This is my most favourite place. around four thousand for a meal of two without alcohol. The Service is par excellence, the quality of food is unbeatable, the taste you won’t get anywhere else.
They have a huge seating space and very calm layout.

As usual fantastic Szechuan food which authentic Chinese flavours.Shangai dimsum are very juicy and having nice chicken and some soupy stuffing which is very unique.
Spring rolls and crystal dumplings are also having unique flavour s.Bullet chillies used in crispy chicken are giving the distinctive taste and flavour profile to the dish.
Main course is equally awesome specially the lamb cumin which was served sizzling in a stone pot . Kongpao chicken,Chinese greens,noodles and dessert are out of the world.A must visit place.
Went to China Kitchen - Hyatt Regency for dinner, there was a waiting queue, but the lady at the reception helped us pick our order while we were waiting for our table, she suggested us some really great food, the staff was extremely courteous and the ambience was also very pleasing.

A few weeks back, I went out to this wonderful restaurant with a few of my friends having heard high praise for it. I can tell you that overall I was not left dissapointed. There were various problems that I faced during my meal, menu's being cleared without my consent, the prawn Dimsums were inedible etc.. But what stood out was the service of Ashutosh. He was great and suggested various dishes for us to try. I must reccomend the mapu tofu and all the meat Dimsums. The ambience is perfect for a romantic night out or a catheter up with close friends. While I do believe the menu, both beverage and food, is a tad overpriced, the drinks are very nice and compliment the meal thoroughly. All in all a must try for any Chinese food lovers looking for good food in Delhi.

Went here for my folks anniversary party! Loved the ambience, loved the impeccable service and obviously the food! Very few 5 stars have child friendly policies! They had gummy bears for my 3 year old! The soups were yum. The chicken wings were awesome with just the right hit of red chillies. The clay pot chicken took my breath away with their seafood sauce that it was cooked in! Also got served a complimentary cake for the rents anniversary. Customer service at its best. Totally recommended
Most exotic food I ever had.
This place is truly amazing in every sense. Went here for a lunch today, by the pool side. Ordered dimsums, a main dish which had fish in the most delicious sauce and a portion of vegetable fried rice. For drinks, we ordered a corona and luna presecco sparkling white wine. For desserts, the waiter suggested us a dish which had a chocolate fondue with seasonal fresh fruits, sesame short bread, marshmallows and what not. I truly enjoyed the hospitality by this restaurant.

Well first the disclaimer - I am a vegetarian and expect much more from a Chinese restaurant in Delhi.
Ambience is amongst the best that Delhi has to offer but must say there wasn’t much for a vegetarian. From a regular menu - with limited choice the food was bit of a disappointment.

China Kitchen offers authentic tastes of the grace and subtlety of Chinese food. It provides a delightful albeit expensive alternative to the extremely popular Indian-Chinese cuisine, served at a dime a dozen restaurants all over India where the dishes are usually drenched in oil, gravies and heavy sauces. ...
As goes for Hyatt, be prepared to delight your culinary senses when at China Kitchen!
To begin with we ordered a very nice warm mushroom salad which was bursting with umami flavours, I could taste some truffle in it too, followed by their signature prawn spring roll which never never fails to impress! We then ordered chicken Hakka noodles and another chef recommended chicken dish to go with the noodles. It’s not just the food that attracts me to CK, it’s the whole experience! The passage to the restaurant in itself is very beautiful and sets the tone for a nice romantic dinner! I am looking forward to be back very very soon.

