Absolutely loved everything I had at Kiyan! The dishes taste so good that you’d want to keep going back for more servings. In fact their portion size is really good too. For me, the stand out dishes would be Railway Mutton Curry, Murkh Makhani, Brownie and Raw Papaya Salad.
Loved the food! From the railway mutton curry and dal makhni to the raw papaya salad and crispy shitake - every dish was delectable. Both my stomach and heart are full 💛
I had ordered somehow like 5 - 6 itmes and I loved all the
Pizza
Wild mushroom soup
Thai rice
Pomelo salad
Pasta
Don't feel any regret just loved it ❤.However the food is yummy and delicious.
Kiyan at The Roseate, Kapasehra is one of the most luxurious and beautiful fine dining restaurant.
If you want high-end dining experience, this place will deliver. Although the portions aren’t generous, the food is good. But, what gets you is the beautiful dining space - peaceful and luxurious. From the time of entrance to the time we left it was a great pleasure going around and dining here. The concept of walking on the path made over the water was interesting and unique. The dim lights all around the compound gave the place a romantic feel. Coming to food now, it was well presented, looked very appealing and was equally good on tongue.
Tip: They have fixed timings for lunch and dinner, so try and reach accordingly!
The Indian food options at Kiyan are just amazing. We tried the som tam salad , tomato shorba, lahsuni chicken tikka, dal makhni, butter paneer with assorted breads. Everything was extremely good in taste and too yummy. The staff was courteous. We found the service to be a little bit slow but that was offset by the good food quality. It's located in a nice property full of greenery called the Roseate. The ambience is amazing. Must visit.
The place is amazing. It doesn’t feel like you’re in Delhi. It’s a great place for dining with family as well as for dates. A must visit for every foodie. We ordered chicken pad thai and veg pizza which is really delicious. Moksha a special drink curated by them is a must have. The mouth watering caramel carrot cake is out of the world. It’s an experience to dine with such a great ambience. You wouldn’t want to miss such a place. Friend
Beautiful place and amazing view and a perfect place for date
Total mind blowing place with great amenities and superb service. Services and courtesy given by Manas was amendable.(FB) And thanks to sachin AND Randhir (HM)
Person from kiyan personally called me to confirm the issue and said to reach me in case any issue . Many false information floating in market with the reservation. Don’t believe . They called and will confirmed .
i had heard a lot about this place and everything that i heard was absoloutely right, i placed my order through IRD and i can say that the service was very fast and the food quality and standards were very high even the lighting and the ambience is very attractive. just loved it as a whole...
I visit to kiyan last sunday for brunch , i met there with ex. Cheff nitin , he suggested me over there for brunch so I accepted and the food was delicious moreover aprt from the food management was too good it was neat and clean staff was very obedient, overall it was amazing time with kiyan , thanx for the eve.
Tried Paneer galette, grains, tomato & pepper makhani on chef’s recommendation , it was out of the world , melted in the mouth with ever lasting taste ! Excellent , keep up the good work !
Excellent food and exceptional service, would definitely recommend !
If you want high-end dining experience, this place will deliver. Although the portions aren’t generous, the food is good. But, what gets you is the beautiful dining space - peaceful and luxurious.
Had heard highly about the hotel Roseate and I wasn't disappointed.
The appetizer.....Kandhari Chicken was succulent and it had the perfect coating of spices on it. Paneer tikka was soft and had all the right flavours. Butter chicken had the correct size of soft chicken pieces but the gravy was a bit disappointing, it was nothing like any known restaurant for their butter chicken (like Daryaganj, Moets, Gulati etc.). Malabar fish curry was yummy but a lil too hot for my taste buds. The Paneer Lababdar was the next choice which again was great in flavours and taste. The desserts comprised of brownie with ice cream and scoops of other ice creams. The brownie was super delicious and ice cream tasted good with it. Ice creams are everybody's favourite and they were wonderful.
The water served had a peculiar taste and I didn't like it. To enhance the dinner the Grover wine ordered was a good decision as we relished every sip.
