinese, Italian delicacies with an option of buffet service. Ambience is great with hospitable staff and services.
The restaurant has a good mix of South Indian and continental options in the breakfast buffet. The pasteries, cupcakes, salads, main course and desserts are very delightful. A lovely ambience especially by the poolside. We stayed at the hotel too and has a very good time.
The ambiance is beautiful. There are various set ups for you to enjoy like from a quiet dinning area to a karaoke set up beside a pool outside to a club like setting with a bar and a dance floor. Thoughtfully decorated sections as you enter with an amazing interior (in case you wanna get your photos taken with a pretty background) .
Salad and starters(non veg >>> veg) are tasty. Their chicken tandoori Ceaser salad has my heart ! 😌✨
Also there was a photographer available (with their camera) to take our photos!
Good food. Ambience is good for families.
The buffet spread is adequate although they can have more Dessert options. The service was quite good. Tends to get noisy if there's any wedding/functions happening within the hotel premises. Was informed that there is no in-house bakery hence we cannot have cakes ordered for any celebrations but are allowed to bring from outside.
Nothing bad about this place. Flawless!! Amazing staff, great breakfast and quality of food. Love the hospitality of the staff working... Very kind gentle and very generous ❤️

Their Sunday brunch, with its extravagant variety and ever changing weekly themes , inquisitive interiors is every food lover’s dream come true!
A live music sets the mood for hours of indulgence and you can choose from the perfectly grilled kebabs from
Grilled chicken to chicken 65, to melt-in-your-mouth achari fish and continental fare. One hell of an experience it is!
They also offers array of options in main course, salads , assorted breads, and have Live counters for poha and chaats where u can choose many options available..
Being a dessert lover …they have wide range of desserts from Lemon pista eclairs , shirkurma , orange pie and baked Gulab Jamun etc..
The brunch menu also has a variety of drinks for you to choose from, so take your pick!
The extensive range of menu and prompt service wins over the hearts of everyone.

Its The best buffet you will have in navi mumbai. The ambience of this place is classy, with amazing vibe. There is also live music on sundays. We were here for sunday brunch.
In starters they have lot of options in veg & non veg. We really liked the chicken & prawns here. If you are a non vegetarian then you will definitely love it.
As the theme of sunday brunch was goa to mumbai, there were many seafood options, along with it there were plenty other options in veg as well. We really liked the chicken kolhapuri in buffet menu.
Coming to the desserts, which never disappoints. There were many desserts specially made out of coconut, rasmalai, cake, gulabjamun, etc. There were not many options in desserts, but was quite okayish.
They also have panipuri counter, soup counter, salad section, you can also make your own salad there.

Last weekend, I had an unforgettable experience at West 1, The Park, Navi Mumbai. It was the Bengali New Year, and they were hosting a weeklong festival called Nobo Borsher Bhuribhoj, which featured traditional Bengali cuisines crafted by Chef Ananya Banerjee.
The food was incredible and authentic, with dishes like Mutton Kosha, Katla (Fish) Kalia, Lau-Bhanta, and more. However, the live stations serving Kolkata style rolls, Jhalmuri, and an assortment of veg and non-veg Bhaja (pakode) and Fuchka (Pani-puri) were a hit and definitely worth trying.
The ambience was stunning, with dreamy lights and poolside tables that added to the overall magical experience. Even the floor staff were dressed in immaculate Bengali attire, which added to the authenticity of the event.
To top it off, there were traditional dance and song performances that truly brought a little piece of Bengal to Navi Mumbai. It was an unforgettable evening, and I had an incredible time.

