I have been to this place very recently, they have great sanitisation and and safety measures to deal against covid, the food is really amazing although it is very very excited however, worth the try since it is a restaurant in one of the best hospitality group: The Oberoi, the service is more than amazing and food is also very good serving indian cuisine restaurant, ambience is also very beautiful and delicate.

The Oberoi never fails to delight you with its benchmarking standards. This time I went there with wife to celebrate our anniversary. The service staff not only suggested us their best dishes in appetisers and Main course, but also customised it to our taste. The Paneer starter was awesome and the Dal makhni and Kofta in the main course were delectable. Great ingredients, great taste, innovative preparation and presentation. The decor and silverware were very high class. The service staff also presented us with a complimentary cake for our anniversary. It was a very special gesture. Will like to come back here again.
I went with the least desires. Be that as it may, I should state, it met the benchmarks set up by Oberoi bunch throughout the years. From accommodation to sustenance, everything was fabulous. I would suggest that everybody must attempt Anar ka panna as it is both scrumptious and solid. In the Main course, yellow dal was quite great.
The administration is remarkable. The staff is all around cordial and inviting. They take into account all your needs.We attempted their dal makhani, omya chaat and aaloo chokha , the omya chaat has distinctive taste and gajar halwa and kuldi was add on the sustenance, must attempt in the event that you need quiet supper with a star.Desserts were one of a kind and delectable. By and large an astounding knowledge.
The Omya Tasting Menu is out of the world! Loved the paired wines too. I ordered a cranberry sauce to go with the food which was produced in 3 minutes flat!!! Service by the friendly steward Arnav was outstanding! Would love to come back here again...

The Omya experience, as I call it, starts at the very moment you enter the restaurant with its well-lit interiors, subtle golden accents, fine cutlery, fresh cut flowers, and comfortable seating.
It is reminiscent of how the Indian culture has evolved over the years
mixing in just the right amount of Modern with quaint.
The well-selected menu isn't too extensive and has the right amount of dishes to give the guests a few good alternatives to choose from and isn't too overwhelming at the same time.
On my fifth visit to Omya, I ordered the Dal Makhni along with Muttar paneer, zafrani rice and an assortment of Indian bread.
The moment that golden spoon of Dal Makhni touches your lip, it takes you directly to food heaven.
It has a particular taste which no one else has been able to master
with hints of spices that have been used in the perfect proportion.
Their smoked butter chicken is equally good.
Omya serves food that is of excellent taste made with the freshest ingredients making it worth every single penny.
Lastly, the Staff at this restaurant is outstanding having received the best training. Better than what any other hotel has to offer in Delhi.
They're courteous, decent, polite and very efficient.
We were sat and served by the F&B manager herself.
Ayushi does an excellent job at it by anticipating her Guest's needs well in advance.
An anecdote for when we dined at Omya in March'19.
We were all rather indecisive about ordering dessert and Ayushi knew the Ambiguity and offered a trio of dessert which was on the house.
That's what Oberoi is all about.
For them, Guest satisfaction is paramount. Therefore,

We were six people and we ordered Anar ka panna, Omya Chat and Sesame salad in starters and Malai Kofta, Yellow dal and Thai green curry, steamed rice and assorted breads in the Main course. I would recommend that everyone must try Anar ka panna as it is both tasty and healthy. In the Main course, yellow dal was pretty good.

With all the mixed reviews I had heard about Omya, I went with the least expectations. However, I must say, it did meet the standards set up by Oberoi group over the years. From hospitality to food, all was fantastic. Food is more of a fusion of the Indian cuisine with certain modernised elements.
Few dishes out of the many dishes I tried, I would definitely recommend their omya chaat, edamame kababs, their kathal biryani and their carrot beetroot halwa.
One of us really wanted to have simple ice cream with brownie which was not available on the menu. The servers were kind enough to get us a banana split instead of that and not just dissapoint us.
The food presentation is very appetising.
The service is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They cater to all your needs.
We had ordered Beetroot shikampuri,matar paneer,okra,achari paneer tikka,malai kofta,dal makhni,gucchi biryani,rasmalai. Beetroot shikampuri was very soft and tasty one of the best i have had. Main course is very good.😊service is very good
We went to celebrate my parents anniversary and had a lovely time.
The restaurant decor isnt anything extraordinary and gives a slightly sparse feel but what the restaurant lacks in decor it makes up for in food.
We ordered the Tamatar Shorba, Omya chaat (which was an assortment of street food with a healthy touch), Edamame seekh kebabs and Murgh tikka for appetizers. The quantity is sufficient for a group of 3 persons and is a sampler into the theme of the restaurant. For main course we ordered the Malai Kofta and side portions of Omya Dal and Stir Fry Okra. For breads we had the chilli, garlic and chive naan. To top off our meal we had the Kulfi Trilogy which were bite sized portions of 3 flavours of kulfi.
Overall a delicious meal. Needless to say, they had a great variety of wine and other beverages. The restaurant provided us with a complimentary chocolate mousse cake!