Also there was an artist singing songs with the guitar going to each table enthralling all. Good part about this restaurant was that it's in the middle of the resort, which allowed us to explore the entire property (there's a temple too).
The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Kiyan offer's not just great food but also a luxurious dining experience in superlative surroundings!
Disappointments: No WiFi, the menu is not very extensive, Butter Chicken gravy could have been better & normal water had a peculiar taste.
Wedding anniversary celebrated in a best way. I don't regret choosing this place for my occasion. Right from ambience to food to hospitality everything was great. Mr. Karan's (restaurant manager) name is worth mentioning here, for his high level of courtesy towards us.
All in all, we had a great time.
P.s. dont miss rajma khichdi and kiyan signature dessert
ambience-5/5
staff-5/5
food-4/5
must try their special dal and paneer tikka
Sunidhi the best staff and gives best hospitallity👌💯
Kiyan at The Roseate, Kapasehra is one of the most luxurious and beautiful fine dining restaurant. I’ve recently been to this place with my friend and it is one perfect place to go on a date. The ambiance, the vibe, the food all of the things were just amazing. The service was very nice, Although prices are bit high but the food and ambiance they provide is value for money.
When i was there we ordered for one vegetarian platter in which i loved the mushroom kababs and the non veg platter in which the tandoori chicken was my favourite.
In main course we had some railway mutton curry and dhaba chicken, they both were amazing, rich in taste, specially the railway mutton curry was soo delicious.
After the main course we had delicious desserts.
Overall experience was very nice and luxurious.
The whole property is planned all around delightfully with alluring perspectives all around. The sustenance was made to flawlessness, and introduced well by the staff.Food was very normal and a portion of the things served were even cold. The general climate was astonishing and the person having bansuri there was the best impact that we enjoyed. We had Chicken tikka and Galouti kebabs. This boneless chicken was flawlessly singed and loaded with flavors. This gave a commendable start to the meal.Melt in the mouth Galoutis gave great organization to the chicken. Its flavor was on point.
Kiyan is the perfect spot for a romantic lunch/ dinner date. The entire property is designed very beautifully with enticing views all around.
The food was made to perfection, and presented well by the staff.
Tip: They have fixed timings for lunch and dinner, so try and reach accordingly!
Kiyan at The Roseate undoubtedly is considered one of the most romantic restaurant in Delhi and The Roseate as a property too is considered as one of the most beautiful properties in Delhi. Since it has been on the top of my list of places to visit from a long time, finally one fine day I could plan to visit it and had heard that the property looks more beautiful during the day time, so planned to visit it for lunch.
We were a group of 6 people and got seated in PDR. Service was really pathetic initially and we literally had to go out everytime to call the waiter. We felt ignored. Things improved eventually and we got a dedicated waiter. Food was quite average and some of the items served were even cold. The overall ambience was amazing and the guy playing bansuri there was the best part that we enjoyed.
What a picturesque place ! The architecture of this Hotel is one of a kind and to be able to dine in at one of its restaurants is an experience to have! It has outdoor seating giving a beautiful view of the serene environment.
Coming to the food, I started with Kandhari Chicken tikka and Galouti kebabs. This boneless chicken was perfectly charred and full of flavours. This gave an exemplary start to the meal.
Melt in the mouth Galoutis gave good company to the chicken. Its flavour was on point.
Their mocktails deserve a special mention. We began with Apple Zippo which had a distinctive flavour which my tastebuds loved ! This is a must have from this section. Another memorable one was Bruno.
In the main course, we decided to have their Vegetarian Thali. It had good amount of portions for 2 people. Dal makhni, Paneer, Mix veg and Palak Corn were served along with Raita, rice and breads. Dal makhni with rice and Paneer sabzi were the highlight. Some room for Gulab Jamun was made in the Thali as well as in our stomachs!
