Dal and mix veg had low salt.
Went with my family for a Sunday lunch. I was pleasantly surprised to have such good North Indian food. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious
Galouti kebab 5*
Dhungare murg 4* (pretty spicy but my spice tolerance is relatively low anyway)
Nalli Gosht 5*
Ghee roast chicken 5*
Vegetarians in our family enjoyed and loved the matar k shammi, dal makhani, and Malai kofta
If you need masala to your life, go to Masala Art!
Itās a sheer experience. You are treated in one of the best ways at the restaurant starting with the welcome platter they serve you with containing yummy pappAd and delicious tomato chutney. The good thing is that they refill it until the food comes to curb your hunger pangs.
We ordered:
Dal Makhni : Yum š
Paneer Makhani : It was mouth watering with a touch of ghee dropping itās taste.
Veg Biryani : Flavourful! Served with delicious raita.
Khameeri roti, Puddina paratha,Laccha paratha : All of them were a pure delight.
Itās a place you should go for the taste, ambience and the food quality(can literally vouch)
The experience at Masala Art - Taj Palace was expectedly mind-blowing.
We ordered a Vegetarian Tiffin which included Tomato Soup, Dal Makhani, Palak Paneer, Aloo Gobhi, Salad, Papads, Raita,Pickle, Rasmalai and breads.
Food was finger licking good and well suited for every taste bud!
I have been a lover of North Indian Food and this has been by far the best place for North Indian Food that I have tried!!
Go Ahead for an amazing lunch or dinner to this place as they wouldn't disappoint you for serving you a lavish mouth watering dining experience!!
If you cannot get your hands off mughlai cuisines, then this is the best that you can get in Delhi or I should say in the whole North India.
I have been to a lot of lavish properties in North, but this one is my favourite.
I was lucky to get a seat there on New Years eve!
To be honest, celebration was not good but FOOD was.
My favorites were - Dahi Chat, Mutton Tikka and Kebab, Mutton Masala and Kadhai Chicken.
While I stayed in Taj, I was supposed to go to the restaurant their called " Capital Kitchen". However it was during the same days where they had their own programme hence the restaurant was fully occupied. The generosity of the property and customer centric mind of "Anju" who managed to get us seated there in "Masala Art".
Like it is said in Hindi "Dane Dane pe Likha hai Khane wale Ka naam" meaning "every single grain has the name engraved of a person who will eat that". We were destined to eat in "Masala Art" hence we couldn't I guess eat at "Capital Kitchen" but got to experience great customer service and the meal there at "Masala Art". Management team is requested to say a "Thank You" from me and my sister "Susan" to all the staff present at "Masala Art" on 11th April (between 0930am - 11am) for taking care of us and making us feel valued by their personalised service serving delicacies.
The interior is amazing. The food is great.
Sharing some photos that I managed to click.

White sauce pasta amazing ,when i had this ,then think (its mazedar) price are high ,service also very good,my experience is amazing, white sauce masala art, very soft and tasty
Their decor is also very amazing as it is five star hotel located in lush beautiful place in Delhi. Their food is amazing in taste. Their service is also good as their waiter is explaining their dishes so well to customers. Recommend to every person
Ambience: 2.5/5, it's boring.
Taste: 3.5/5, it's good.
Service: 3.5/5, it's satisfactory, kinda slow, staff is courteous and well trained.
Hygiene: 5/5, it's excellent.
Its an all time favourite place for my parents!
It was mumās birthday and we revisited the place..
One thing which always attracts us to this place is hospitality by Mr. Singh! He is a very generous man who normally visits every table and would always interact with you also he makes sure that everyone is enjoying the meal.. and having a great time. This is the foremost thing which attracts us to the place.
Secondly, the food! 5stars are not really known for their north indian food i suppose as they do not make it much spicy and we dont get the authentic taste! But this place is a must visit in that case..
