Great meal here mid week - the place was busy but staff were attentive, food was delicious and good portion sizes. I loved the tandoori chicken, palak patta chaat and machhi amritsari (not usually a huge seafood fan but it was truly delicious!) and the rest of the group loved the dahi batata puri so much that they ordered a second round immediately after finishing the first!

Quality and the quantity of the food is outstanding. 4 people could easily have a tummy filling meal with the above ordered things.
To top it all the desi desserts were to die for. Tandoori pineapple with vanilla ice cream and Cinnamon flavour, Kashmiri phiri, stuffed Gulab Jamun. Loved each and every bite nd finished all completely.
Lovely meal this was my 3rd or 4th visit will keep coming back.

Located in bikaner house, chor bizzare is a resteraunt offering north indian and kashmiri cuisine. The decor transports you to the kashmir with old photographs, kashmere embroidery and woodwork. The food choices range from authentic kashmeri and north indian flavors. We tried the palak patta chaat, tawa aloo and platter. The starters were delicious, especially the palak patta chaat. For main course we tried the bhindi pyaaz and dal makhni. We felt that the food was less spicy than usual, perhaps more suited to international visitors. The aloo kulcha exceptional. For dessert we tried the tandoori pineapple with ice cream. It was a bit hers to eat because of it’s consistency but the flavors complimented each other. Overall a good experience

So this is one place , I had been meaning to try from a very long time , and I couldn't be more excited when I finally got to get there.

I specifically wanted to try the famous wazwaan , so I ordered without wasting any time. It comes with a variety of veggies and rice in between. Finished with kahwa , which u really would need after that heavy meal !
Though it might look little but trust me when u start eating , it's really sooo sooo filling.

My family did not want the same , so they ordered dal makhani , naan , papdi Chaat , and kashmiri dum aloo.

I really like the taste of each item , from khatte baigan to rajma to shaak to nadru. Dum aloo had masala which tasted kinda uncooked. Otherwise it was really good. The portion is good for two people but it's a non share basis. So u have to finish it urself.
Hence , when u plan to visit this place , build up a good appetite before going , also visit in the afternoon , because I feel people generally enjoy thali or buffets more during afternoon than dinner.

Service was quick.
They were considerate enough to take care of our special needs. It's a cute restaurant overall.
I would definitely visit again and I would highly recommend you guys too visit too if u wanna experience authentic kashmiri cuisine 😊✔️ #kashmiri #authentic #pandararoad

I feel this place is an undiscovered gem and not people know about it. I tried this place for a family dinner for the first time. It is located near India Gate and is at a prime and posh location in New Delhi. The food was really good, especially the Amritsari Fish and Palak Patta Chaat. The ambience was calm and had some antique decoration pieces. It had a family crowd mostly. I’d recommend this place anyday for an enjoyable time.

I don't know what not to love about this place which is spectacular in every sense be it food, ambience, service. This is a hidden gem that only a handful of people in Delhi love to go to. Located inside the bikaner house, it really grasps you with its charm as you walk through those long elegant corridors of bikaner house. The food is a delight here, all very authentic in taste and qaulity.

Chor Bizarre is undoubtedly one of the most amazing places in Delhi.
Located in a very classy area, this property is beautifully designed with a superb concept and interiors.
I was here for lunch last weekend and I was completely mesmerized with each and everything at this place. It has been in my bucket list since long and I finally managed to visit this wonderful place. The place is calm and composed, you can literally spend hours here enjoying the tarami and admiring the place.
I genuinely got to know all the thing behind Kashmiri cuisine when I was here. The chef is so kind that he personally came to us and gave us all the details about the cuisine.
From starters to the Kashmiri tea, everyone went just perfect. Its very hard to choose my favorite from what all I had but I simply enjoyed their tarami and the non veg platter which had hari mirch macchi tikka, kashmiri kanti kebab, bhatti ka murg and these all were mouth watering. I also had their palak patta chat which was one of its kind. The best thing about this plave is that its purely authentic. They served us Kashmiri Chai   aka Kahva which was a bliss. It helps in digestion, as they say.
It was indeed a great day at Chor Bizarre.