We also had ‘Make your Pizza’ with Bell Peppers, Mushroom and Goat cheese as toppings. Their thin crust pizza turned out to be one of the few thin crusts that I genuinely like ! It was the perfect thin crust - which has the least amount of crispiness yet maintaining the thin crust base.
Their dessert section had some interesting choices of which I decided to have Kiyan’s signature. This Toffee Coffee Pudding with Caramel Sauce was straight from the heaven. The hint of coffee flavour in the pudding with caramel sauce tasted absolutely delicious. Its not something thats available everywhere, making it all the more desirable. Its wonderfully unique to this place.
Best thing about the restaurant was that it was in the middle of the property, which allowed us to explore a part of this beautiful place. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
It truly gives a fine dine, luxurious experience.
Ambience is just so soothing ..the whole property gives you feel of paradise .food is amazing bit on higher end .but u will not regret the experience!
Probably the best coffee shop in a trendy boutique hotel. The outdoor seating js gorgeous. The food tastes good, service is spot on.
There is a long walk if you have to make it till the restaurant, overall a 4/5 kinda place.
Such a beautiful place and what great hospitality..Dining experience was wonderful, staff was very kind and welcoming..thanks for the wonderful food.
Visited this place for celebrating my anniversary and it is such a perfect place to celebrate it.
We totally loved it!
They absolutely made our day even more perfect with setting our table with flowers and candles.
The service was amazing and the server Punit over there is so good and he knows everything.
Food -
We had paneer tikka, chilly chicken, customized thin crust pizza and thai curries with jasmine rice.
The paneer tikka was stuffed with cheese and spices and cooked in tandoor perfectly.
The chilly chicken was perfect really liked the flavours of it.
Pizza was thin crust and it was amazing, I would recommend it.
Thai curries - we ordered both the curries green and red and it was served with jasmine rice. I would Recommend this too.
Dessert - kiyan signature toffee (highly recommended)

Can't thank enough to the team at roseate for making our day more special.
"kiyan" was in my wishlist from so long. Finally i went today for lunch with my parents. This place is love, whether in terms of food ,service or ambiance. Full marks for the beautiful intricate interiors. This place is located in 21st milestone, samalkha, NH -8, kapashera, new delhi, which is one pretty property of the roseate. This place is also love bcoz this is away from city hustle bustle ,very calm, peacefull is a word. This whole property is surrounded by water, which makes it more pretty.
Best part about ambiance is they do provide indoor as well outdoor sitting were you can enjoy the beauty of this place. Service was good and staffs were too humble and polite. Also they help us too choose the best from the menu.

Overall a very nice high end property for all your luxury delight.
Look forward for my next visit soon.
Went here for lunch over a Sunday afternoon. Everything was perfection.. From the service, to the food, to the ambience! Ordered chef Nishant Chaubey's signature rajma khichdi which was served with vadi, was very well prepared and is a must try, you may also request for dahi if you'd like. In the main course, we had paneer and soya cannelloni which was again cooked to perfection.. Great texture and taste, this was served with tomato gravy on a bed of green peas. Get a stuffed kulcha to accompany, all breads have two pieces.
Also, a prior booking must be made in order to avoid any wait time. You can either book through zomato or dineout, both offer great deals!
Very wonderful place to have dinner with ur loved ones, what i like most about kiyan is that it is mesmerizing when you go to this restaurant crossing little little water sources in between u will forget that you are in delhi as there are very less resorts in delhi.ambience is really nice and staff is courteous.About food we ordered Veg and non veg buffet so there is a 3 course meal and we have to order one dish from each course.

GREAT PLACE !!
I visited this place for the first time few months back and this review was pending.
Roseate is literally hidden on Delhi-Gurgaon highway leading to obvious less but quality crowd. Kiyan is one of the restaurants at Roseate. Kind off swanky and upscale with water pool outside. Best place for a romantic date. Definitely would recommend this place for the lovely ambiance, decor, and atmosphere. Their service is amazing, staff is attentive. Food is Delicious though it could definitely have more options. regular Sector 29 visitors will find this place a little pricey but its worth it. 4 Stars.

