The place is legendary . The food was excellent . The best Indian food Iโve had in recent times , no wonder was used to my parents fav list . Service was also very nice . I loved their catering service. The prawn hargow dimsums were a mandate. The ebi tempura sushi is a must have and so was the edamame dimsums. The food on the whole was par excellence. I thought this place had lost itโs charm, due to many prior incidents. But I was truly in love this time. Keep up the great work
Visited Kwality for the first time after the makeover and Iโm head over heels in love with this iconic restaurant. What I loved about this place is though it has a new decor but still it retains the old-world charm. And it still serves the bhathuras as big as your face! This is undoubtedly one of the best places in Delhi for dose of delicious chole bhature. The flavors are bang on, and they have been serving this city for the last 80 years. So they donโt just deliver taste but also nostalgia.

It's a Delhi food landmark that always lives up to the name. They've spruced it up recently and have a live piano performance during lunch and dinner. The chana bhatura, and the lamb pot roast and the taar gosht are recommended, as is the seating upstairs. We were served by Azam who took very good care of us. He managed to be inconspicuous but was there whenever we needed something. Recommend wholeheartedly!
The food and service was excellent. Our server Neeraj was extremely attentive and hospitable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to eat great Indian and continental food in Connaught Place.

The place is overhyped. The moment we entered, the restaurant manager Mr Kaushal confronted in a derogatory manner whether we have a reservation or not. Coming with a family and an infant this felt like as if we were not welcomed.
The palak patt chat was stale and had a foul smell although it was not charged. Based on previous feedback we ordered murg makhan wala but chicken pieces were not even cooked properly.
Jeera aloo and dal were tasty. Mr Azam attended us and was polite and forthcoming. Ambience is good and gives you old delhi memoirs.

Ok so had heard a lot about this place and itโs famous 80 year history. I took my family for dinner this weekend for my parentโs 35th marriage anniversary . The place has good vibes to it as soon as you enter you will see photos of great Indian leaders who visited this place . It has small bar section , chandelier and piano to add to whole vibes. The servers are also very efficient and great you with courteous smile. We ordered paneer tikka, dahi kebab , Channa bhatura and veg biryani. Paneer tikka was tasty, dahi kebab was okay for us, veg biryani was most liked by us all and channa bhatura was not good as per us. We were told itโs famous at this place but sadly didnโt liked it much

I visited Kwality restaurant on a busy Sunday afternoon and we decided to order their famous Chana bhatura along with Kwality Chicken kabab and Paneer Boti Tikka. The food was amazing and I loved everything but the Paneer Boti Tikka was exceptional and surely one of the best paneer appetisers I have ever had. It a must try. They also have a fully stocked bar and I would really recommend their drinks as they were really good. The staff is also very polite and our server Shanky was really helpful.
Kwality is a legendary restaurant and should be on your list if you are looking for some good North Indian or Continental food with classy ambience.

I had always heard about the legendary chole bathure of Kwality but it has so much more to offer-great hospitality and it has an old world charm to it. The food is great, it is a must visit.
We ordered a mix of Indian vegetarian and European non-vegetarian dishes. Everything surpassed our expectations. chole Bahture, Chicken Ala Kiev, Chicken Steak, Lamb Chops, Tomato fish all outstanding... Excellent service by Shanky.

Wow, heard about this place from my parents who may have visited it in 90s and as my father raved about their Channa Bhatura since, then it was in my bucket list. Finally, got a chance to visit it and it really exceeds my expectation. Finely cooked Channa , whose taste activated with lemon served with a over the top bhature cooked traditionally , also the ambience of the place will make you feel that you are dining in a English Tea Cafe from the 1930s so , to sum up it was a very royal experience to dine in kwality's and a name crossed of my bucket list.
P.s - Served by Atul who served us very politely and makes our experience even more worth while.
This is one of my fav restaurants of delhi and each and every dish is prepared exquisitly. Tandoori aloo are just wow and you cant wrong with the iconic choley bhature. The cholas mamothness is not just in size but taste as well. Daal is different and not to miss if you are a daal makhni lover. Since its overhaul it has become more magnetic in my opinion. Cheers!