A restaurant in *The Park* Hotel.has a very elegant atmosphere.The service is very professional.
Prices: The brunch offers a set menu at an average price of around 750-1100 per plate.
A varied menu offers Indian, Chinese and Continental options. Including a sufficient breakfast selection, which one expects from a star hotel.
Dakshin Food Festival:-Food portions are per person, but larger orders are welcome.I started with,a lovely Caesar salad, and then some non-veg appetizers while my friend tried the southern veggie options and I tried the mix of Indian and Chinese options. The soft drinks are also well done and worth it. The main course and desserts were also very nice. Dakshin menu highlights include Meen Kulambu, Thengenkai Kori, Paruppu Kadaiyal, Asian Wok Pan Noodles, Thai Chicken Curry with Kalimiri Vegetable Tikka, Dal Makhani, Garlic Naan, Tiramisu and Blueberry Cheese, Mango Cheese.
The rest of the Menu is delicious too, but these are winners.
The presentation of the food they serve is terrible.
Seafood is also fresh and delicious here.
When we went to this restaurant for lunch, we tried the soda-based drink.It had good flavor, a bit of orange flavor and a lot of freshness coming from the mint leaves, lemon extract and aerated soda drink.
Chocolate Milkshake I wanted something cold and soothing for my throat so this Chocolate Milkshake was the best choice. It was thick, creamy and delicious.
Penne in Ruby Sauce The sticky penne with
cheese was cooked to perfection. The ruby sauce had a lovely flavor and the sliders that came with it were tasty too.Curried Prawns The large prawns were marinated in some tasty spices, it was one of the delicious appetizers with mint chutney and onion rings.
Murg Malai Kebab Fried Chicken Chunks with creamy flavor were incredibly delicious. Dipped in mint chutney, they gained flavor.
Butter Naan were soft and very buttery, not so chewy either.
Paneer Tikka Masala The Sauce You Must Try It's the spices, the amount of paneer tikka cubes and the amount matched the task. It tasted like licking your finger with the naan.Chicken Kadhai Even this was a red
sauce with boneless chicken chunks and a perfect spicy flavor. The bug-sized onions gave it a nice crunch.
Veg Pulao It is served in black handi in very good quantity. The fried onions garnished on top perfected the look and enhanced the flavor. Vegetables like carrots, beans etc.They were all finely chopped and perfectly cooked.
Chocolate Truffle Cake Super gooey and melts in your mouth couldn't be beat with its drooly flavor. It was well presented sprinkled with cocoa powder on the plate
Black Forest Patisserie That was very appetizing too the amount of crushed chocolate and I loved the cherries.Very good service and quality of food I enjoyed eating here.
Recently visited The park Navi Mumbai . They were celebrating Father's Day on Sunday so went there for brunch . The ambience was so classy and elegant . Live music was making it so soothe . They have panipuri , bhelpuri counter . There were option for make your own choice of salad . They have various types of veg and nonveg starters . I tried there Prawns , sukha chicken , Rawa fish . It was delicious in taste . Coming to my favourite part which is desert , they have variety of desert
1) Coconut cake
2 ) Rasmalai
3) Gulab jamun
4) velvet cake
And many more options were there enjoyed a lot and will visit again for sure . Highly recommended by me

The Brunch at the park on Sunday is truly combination of joyfully cocktail with Live Music & Tasty food. The cuisine theme was based on seven sisters states( North East speciality)
We started our brunch with orange blossom, vergin mojito , Wok prawns and pani puri.
The main course had array of options like salads, breads, noodles, paneer tikka and many more.
A live music sets the mood to become a great foodie and you wouldn't realize you ate the quantity equivalent to 2 days.
At last i jumped to dessert. You will find wide range of desserts like coconut burfi, rasmali, , orange pie,
cake and baked Gulab Jamun etc..

We were provided breakfast from this restaurant when we stayed in The Park motel.
Our breakfast included the variety of-
* Idli + chutney.
* Semolina upma.
* Paratha + pickle.
* Muffin + slice cake.
Complementary Amul butter too.
Entire breakfast was delicious 😍
Then for the food when we headed to this restaurant, we tasted-
🔸Soda based Beverage- It was having a good taste, a bit of tanginess of orange and lots of freshness that derived from mint leaves, lemon extract and aeration of soda👍
🔸Chocolate shake- Wanted something cold and soothing to the throat, so this choc.shake was the best choice 😋It was thick, creamy and delicious 🤎
🔸Penne in Rubin Sauce - Cheesy sticky penne was perfectly cooked 🤤 The rubin sauce had a good flavour and the sliders along with it were also tasty.
🔸Curried Prawns- Big sized prawns were marinated in some good flavourful spices🤤 it was one of the tasty starters to have with mint chutney and onion rings.
🔸Murg Malai Kebab- Tandoored chicken pieces having creamy taste were amazingly delicious 👍 Dipped in mint chutney, they gained more taste.
🔸Butter Naan were soft and very buttery, not so chewy too✌️
🔸Paneer Tikka Masala- The gravy that is a must try😋 It's spices, amount of paneer tikka cubes and the quantity was all upto the mark. It tasted finger licking with the naan.
🔸Chicken Kadhai- Even this was a red gravy having boneless chicken pieces in it and a perfect spicy taste. The bug sized onions in it gave it a good crisp👍
🔸Veg Pulao- It was served in a black handi in a very good quantity. The fried onions garnished on top just nailed it's look and enhanced it's taste🤤The veggies like carrot, beans etc.were all chopped finely and cooked perfectly.
🔸Choco.truffle pastry- Superrr gooey and melt in mouth pastry it was🤤 can't simply get over it's drooling taste. It was presented well with cocoa powder sprinkled in the plate🤎
🔸Black Forest pastry- This was also very mouthwatering 😍 the amount of choc.shredded and the cherries delighted me.
Very nice service and quality of the food💯enjoyed eating here.