The breads were crispy and served hot. Try the mirchi roti and pudhina parantha... the best part was the desert, we ordered the lady finger with coffee Ice, which was actually a tiramisu served with coffee ice cream. Also we ordered the toffee caramel Kiyan special which was quite delicious for a person who has a sweet tooth.

One of the finest place to enjoy Indian and Thai cuisine . Located in Aerocity, Kiyan at The Roseate is simply amazing. As soon as you enter this place, you witness a huge dome along with greenery all around (aspired from Thailand).
The food here is well prepared and is a visual treat as well as a pleasure to your tickling taste buds. The ambiance is spectacular and the management is super courteous which is anyways expected from a five star like The Roseate. Kiyan simply provides you with an experience in the lap of luxury and will not disappoint you at all!

The Roseate Delhi simply sets a standard apart in luxury and fine dining. The Thai architecture inspired resort is done in a unique way and simply amazes one with the peaceful and serene ambiance. The food at Kiyan is a concoction of indian and thai cuisine and every dish is presented in a unique and deconstructed way. Tries the mushroom and chicken soup which were great.Followed by the beat root and balsamic salad which was yumm. The tempura prawns and shitaki tasted great with the Thai chilly dip in starters. The hand tossed wood fired pizza was loaded with cheese and toppings. In Mains the rajma khichdi and lobster khicdi was a much neede change and tasted amazing with the nalli nihari. The deserts and drinks are equally good opt for any and one won't be disappointed infact I wanted to order another portion of deserts but since I was full kept it for next time. A must visit for all.
The restaurant that is suitable for friends and family alike. The ambience of this place is fantastic ,this place Kiyan in Roseate hotel is multi cuisine . It has mughlai , Thai, European food. The beauty of the place is 👌👌 , the staff is really very nice n supprortive chef mahesh himself takes lot of pain in serving the perfect order. We were suppose to have dinner at chinni another restaurant but finally ended up here but it was pleasure n a great experience. The service is prompt and the brilliant and legendary . We started with soups we tried wild mushroom soup and chicken soup which was good. Then came Atta chicken n fish..the presentation of atta chicken n the way they opened it was amazing have recorded a video of that. Then prawns, shatakkey mushrooms very crisp mushrooms. Beetroot salad with jam n goat cheese lil sweet but different from normal salads . Pizza with ham n chicken was very crisp but cheesy n yummy. We ordered nihari, achari khichdi, laal Maas, non veg khichdi. Everything was above expectation. Very delicious in taste n too good in presentation . In desert we had mango kulfi, cheese cake, brownie with ice cream n caramel based cake. By the end of the dinner was planning for my next visit. The place is worth more than single visit. I would definitely recommend it for others.
The place is simply amazing nestled on the main Highway but once you enter one feels as if in a serene and cosy place away from the rush of the city. Numerous water bodies and lush green pedicured lawns is what awaits you apart from a fine dine food experience. Coming to food chef Mahesh and team have done a tremendous job to make sure that you experience indian fusion at its best by using the freshest of ingredients and fusing them with indian and other cooking methodilogy to produce a unique dish with balanced flavours and textures while maintaining the authenticity of the dish. One can opt to sit near the water body over looking the lawns or inside on sofas and chairs. Food Indian , thai and fusion and every dish in unique in flavour and taste. Tried the mushroom soup which had a unique umami flavour. The tawa machi was crispy soul topped with a dressing. The Atta chicken a great dish well executed by covering a whole chicken bird in atta and then roasting in a clay pot.The beet root sale with Goat cheese plum jam and balsamic was to die for and so were the tempura fried prawns with thai chilli dip. The chicken , Parma ham pizza was fine.In mains the lobster khichdi was a unique dish I had tried over a time. The Tandoori raan with gravy was yumm the mutton soft and succulent and the gravy complimented it equally well. The shank nihari was another great dish and a must try. The Kiyan signature and grand maa browny are again a must try both the dishes are aptly sweet done to perfection .The place the ambiance ,the service and the hospitality all deserve accolades and hence rating the oance 5 on 5.
