Sevilla is a gem of a place, maybe a small tropical island in the middle of Delhi. Unmatched elegance, with great food is what you’ll expect out of this establishment in Claridges.
Though the food may seem a little overpriced for the quality(which is great by the way), you will perhaps not notice it. A place very easy to get lost in (dreams are made of this stuff), the slow flowing water will delight you, the dim lights entrance you and the courteous staff will leave you with nothing more to desire.
Sevilla is an experience that is a must. Highly recommended!

Can I just start by saying that it’s one of the best place to dine at if you wish to go on a romantic date. It’s mesmerising, the food is great, the vibe makes you fall in love with everything around you. It’s truly a lovely place.
Had a chance to visit it recently and tried a few things that I absolutely loved : pizza, pasta and tiramisu ( was to die for) ❤️ had a few drinks to accompany the food, the food was delicious and paired well with wine and the cocktail was too refreshing!
I strongly recommend the place if you’re fond of trying food at such exuberant space.
Sevilla is a stunningly beautiful place to have a perfect date with your special someone. With it's dim lit ambience, everything has a very classy and romantic feel to it. Every table is special. However, food options are not as impressive. One can find it difficult to understand the menu at first and the quantity served is also quite less.
The staff is courteous though.
It's certainly an attraction, if you are planning a fancy date for a special occasion but it can also turn out to be pretty expensive for the overall experience with food and drinks.
They also have an option to decorate the table for surprising your partner and making it a memorable evening for both of you (hefty package) but it is definitely not a stand out, considering that each and every spot is already pretty cozy and beautiful in its own way.

Went to Sevilla, The Claridges & must say it was the best decision. The place is just perfect for those romantic moments. The food is like the BEST i have ever had (foodies you will love it). The staff was courteous & extremely attentive towards the clients. And then the live singing part, truly loved that.
For Foodies - You can try each and everything blindly. They will not going to disappoint you. Especially the Pizza, like the BEST ONE. And the Pasta, we ordered a white mushroom sauce fettuccine pasta with chicken & mushroom. It was actually different from all those cheesy pastas we get to eat, but hell amazing. The Non-Veg Platter that we ordered had small portions of each starter dish, and each dish on the platter tasted amazing.
For Couples - If you are looking for a place to spend time with some wine, songs & romantic ambience then you SHOULD go here.
Budget - We spent around Rs.6,500 including Taxes in which we ordered a non-veg platter, chicken pasta, non-veg pizza, 2 Cocktails (which were amazing too). And obviously in this budget I also got some real quality time to spend with my fiancee.

The mille fuelle was scrumptious and outwardly engaging also. The churros was a mood killer however. All things considered, a great visit. Administration is amazing !

LOVE THIS PLACE. I was staying at Claridges and stumbled up this place. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but the ambience, service, and food, most definitely make up for it. This is one of the most romantic places in Delhi for a dinner date. It is also One of the best fine dining restaurants. I booked our anniversary dinner here and it was an evening well spent. The canopies and the beautiful seating with lots of fairy lights around make it for a perfect romantic spot. As you walk in you are taken by the beauty of the white canopies, open spaces and the beautiful fountain stream flowing in the corner. The evening lights along with the candle lights and the fairy lights make it a dreamy setting straight out of a book.
They have lots of mist fans around the space which keep it fairly cool, even in the sweltering heat of June.
The food is worth it. Do keep a note that the portions are extremely small.

Char grilled Lamb Chops with Honey Aioli
Chicken Paillard
Duo of Chicken parfait and Spice rubbed chicken wings
Corn Fed Chicken
Tiramisu for desert
The lamb chops are one of their signature dishes and it’s absolutely amazing. The lamb meat was soft, succulent and the char grill on it was slightly sweet and full on flavours. It’s served on a small sizzler plate and the meat is cooked just right.
The corn fed chicken is also very good in taste and the mash it comes with is creamy and perfect.
Do try their Tiramisu too as it is one of the best Tiramisus I have tasted

The drink selection is wide but I was disappointed as they seemed to be out of most liqueurs and cocktail options.
Service is perfect too and neither too hurried nor too slow. Our server was very attentive. Be sure to ask your server for recommendations about the food and drinks.
All in all it is worth it if you are looking for a nice evening out with your loved ones. The best part of the place is it’s ambience

Thoroughly love the manner in which this spot is made up. Administration was remarkable and the staff is extremely useful. The sustenance was set up with the best flavors possible.We requested Mediterranean soup, Patata Bravas and red sauce pasta. They have their own variant of patata which is not quite the same as the credible one. The sustenance was great nothing unprecedented.