Great place to have dinner, the ambience was great and the service was quite good. Had prawns, and fish as starters and then kung pao chicken with prawn fried rice, there is also a great variety in deserts with sorbet, and chocolate sauce dips with marshmellows etc. The food was quite good.
Omg... i would not know how else to start. This place is amazing .had the sunday lunch here and it was simply brilliant. Flowing champagne. The duck. The dimsums. The mains were all so fabulous. Been a while but i guess ot was time for a review.
Peking duck, peking duck, peking duck.
While there are a lot of good dishes here, their peking duck is the only reason I keep coming back. Moreover, their amazing food is complimented only by the friendly and attentive staff here.
It’s not a place for a vegetarian though. I mean they have a lot of options but not many that would really wow you. But otherwise, I highly recommend visiting this place and feasting over their non veg options.
I started with some salads, Chinese bean curd stick, Celery Salad Bean curd and celery complimented each other beautifully. The salad was crunchy and had just the right flavors of sesame oil and a tangy dressing.
Sichuan chicken salad. The tender chicken shreds were intermixed with a spicy and savory Sichuan sauce which tingled my taste buds. CHINA KITCHEN has an exhilarating variety of Dumplings out of which I tried Steamed Green vegetable dumpling which was soft moist and sumptuous. I usually don’t prefer vegetarian dumplings, but china kitchen has changed my opinion. I also tried Steamed broccoli crystal dumpling which was simply amazing!!.

What's the best way to visit China without leaving Delhi and without any paper work or visa hassles? Simple, visit The China Kitchen at Hyatt Regency New Delhi! Okay, may be that's an exaggeration but that's how I felt after the new flavours on the menu satisfied the food dragon in my tummy.
The restaurant that boasts of a whopping 128 dishes has recently introduced some new dishes from the gastronomically-blessed streets of Beijing. The team of 6 chefs, headed by Chef Zhang, have done their best to add new favours inspired by Beijing street style food. We were served some old time classics such as Shrimp dumpling and clay pot king fish, along with some new arrivals including the three colour dumpling (mushrom, spinach & carrot), Sichuan-style chicken wonton, and wok-fried prawn.
We really enjoyed the fact that the vegetarian dishes here are as soulful as the non-vegetarian dishes. Whether it was the cold Sichuan style spicy lamb salad that had a perfect balance of cold meat and hot spice, the wok fried chili chicken with bullet chili and spring onions, the shrimp dumpling with sweet corn or the wok tossed fresh mushroom salad, the spicy green dumpling, the food was simply delicious.
The main course was nothing shy of fantastic as well. We were served clay pot sizzling fish, followed by Hunan style spicy sliced chicken, spicy wok fried lamb stew, prawns and chef's special Papillote vegetables.
The sweet dish began with an even sweeter news of The China Kitchen opening at Cyber Hub Gurugram as TCK in October. The restaurant will offer five-star quality food at competitive prices. Now, that's what I call best of both worlds!
The food at china kitchen is known for its authentic chinese cuisine like dimsums, peking duck and so on. Flavours are distinct and portions is generous. Service was great, as attendant Krishan made us feel very comfortable and shifted us from the crowded dining area to a cosy corner near the bar area. The crab dimsum was tasty and well cooked. Overall the menu was a treat.

China Kitchen doesnt need any introduction. This year, they completed 11th year and are still going strong. Now, they are coming out of the hotel and the first TCK will open in Cyberhub in October. They recently launched an additional menu that will also be part of their regular menu. This new addition has focus on bejing style street food. Chefs of China kitchen had visited Park Hyatt China to get trained for couple of months. Food is rustic, spicy and delicious. One of the reason the china kitchen is still going strong is that they import their ingredients from china which makes their dishes more authentic. With six ex-pats chefs this is certainly the best Chinese in India.
Apart from pecking duck which is their signature, I also liked their dimsums. Their wok dishes were outstanding - especially the wok fried spicy mushroom and Sichuan style spicy lamb salad. In main course king fish was excellent and so was the wok fried lamb stew. Oh! you cant miss their wok fried rice with chilli and bamboo shoot. I would recommend you to try their green tea tiramisu as well!
A must visit for all Chinese lovers!