This is the place where you should spend your evening atleast once.
The food was absolutely delicious but the options are bit limited.
The ambience is one of the coolest and most romantic one.
Keep serving the happiness...
It was a great place for wine and dine. Loved the food. Their signature menu is unbelievable. The variety was very different and tasted excellent.
The staff was very courteous. Make sure you pre book the place .
They even gave us a special brownie as a token to celebrate our 9month anniversary
P.S. loved their Atta chicken
By some distance the best dining experience you can get in NCR. Stunning ambience, great food and brilliant customer service - the place has it all.
We tried the kandhari tikka (chicken and fish combo), galouti and mutton steak, grilled chicken and mushroom pizza, the kiyan signature dessert. Each with a unique experience of its own and each outdoing the other in satisfying your palate.
Thank you Kiyan for a wonderful experience.
With the hustle-bustle of NH-8, The Roseate takes you into another world with some modern art structures inside and a lot of artificial water bodies outside. The place is beautifully structured with some gorgeous interiors.
We planned our table for Kiyaan, which is a multi-cuisine restaurant serving some lip-smacking food. We went there on a Thursday dinner and to our surprise the restaurant was almost full, which speaks quite highly about the place. The place is well-lit with both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat down and asked the chef to present the chef's special menu which was a wholesome North Indian meal.
Started our meal with a refreshing apple-ginger ale drink which is one of the tastiest drinks I've had in a long time.
So me being a non-vegetarian and my friend being a Vegetarian, I got to try the best of both worlds (wink-wink). We started our meals with some delicious appetizers that included:
Bhatti Ka Paneer - Huge pieces of paneer filled with a layer of aam chutney that gave the paneer an unexpected sweet twist to it. Loved this one!
Khumb Palak Ki Tikki - Another one of their delicious appetizer, this palak tikki was so soft and rich, it was basically filled with dry fruits and awesomeness.
Galouti Kebab - If you are a kebab fan, Galouti Kebab is surely the best thing for you! Finely minced mutton served on a biscuit bread had a melt-in-the-mouth consistency. Surely recommended.
Kandhari Chicken Tikka - Last but not the least, tried this amazingly soft chicken tikka with their delicious mint chutney. Loved every bit of it!!
In between our meals, to give North Indian a little break and try something different we ordered their Homemade Gnudi: Gnudi is basically little dumpling like structures made with ricotta cheese. This is surely one of the cheesiest yet well prepared gnudi I have ever had. It was totally melting in our mouths.
Coming to the mains; we were presented with 2 wholesome thalis : one vegetarian and one non vegetarian, both were equally wholesome and rich. The best part about both the thalis were undoubtedly, the dal makhani which was so rich in flavours that you would be left asking for more and more. The Roghan Josh was another dish that took my heart away, with the softest mutton and just the right amount of flavours this dish was totally a stand out. The thali was accompanied with crispy laccha parathas and a huge bowl of biryani! To end our meal with we had the small little gulab jamuns that were served with the thali - totally scrumptious!
All in all, in my opinion, Kiyan serves some delicious food and you surely can't miss it if you are a North Indian food lover Yourself. The service was impeccable and the ambience was pretty chill and calm.
Also, it is situated in The Roseate which is the biggest plus trust me( I am in love with the property) .
Kiyan,The Roseate,New Delhi.
Hello Everyone,This is Paras Khosla on Behalf of fashionlifestyleparty.com . So today let me give my insights on Kiyan Restaurant,The Roseate.
Firstly let me tell u that Kiyan restaurant is a Fine Dine Restaurant located at The Roseate. The restaurant is beautifully made as well as maintained. Kiyan gives u a feel what bigger than big means if u ask me. It’s like you are invited to an area in a Palace.