As starters before the actual starter they serve u some raddish carrot cauliflower pickle.. which is made in very less oil but realy has a tangy taste and some crispies(papad) and garlic dip
We ordered-
1. Sarson k phool- it was brocoli roasted with mustard sauce.. not a very common combination i personally liked it but would not recommend if you cant think of this combination. It tasted well for me
2. Dal tadka- we customised it without onion garlic and it was realy a very good choice! At this place i have tried dal makhni as well but this was the best dish i tried that day
3. Tawa paneer- it was a spicy one.. dried paneer gravy.. somewhat similar to kadhai paneer
4. Paneer makhani- without onion garlic.. it was a bit different from what our taste buds usually prefer but still it was nicely cooked and we liked the flavor
5. Baingan bharta- the presentation of the bharta is actualy inside the eggplant fruit.. which is really amazing but taste was not up to the mark.. i could have been more tangier spicer.
I have been to this place many times and usually goes on special occasions bcoz I know that here nothing will go wrong :)
The service is fab - 5/5
They patiently listen to ur requirement and then suggest u moreover they are fast and always comes up to u with a smile on their face .
The food is delish - 5/5
Their shikanji is great . I usually order dal ki Kachori , tawa paneer and cholle along with mix kulcha and in dessert jalebi with Rabari .
Everything couldnāt be better .
The ambience is good - 4/5
I donāt find the ambience too great but if somebody ask me what change is to be made I mayb wonāt able to define that too.
Overall I always have a wonderful time here .
To follow me on Instagram - @ divyafoodaholic
The perfect Dinner place , have their saag lahsuni , tawa phulka , the taste was too good , and their dessert was also very tasty jalebi with rabri, staff was very courteous and friendly. Must try this place
A Great place to the some memorable time with your lover or beloved ones I was here with my girlfriend on her birthday and the serving make me write this review Dish just have food peneer makai seekh,Kurkure khumb, Afgani jhinga, malai kofta,Ghee roast chicken, khamari Roti,Gulab ki firni so yemmy food great service and extremely prosessional attitude show by the server along with being very courteous and kind%%%%%
The musician are great.them is so cool lovely place......šššš
Masala art a restaurant by Taj the name tells every thing Food tastes unique and the great environment and decoram and the hospitality served by the staff was just next level. ambience was very nice.
Me and my wife celebrated our anniversary with family in Masala Art yesterday. It was splendid experience for all of us. With Taj ambience and great food we all enjoyed a lot . I would like to write specially about the staff. They were so cooperative and fulfilled our requests gleefully. We took cake with us. On our request they set it on table and also served us after my wife cutted cake.
The restaurant is designed in a way to give a very spaces look and the buffet is spread in the corner till the end. I would say a formal dining place !. The food is excellent be it the starters or main course comprising of both veg and non-veg dishes paneer / chicken / mutton cooked to perfection with aromatic flavours. We decided for a dinner buffet and must admit all the preparations where excellent.
Starting with a warm welcome which the guest always expect for was given. The buffet was really nice by the continental menu of the buffet was not so good as expected so that is the only reason for me giving one star less. then the Tandoori Chicken they gave was really delicious and the special part with Peas pulao that is the best dish there to order after ordering it there I order it that at many places but never found taste like that. that which makes me go there again and again.
Recently I attended an event at the Darbar hall of this hotel. The food was good as always, atleast Taj has that good food reputation which just turned awesome. For the 1st time I here tried an awesome dessert ie Apple Jalebi. This preparation was so amazing that I ended up eating loads of it. Very crisp on the outside & very soft on the inside with Apple pulp in it added with a taste of the authentic taste of Jalebi.
We visited Blue Bar at Taj Palace, New Delhi, last week for drinks before dinner.
Upon arrival we were welcomed very warmly by Mr. Lovely, who continued to serve us throughout our evening. Blue Bar is known for its extensive variety of drinks, and this was no different occasion. Me, my husband, along with a set of friends enjoyed the evening thouroughly, which would not have been possible without the flawless service by its staff, especially Mr. Lovely.
We continued our evening with an Indian meal at Masala Art. Been here many times, and once again it was a very pleasant experience. We were celebrating a birthday, and it was certainly made special at Masala Art. A special mention to Mr. Mukesh, who served us all with patience and made sure our every requirement was met. I will most certainly return at both of these restaurants, and make sure Mr. Lovely and Mr. Mukesh are available to serve us their best ! A big thanks to the entire team for living upto their name always.