Went for their Sunday brunch which was lovely, brunch had a huge variety of things to eat from all of them were prepared fresh on order. I personally loved their duck and dimsums. Thanks to Mr. Chandan who came to our table and made sure everything was going fine.
We tried few varieties of dimsums, vegetable mushroom , boiled spinach, asparagus one, and a few non-veg ones. They all were out of the world, and there service is quite friendly too. We ordered noodles at the end, though the flavour was nice and the dish had apt spices it was way too oily. The portion for dimsums is too small especially for the price charged.
I had first tried sui mai at this place years ago and fell in love with the prawn versions again last Sunday. Their brunch menu is extensive and really good. I would especially recommend the Peking Duck - it's roasted beautifully, tender on the inside with a crisp skin on the outside - which they dish up with paper thin pancakes, scallions and sweet bean sauce. Another favourite was the Kung Pao chicken which was exquisitely caramelised.
This is my favourite place in delhi for Chinese cuisine. It is simply the best. I have been here like more than a 100 times but posting the review for the first now after seeing the poor rating. I don’t know why but this place simply deserves 5 stars. By far the best Peking Duck in town. Chef Manish is the guy for any suggestions. He is a great guy. I love the whole team..!!
Really great experience offered here. They have a great menu with attention given to vegetarian options too. You really taste new flavours here and engage your taste buds more. The staff is courteous and proactive. I especially loved their clay pot dishes and fried rice. Happy eating!

Great food and Drink . Be prepared to spend without getting shocked seeing the bill . But its totally worth it . A very tasty blend of classiness , great service and food , and decor . A must must go . The second side to this place is post 1 when this place becomes a complete bar with few snacks , which is also great as there are not too many people and you can sit , relax and sip your drink .

So I celebrated my first Wedding Anniversary here. I absolutely loved the food. When you visit here, you get so much personal attention from the servers, it’s really kind and beautiful. I came back again for My Husband’s Birthday and when I was thinking last time was the best I could receive, their service surprised me yet again and it was even better.

Great Place to enjoy your special occasion... I did ... with my family, my 48th Birthday. A wonderful concept, amazing ambiance , exquisitely crafted crockery and full marks for a generous and gracious demenor of the manager and staff... that my friends sums up the character of China Kitchen in a nutshell .
The food ... well I wish I could say it's the best I have eaten but I can't... the wok tosses sea food Noodles get a 10/10 . The Chicken Salad was lacking in flavour which we had to work on to pander to the taste buds... the GumBow Chicken ( you may call it what you like) was really nice too moreover they gave us a bowl full of sauce to drizzle drench or drown it in depending on your desire ... the rice was nice... the braised pork dish is where I felt they could have done better ... they also offered us a sampler from their new menu that is about to be launched shortly ...
They were kind enough to get me a chocolate to cut from their amazing bakery and that sure made me smile.

Another of Hyatt’s gems, the China Kitchen has never disappointed me. Food is authentic chinese, different to the sino-chinese rubbish they serve elsewhere. Kung pao chicken is a must try. However their specialty is the Pecking duck which the chef carves up himself at the table.Service could have been quicker.China kitchen is always a safe bet.

Good wine choices and the cocktails were also nice. Someone on the table ordered expresso martini and loved it. Highly recommended for a good evening.
A favourite since forever now. Always start with their crystal dumplings and prawn spring rolls , moving on to their famous peeking duck. Main course always has the Kung pao chicken or prawns with their udon noodles. End the meal with their desert tray - the chocolate creme brûlée and coconut spring rolls are to die for. Ambience is chic yet cosy and service is always great ! A little expensive on the pocket but worth every penny !
Excellent food, service and ambience. Had heard about it long time back, finally decided to dine and it was damn good. Ordered dimsums, dry fish, mushrooms, udon noodles and the best part was dessert-chocolate fondue. Each item was quite fresh, had nice flavours. Fish was cooked to perfection. Chocolate fondue was an experience in itself.
Server, unlike at many restaurants, had a good knowledge of dishes in the menu and was easily able to explain about various dishes enquired about.

Quite average and mellow. The food was not exciting at all. The service was like that of a CCD. The menu was very limited with just dimsums for starters. A mainland China is much much better. The sexist manager would only ask my male accompaniments for feedback which added to the bland experience negatively.
Discovered china kitchen last week and found it an another great option for making your weekends memorable. Sea food was delicious and Service was also quick.
The wide range of oriental menu draws much enthusiasm. If you are a Chinese food lover I assure you the dishes served here will not let your taste buds down. There are options for outdoor seating but I prefer to dine inside. The dim lightings, give the place some sort of a vague and dreary touch. The service is average, food is satisfactory and if that isn't enough there is a bar. Overall it was a fine dining experience.