The Restaurant is a fine dine restaurant. The restaurant has a Grand Entrance where u can see big Blocks of Stone just to welcome u. The passage has a beautiful body of water to give it an elite as well as a classy feel.
The restaurant is divided into 2 parts outdoors and indoors. The outdoors is very well maintained and it is a great way to enjoy your food outside. The seating is very comfortable as well as modern at the same time.
The indoor restaurant has a very elegant atmosphere. The big windows as well as beautifully made sofas and seating is like no other.
The menu of the restaurant is not very elaborated but I feel quality always speaks over quantity. The menu consists of Pizza,Soups,Appetizers desserts etc
If u are a in House guest as in u are staying at The Roseate then the breakfast buffet is also served at Kiyan. The breakfast buffet is very good but I felt the breakfast buffet I had was not very lavish . To be specific I would say it’s not the best breakfast buffet I ever had and though I would not say it’s bad or anything but it’s not great.
In the breakfast u can have south Indian food or omelet or chicken sausages to speak of a few items. The Fruit and the drinks offered like tea, coffee, hot milk etc in breakfast is very good.
Undoubtedly u can order things made for u personally as in I had ordered a sunny side up egg as well as scrambled eggs which tasted great.
The staff is undoubtedly very professional as well as are there to help u have a time of your life. They are spontaneous as well as well behaved. They make round around you so that if u need anything u can easily reach them.
To sum up I would say Kiyan,The Roseate, New Delhi is one of the best places one should visit . The overall experience as well as the look is undoubtedly like no other.
Thanks all for reading and I hope u guys like my insights.

I fall in love with this place everytime I visit it, it's beautiful, breathtaking and screams perfection. I was here last week for lunch, loved their elaborated menu, delectable recipes and humble hospitality.
I personally thanked their Head Chef Mr. Anand Panwar for serving us the most delicious meal ever. Started my meal with wild mushroom soup, which was a great start to my meal as it was light, perfectly cooked and as mushrooms are my favorite I was literally as excited as a kid with popsicles. (No kidding) Moving on to appetizers, loved their Galauti Kebabs and Kanthari Chicken, both were very well cooked. About the specifications of Galauti Kebabs, they were minced properly and were served on biscuit bread, which was a very innovative yet delectable way of presenting Galauti Kebabs. Loved the idea!
From the main course, their mutton famously known as Paya or Nihari was outstanding. Never had such tender mutton cooked with just about right amount of spices. Totally visiting again to have some more. In the desserts, I'm a huge fan of basic coffee ice cream, and ended up ordering some for myself. Also, we asked for recommendations and chef suggested us to try out Kiyan's Signature Dessert, which was a toffee coffee brownie served with expresso caramel sauce. It was mouthwatering delicious guys, highly recommended on their menu. If you plan to visit The Roseate anytime soon, then you can't miss to eat at Kiyan. Happy Fooding :)
Kiyan is fine dine restaurant in one of the most amazing properties in Delhi NCR - The Roseate.
The moment you enter this property you are taken into a different world.. it so calm and Serene and the interiors are just amazing.
We visited kiyan to experience there self sustainable menu, everything on the menu was organic and was produced within the hotel premises and farms.
Chef Anand Panwar took us to this magical culinary journey.
We had:
Apple cinnamon Cooler
Herb foccacia bread with silbatta chutney
Tomato soup
Paneer Tikka
Patthar ke ghost
Achari Rajma ki kichdi(or three bean kichdi)
Mutton Nihari
Ranjeet paneer
Coffee toffee pudding
Apple cinnamon cooler : well I don't think I need to say much about this . Apple and cinnamon in anything is great and this drink is no different. Simply superb . It was fizzy apple with a hint of cinnamon.
Herb foccacia bread : This was served with silbatta chutney( indianized version of salsa) the bread was soft and full of herbs . It was amazingly flavourful . Loved it .
Tomato soup : well this was made with Desi tomatoes and had a hint of orange . One of the best tomato soup I had in a long long time.
Paneer tikka : big pieces of paneer, Properly marinated and a slice of mango in between. It was again mouth watering.