Business meeting/ get together with friends / family dinner/ date/ birthday. This is the place to go. If you love north Indian food, its the best place to be. Ambience, music, food everything is top notch. You will be blown away with the service.
These guys definitely have the Art with Apt Masala on to their menu . " Masala Art " as the name suggests they know the art of spices and play beautifully with almost everything that menu has to offer.
We don't visit 5 star's often for dinner , but this time it had to be special as the day marked Decade of togetherness . Jyotiaditya , manager of Masala Art took care of each and every aspect to turn it more special , from warmest welcome to cake which came through on the house.
Perfectly lit fine dining place serving authentic foodĀ !! We chose Kandhari Paneer Tikka , Dal Makhni &Ā Murg Kundan Kaliyan which was supposed to be their recent special . All of them were up to mark however would be great if they serveĀ small bites of Paneer as the serving looked pretty bulky !
Murg Kundan Kaliyan gets full marks for being tender , juicy & delicious .
Things they need to build on :
1. Quality of breads needs an improvement for sure .
2. Would be great if we have more options to choose from .
Masala Art , is one such place which lives up to the high end restaurant expectations & offers great hospitality , delicious food along with perfect dining atmosphere.
#KhannewalaDESI
We ordered galouti kebab for starters which was so fresh that it melts in your mouth and that justifies the time they take to make it (45 mins is what they took and i was dying of hunger). For main course we had Dal Makhni and Kadai Paneer which were yummy. We also tries there Kulcha and Navratan Parantha which was a roti with stuffing of yellow dal. Breads were so crispy and fresh, something like as normal as naan was also awesome.
Amazing place and lovely ambience. We came here on my sister's birthday and treated us really well and made her birthday a memorable day. Food was quite good. Lehsan palak, roti, and chole were tasty. MUKESH who is working at masala art is an amazing guy
I went to taj this evening at taj palace.. i took dinner at masala art .. met a person Mukesh who is working there, as he was the person assisting us.. real gem.. it was the birthday of one of my family members he also arranged a surprise.. his hospitality was amazing... would really suggest who so ever goes there meet that person.... you will feel special
MASALA ART LOCATED IN THE TAJ PLALACE IS A NICE DINE IN RESTAURANT. THE INTERIORS ARE CLASSY AND AS PER THE STANDARDS OF TAJ. I TRIED PANEER TIKKA, GALOUTI KABAB, ALOO TIKKI ALL TASTED WELL. PHIRNI AND RABRI JABELI ARE THE MUST TRY. A NICE PLACE FOR A FAMILY DINNER.
Great experience, soul feeding food complementing great hospitality. Special thnx to Chef Sanjeev for catching our taste. Thnx team Masala Art
The dƩcor is minimalist, perhaps too much so. The food is not as good as it should be. We ordered Kofta and Dal Makhani, but there are better alternatives elsewhere. The Garlic Naan is great, though.
The service is courteous.
They play instrumental versions of popular Bollywood songs, which is very pleasing to the ears.
Food is awesome , dal makhni is great but not as good as bukhara, potato dishes are good, cottage cheese dishes can be better, Indian deserts are good like any other. Style of making flat breads is great live counters are dere
Astonishing food quality and taste. Stupendous hospitality and quick service by attendants. Had Murgh Makhani and Murgh Jehagiri they were actually luscious.
Innovative way to wash hands post meal.

A good looking, decent place to have some North Indian food. Yes, it has an artistic theme, and hence the name Masala Art. We ordered Dal Makhni which was good enough.
Mirch ka Jhinga is a plate of perfection. In fact I wonder how often I have sampled such tasty prawns. My taste buds were satiated to the core. Bhatti Murg was outstanding, but the prawns were way better. Don't get me started on the Galouti kebab I can vouchsafe they are the best I have had. The mushrooms were lovely and artful just like other perfect dishes. The presentation is beautiful and a balm to eyes. The epicurean experience here is excellent and unparalleled.
Masala Art is another Indian Restaurant located inside the Taj Diplomatic Enclave. we have been craving some thing Indian delicacies and we head to this beautiful Restaurant to satisfy ourĀ craving. Pricey but worthy.
