Good place with a variety of Indian fusion dishes and friendly staff along with finger licking food a must visit place for meat lovers I ordered capital's pizza which was very good and in main course i ordered pulled tandoori chicken masala which was very good as well and even server offered us some complimentry sweets as well , with a amazing view of pool it is a good place to have a high end premium meal

I stayed at the Taj for 2 nights and the room service was absolutely amazing. Every dish that we ordered proved to be worth its price and the breakfast buffet was delicious. And ofcourse the pepperoni pizza🍕🤤

I was there for some event - and trust me they offered well class authentic food. Must try their jalebi rabri and pasta , that was actually mouthwatering and so good in taste. One more thing which I liked over there is chocolate fudge brownie , it’ll take next several days to forget that brownie taste as it was soo good.

This was my much awaited visit to the restaurant. I have been longing to visit taj palace from couple of months. I had buffet, though ala cart was also available but I chose to go for buffet. Starters, soup, and deserts were really mouthwatering. Main course was just average. Pasta was slightly undercooked that’s why I didn’t like it much.
Otherwise overall ambiance was beautiful. Staff was courteous too.
Directly jumping on the point, I would say that the food here was scrumptious. Relished the seafood at this place. Had:
Tuna cheddar melt
Hanoi grilled lamb
Fish n chips
Teriyaki Salmon
Seafood pizza
Mocktails
Each and every dish was top notch except salmon which was dry, significantly dry. In fact the portions at this place is something I would definitely not cringe about, which I do mostly when I visit fine dining restaurants. The service was top notch. We got a complementary anniversary cake. So a wonderful package overall.
One of the best places to go for authentic Indian food! I love the flavors at Viceroy and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Being Indian, I like the fact that the food is absolutely authentic and healthy (not submerged in loads and loads of oil like other places). You won't be disappointed, your stomach will be happy and your wallet won't be completely empty... take it from me, I'm a student again. I have even frequented their Lombard location for the lunch buffet when I used to work in the area and I would totally recommend the place to others. The buffet is a great deal - lots of variety.
Capital Kitchen at Taj Palace New Delhi is awesome. We had breakfast at Capital Kitchen for a few days of our stay at Taj Palace, and it was an awesome experience. Sous Chef Ravi Bhatia made our time memorable. The food was magnificent and the attention to detail was immaculate. We were very impressed with the wide spread of breakfast and the personal attention Chef Bhatia provided us. Mani provided us with very tasty food. Overall, very impressive. Truly memorable.
Been at this hotel for celebrating my wifes birthday and went to CK, we ordered veg platter, margherita pizza, noodles and truffle risotto. They were truly delicious and outstanding, the team were also very friendly and helped in choosing some of the best dishes. The chef joshi was very smiling and prepared the food as per our palette. We are coming from last few years and always loved Taj Hospitality.

This happened to be my stay when I was in Chanakyapuri for official work.
The Breakfast was complimentary with my stay and I had to check it out.
First impression of this place is that that number of expats visiting this place is a lot.
Coming to the breakfast they had a lot of variety and of which my favorites were the dosa's and parata's.
Its a typical 5 star breakfast buffet which you encounter in any of the star hotels.
Overall a good experience.

The nourishment we requested was great. The Pasta, the Thai curry and rice...and even the pizza...no objections at all.We requested American choupsey, Vietnamese chicken pho, mushroom risotto, Filter espresso and cappuccino. Everything tasted super good.For dessert we had the gourmet expert prescribed tiramisu and it is a standout amongst other tiramisu I have ever had so light so rich. It is an unquestionable requirement attempt.

Taj Palace has been around for the longest time. Its a part of Delhi, its people, so many people have celebrated numerous different occasions there. So its always lovely to go to Taj Palace. This time I went to try the Capital Kitchen, impressed by its huge buffet with both ready dishes as well as live cooking counters making fresh assorted Indian breads, pasta, french fries, kebabs. They had both international cuisine as well as some Regional Indian cuisine as well. I am a Pan Asian fan and so I started with the Pan Asian buffet where I specially liked the Lamb in Thai Red Curry. Also after talking to the Chef he kindly made me a fresh bowl of Ramen. I really enjoyed the whole buffet. But I must mention their Cheese Cake which I found to be good as some of the best I have had the base was the right texture and taste as was the cheese filling. Its no easy to get it right, as I have had many bad cheese cakes too. But the Chefs here know their stuff. Another favorite was the South Indian Prawn Curry, so delicious! I had to have two helpings. The service was outstanding. Really enjoyed being taken care of by the Chef, Waiters and Manager.
Its an awesome place with good ambience, I have started liking muscles and other sea food from here only. Food is too good with excellent service!