Dal Makhani was great, so was paneer. Breads were hot, soft and flavourful, we went for garlic naan. Desserts were unique and tasty. Overall an amazing experience.
Me & my mom had lunch last day ,the ambience of omya is nice and the service is also good and food taste delicious & we r very much impresd by service of Lakshay & Chef Shrikant.

When its Oberoi, you can expect nothing short of marvelous and Omya is a valid proof of that. The restaurant is rather small, but very classy. To give you a clearer picture, let me break down the experience for your ease:
Food: When it comes to dining, food comes first. So, I went for a 'Yatra' menu and boy does it take you on a gastronomic journey or what! The menu curated by celebrated chef Alfred Prasad offers brilliant variety of five course meal which is outstanding. From delectable tomato soup, assorted chaats, main course of paneer, daal, palak, to the exotic kulfi, the menu has it all to have your taste buds have a good time.
Since I went for my husband's birthday celebration, the restaurant was sweet enough to get a chocolate cake at the end of the meal, and believe me you ITS THE BEST CAKE I'VE EVER TASTED. I'm still wiping drool writing about it.
Ambiance: Classy is an understatement. Cozy, warm and luxurious is how I want to put it. Even the fancy cutlery will enhance your dining experience.
Hospitality: 11/10. They greet you with a champagne and leave no stone unturned in ensuring that you have a good time, The attendants ask you over and over, the chef walks by seeking your suggestion, all your requirements are being taken care of, they also give you a sample of herbal tea while bidding you bye. Special mention to Arnav for his hospitality and I've forgotten the name of the pretty lady who was making sure that everyone dining was having a good time.
Price: It costed 9500 for a Yatra menu meal, but you can't really put a price tag on memories, can you?

I went to Omya for date night. We wanted to go to 360 but that was full due to some events so we ended up here.
Please is really nice and beautiful. The service and staff is very nice and friendly.
The drinks menu is very limited especially the non alcoholic drinks. I wanted something refreshing but not tea based.
Food was amazing, specially the daal. Love it 😍
At the end they serve digestive tea and Chocolates as wee, those are really amazing
From delicious food to excellent service, Omya is one of the best restaurants in Delhi. Absolutely perfect for family dinners! The presentation of the dishes was also very modern.
If you are looking to try a different take on Indian Food, Omya should be on your list.
Adding innovative variations to traditional dishes, yet sticking to authentic flavours enhances the dining experience here.
We tried a couple of dishes that included a:
- cauliflower and broccoli prepared in Bengali style served with luchi (innovative and different)
- peppercorn and curry leaf chicken served on top of Malabar parantha (an absolute favourite)
- malai kofta (scrumptious)
A few of their side dishes (the portion of the sides is as good as mains)
- tadka daal that was cooked along lotus stem (didn’t try)
- daal makhni (not the best I’ve eaten, but a fairly decent take)
- aloo dish (finger licking)
Post mains we tried a few desserts which were a little underwhelming compared to the food. Even though they have tried to be innovative nothing really wowed me. However the Rose Kulfi n Blueberry kulfi were refreshing!

Excellent service. Pleasant & warm ambiance. Amazing Fusion Food presented with creativity and elegance. Omya chat with 18 different flavours was real surprize. The channa chaat, faafda with hung curd, golgappas, mango/ herb / tamrind chutney etc. provided variety & flavours on a single plate. Guchhi Biryani with Salan & curd was outstanding. Dal Omya was brilliant while Aloo Chokha was simply delicious. Cheese Naan & Bhakarwali were also, amazing though a bit heavy especially after the briyani. Oberoi was also gracious in offering free accompaniments like aam panna in cocunut water, tomato shorba and papad. We were so full that we skipped the dessert though the triple flavour kulfi sounded interesting. Definitely worth another visit.
Booked a dinner for my parents at Omya for their marriage anniversary. The entire Omya team made numerous efforts to make them feel extra special. Right from starter to the main course to the dessert, everything was served delicious, hot and on time. They were delighted to see a cake that the team brought for them. Special thanks to Lakshay for making extra efforts to enhance their experience. Looking forward to dine again!