Very few places in delhi have indian food that feeds ur soul and this is one of them. They have a vast variety and the food is v good. Must try and make sure u order phulka. They make it infront of u
I was here few years back when I experienced my first ever live roti making experience on my table. They bring a trolly type thing and cook roti's infront of you and serve then and there. I found this really interesting. I also had fresh sugarcane juice which was hygenic and amazing.
Tajness at its Best.... Be purely non-vegan to enjoy best of taste. Try the starter special lamb chops, will push you to go on & on.... Then go for your choice of main course. Tadka Dal along with Korma recommended.
The best dal makhani ever! Trust me I tried, but havenāt found anyone who makes it better. Butter chicken is worth a try. The rest was good too!
Vasudevan. Viswanath
+4.5
Went for lunch to this simple but elegant restaurant adorned with many paintings. The restaurant has been designed by an artist hence the name Masala Art. The menu booklet is also designed beautifully. We were immediately served some Pappad and pickled veg to tickle our taste buds. The tomato chutney dip was tasty. We order the mirchi Jhinga as starters which had large sized prawns with yogurt marination. The dish was good but could have been better. The mains we ordered the bhuna ghost and dal makhani with nans and kulchas as accompaniments. All dishes were delicate, simple tasty and hit the mark. We were also introduced to a phulka which was again bang on. The star dishes were the the desserts -khulfi and jelabi. Jelabi was especially great. Kudos to Mr DP Singh and Risabh for their outstanding service. Well worth a visit for uncomplicated North Indian cuisine the way it is supposed to be.
Had visited the restaurant yesterday with my wife and son. Exuberant is the term which defines Taj. Surely the restaurant was not behind on this. Excellent staff, comfortable environment, whats more! make you feel hungry when you see the chefs behind the glass windows preparing authentic traditional succulent tasty cuisines giving full attention to details. We ordered doodhiyaĀ murgĀ kabab which -superb in taste one must order this if you dontĀ like too spicy, murg makhani - similar to chicken tikka masala but an awsome version of it, malai kofta which could have been a little better as felt it was bit too sweet and soggy and Gulab jamun which was out of this world with naan and khameeriĀ roti and steamed rice. Thank you for hosting me and my family Taj looking forward to more culinary pleasures with you.
Ordered in from the restaurant while staying at the hotel. Called for veg dum biryani and requested that it not be made very spicy. Was delighted with the presentation when the food arrived. The biryani was delicious and the slow cooking added an amazing flavor and care was taken to ensure it was not very spicy.
The dish was served with a side of salads, raita, papads, pickle. Also liked the complimentary coconut barfi. Had a truly delightful meal.
The service was amazing. Started with snacks being served with paneer tikka, dahi kebab. They were amazing. The lunch had so many items in the buffet dal makhni and kohlapur sabzi were amazing. I havenāt liked shahi paneer at all. The same was informed to the restaurant as well. The dessert was super amazing. In all my mother followed the food. Thank you so much restaurant manager.
No doubt that Taj is serving one the the finest cuisine.
Taste is always great whether you order Indian food or Thai food.
At that moment i have ordered both and specially thai chicken curry boneless. Well i m just texting the review but my mouth is full of water.
The taste is still in my mind. š¤¤š¤¤š¤¤š¤¤
One of my favorite places when it comes to taking my family out for an exceptional dining experience. Have been to this restaurant several times. Great ambiance, sumptuous food and courteous staff is how I will summarize my every visit! Must try for veggies: Dal Makhani, Chocolate Shake, Aaloo Tikki, Paneer Kabab and Greek Salad!
Got lucky enough to have a dinner at this place. One would be delighted to share a space with the Best restaurant in the capital.
The restaurant is designed in a spacious way and the hotel staff is great. Especially Mr.Vinod.
We had lovely family dinner as well as the anniversary celebration in the restaurant. We got a complimentary cake from their side as well.
The attentive restaurant staff and the chefs who create the memorable culinary experience seem to have just one aim and that is to please the family coming to have dinner.
Looking forward for another visit soon.