This place was on my bucketlist since an year and finally I got the time to visit it with my family. The ambience of this place was so aesthetic and the vibes were also pretty good. Their staff was so polite and well trained.
Coming to the food that I ordered:
Palak patta chaat: It was so amazing, the chaat was so crispy and refreshing at the same time.
Aloo tikki chaat: there were little potato tikkis and they were also cooked to perfection.
Veg platter: it had crispy sweet corn fritters, salt n pepper mushroom and palak ke kebab, everything was delicious on that plate, I love the sweet corn
Non veg platter: It had kashmiri kaanti kebab, bhatti ka murgh, and fish tikka, it was also amazing, and I loved the kashmiri kebab never had something like that before.
For main course I tried their very famous kashmiri tarami, it was huge platter with lots of tinny bowls, everything was just out of the world.
A must try!

For desserts I had, kashmiri phirni and tandoor pineapple with vanilla ice cream, it was out if this world.

For drinks I tried the shikanji, virgin colada and at last kashmiri kahwa, I never thought I would love the kahwa this much.

Amazing place!

An amazing place to have relaxed dinners on any day. Their service is exceptionally good and from the times of ancient customer service. The waiters are so humble and so polite and explain you everything, with so much patience and passion. Yes, passion. That's what I felt when he was describing the Mutton dish to me. I ended up ordering it and it has been one of the best Mutton gravys I've had. The Garlic Naans, make an entry in my top 5 list of Naans. Simply amazing.

Visited this place with my friends and it was perfect.
With ancient interiors and old melodies playing in the background. This place will take you back to the 70s and 80s.
Delicious food and quick service makes this place highly recommended for you.

I went there as they have launched a new summer menu with exotic dishes likes the mango murgh tikka, watermelon curry, nimbu murgh tikka, banarsi aloo and lots more.

We started with some starters and totally loved them.
The mango flavored tangri was so good in taste.

Coming to mains I really liked the banarsi aloo with the butter naan.

They also had keema naan which was stuffed with mutton keema and spices and tastes delicious.

At last we had fresh mangoes with icecream and it completed our meal.

Overall
It was super fun over there and it will be my favorite place to dine in with family n friends.

There is good food and then there is really amazing food! I was here to experience Kashmiri cuisine with a friend and buoy, I was amazed by the variety and the kind of food which was available! God, there was so much to eat and explore that I have to make another visit to try all this!

Had summer snacks from the menu prepared using mango, and the very famous Kashmiri thali. Also, opted for kulfi and Kashmiri Khawa to end the meal!

I have to say, special Tarami (Non Veg Thali) which includes seekh kabab; Tabak maaz; Goshtaba; Chicken roganjosh; Aloo Bukhara korma; Nodru Yakhni, and some more dishes!

The kulfi is not to be missed, melts in the mouth!

First we tried starterts from their regular menu and summer menu. All the starters that we tried were delicious but the ones that i liked the most were: Jimikand Anjeer ke Kebab, Dahi Gulkand ke Kebab and Malai Gobhi.
In main course i really liked Banarasi Aloo & Watermelon Curry which was really unique and tasted delicious. Finally i had the best thing, their veg tarami. It has a variety of Kashmiri Sabzis with rice and this one is a must try whenever you visit here.

Looking to try some authentic kashmiri food?
You won’t regret having one here!!

An outlet in Bikaner house with some amazing interiors and a huge passage which gives you a royal dining feel.

The table that amazed me was the one that was a bed converted into a dining table with a roof.

With tables and chairs all being different as in a chor bizarre and a very polite staff, the food here is definitely mouthwatering and not to be missed.

We started with their watermelon cooler which was very refreshing with the perfect watermelon flavour.
Just the perfect drink to start your lunch on those hot summer days.

Next we had their palak patta chaat, which was so thin and crisp, do have this whenever you visit the place.

For starters being hard core non vegetarians, we tried their kashmiri kanti kebab and their bhatti ka murgh. It was perfectly marinated and flavourful.