It was a truly delightful experience to have dinner at the capital kitchen. The food is absolutely delicious. Special mention to the staff, very courteous and polite.
We ordered American choupsey, Vietnamese chicken pho, mushroom risotto, Filter coffee and cappuccino. Everything tasted super good.
For dessert we had the chef recommended tiramisu and it is one of the best tiramisu I have ever had so light so creamy. It is a must try. They give you the proper luxury dine in experience.

If you are looking for amazing taste along with a great experience then this is a place to be. I had dinner and breakfast here during my recent stay and was not at all disappointed. Taj is known for hospitality and you will just love it.
Not that I think I’m qualified to judge the Taj’s coffee shop, but I would still give it a try. It’s noting less than what you’d expect from a 5-star restaurant, gracious staff, excellent chefs and that feeling of being sitting in the poshest nook of Delhi. Since I gluttoned at the buffet, which changes daily, I would not comment on the a-la-carte. But I have always felt that the bakery chef works for the gods. Today’s speciality was a raspberry cake that made my day.
Taj experience is truly the finest one can desire, it's a fantasy driven expertise it seems, the people serving us or the ones who are there behind the scene making out stay memorable really do it with their hearts, that genuine concern is felt. Soumyadip gupta from Taj Yeshwantpur Bangalore coordinated our stay flawlessly. Piyush in the coffee shop and Leela Dhar at the lounge really made our dining experiences to long for. Okay so me being a breakfast person and also a member of the TAJ EPICURE CLUB, decided to have breakfast here at capital kitchen.... 10/10 for the ambience, it’s just beautiful.... tbh it’s THE TAJ so practically speaking nothing can go wrong here and the food just justified my statement.... it was extremely scrumptious and the staff was typical TAJ standard staff.... very very warm and friendly.... so imma gonna come here again and again and again....❤️👌
We stayed here on the property and had an opportunity to enjoy the breakfast brunch on a week day.
I was thoroughly impressed with the spread. The spread was wide and enormous.
They had all cereal milk. They had quinoa. They had different kinds of cheese.
Fresh cut fruit. Fruit that's whole. Milkshakes you can take and carry along for the day.
They had full fledged south Indian counter. They had North Indian counter. This covers idli dosa puri poha etc
They had waffles and pancakes. They are not great.. They are okay.
They had different kinds of breads. You get to toast too.
It's difficult to find butter though
They had live omelet counter. They do add bacon if you like. They offer options and make eggs the way you prefer.
They have few salad options as well.
They do have sausages, beans too
I may have missed few but overall extensive spread. They even have fresh olives which I enjoyed particularly.
The service is great. Tea and coffee are served at the table.

I was there around 10th of April for lunch and found Capital kitchen who offering North Indian food.
But as always i love to eat Rajma chawal and Dal Tadka, so seriously this was too good in comparison to other hotels.
But in Dal Tadka i am little bit disappointed because of taste due to light Tadka (i love Masala Dal Tadka) that's why.
Overall It was nice experience to be there.
A nice place, with good ambience and delicious food, good choice of food, i tried pizza which was amazing. The next day had breakfast here which had lots and lots of option, and it was delicious like everything was literally good.
A great place to dine especially when they have staff like Mr. Mukesh Joshi who understands the requirements of customers and gives them superb services that one gets the feel of dining at 5 star luxury brand. He is a gem in Taj Palace and stands head and shoulders above others. Thanks Mukesh!

Drinks here are quiet expensive, but who checks his wallet when you visit a 5 star. The butter chicken was nice and creamy💕
The menu on buffet was superb. I am a veggie so I got a lot of options, esp. the customised pizza counter and it's hospitality was awesome. I liked the ambience
Really loved for food it's decor is amazing, it's ambience is very classy for high rich persons. I prefer vegetarian dishes coz I m vegetarian. Their food is very tasty especially dal makhni and their staff service is very good.

Enjoyed having lunch....I ordered Tomato Soup, Steamed Rice, Dal Tadka, Rasmalai and Ice Cream Sundae. All the ordered dishes were delicious and also I got Tandoori Roti which they didn't charged me. The staff behaviour was very good and were very helpful in selecting the dishes.
The ambience of the restaurant was very good.