Food is good nothing exceptional..wine is something you should definitely go for. However tiramisu which they claim to be their signature dish was good but I think it's over hyped.

I had risotto and I was there for drink actually so tried Merlot for the first time and as I said , it was wonderful experience. They also suggested me to try Port wine. Which I did as I never had sweet wine before. My dining experience here was amazing and I highly recommend people to go and try this restaurant once.

I tried Goat Cheese Stuffed Spanish Green Pepper Fritters which was served with this sweet pickle and it tasted good. Then we had pizza which was also fresh and then we had crespella which was crispy and crunchy. The stuffing was of spinach and ricotta and it was served with veggies and sauces.
Then we had Tiramisu which was so amazing that we had it twice!

What a romantic place! Go there with your loved one for the ambience- mesmerizing. Coming to the food, we tried their Baramundi fish, Norcina pizza, non- veg platter, Dark chocolate mille fuelle, churros, Chicken paillard, chicken picada. The sparkling wine was lovely. The mille fuelle was very tasty and visually appealing as well. The churros was a turn-off though. All in all, a good visit.

Much like its namesake city Seville, the capital of southern Spain's Andalusia region, Sevilla the Spanish themed restaurant at The Claridges, New Delhi, charms and seduces in equal measure with its varied Mediterranean cuisine that draws influences from Romania, Morocco, Italy, and Spain.
The restaurant's Moorish past has just been given a new flourish with an extensive, delicious fare courtesy Chef Jordi Guillem, who brings with him a vast experience of the hospitality industry with successful culinary trips around Europe, America, and Asia.
The outdoor canopy style seating is something out of a fairyland. The beautiful candles, the small artificial waterfall n the French music will set your heart aflutter.

Food is a bit expensive, but it is expected from a luxurious place. 😁 The vegetarian choices are limited on the food menu. For starters, we ordered "Josper Grill spicy potato n zucchini with some toppings". It was fresh n delicious, but the quantity could have been better.
For main course, we tried "Arroz Mediterraneo Paella". It was quite flavourful n I loved it 💙💙

After hearing all good things and seeing a lot of 5star ratings for Sevilla, I decided to visit this place with my family. First of all, I have to admit, their ambience is beautiful! They’ve almost recreated a European City in the heart of Delhi. Especially with their canopy seating outdoors decorated with fairy lights, this place looks magical. It’s perfect for the current weather (February-March) with light pleasant breeze. Unfortunately for me, when we reached, all canopy seatings were occupied so we took a table in a semi-open space. Now to the food. While all that we ordered tasted great, it wasn’t extraordinary. I think I’ve had equally good food at other restaurants in delhi too. So food wise, I wasn’t blown away. Staff was polite, but service was a tad slow. Overall, I had a great time there. I would recommend coming here to enjoy the ambience for sure!

Sevilla, a Spanish/ Italian restaurant nestled in the Claridges hotel at APJ Abdul Kalam road.
The entry to the restaurant is right in front of the hotel lawns.
As soon as you enter, you see beautiful White cabanas and lit candles all around the place.
The ambience screams beauty, romance and tranquility.
I visited the outlet for a special occasion, and the service was impeccable.
The hospitality was warm and constant from the start.
Also, our server was more than happy to suggest us wine options with our food.
What we ordered :
1. Caprese Salad : A very traditional Italian salad, served with mozzarella cheese and tomato. It was light and extremely fresh.
2. Vegetarian Paella : Its a Spanish dish made with rice and vegetables. We were trying it for the first time and were really happy with this risk. The dish was slightly tangy and extremely filling.
3. Pizza : The restaurant has a live wood fired oven, where the chefs toil away to make extremely thin and crisp pizzas.
I am a big fan of pizzas, and was really amazed by the taste and flavour. The crust was crisp, cheese was goey and the toppings and sauce were fresh.
A great place to be, the vibe has love and romance. I would recommend visiting this place with your partner/ special one. As the restaurant will go a long way to make your visit memorable.
The price will burn a hole in your pocket, so be prepared to shell out good money.

If there be one word to define this place, i would say Glorious. If you want to take someone special out for a memorable experience, this is the place to be. The outdoor canopy sitting with light music and peaceful atmosphere is a sight to adore. The staff is very generous and courteous. Add to that the delicacies on offer and its everything you want your perfect evening to be.