This is a beautiful restaurant situated in the Taj Palace Hotel in Chanakyapuri. As you enter through the jasmine infused palatial hotel lobby, this dimly lit place is in a quiet corner, tastefully decorated with its own eccentric charm in the form of a spider-likeĀ sculpture on the wall, chefs cooking right in frontĀ of you and elegant tables with crescent-shaped china on the tables and courteous staff.
They started us off with a papad plate-delicious crispy papads.
For starters, we had aloo tikki and paneer kebab. The aloo tikki was lightly flavoured, crisp and garnished with a pomegranate seed on top. The paneer tikka was layered with green and tomato chutneys. Both were pretty good but mildly spicy.
For the main course, we had masala gobi, baingan bharta, paneer capsicum, garlic and plain naan, dal makhni and plain rice. They made fresh fulkas (rotis) right in front of us on a table. Quite innovative.
The food was overall pretty good but fairly standard and run of the mill. I cannot remember anything remarkable or memorable. The flavours were mildly spicy, perhaps more suited to a non-Indian palette.Ā
The final treat was a mix of sweet and plain paan. yum!
It was quite expensive, being 5-star and all. This place is for occasional treats only!
Amazing experience. We ordered the subj biryani and paneer tikka. Both were excellently cooked and great to taste. The service was impeccable and the ambience was calm and not chaotic as other restaurants. The cutlery had an unique design which we loved. Full marks to the team and would love to go back again
The service is out of this worldā¦ The people there are unbelievableā¦ Extremly Nice and extremly wonderfulā¦ The food is just perfectā¦ An amazing experience in this placeā¦ Every single person in this restaurant from the manager to the whole staff made sure we had an unforgettable experienceā¦ Especially a guy named VINODā¦ I JUST LOVED IT
Dining at the Masala Art is an experience by itself! The attentive restaurant staff and the chefs who create the memorable culinary experience seem to have only one aim - to please you and your family! A must visit place if you are at Delhi!
My recent visit to the masala art made it a great experience, though visited only in the lunch, it made me crave for more at every item on the menu.
It made me realise that good food exists.
The chefs, the service and the ambience is a great match of both modern and traditional
The lunch was scumpcious and also the entire team did great efforts for each and every item served.
Waiting for my next visit soon !
Great work Taj Place.
A place not so well known for their cuisine but definitely worth a visit.
Food is good, service is acceptable and the decor is very contemprary in its style.
Bhuna gosht is worth a try. Over all satisfied.
Mirchi ka jheenga, murg angara and khamiri were on our table served with warmth. Each one came done to perfection. Thoroughly enjoyed. Will surely come back for food.
Service could be a little better. Servers could be more knowledgeble.
Beautiful ambience with a really helpful and friendly staff. Everything i ordered was just perfect but i found it little slow in getting the order thats why giving it 4.5 but a perfect family restaurant. Food gives a natural north indian taste, the soft and pretty music which played around is really relaxing. All over it was a great experience...š
Dinning at one of the finest places in Delhi is quite a pleasure. You would be delighted to share a space with whoās who of the city. A platter of complimentary kababs (both veg & non-veg) where soft and juicy. Mutton curry, methi chicken curry where mouth watering.
People often visit this place not for the food but for the ambience which is not provided elsewhere. The food might taste the same or even worse than that at a cheaper restaurant, but the peace which one gets is not matchable. It's like eating at a place where there are no uncivilised people. No noise no nothing. Where you can actually hear what the other person has to say, without shouting. The food being served here is not known for its quantity but for its quality. Very rarely you may find a place where you can eat delicious food peacefully . Providing such a nirvana is an art in itself. The breads were excellent and the tawa paneer was also delicious. And the paan of course was great. Plus the staff was quite polite too and attentive.
So one might be wondering why not 4 or 4.5 stars, well that's because there was a flock of hair in the plate containing paan. So peace was killed. š
Marsala Art was great experience for us. I would recommend everyone once they should try Taj. It is not so expensive as we feel. The experience is richer than bill āŗ
Venu is excellent, breakfast buffet setup is super good with endless choice and very rich, never tried this restaurant for lunch or dinner. I would have ranked them below four due to the fact that they are operating live cooking for breakfast with no exhaust and can be very smelly, however and due to the fact that food was excellent, service was perfect, I ranked them as four. I hope they take he same into consideration moving forward as long as they are serving the breakfast in the same venue.