Patthar ke ghost : this was slow cooked lamb served on hot stones and edible flowers . One of the most instaworthy dishes I ever had.
Achari Rajma ki khichdi (Three bean khichdi): this was the signature khichdi. It was infused with red chilli pickle which was giving it a tangy taste. Served with vadis....just fantastic.
Mutton Nihari : Probably the best nihari I never had. The beauty of nihari is in it's simplicity and this was cooked in the simplest way possible and presented beautifully. The meat was cooked to perfection and was super soft .. we loved every bit of it .
Ranjeet paneer: This was chefs version of shahi panner and bhurji combined. Big pieces of cottage cheese, tangy tomato gravy and paneer bhurji on side. This fusion was working very well .
Coffee toffee pudding : amazing amazing dessert. Coffee cake with vanilla ice cream and caramal syrup on top and a thin slice of til Patti in between . The dish was served beautifully with edible flowers.
This was a stellar way of ending a meal.
Overall the Kiyan Experience was mesmerizing one.

So we were at this beautiful hotel The Roseate in Samalkha and hosted a lunch table for our friends at one their restaurants "Kiyan".
The theme was sustainable food with all the veggies and poultry from their 0KM farms. #ChefAnandPanwar was very generous and courteous in having us here. He presented some of their signature dishes prepared from handpicked veggies from the farm by the chef himself.
So it began with their signature drink which was apple juice with a hint of cinnamon and ginger ale it was indeed refreshing in this hot summer.
Then we had the tomato soup which was served over orange slice and blanch cherry tomato along with focaccia bread. It was just so delicious , despite me being a non lover of soups , I just loved this tomato soup light yet flavorful.
For the snacks we had the paneer tikka with mango marmalade inside, it was delicious combo.
Next was pathar ke ghost, which mutton chunks grilled and delicious, for the main course we had the dal makhani paneer curry bhurji and nalli nihari
Recently, I hosted the table for LBB insiders table at the roseate, Kiyan. This is fine dine place serving delicious Indian cuisine.
So, we went here to try their new sustainable menu launch which wss made of ingredients hand picked by chef within 0kms of their premises.
Location and ambience is quite good !
We started the table with their welcome drink, which was made of apple cinnamon, gingle ale ! This was quite refreshing.
Next we were served Tomato soup and Herb Focaccia bread. Trust me this is a must try here !
Tomato soup had a tinge of orange which was perfect.
Focaccia bread was made with utter perfection.
In starters, we were served pathar ke gosht which beautiful presented and tasted amazing.
We tried paneer tikka with mango marmalade , paneer cubes were quite big and single piece was enough for 1 person.
In mains, we tried khichdi with vaddi which was quite an amazing dish on their menu ! Would recommend that.
Next, nalli nihari , which was ok to try.
Paneer gravy was as well ok to try.
Last we tried their dessert, kiyan signature which was pudding served with ice cream and hot toffee caramel sauce. This was realy nice !
Thanks to Chef Anand Panwar for hosting us. It was a pleasant experience here !!
This place really speaks for itself! Just from the ambience to the food and then to that elite crowd and hospitality, everything is so wonderful! Really good and courteous staff. What I ordered :
Phad Thai Gai (thai style chicken noodles) - Rs 1750 Rating 5/5
Murg Masala (from the main course, don’t remember the exact name) - Rs 1500, this dish came with 2 makki ki rotis and was really amazing! ❤️
This is a must go place for sure.
Away from the maddening crowd, this place has a very calm and soothing vibe. Exquisite architecture, lush green space and great food and hospitality! You can completely count on this place for any special occasion with your loved ones. Highly recommend!

We went to dinner yesterday to celebrate our parents’ anniversary.
The ambience of the entire property is to die for. I don’t believe any other property in Delhi can match the standards of The Roseate.
Ambience of the restaurant was lively.
The food is mouthwatering and the presentation was also excellent.
I think service was too slow. But the quality of the food ensured that we couldn’t complain about anything.