As they say, great experiences come at great prices. This place truly matches this saying. I had heard a lot about this place from my friends and read about it on almost every list of Delhi's most romantic and beautiful restaurants. I won't know about the most romantic because everyone has different preferences, but the experience sure is surreal. I wouldn't say 'Must Go' but if you do decide to try it then I am sure you will love it. Their outdoor seating is something out of a fairyland and the french music in background is a cherry on the top.
The Cabana style seating gives the place a romantic feel, however do book in advance if you want to experience it. The place is busy even on weekdays and they take booking only till 8 pm. After that the place is first come first serve basis.
Coming on to food, since it is an authentic Italian and Spanish place, the choices are limited. The drinks menu is quite elaborate though. Tapas are delicious. From the soup menu I ordered wild mushroom broth which really was lip-smacking. If you order pasta, do ask them about the type, most of the pasta dishes are in spaghetti style and some people don't prefer it as I know. I ordered the Linguine Rustica, it was okayish. But the limelight of the day was their signature desert - Tiramisu. The taste simply cannot be described in words, it was that good.
I found the service to be quick and staff very attentive and polite. Prices were as expected out of a luxury restaurant but every penny worth it.
Quick Tip: For romantic date seekers, they have a package of 10,000 which includes their ala carte food menu and in addition they decorate your table with rose petals and candles, including a bouquet and cake. It does not include liquor menu though.

Truly delicious tapas and excellent food, with great 5 star service and perfect ambience with French music et al to make this a solid all round experience!
The ambience of the place is magical. Once you’ve been here you feel drawn! It’s best suited for a romantic evening. The staff is polite and the service is quick. The coffee and the white sauce spaghetti on the other hand I wouldn’t recommend, the portion size was decent though!

This place is as dreamy as mentioned in the reviews. Ideal place for a romantic luxury date. I recommend to book table (ask for their cabana’s) before you go.

Sevilla is an authentic Italian restaurant so the menu is very limited and you will end up ordering a salad, pizza or pasta.
The taste is authentic and they have a live kitchen kind of setup.
Place is a must go for ambience but don’t expect out of the world experience from food.
No doubt the place is really beautiful and the ambiance is amazing, but the food isn’t that great. Tried their starters. As expected kebabs are usual boneless, but in this case, there were pieces of lamb with bones. The taste was good, but I wasn’t looking for something with bones. A complimentary dessert platter was served, I really wish I could say something nice about it.
I went this place on diwali night and it was so romantic and peaceful there. I loved the ambience and food was too light and amazing. I will recommend all the couples to Atleast visit this place once in lifetime.
The food here is amazing. Ambience is worth to be experienced once. Patata Bravas and Tres de Leche is a must try if you love simplicity. Please avoid Lasagne as it is not that good. Please make sure to understand the taxes and services charges because the taxes and service charges alone cost 50% of the food price. If you are going here please ensure you have a big budget.

Its a beautiful restaurant with open and in door seating. They have made beautiful cabanas for outdoor seating which makes this place more of a romantic date kind a seating.

Staff was nice and cooperative , we made our reservations a day before so that to get the outdoor table.
Food was amazing and a bit expensive and portion size was small. Overall great experience.