What a place. Very calm environment.
Living upto its name.
The food is mughlai only. So don't expect to have anything other than the mughlai menu.
Potatoes lentils tikki = 8.5/10
Daal makhni = 8/10
Tava paneer = 7/10
Paneer Makhni = 7/10
Breads = 9/10
Service = 9/10
What a food so delicious
Don't go if you like less spicy food.
Ending meal with amazing paans.
Artistic, Contemporary, quiet place to have good food. As name suggests theme is based on art hence everything has a dash of it whether it's menu, the colored plates, the serving styles.
First had fresh sugarcane juice which is a rare delicacy these days as can not have the road side ones.
Starter ordered only Dahi peanut tikki. Tasty and for a change was not fried.
For lunch orderedĀ
Yellow dal with fenugreek leaves- average as sidnt like garlic in it
Malai kofta which had prunes filling- ExcellentĀ
Missi and plain roti. - Good
.
Best part was the dessert pan kulfi on ghevar which is unique idea and very tasty.
Kulfi falooda was average. The kulfi was not that creamy and falooda doesn't have much flavour.Ā
Complimentary Sweet paan was also served in the end.
Liked the two plate style first for starters and the other one for main course and the two when placed side by side make a big round plate
Overall had good food .
I have so many memories with this hotel i love everything about this property sply this restro Perfect place for family dinners Its food is very interesting. Not the traditional Indian food but something similar with a difference ,. Excellent ambiance, a great variety of food and a fantastic staff
Such a peaceful atmosphere. Ordered Dal Makhni, Tawa Paneer, Phulka, Tandoori Roti, Kesar Kulfi and Gulab Jamun. The food was good and the presentation was also slightly different. I will be looking forward for visiting again.
This restaurant lives up to the expectation of the new concept of 'TAJNESS'. Highly recommended place due to the food, ambience and lastly the people who serve us. There is a blend of warmth perfection and professionalism. Coming to what zomato deals with and what foodies want, the food was amazing and this is my bookmarked place or what you can call the favourite restaurant. I ordered dal makhni and naan. They tasted really fresh as dal seemed as if prepared just a few minutes back and the naan ws fluffy as the raw material was fermented. Overall the food tasted more than what I expected and my expectations grew after second visit.
Simply superb. What else to say. One of my favourite restaurant in Delhi. Lively ambience and a courteous staff. They made my day. I am a regular there.
I dont like to sound like a fat kid here. But, what a spread and amazing service. Lip smacking food. I recommend the aloo paratha with the creamy yoghurt they serve in the breakfast.
I've always liked Masala Art because of one thing: the light atmosphere accented by the light wood chairs! Yep, it's the chairs in this place I like!
You can grab tidbits of things from their STREET FOODS menu! You see this is not a genuine Indian Restaurant; it's for us "fur on giis"! But anyone would love the Marg Dum Biryani, ending in wonderful Kulfi!
Excellent multi cuisine breakfast. All time favourites present well prepared and personalised service. Excellent were eggs benedict, paneer parantha, and corn steak. Also great beverages.
Visited this place with family as was staying at the hotel. We visited when the buffet lunch just got over and the things were slightly out of place as cleaning was on. The staff was however very cordial and the food preparation was excellent. Had tried non Vegetarian meal majorly and nothing from taste or presentation or temperature was disappointing. Highly recommended.
Good buffet with enough variety especially the dessert selection. Ambience is bright and cheerful. Service is quick and professional. A little noisy though
A good variety of salads, starters , main cours and even a good spread of deserts as part of the buffet
A sophisticated menu with enough choice of veg and non veg
The food was tasty, staff was friendly and trained , however because the restaurant was fully packed the service felt a little hurried
Overall the the restaurant had a relaxed and casual ambience.