Located in the extremely upmarket area of South Delhi, this quaint place is located at te ground floor of the legendary Taj Palace Hotel at Sardar Patel Marg.
The nearest metro station is Dhaula kuan, which is easily a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute auto/ cab ride from the hotel.
I visited this place on a lazy Sunday afternoon, and for those who don’t know. Before it being Capital Kitchen, it was called Kafe Fontana. Extremely popular with the whos who of Delhi and famous for its alcoholic Sunday Brunches.
Rest assured, only the name has changed. The prompt service, the couteous staff, the garden/ pool views remain as mesmerising as ever. Its the same old vintage wine in a new bottle.
So as we were not exactly famished, our order was very light.
And considering the outside views, we wanted to concentrate more on our conversations rather than the food.
What we ordered :
Veg Greek Salad : I was trying it for the first time, I’m not a bug fan of salads. But this salad was very flavoursome and had a burst of fresh ingredients. Especially the feta cheese, which just dissolved in yor mouth.
Jasmine Tea : To wash down the healthy salad, I had the jasmine tea. It had an amazing frangrance, and the hot beverage left me feeling light and satisfied.
All in all the place had a good atmosphere, there was live music being played inside. I guess it was jazz,but we preferred the outdoor as the views are truly breathtaking.
In terms of pricing, as it is a part of a 5 star hotel. The menu will leave a dent in your wallet.
But at the end, its worth it considering the outdoor setting, the staff and the preparation.
You can visit it with friends or family for a quick snack or coffee.
Will personally advice to stop by during the day, as its very comforting.
Went here for the Breakfast Buffet. I recommend booking a table, cause you might get better seats that way. That is, better than the normal ones, which are pretty cool too.
Now, the food. Well, there was plenty. Amazing sausages, salami kinda things, smoked chicken pieces(?), Croissants, muffins cupcakes, and some other cool desserts too. Best way to start a day. Also, you could go for Indian food, if thats your thing. Also, there was some nice Chinese. Tried Bao and Garlic Fish Curry for the first time. And did I mention that there is this fridge kinda section, where you get a nice collection of bottled pressed juices and milkshakes, and lots of Cheese.
I absolutely loved this place. I tried Pizza Margherita and it was really crispy and delicious. I found the place really amazing. Would love to visit it again!

Talking about the ambience first, very pleasant and soothing. Tables are places at a distance so you can enjoy your own time without any unwanted noise. Service is decent, what less do you expect from Taj.
Ordered Spaghetti Pasta in Arrabbiata Sauce, Veg Biryani with Curd, Dal Makhni and Lachha Parantha in breads. Like other top food joints, they serve complimentary breads with flavoured garlic dips to pass the waiting time. I would say, the food has subtle flavours, very soft and light on your taste buds as well tummy. Quite impressive. My favorite out of the above would be the pasta ❤️ I usually don't like Arrabbiata sauce, but here it was just so fresh and tasty - I just could not stop eating 😝

Absolutely amazing. Booked a table via zomato, totally hustle free experience. The staff there was amazing. We had a lovely sitting in open dining area. Food tasted like what we cook at home, top notch service.

This is what our late night munch-in plate looks like and someone rightly said that there no time bond for the yum meal o’clock.
Located inside the Taj Diplomat, capital kitchen keeps the ambience on point.
This decade old place is just apt for anytime meal. Beat the day or the Late night this place has its exuberant vibe, So yes for us our hunger pangs gets over.
Like I mention restaurant serves the meal round the clock.
I know round the clock makes you skeptical about the food quality and the concern is definite. But Being the Taj They maintain the quality standard and Hygiene.
Talking about the menu, Starting from the live kitchen to the oriental and continental cuisines they have makes the menu apt.

This a nice place with good variety and options to dine with . It’s a nice fine dining space with privacy . The value for money is would be 7/10 .
Went here for the lunch buffet and the food was delectable. There was a wide variety to choose from ranging from Italian, Indian to Chinese and Japanese. I personally having a sweet tooth really appreciated their wide variety of sweet offerings.
The service was quick and staff was polite.
Would definitely come back again to try out some other dishes on their menu.
Celebrated the new year party here. Had lots of food - customized food viz oreo shake & prawn pizza. Had Champagne with fam , this place is in our hearts now. Obiviously this place deserves a 5🌟.
Well in Taj hospitality is of d highest order and they make you feel at home. We were served by Vikas excellent service. Pepperoni pizza, Hanoi lamb chops, Ghost biryani, Butter chicken were all very good. We also tried the Delhi chopsuey, a dish we had all forgotten, touch the right chord. Overall a great experience
One of the best 24/7 restaurants in town, if not the best. For the food, the quantity, the price, the service (Karanbir brother love you.) What I don't understand is why you won't serve alcohol during the after hours while your hotel pub still does? Or if you won't serve during the after hours, why is the bar still on display?