For mains, how could we not try the non vegetarian tarami which had seekh kebab, tabak maas, goshtaba, roganjosh, korma and nadru yakhni. A special mention to their roganjosh and goshtaba, a very soul satisfying meal.

And just when we thought we won’t be surprised anymore by such amazing delicacies, we were served pista kulfi and their kashmiri phirni.

Chor Bizarre brings authentic Indian cuisine in a setting that is audaciously Indian. The restaurant carries a pretty unique theme which also justifies the name of the restaurant. The furniture and all the other little elements make up for a diverse ambience which is a feature of this restaurant, given the effort that has gone into making this place look so vintage and at the same time beautiful and easy on the eye.
As the name goes, you would see a lot of furniture and the little elements which compliment the furniture inspired from Chor Bazaar (thieves market) wherein you get all kinds of furniture from both vintage to modern. Whether it's the old-sewing machine turned into a table for 2 or a huge old bed with a roof turned into a dining table for a family, everything here would amaze you!

Talking about amazing, the menu here is nothing short of amazing. Catering to Indian food, the chefs here specialise in Kashmiri cuisine which is prepared by wazas (junior cooks). Before you dig into the much anticipated Indian appetizers, they offer you a range of refreshing BEVERAGES to choose from :-

Sunrise Punch and Mint Masala Mojito were two of the many refreshing mocktails. These were the definition of summery drinks.

~ Appetizers ~

CHAATS - To start with, the palak patta chaat was so airy, light and refreshing. It was so thin and crispy, absolutely loved it.
Tawa aloo chaat which had crispy fried baby potatoes topped with yogurt, chutney and spices. I fell in love with this chaat!

VEGETARIAN - Mushroom Pepper Fry and Kurkuri Makkai had my heart. Button mushrooms had that extra crisp as they were coated with rice flour and the crispy corn fingers were stuffed with a creamy and a delicious stuffing, these were an absolute treat.

NON VEG - THE BEST NON VEG APPETIZERS IN DELHI NCR! The marination, the flavors, the taste everything was at it's epitome. Whether it was the spicy kick of the Hari Mirch Macchi Tikka, the tenderness and the tanginess of the beautifully cooked Kashmiri Kanti Kebab or the whole marination of bhatti ka murgh, every appetizer was just way too delicious.

~ Mains ~

ROGANJOSH - If you have a meal at a restaurant which specialises in Kashmiri cuisine you gotta try their Mutton Roganjosh and so I did. This was the best mutton roganjosh I've ever had in my life. Period. The spice level, just the way it's supposed to be, was really high. I've had dreams about it, it made me drool in them!

MUTTON YAKHNI - Having this here took me back to the days where I used to have this dish at my best friend's place who is a kashmiri herself. The sourness of the curd and the strong flavor of cardamom mingled together so well to produce a taste that would surely bring me back here!

Not to forget the breads, mirchi garlic naan went so amazingly well with all the mains and their Dal Chor B'zare was one of a kind as well. The chutney that were served alongisde the mains were Walnut Raddish Chutney, Red Onion and Mint Curd. It just can't get any better than this!

~ Dessert ~

They have special seasonal flavored kulfis which would conclude your meal nicely. I absolutely loved the mango one, you could actually taste the mango strongly. After such a hearty meal, I thought nothing would be able to top that but these kulfis had a different say altogether.

Once you are done with your meal, you got to have the Kashmiri Kahwa which is ideal for digestion and is also taken as a ritual signifying the end of the meal.

They have given tribute to the Indian culture and one would realise that if they notice the old music player, tea pot, tiffin from the Mumbai dabbawalas, miniature version of trucks and just about everything that screams INDIA! The ambiance combined with the unmatchable menu would surely leave you in awe of the place! The experience and the hospitality that have been offered to me here just cannot be expressed in words. I'm truly grateful.

So today i went to "chor bizarre" this is in bikaner house and this is a famous indian restaurant. This place is heaven for kashmiri food. They serves authentic kashmiri food. This place is literally, love bcoz of there food they serve and the ambiance which is totally vintage and rustic and they maintained the same still now. Nothing has changed, nor the decor nor the menu. They focus on intricate work and try to maintain the same aura of chor bazar. Every corner of this place specialized something, you can't miss anything. In short you can say this place is old world charm. Best place to spent some quality time with family.