We have been here many times for dinners and lunches and always the food has met our expectations. Yesterday we went here for brunch and were totally bowled over by the food selection and quality of food. they feed you like there is no tomorrow. The basic set menu( tea menu, without alcohol) will cost you around Rs.3,800/person but it is totally worth it, the range of appetizer they serve is fantastic. When you plan to go here for the bunch DO NOT go in a hurry as you will not be able to enjoy the food. needless to say that the ingredient taste as fresh as they can in Delhi. The only suggestion for them is to improve the dessert menu a bit, the pancake was dry and tasteless to us.
Enjoyed every bite till the last bite. Was asked to wait for 1:30 mins for Peking duck but since we were slightly short of time, we will make a second visit soon for the duck. Can't wait.

This restaurant has dim lighting, classy interiors with some interesting Chinese sculptures around. The ambience is very soothing, calm and composed. Tables are laid beautifully having exotic blue and green chinaware with chili oil ,soya sauce, chili paste and sweet & chilly dip placed in the center. The staff is extremely courteous, well dressed and the chef himself takes personal care of the guests.

Peking Duck No one in the city has done a better Peking Duck. The chef brought the whole roasted duck to our table and shredded into pieces and plated them neatly in a platter. It was indeed a treat to watch this.
The Mapo Tofu, Mapo which is a brew of chillies, oil, chive, garlic and the popular Sichuan Pepper Corn is Chinese dish from Sichuan province. I simply loved the smooth silky texture of the tofu served along with lots of vegetables.
By far this was the best Tofu dish that I have ever had. .
Wok Toss Egg Plant
Usually people are hesitant to order eggplant but China Kitchen will sure change your perception towards Egg Plant. The wok toss eggplant was tossed in soy sauce with cherry tomatoes. The taste of this dish was beyond my imagination.

Sichuan Fried Noodles with vegetables, bell peppers, bean sprouts and sesame oil. The noodles had an aromatic Chinese flavor. The essence of sesame oil came out really well. The noodles were exceptionally superlative.
The Vegetable Fried Rice garnished with crispy garlic, truffle oil and smoked bamboo shoot. The veggies included peas, white cabbage with beans and diced carrots. The aroma of garlic on top of the rice was extremely impressive..!
So all in all I had an amazing time at China kitchen!
If we were to pick a cuisine other than our own Indian food, then the polls will shoot for our beloved Chinese food. A cuisine that we have dearly adopted, and even made a completely different version of, by the name of Indian Chinese, that even finds a place as a website article on Wikipedia, Chinese food has always found a place in our hearts.

The love for Chinese food among the Indians needs no introduction and neither do The China Kitchen at Hyatt Regency, Delhi. The Place recently completed 10 years and extends to give 50 percent discount on the bill on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday until 30 September.
It needs no preface, but still I felt like sharing my experience. As it was my first visit to the place, so very excited to share my experience. I almost liked everything at the place, right from the entrance to the place we dined. The place has a dim lighting, and it does not give a feeling that I am strolling in dark. Instead, it is a very soothing. The dining hall is well lit, and yet lighting is not loud. I am so much focused about light is, because it helped my camera to focus and capture good images. If you do not like the snaps is purely my lack of skill and everything else was perfect.
Chinese food is far from masalas, or spices and condiments as compared to Indian. So, expecting that will be foolishness. However, they are not bland. The food is authentic or not, is difficult to say as I have never been to china and tasted it there. However, I liked it and that is more important than anything is. One interesting thing about the place is that it has five master chefs and each one has his own expertise. Like, one chef is a duck chef and does only duck. He slices duck with so much perfection and style that it is a pleasure to watch him doing so.
I liked everything at the place, and what I loved is Lamb dumplings and Prawn tail dumplings. Woks toss eggplant changed my view towards baingan. The first thing that came to my mind after having a bite is “Kya baigan bhi itna tasty ban sakta hai?”. Another wonderful creation was Pork belly. China Kitchen dessert tray is awesome and the Cigar is better than the actual one.