Capital Kitchen is the best. I personally prefer to go there every week. The food, ambience, service, staff, everything is fantastic but I would like to suggest the authorities to please serve in the outer area till 12AM.
I had a really great experience at Capital Kitchen. I have visited that place twice and it didn’t disappoint me anytime. I would recommend you to try RAJMA CHAWAL of this place. Though I don’t have a picture but I can surely tell you that they will leave you speechless.
We went to capital kitchen on my parents anniversary to have a lunch there as i love there food due to its simplicity and the food not being spicy.
So we took buffet which was priced at 2350 + taxes and which included a wide range of variety of all types of cuisine from chinese to italian to indian. They had honey chilli potato that day and i loved that to bits the flavour n all. We ordered separately subz biryani which was so rich in flavours, the spices which made it taste so good . The only drawback was that the quantity was less according to the price. There desert was amazing they had wide varieties of pastries, cake and sevaiyan .
Loved the ambience and our waiter who was serving us mr. prem was so polite and gentle i have ever come across. Overall a great experience.

World class fine dining space located at ground floor in the Taj Diplomatic Enclave. During our stay in the Taj Place we pick it during for lunch and found it stunning in terms of ambience. Food was decent though.
We landed up at Capitol kitchen just because the blue bar next door didn't have place to sit . It was one of the days in Delhi where you wish to sit down outside . Saturday night with friends just out for a coffee I ordered myself a green tea and friends ordered a cold coffee and cappuccino. The shock came in when the bill was there it was higher than expected . Best part of the experience was the staff was pretty sweet and they Cooperative allowed us to set outside in the late hours of the evening . Will definitely be going there again with deeper pockets
This place is awesome..!! One of the best wod fired pizza I had it was amazing .. I had veg biryani also in which perfect taste of spices and veggies was there and at the last I had once upon a time I.e. Me and my better half went to a marriage function on Saturday evening and food there was dull . Being in close proximity to Chanakyapuri my wife wanted to go to Bukhara but I was in no mood of waiting, indeed I wanted to give a capital kitchen a try as I never had a meal there , though I have been to masala art countless times . It was 11 PM and restaurant was nearly empty and we were immediately seated .
Ambience- typical five star ambience soothing and modern with a view of live kitchen.
Service- attentive and courteous staff.
Food - we ordered straightaway for mains -
Kadi chawal - it was like home made kadi with soft pakodas having a ‘khattas’ of curd , yummy is the word for it .
Chicken tikka masala - it was as it should be , mildly roasted chicken tikka in bhuna masala of onion and tomatoes.
Will definitely come back to try more of stuff .

Great variety on the menu! Tom kha kai soup was definitely the highlight of the evening for us. Soho pizza, dal makhni and bunny chow are also a must order at this place. We found butter chicken, biryani, fish and chips and tiramasu quite average. It’s better to try the unconventional stuff here!

Capital Kitchen is the multi cuisine restaurant at Taj Palace hotel which is 24 hrs open and have buffet as well. The food is good and the taste of food is awesome. Staff is very polite and they treat their guest very nicely. Also they have large place for parking. I will highly recommended this place.

Delicious food and amazing ambience is all I look for when I go out. I opted for buffet so cant say about portions. Rosemary chicken, pudina paneer tikka and salad is a must try. You can sit outdoor with your plate and have the food with beautiful view. Would have given 5 out 5 if I would have got the prompt service as we all can expect superb hospitality from taj.