Now comes to food -

In drink -
• Imly mirchi mary - This drink is very spicy and very strong flavours. Though i didn't like it much.
• Masala mint mojito - This is fresh and refreshing.

In starters -
• Palak patta chaat - They serves one of the best palak patta chaat. Must try.
• Tawa aalu chaat - These were baby potatoes served in the chaat form, nice it is.
• Veg starter - Kurkuri makkai, Tandoori puneapple, Palak kebab, Mushroom pepper fry. A perfect veg combo for vegetarians to start the meal.
• Non veg starter - Hari mirch macchi tikka, kashmiri kanti kebab, Bhatti ka murgh. My personal fav was kashmiri kanti kebab i love eating this.

In mains -
• Non veg tarami - which includes Seekh kebab, Tabak maaz, Ghostaba, Chicken rogan josh, Aalu bukhara korma, Nadru yakhni, Haaq, Nadru choorma. Visiting chor bizarre and not having this is sin. This is 36 course meal and a mini wazwan. Must try if you really wants to try authentic kashmiri food.

In dessert -
• Phirni - very lite and mild taste.
• Mango and pista kulfi - Pista kulfi was very yum and mango kulfi has strong flavours of it.

And as a kashmiri tradition meal always end up with the traditional drink called "khawa" Which is basically to digest the meal, so i also did the same.

Overall this place is beautiful in terms of food, ambiance. A complete family place it is. Staffs were so humble and on there toes to serves us the best.
Highly recommended.

A friend of my from college frequently keeps on visiting Chor Bizarre, because according to him this place serves on of the best Kashmiri and Mughlai Cuisine in the city.
So it was over his recommendations that I finally tried the place last Saturday for my lunch.
The decor is quite pleasing and the service was excellent.
We started with the Palak Patta Chaat and this was definitely one of the best I have had in Delhi and hence was finished within a few seconds of reaching our table.
Next were the Amritsari prawns, along with the Non Veg Platter which are again highly recommended.
For our main course we tried the Kashmiri Wazwan, this was definitely the highlight of my meal here, and again a must try.
My friend tried the Dal Makhani with Cheese naan and was a fan of the combination.
We ended our meal with the Paan, Guava and Mango Kulfi, definitely the best way I could have ended my meal here.
The chenna Malpua was delicious too.

This place is definitely worth many visits.

Wanted to go to this restaurant with a quirky name for a while now. Finally managed a weekend lunch. The restaurant's main branch in Asif Ali Road has been in existence for 25 years and so this one had a legacy to keep. Located in the grand Bikaner house half the battle was won. The restaurant ambience is warm just like a well appointed Drawing Room with many interesting artefacts including old samovars. To start we ordered the imly mirch Mary and Adraki punch. The mirch Mary was well mixed but the punch in the Adraki punch would have been better if they used fresh ginger which they promptly did and it tasted even better. We ordered the kurkure makkai. A must try starter which goes very well with their acrot and mulli chutney. The malai kebab was good but a little rare to my liking. Mains we ordered Mirchi Garlic Naan with Mutton Aloo bukhara kurma and chicken tikka Masala. The aloo here implies plums. Meat was succulent and the gravy tangy. Would have gone well with steamed rice. The chicken tikka Masala is tasty and different. Recommended. Dessert we had the Malpua. Was good. The service by Mr Sharma and Mr Divinder and their team need a special mention. They ensured that we had a great afternoon. Kudos to them. All in all well worth a visit. Seating is limited so do make reservations.

Chor bizzare makes for a nostalgic season serenading you and your palate with an ephemeral gusto in its offerings. The setting is heavily influenced by the yesteryears, and it's shows vividly in its plumage. The mellow, warm lighting plays in beautifully with its interior décor.

To begin, the mutton seekh kebab was probably one of the most revered ones; succulent and entrenched with flavour. Traits which I have seldom found at several other restaurants. As far as the Vegetarian starters were concerned, the palak tikka was splendidly soft, and lined with cheese. A perfect alchemy.