Visited this place last night with cousins. The Restaurant is celebrating completion of their 10 years. The ambience of this place is nice , but i feel the lights are way too dim.
Coming to the food, we ordered
1.Beijing Styled Duck with Pancakes
2.Seabass with ginger soy sauce and coriander
3.Black Pepper Chicken (not there in the menu, the waiter suggested it to us ).
4.Prawn Fried Rice
The food was amazing! Loved each and every item. My favourite was the duck! The quality of the food is very good!
We did not plan on ordering a dessert, however they gave us chocolate fondue from their side. It was complimentary since they have completed their 10 years. The dessert consisted of profiteroles ,fruits , marshmallows and biscuits with the chocolate sauce and three scopes of ice cream of chocolate , mango and one more flavour that i cant recall. The dessert was Mouth-watering and delicious!
Overall, had a lovely experience and would definitely like to visit this place again!

I have worked in Samsung and China kitchen is always been the first place for all people visiting India away from there home town.
Great food and must try
Their noodles are pretty good.
Sweet and sour mock duck is okay.
Hot n sour soup is delicious. Starters aren’t that good.
Overall a decent place. But not much variety for veg people. And I’m veg.
The pricing is okay considering competing restaurants and it’s target customer base.
So I'm eating at this place maybe aftr 3 years !
And I dnt understand why people are crazy about it! TBH the only I thing I really enjoyed was my dessert! Absolutely yumm.. the carmelised chocolate creme brule .Other than that either I dnt have a palette for such cuisine or I dnt know what it is . .
First things first .. never order the mock duck . . I've had the mock chicken in London and Singapore and it was yumm.. so I wanted to try the mock duck .. terrible . It was eating fried tofu in a sweet sauce .. 😑
Then the warm mushroom salad was descent .. Ntn amazing..
The veg appetizer fritter we ordered looked beautiful .. but it was soooo oily that I had to literally force myself to eat one..
The truffle oil mix veg rice was extremely sad ..
the Sichuan fried noodles.. very average ..
My fiancé had ordered twice cooked crispy lamb which he loved! So ya that was the saving grace for the evening ..
but ya I'm sure this place is not meant for my palette.

I loved the pork ribs , its has fried sprinkled garlic which makes the ribs so amazing.
The lamb in the main course was also delicious .
We had northern style soy chilli fried rice along with the lamb and both tasted very good.
The star of the show was the raspberry dessert ( cant recall the exact name ) with coconut ice cream. I cant get enough of it. Its right there displayed in the glass cake counter.
Its a very busy restuarant , We didnt get a table for dinner so came back for lunch .