I never thought an authentic Indian food can be presented in modern way with Authentic flavours . Here food at newly opened restraunt Omya is out of my expectations, menu has been well planned and presented. Here you can enjoy wide varieties of Authentic Indian snacks, main course and desserts. I ordered Mango Kasundi Prawn, Prawn marinated with mango and Kasundi, delicately wrapped with katafi Pastry and deep fried as starter, and Rara Gosht as Main course. Mango Kasundi Prawn was amazing full of magnificent flavours and soft and crunchy textures , presentation was excellent, when I tasted I could feel sweetness of prawn, sourness of mango and pungency of Kasundi. Now after starter I tasted Rara Gosht, and it was as good as authentic Rara Gosht, this was best meat dish I could have ever had.
The food and service is good! I always find Oberoi good to celebrate special occasions like birthdays and anniversary’s. Their menu is filled with delicacies made with gucchi! Which are delightful.
Went to the most talked hotel in the city last week. We all are 360 fans but decided to try their new restaurant, Omya. We were taken by surprise. The restaurant is beautiful and so is the food. Each dish is beautifully curated by Chef himself. we were pampered to bits. The manager gave us their cocktails on display to try which is out of the world. Will go again when my family is in town. kudos team Omya.

Omya at newly reopen Oberoi has an attractive and classy interior, beautiful cutlery and more importantly very well trained staff , every dish here get served with perfection.
Absolutely amazing food and service.. everything is uber luxury from the delicious food to ornate silverware to top notch service. Ask for the tasting menu, albeit a bit expensive it really does justice to the price. Arnav was really helpful.
A restaurant that gives you the full experience of lavish dining...starting with the gold cutlery to the beautiful plating of each dish. The variety of menus and options for food and beverage all offering something new and exciting. The options for vegetarians are comparatively less I would say but the taste of the those basic dishes were was elevated high.

We started with the Omya chaat with quinoa golgappas which were very different and the visual appeal of a basic chat was impressive .
The saag malai kofta and double tempered yellow dal with crispy lotus stems were really tasty.
Along with which we had the cheese and sundried tomato naan
The amuse bouche and the imli flavoured sorbet were also something special
Finally the The oberoi New delhi was reopened and the wait was over. I went to the new modern indian cuisine restaurant omya and I must say it was a memorable experience. The service was top notch as one can expect according to the oberoi standard and the food was amazing too. We had the omya chaat which was really delicious. With our food we tried the new champagne cocktail Brigadoon 2, which is a new concept and we really liked it and I ll say that's a must try when you go to omya. In the main course we had the saag malai kofta with cheese naan and sun dried tomato naan. Our server suggested to have the Special dal made with double tampering and it was good. In the dessert we had the kahwa flavoured chocolate fondant which was the best thing we had at this restaurant. A really elegant and must go place for the indian food lovers in delhi!
Omya, as the name suggests is the most beautiful restaurant in the city. The food is fantastic and so is the service. They have very interesting cocktails on the menu. First time I have seen barrel aged cocktails. Superb!

The Oberoi New Delhi is back in its best form. My personal favourite is OMYA, with light and authentic Indian flavours, it offers one of the finest experiences in the city. The ambience is very opulent and private with fantastic personalised service. Ask for recommendations and they will impress you. Try their lamb chops, international varieties of mushrooms and Sikandari raan. Ask the sommelier to pair a good wine. They have some new wines brought in for the first time in Delhi. Also do not miss their barrel aged cocktails. Beautiful concept. Can't wait to return.
Excellent food and service. The team interacts and explains the menu in a fun way and this makes the whole experience enjoyable. Presentation of the food is exemplary without any compromise on taste. A must visit if you want a different way of viewing and eating Indian cuisine.
The Oberoi is now open to public from Jan 1, 2018. It was under construction since past 2 years. They have come up with entirely new technique and given the hotel entirely International shape. Its room size are big and bathrooms are beautifuly designed with new technology. I had my meal at OMYA which was too delicious... Must try meal is the food tasting menu..Its mouth watering and just so different from any other restaurant. They serve a 7 couse meal at OMYA.
Omya sounds very good with menu curated by 13 times Michelin Star Chef. And at the newly renovated The Oberoi. But sadly disappoints. If you expect an Indian Accent or Masala Library, it is not, however the prices exceed. The raw materials are fresh and excellent quality and the taste reflects it, but the preparation leaves a lot wanting. We had the tasting menu and except for the Lamb Chop and baby corn and asparagus, really nothing was becoming of a Michelin Star Chef. The Murg Makhani and the breads were disappointing. At 5500+ taxes (without alcohol) you'd want something special. Omya doesnt do that.
Food was very, very tasty. We had the tasting menu which had a good selection of various dishes.
However - the reason for the four stars is that the service was sloppy at times. Example being replacing cutlery for only half the table and then acting surprised when we asked for the full set.
Would recommend though for a nice meal in New Dehli.

Restaurant inside the Oberoi in Delhi. The decoration was nice, the service super good and the food very tasty! We shared the Bharwan gucchi (it was my favorite)! And the Badami murgh with Basmati rice. I recommend it.