The Machchi Methi Tikka (Fish tikka) was superb. The fish fillets were cooked through, to a perfect white colour on the inside. Subtlety flavoured and suitably so at that.

In the main course, the Mutton Yakhni wazaan was splendid as well, but it's putrid curry could use something to provide for respite.

The selection of breads, particularly the paneer kulcha, were other worldly pleasures. Plush, yet with a bite. And the paneer kulchas were certainly impressive in their portions and proportion of paneer to bread. Wonderful.

All in all, Chor Bizzare is a mellifluous melody, written by its composer in peace, and with love. I Strongly recommend. Would surely pay a second visit in the near future.

Chor Bizzare is a heavenly place for Non Vegetarians. I go there almost every weekend with friends and every time we are mesmerised by the taste and ambiance of it. For food, Galloti Kebabs, Mutton Nihari and Dal Makahni is a must have. They also have a variety of liquor options available that further facilitates your craving for this place.

Its a nice quiet place in the heart of the city. Good place to meet and chat. Our vegetarian order had pachmel daal and malai kofta with breads. Both the dishes tasted very good. Service was good and staff was polite. Slow music allows for a good conversation over meals.

Nestled quietly along India Gate, this place exuberates fine dining experience. The melody of old bollywood classics, playing in the background, while the decor gives an old world charm. The staff is courteous and helps with the food selection. We had #prawns, bhatti ka #murg, #palak patta chat and paneer #tikka for starters. While for main course, we had #dalmakhni, kasturi chicken, Shahi paneer. Everything was delightful. The deserts were a let down though - phirni, kulfi, rasmalai - none of them could meet the expectation which was set by the food that we had consumed before that.. But, it was an amazing experience. #Mustvisit

Opulent interiors, great service, delicious good-looking Chor Bizarre (located inside Bikaner House) was a great find!
Although the place has a variety of Indian dishes, it specialises in Kashmiri food.
Recommendations:
-Reshmi kebab
-Rogan Josh

A special mention for the cocktails- strong and deliciously mixed!
Overall, a great dining experience.

I hv walked past they Daryagunj restaurant many times during my college days in the 90’s. Never went in, how much could a student pay. After 25 years visited their Bikaner House place. The decor is kitsch Indian. The outcome of a curio shopping spree in a Chor bazaar. The service is polished. Polite helpful staff. I ordered the mini Wazwan called Tarami (non veg) and it’s a meat lovers delight. Starts with crispy Nadru (lotus stem), has 4 lamb dishes where the Goshtaba clearly stands out and 2 veggie - I loved the Haaq - a lightly sautéed Paalak tempered with whole red chilies. It’s a big meal, needs a big appetite and don’t ask for more rice. Better to come after skipping your last meal. Enjoy the meat. As your get full, the food does not taste as good. So start with the best - Gostaba, Haaq, Tabak Maaz. They should change the chicken Rogan josh to mutton. And the chicken was overdone. The food ends with phirni and kahwa which are average.

Food- dal makhni and masala naan is a must order. I ordered cheese naan which was equally good. Here you will get proper north indian food. Out of all I really liked dal makhni.

Ambience- very romantic, you can sit here talk and enjoy the food.

Recently visited Chor Bizarre which is famous for its Kashmiri Cuisine.
The restaurant looked really fancy with a very unique concept of chor bazaar where everything seemed like bought from chor bazaar, everything was very old yet looked fancy. They assembled everything differently, like using old doors to make the table & different style of plates.
Coming to food, we started with starters, stuffed Aloo was super delicious, aloo chaat was the thing which was spicy & super delicious. Also the bharwa Gol-Gappe & Palak patta chaat was crispy even after 30 mins of serving.
Being a non-vegetarian, I loved all the vegetarian starters. Later I tried their hara Chicken which had a bit of spicy taste & everything was really delicous.
Something interesting here is that every dish is prepared by the wazas from the Kashmir. The chefs who know the authentic flavours of kashmiri food. After I tried their special Tarami of Wazwan prepared by Chef Rajiv Malhotra. Chef Rajiv is associated with this restaurant since it started in 1990 in Hotel Broadway. I was pleased to meet him as he not only shared his experience about the food but also about the concept of the property.
Wazwan is a 36 meal-course in Kashmir but as it's just so difficult to have each course, this is the mini-wazwan they serve.