Possibly the best Chinese restaurant in Delhi. Being at a 5 star, it is over priced. But most people seem to have some Hyatt card which gives them a discount. Regardless, the food is top notch. Everything from the dimsum to the mains are outstanding. Service is spot on too.
This is a Delhi legacy restaurant and takes one back to the good old 2000s in Delhi. The Peking duck with pancakes continues to remain a speciality and they have ensured consistency over the years. I have never been failed on this. A recommendation to those doing meetings - order your duck in advance as it is likely to take time.
Another favourite of mine is the peach ice tea. It's strange that I list an ice tea as a top pick for a speciality restaurant, but believe me on this.
The rest of the food is good but not great.
Where the experience turns sour is being asked to pay for valet parking and watch the valet burn your clutch :(
Well , the China Kitchen is undoubtedly one of the best and the most authentic restaurants of the city, Located at the poolside of the hotel, it's dim lit ambiance instantly impresses. The food has an enormous variety of Chinese dishes. I recently visited the restaurant and tried some of their dimsums which were fantastic. One must order it's fried lotus and bell pepper dimsum. The seafood dumpling is also delicious. The coconut spring roll with mango ice cream too is a must try. China kitchen is definitely recommended for a visit if you are dimsum lover
I had Spinach salad with season seeds and sauce, Dimsums, Mofu Tofu, friend Spring beans and veg noodles. I really liked the food and their hospitality is really good. I also met the master chef, Chef Marin who shared some insights about the restaurant. You must visit it if you really like authentic Chinese food.
Someone once asked me a few years back that, you live in Delhi and you haven't been to China kitchen? And that was the day from when I've never looked back, it was like I got into an affair with this place from the very first time I visited the place. The food here is just class apart and I would definitely give it no less points than a Michelin star restaurant. There is nothing I have tried on their menu that I haven't liked. It's like Asian in Delhi means China kitchen to me. I would say every Asian food lover must visit the place once and spoil themselves with the brilliant experience. Well I would say that it Could be a bit heavy on the pocket for some, but hey food is what we all live for(well me at least)
And I would keep revisiting the place over and over again with my family, friends and my better half till they keep serving such brilliant food.
This place is a paradise for Chinese lovers. Delicious food and the service is exceptionally courteous! Talking about the ambience, it's a perfect place to have a peaceful dinner. Would love to visit again and try new dishes.
It has been a while since I last visited this place, but my experience was not great. The restaurant is nicely done, the service is average and the food was oily.
I last ate here maybe 3-4 years ago and the food was as average. I came back again, against my wishes, for a family dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Chinese food they had to offer. There was finally taste, flavour and texture in the food I was eat. The ingredients were fresh, the sauces weren’t stale and the service was superb. I think the decor and atmosphere are perfect for dinner. However I would add that in certain spots in the restaurant the lighting might be too dark. But overall the experience the food and the general hospitality was extremely commendable. I feel a return is necessary to taste the other delicious dishes China Kitchen has to offer. Good spot even better food.
As you enter this iconic chinese restaurant, you are welcomed by its warm ambiance. An open clean kitchen, enhanced our appetite. We, a group of six family and friends, were escorted with a welcoming smile to a semi private dining area.... perfect for our group.
If there is one word which can describe our overall experience, it is a Persian word 'Behtareen' ... meaning nothing better than this. They have a fabulous range of drinks. We had old fashioned cocktail, and whiskey sour....both perfect. My wife and a friend had Lavender Lemonade, which I believe was extremely refreshing. Dumplings (garlicky prawn, chestnut, and spicy green) were cooked as they should be, truly delicious. So were wok fried braised tofu ; and the hot pot tofu with veg, served sizzling hot, with sichuan noodles and fried rice.
The service was immaculate... with special appreciation and thanks to Shweta Parth, for her perfect service with smile.

Absolutely delectable cuisine as always . Every dish in the menu is very well prey with quality ingredients. The staff are very hospitable and serve you with utmost care .The prices are fine too.All in all a very pleasant dining experience!A must try place for Chinese cuisine lovers
I am Japanese, so I do not know if the dishes at this restaurant are authentic Chinese cuisine, but my Hong Kong friend who was present seemed to like it. I tried Peking Duck for the first time ever (at this restaurant in India!). It was delicious.
This is an icon in Delhi. And rightly so. One rarely has a bad experience at The China Kitchen. Always a pleasure dining here. The staff and chef are the soul of this place and they ensure an experience to remember. Always.

China Kitchen doesnt need any introduction. This year, they completed 11th year and are still going strong. Now, they are coming out of the hotel and the first TCK will open in Cyberhub in October. They recently launched an additional menu that will also be part of their regular menu. This new addition has focus on bejing style street food. Chefs of China kitchen had visited Park Hyatt China to get trained for couple of months. Food is rustic, spicy and delicious. One of the reason the china kitchen is still going strong is that they import their ingredients from china which makes their dishes more authentic. With six ex-pats chefs this is certainly the best Chinese in India.
Apart from pecking duck which is their signature, I also liked their dimsums. Their wok dishes were outstanding - especially the wok fried spicy mushroom and Sichuan style spicy lamb salad. In main course king fish was excellent and so was the wok fried lamb stew. Oh! you cant miss their wok fried rice with chilli and bamboo shoot. I would recommend you to try their green tea tiramisu as well!
A must visit for all Chinese lovers!

The service was excellent. The team leader, Kranti, welcomed us so well, and looked after us even ordering the food for us that we really enjoyed. The service here is what makes the experience and ambience exceptional. Kranti is an exceptional member of staff, I hope the team at Hyatt value her contribution and hard work to making the China Kitchen experience work.
Very tasty Spring Rolls, Chilly Chicken, Chicken with garlic sauce and Vegetable fried Rice are my favourite dishes. I rated superb.

Place looks small from outside but its quite big. Valet parking, awesome drinks and food. Service was quick. Good music. The staff is very helpful and will cater to your needs. Food quantity is OK. Smoking area on first floor. Something was missing, not sure what. Place is definitely expensive.