One of the legendary outlets of CP, it has its charm intact. The ambience, the food, service everything is great. The staff is so helpful and friendly, they make sure you are attended with a smile and have a perfect experience.
We were attended by Mr. Shanky and Mr. Sujita who were kind enough to explain us the dishes and give us their recommendations.
The restaurant has been recently renovated and I am in love with their new classy decor.
I have been here twice recently. And on both occasions I tried different dishes and I wasn't disappointed.
On the first visit I had TANDOORI ALOO in starters. Its not simply aloo done in tandoor, but they rather have a very nice filling of cottage cheese mixed with dry fruits. Its best to be had with their mint sauce and masala onions.
For main course I had CHICKEN GAYLORD which is one of their signatures. It is chicken breast topped with scrambled eggs and served with vegetables and fries. Personally even though chicken was well cooked I felt a lack of marination. I would have preferred something with a sauce. This one was a little bland for my taste. And my friend had VEG AU GRATIN which is baked Vegetables served in cream and cheese. I liked it much better than I thought since I am not a fan of cheese.
On my second visit I had a SHAKARGAND TIKKI. This was something I had never had before so I had to give it a try. These were soft tikkis made with mashed sweet potatoes. It was very soft and flavourful. It was a little on the sweeter side which might not suit the palate of Spice lovers but I loved it!
For main course we had one YAKHNI PULAO and TAAR GOSHT with MIRCHI ROTI. Yakhni pulao is not to be missed! Its different from a biryani and certainly tastes better. The flavours were very good and the lamb pieces were very soft so this one is a MUST HAVE.
Taar gosht was also good. It had a thin gravy which was not very spicy and its very well paired with mirchi roti. Mirchi roti is basically tandoori roti with pieces of green chilly on it.
For desserts, I had a KWALITY SPECIAL PUDDING. Its very different from the traditional pudding as its dome shaped and made of bread and has a filling of fruits and cream. As you have your first bite, the creamy filling comes out as a surprise. The portion size is very good and would suffice for 2 persons. And full marks to their presentation.
My experience was great both the times and I would surely want to visit again.

The foods absolutely brilliant. The ambience very good. Pre booking is required as place is always sold out. They have a nice piano player.

Overall the meal was excellent. We topped it with a kulfi that was I would say average.

The food, ambiance, and service are absolutely fantastic here. Reservations are recomended. The restaurant can get very busy. We had to wait about 15 min to get seated on a weekday late afternoon. Being one of the oldest running restaurants in New Delhi, it's popular amongst the tourists. The prices are high, but the quality justifies it. We ordered a Palak Patta chat, tandoori Malai broccoli, mutton seekh kebab, lacha parantha, Channa and two bhaturas. Everything was spot on and full of flavour. Be warned, each bhatura is bigger than the size of your head. We ordered two for 3 people and found it hard to finish. For drinks, we ordered the Mysore whiskey cocktail and a virgin Mary. Both were well made. Small gripe ... After paying the bill, I had pulled out a couple hundred rupees for tips. The server cleaning the table immediately grabbed them as soon as I placed the bills on the table. Rubbed us the wrong way. But I confirmed with two servers that tips are shared amongst all the staff so perhaps it's ok.

This place is still pretty good, a place one would like to go back to. I have been going to this place for several decades, though it has changed its place, type and ambience. But it has survived, without compromising on quality and service. That's something already. The food is good, the spices are well-proportioned, but their trademark signature is mostly North Indian food. Their ambience is a little cramped now, though still good and comfortable with the classic old world charm. Their service is excellent, and that is due to careful training and recruitment -- not the usual 20-something, good for nothing fellas. One thing that sticks though. After yesterday's long-stretched afternoon meal, when we left a tip on top of the 10% service charge, in appreciation of the service of a youngish fellow who was not exactly waiting but attending our table for the last hour, one senior waiter, who had nothing to do with our service at all till then, came flying like a hawk to our table and took away the tips. Unless this is a policy and the fat hawk is in charge of the tips, this left a bad taste, as a truly deserving to-be waiter was denied his just reward. Managers should pay attention to this.

When you are in cannaught place Delhi, you don't have to search for a restaurant. Kwality is one of the best option to enjoy food with family. The atmosphere was amazing enough to make every other experience enjoyable.
I ordered a mutton masala, laccha paratha, and a fruity tutti . The mutton masala was good, and laccha paratha was very poorly made. There were burnt parts. If I were a picky eater, I would have thrown it away. Fruity tutti was delicious, though. But I feel like they gave a little less effort than they normally do to decorate their icecream.
This is a restaurant which has withstood the test of time. Ambience is wonderful and is quite spacious. It's at a very prominent location though not in the inner circle. Staff was very courteous and service was prompt. Appreciate the services of Mr Alok who took our charge. Among beverages, we ordered Kala Khatta which was refreshing in summer. This is highly recommended. As we had gone early in the evening, hence had starters only. Both dahi kebab and chicken gilafi tasted excellent. Dahi kebab was one of the best I have ever tasted. The chicken gilafi had a blend of wonderful spices and bell pepper. I would highly recommend this place.
The original 1940 refurbished spot where the brand started their journey before ending up almost pan India and then dialling back. Decor is more Raj era nostalgic themed with liberal use of mirrors and yellow light shades. Food is standout and the outlet can provide decent competition to the 'Daryaganj' outlet next door which runs to long wait lists and packed houses. Their old time favourites are recommended along with some of their signature cocktails. A great dinner or lunch option in CP.

Exquisite food and atmosphere, with great service and fair prices. Located in Connaught Place, Kwality restaurant is a classy place to dine, share a tea, or a drink with friends, with the piano music easing you into conversation. They have a few specialties, their Chana was delicious. One of the best meals I had during my visit to Delhi. Highly recommended.
A completely different style of Chhole Bhature. Highly recommended if you want to try without any bias. Cassata was disappointing to be honest. At least, increase the portion size of the dessert.