So in the Qmin App I noticed that they have a Mother's Day Special Meal Box for delivery from Captial Kitchen of Taj Palace and decided to order this. They had 2 options Veg and Non Veg and in those there were 2 size options - meal for 2 or meal for 4 . We ordered the Meal for 4 Non-Veg and got a 25% discount via our Credit Card and it costed us ₹3500 which is very very good for the quality, quantity and taste of the items being sent . We got the item delivered perfectly on time .
The Mother's Day Special Meal included - 2 starters , 2 Main Course , 2 Sides , 2 desserts , 1 Mug and a special Gift for mother's Day (Kajal). They also had a discount code from a Makeup Brand which was for mother's day. The food was -
1) Chicken , Arugula and Pine Nut Salad - This was a wonderful light salad with fresh Arugula as the base topped with Chicken , Pinenuts and Granny Smith Apple . There was a side of thick ranch dressing which can be used as another topping and both with and without it , was just awesome ! The taste was great . 5/5
2) Wild Salmon Galletes - This was like a small Salmon patty . It was really tasty, very different flavours , mild yet a bit of herbs and spices would come through. This dish is supposed to be eaten hot. It comes along with a Quinoa Salasa (which should be cold) and was a perfect pairing with the Salmon as it was light and super refreshing. Again the Quinoa Salsa was also full of flavours . 5/5.
3) Vegetable Paella - Another fantastic dish . This was a perfectly cooked Paella with a rich yellow colour . It had beans , Bell peppers and tomatoes and the Veggies were cooked perfectly aswell. Wonderful flavours in the rice and was delicious overall. Another 5/5.
4) Hassel Backed Potatoes - A full potato sliced up and served with a delicious herb butter , this was another fantastic dish. The potato was cooked very well and that rich and not too creamy herb butter was just fantastic . Such good flavours , real comfort food. 5/5 again .
5) Chia Crusted River Sole - This dish was disappointing honestly. It looked great and was served with a Chickpea Puree and Cherry Tomatoes but the fish was very bland and no real flavours even after adding salt. Rating this 3/5 cause the fish was well cooked otherwise.
6) Roast Lamb - Fabulous dish and the star of the night . The Lamb pieces were fantastic and had a wonderful Pomegranate Glaze on it , a little sweet but because of the inherent flavour of the Lamb it was just a perfect combo. Delicious and lip smacking dish . Perfectly cooked lamb and the flavours were just perfect. Dish of the night and 5/5.

8) Berry Crumble - Absolutely amazing dish with a huge portion ! This was very nice , decently sweet , perfectly cooked cookie , nice and tart berry jam , a thick vanilla sauce and the combination of the flavours was just perfect. Rating this 5/5 .
The meal was also served with bread rolls and butter. Taj's packaging is fantastic , all recyclable packaging , very well packed and no spillage whatsoever . They always deliver on or even before time showing punctuality . The difference from ordering a 5 star compared to even any high end standalone restaurant is really apparent on the packaging and timing. Taste was great for most things though a few things weren't upto the mark , but the quantity for the price was fantastic. Infact half the meal was enough for 3 people so absolutely worth it. Rating my experience 5/5 because of the overall experience.
The staff could be better at serving drinks or coffee, but besides that, no complaints at all.
Food is delicious, and there is so much choice. The show cook chefs are really helpful at describing what they are making. The buffet selections are amazing.

Capital Kitchen is the multi cuisine restaurant at Taj Palace hotel which is 24 hrs open and have buffet as well. The food is good but the taste and cuisine is kept mostly keeping in mind overseas guests. It's a mix of few items of everything. It has pool on one side and that's a treat to watch. Overall it's just one of the restaurants in a five star hotel.
Probably the most cuisine wise diversified and taste wise sumptuous restaurant in the capital city. Be it south Indian or Italian, regional or continental they must've hand picked the best chefs of the country. Just pick anything from its lavish menu and for sure you won't be disappointed. Just makes the 'Taj' experience even more prosperous.

Taj Palace has been around for the longest time. Its a part of Delhi, its people, so many people have celebrated numerous different occasions there. So its always lovely to go to Taj Palace. This time I went to try the Capital Kitchen, impressed by its huge buffet with both ready dishes as well as live cooking counters making fresh assorted Indian breads, pasta, french fries, kebabs. They had both international cuisine as well as some Regional Indian cuisine as well. I am a Pan Asian fan and so I started with the Pan Asian buffet where I specially liked the Lamb in Thai Red Curry. Also after talking to the Chef he kindly made me a fresh bowl of Ramen. I really enjoyed the whole buffet. But I must mention their Cheese Cake which I found to be good as some of the best I have had the base was the right texture and taste as was the cheese filling. Its no easy to get it right, as I have had many bad cheese cakes too. But the Chefs here know their stuff. Another favorite was the South Indian Prawn Curry, so delicious! I had to have two helpings. The service was outstanding. Really enjoyed being taken care of by the Chef, Waiters and Manager.

I did have time to kill so ended up having a wide variety of offerings over a few hours.

The mocktail was a bit small and while it tasted good. It got over before I could savor it.
The ice coffee was the redeemer in terms of quantity and taste.
The ghosht biryani was tasty and was presented very well.
The chocolate smoothie was once again a good deep hit of chocolate.
The cheesecake for dessert was delicious and the berry compote stole the show on this plate.
A definite must visit for good food and the staff there.

Good place with a variety of Indian fusion dishes and friendly staff along with finger licking food a must visit place for meat lovers I ordered capital's pizza which was very good and in main course i ordered pulled tandoori chicken masala which was very good as well and even server offered us some complimentry sweets as well , with a amazing view of pool it is a good place to have a high end premium meal