Favourite and the To-go place for special occasions : birthdays and anniversaries! Taj is known from years for hospitality and I doubt there's any other place which can beat it. Impeccable food taste and friendly staff. Their live roti counter is one of its kind and the Dal Makhni is great. I had gucchi k chhole for the first time here and it was amazing. Also, something special that touched my heart was I took my parents for a dinner and my mom couldn't read the menu as she wasn't carrying her spectacles, so the staff got a brand new reading glass for her to select what she wants to have. This is true hospitality where you are treated as a special customer!! Love Masala Art!!
Awesome food with awesome ambiance. Should try their dal makhni ( bhukara) and olive naan . ...........
We visited here while staying at the property . Ordered for Daal , Baigan Bhartha and there version of paneer butter masala. Everything was very tasty especially the Baigan bharta which was served in the actual Baigan shell. I was very disappointed with the service as several reminders were sent for the rotis .When you are having such a pricey meal you expect much better service . We were not even given complimentary Papad like other tables. Overall 4/5 for food quality and 3/5 for service.
This place is exactly where spice meets real life nd sends you to a different world of seasonings, flavours nd aromas...... The emphasis is on light, healthy nd traditional food,,,,,, served amidst an elegant setup...... Lending extra spice to the culinary experience here is the breads trolley that makes the round of the restaurant,,,,, making rotis in front of you.... The Bailey's Coffee Kulfi makes for a delicious dessert......
One of the finest places in Delhi to have food. A proper fine dine restaurannt with top notch service. I was not well so did Ā not have much to eat, so can not really comment in it!
Best place to go with your parents if you prefer good Indian cuisine without oil. Highly overpriced but worth it :) I have always had a good time at Masala Art.
Awesome food...awesome service....well trained and civilised staff
Such a nice ambience...staff recommendations were worth a shot...credit for order to them
Daal was a bit spicy bt eatable and the rest were too good to eat....esp the kofta, it was too delicious and so soft...u js cant refuse eating kofta there...combining it with the kulchas
Have been there for dinner with family on the auspicious occasion of my sister's b'day.
Food was good..good ambience...good service..value for money restaurant...
After Party Hunger Break Delight !!
When you feel hungry after partying hard inside The Blue Bar, visit Masala Art for your late night dinner cravings.
Well, by now you would have guessed, that I visit this place after The Blue Bar, since its opened till late.
On my Plate: Dal Makhani, Chicken Fenugreek Leaves, Grilled Chicken, Tawa Parantha ,Mango Ice Cream and Chocolate Ice Cream.Ā
My Take on Food: They serve complimentary bread followed by dinner.
1)Dal Makhani- Don't get confused If you don't find a dish naming Dal Makhani on their Menu. Yes, just two words, but their Menu is interesting to find a line over it. Their dish which is Dal Makhani is named as 'Simmered Black Lentils, pounded spices, cream and butter'. Now, for the taste I rate this 4 on 5, just because they first served it salty then changed. Second time, it tasted delicious, I wish they could serve this on first go, so I did not have to rate 0.5 less.
2) Chicken Fengureek Leaves- This dish is delectably delicious. I loved it flavor and aroma. Chciken was tender and juicy, cooked in thick creamy gravy. I Recommend this dish for Chicken Lovers. The one's who don't like spicy food can give this a miss.
3) Grilled Chicken in BBQ Sauce- Chicken was a bit hard, tasted it was under cooked. It was served along with mashed Potatoes and grilled vegetable, wherein the mashed potatoes did not tasted well. You can give this a miss.
4) Tawa Parantha- Served like homemade fried squared parantha's.
5)Ice Cream-For dessert we ordered Mango & Chocolate Ice Cream. I liked both the flavors since they were not too sweet and tasted perfect.
Taj is known for their hospitality & definitely their staff was highly courteous.
A recent visit to Masala Art left an indelible mark on my taste buds and dining expectations. The fusion of avant-garde ambiance, impeccable service, and an inventive menu made this culinary venture truly extraordinary. From the first bite to the last sip, each dish and libation felt like a masterpiece. Masala Art is not just a meal; it's a journey into a realm where innovation meets gastronomic perfection. A must-visit for those seeking a one-of-a-kind dining escapade.