We booked a Valentine's dinner for INR 24K for 2 with unlimited drinks and a set menu and though we have been let down by other 5 star restaurants in Delhi, Sevilla delivered on all fronts. It is hard to go by reviews in Delhi because every review says amazing food! Great Pizza! when a Domino's would generate the same review. So here's my honest 2 cents:
- Food: As a fine dining establishment, the food blew me away, The lamb chops and seafood were beyond compare, and this is coming from someone who has been disappointed at Michelin starred restaurants. They even allowed us to order the mains twice (unheard of) and order additional a la carte sides. If you're looking for large portions, go elsewhere. The presentation was absolutely on par with any fine dining restaurant in Paris, London or New York. Take the time to taste and savour the food and you'll know what flavor is, kudos to the culinary team. We will definitely be back for more. The food was exquisite and I did not mind paying what seemed like an inordinate package price initially, once I tasted the food.
- Ambience: I think this is a no brainer, the adorable cabanas and lime washed niches generate a Mediterranean vibe and definitely mirror Sevilla itself. I saw people not touch their food but take hundreds of pictures probably for social media!
- Accessibility: Easy to find on Google maps, staff at the entrance of the Claridges will escort you to it (it's off the main building towards the back)
- Service: The team is very welcoming and on the lookout for your every need. Drinks flow copiously without having to constantly flag someone down. Harshita who was our server was our angel for tonight, ensuring our plates and glasses were always full.
- Cons: it was a bit jarring to have a server hustle us out at 12:30 AM, explaining they didn't have a liquor license. Once we were out of the indoor dining area, the same server encouraged us to enjoy the rest of the night in the outdoor dining area. We had already finished our drinks and were ready to leave, so his last minute invitation was redundant. The team should have informed us in advance we could not sit indoors but could continue our night in the outdoor seating area.
Final note: The restaurant manager on the reservation number is a huge help when reserving and planning the night. He was even able to have cigarettes (guilty pleasure) delivered to our table just by texting him on Whatsapp!
I would definitely recommend this restaurant after having experienced the food and service, with my experience in fine dining across 30+ countries as context. I dislike superfluous reviews, and hope this helps others discover the wonderful food here and encourages others to leave helpful reviews!
Sevilla has been on our list for a long time, and finally we could go for my husband’s birthday dinner. We so loved the place 😀- the staff, food and ambience; was just perfect. Harshil, who was serving us, was very polite and helpful. They also got us a celebratory dessert, which was so amazing and delicious. It was a really sweet gesture.

I had an amazing experience. The staff is so polite and the ambience is a bliss. Quite, subtle, and high end.
Tip: I would suggest to pre-book Your tables about 3-4 days in advance if You're looking for outside sitting.
Fine dining at its best. The service was lovely as was the food. Goes without saying, it's expensive so visit it well informed that it'll lighten your wallets. The drinks were strong as well and packed a punch. The food we ordered was a Salad and Squid Ink homemade Pasta, to go with Mai Tai and White Wine respectively. For someone who doesn't eat seafood, the pasta was a little too authentic. Wholly enjoyed the salad. The bread they gave as an appetizer was soft and fluffy amd with their homemade tomato chutney, it tasted good.
A good experience overall, with the warm ambience in dim lights and low music. Perfect for a date.

Hotel Sevilla was fantastic! The people working there were super nice and made me feel welcome. The food was amazing, like, seriously delicious. I loved everything I ate, whether it was breakfast or dinner. They even brought the food to my room when I wanted. If you want a place where the people treat you really well and the food is top-notch, I totally recommend Hotel Sevilla. It's a great spot for a good time!
Sevilla remains iconic because the food never disappoints. But the hospitality of the restaurant remain unmatched. You can feel the joy and pride of the staff when you enjoy the food served. Our server was well informed and was happy to discuss the food that we relished. Our server asked us to try the spainish orange almond cake with custard ice cream is a hidden gem in their menu because the Chef specifically imports the orange for the right flavour & colour of the cake. Another hidden gem of Sevilla is their manager, he was kind enough to make a drink for us which was not in the menu… and that was a drink. When we complimented the manager on his mixology skills he was more then gracious and gave us the recipe & the tricks which he used to create his masterpiece at home. That is how you know that the people at Sevilla truly enjoy being hospitable.
The food quality and test is superb. Kitchen facilities are clean, ambience is very delightful. Special thanks to Jigyansu/ sunny who served well and took care of pleasant dinning experience. A perfect family restaurant, I would recommend to everyone.

Sevilla was on my go to list since a long time and finally on my birthday we decided to be there.
The vibes of the place right from the entry is classy yet sophisticated.
It’s very beautiful from inside, small private canopies for candle nights and special occasions make up for a really good time.
The place is very calm and soothing .
In food we ordered potato bravas, pizza & pasta as far as I remember with drinks on the side .
Very well presented food and portion size was fine but an expensive affair.

The Sevilla by Claridges, is one of the most romantic place in Delhi. It is the perfect place if you are looking for a date night on an special occasion with your loved ones.
Ambience: The ambience is breathtaking, decorated with so beautiful candles all around. The cabanas are so beautiful. Below the cabanas you can enjoy the floating water.
Food: They served complimentary wine and some starters, as we booked it from eazydiner app. Although the food was good, but it was very less in quantity. But yes it's good, we can taste so many dishes rather than to have single overloaded dish.
Overall, the experience was very nice. Perfect for candle night dinner. Highly recommended!