A beautiful evening that will always be cherished.
Very beautiful outside sitting. Be there just before sunset to enjoy the outside view. The menu is bit limited, but it is very good. Service is very good
Roseate house is a very beautiful property located near Delhi Airport. Last night we went to Kiyaan for our parents’ anniversary. Ambience was beautiful. If you are going there, I would suggest book a table in the alfresco area(in the open). I imagined how this property would look in the daytime because it’s damn good. Coming to food, food was scrumptious. Crispy shitake mushrooms, paneer ranjishahi, tomato clementime soup and dal makhni are to die for.
I would say service was okayish. Server didn’t knew much about menu, maybe she was a new staff. But, Crisha served us gracefully with a smile.
Thankyou Kiyaan.
One word, brilliant food.. this place really took me by full surprise.. delicious food and what a resort to spend time.. staff was more than welcoming and cheif ( simran singh thapar) is a wonderful person.. ask him what u need and it will be on ur plate with his beautiful gestures and smiling face.
M sure i will come back here again.
It's just superb. The ambience, the food, the service, the feel is just outstanding. Superbly delecius food with prompt service. We really enjoy the signature dessert toffee coffee pudding. It's amazing place to hangout with your partner which is sarrounded by man made waterboy and greenery.

Kiyan is a fine dining restaurant situated in the extremely beautiful five star property, The Roseate, Kapashera.
It is totally surrounded by artificial lakes and greenery, and has the most picturesque scenery which one can find in any hotel or resort.
Kiyan consists of various cuisines ranging from north indian, italian etc.One can find mostly all varieties of lip smacking food here.
I had visited here for breakfast buffet, and ordered some items from a-la-carte menu. The buffet had huge variety of Indian, American and continental options to choose from with lots of fruits and other healthy options.
Also I ordered its pancakes, which are probably the best I ever had.
The food is a bit expensive than other hotels as well, but one won’t mind paying from such delicious delicacies in such a heavenly environment.
The visit place for all fine dining and luxury dining lovers.
I went there on Christmas 🎄, the ambiance is just amazing. It was quiet and calm, so serene. One can enjoy sitting at the pool side . I had ordered magherita pizza 🍕, white wine 🍷 (Chardonnay, Oprah Italy , which tasted so nice . We had a good time there . The staff is so amazing and humble.
Kiyan at The Roseate is one of the luxurious property in Delhi. The huge property is a delight for every visitor and the warm hospitality by Chef Simran Singh Thapar and Staff is something which will make your experience even more warm. The property which spread over a huge area is an amalgamation of contemporary and inherent charm.
I tried the food from the on going Pizza Festival which is basically Around the World In 8 Pizza. I tried the half and half Mushroom Teriyaki ( Japan) Teriyaki king oyster mushroom, tempura enokitake , leeks and the Kadhai Paneer Pizza ( India) Tandoori Panner Tikka, bell pepper, and red onions. I was in love with the Chicken Tikka Masala Calzone (uk) it was so cheesy and so good. For the mains we tried the chef special Prawn Curry, Dal Makhani, Fish Tikka along with crispy Naan and Rice. Honestly chef nailed his expertise at the Indian Cuisine with the fusion of Italian.
We ended with Kiyan Signature( toffee pudding, espresso caramel sauce and crème glacé ) and the Gol ab ( Gulab Jamun, caramel ice cream ).
All In all had a fabulous experienced and it’s totally the best place to take your close ones. Highly recommend
Stunning property in Delhi to spend your weekend with your family and friends.
During my stay at this beautiful resort, we dined at this place and had some really good food.
The best part of this restaurant is the dinning experience .Clean air, greenery all around, birds chirping all around you plus a beautiful view of the water bodies in front of you.
One suggestion, more north Indian food options can be added.
Me & my husband went there on our Anniversary. The food was good & the staff was exceptionally good. When they got to know about our special day they organised a candle lit dinner & desert was served on house. A must visit.