We had heard so much about chor bizarre and the experience was indeed lovely! The ambience is super quaint and old school, great throwback to post colonial indian drawing rooms.
The wine selection was great. We ate from the wazwan menu, and the food though not completely authentic kashmiri wazwan, was incredibly tasty.
Dessert was super enjoyable with a creamy firni and a pista kulfi. A walk around Bikaner house post meal was sorely necessary!

"One cannot Think well, Love well, Sleep well if one has not Dined well."

Just like any other city has a chor bazaar, we went out to have complete eat out experience at much ironical food heaven @Chor Bizarre which serves authentic regional Indian cuisine in an eclectic decor with old charm music paired with hearty hospitality.
Special emphasis have been put towards the decor where "nothing matches" yet "everything gels". From fabrics to the antique tables, local ornaments/accessories, picture frames & the installation of timeless beauties.
It takes you on a journey, back in the period where you see objects and works of art as you go through the space.

Talking about food, each regional dish stays true to their origin even after going through innovation by chefs.

Where do I start from since I had quite many dishes :p Ok, as below.
Everything was fantastically-amazingly-superbly-legendary! Everything became our favourites.

Dahi Batata Puri
Crisp flour spheres (gol gappe) filled with potato, yoghurt, mint, tamarind, pomegranate seeds- topped with sev. Burst of flavours in your mouth.

Shikanji
Such a refreshing and cool drink with a wow factor to cleanse your palette.

Palak Patta Chaat
Crispy spinach leaves topped with some yoghurt, spices, pomegranate and sev.

Kashmiri Kanti Kebab
Lamb tossed in onions, tomatoes and Kashmiri spices.

Kurkuri Makkai
Crispy sweet corns fingers.

Tandoori Malai Gobhi
Char grilled baby cauliflower with cheese and topped with some garam masala. Vegetarians- Must Try!!

Hari Mirchi Macchi Tikka
Fish tikka in green color which is predominantly there by the use of green chillies and spinach paste. No artificial colours used.

Main Course:
Yes! Even after trying these many starters we ordered mains! This is what a Foodie does, especially if the food is this good.

Non-Veg Tarami
Seekh kebab, Tabak Maaz, Gashtaba, Chicken Roganjosh, Aloo Bukhara Korma, Yakhni, Haaq on a bed of rice.
This is followed by traditional Kahwa tea.

Egg Curry:
Cheese stuffed eggs in onion tomato gravy! Absolute Kickass dish.

Had all this with Mirchi garlic naan, ulta tawa paranthas and Keema Kulcha -> my tastebuds danced to the tune of Lajawaab !!!

Who said we are done? Bring some deserts, plz.
Tandoori Pineapple:
Big chunks of juicy pineapple with tandoor flavour accompanied with cinnamon vanilla ice-cream.

Kashmiri Phirni:
Perfectly blend semolina in milk and saffron. Soft and light.

Special mention to Chef Karan who is an amazing human being, so humble and carries magic in his hands. I take a "bow" !

It takes a lot for us to say this, but we haven't had better Kashmiri cuisine in Delhi anywhere than here @Chor Bizarre. We highly recommend this place to all our follower community. This place will not let you down in any way.
Plan your next outing/ chill-out session with friends or bae/ work-meetings, etc without much a-do.

Until next time . . .

Best Regards,
Team Delhidelites Xx

Chor Bizarre is such a nice place to have food from all over India. The Punjabi chicken or the Lucknow kababs, but my all time favourite has to be the Kashmiri Food they serve here.
They serve it in a thaali which like a mini wazwaan, it has seekh kababs, veg curries, chicken and Mutton curries, served with a generous amount of rice.
I also tried the Rajma here, and really loved it. Everything is served with walnut chutney, Masala kamal kakdi and it compliments the food really well.
The food is definitely worth every single penny you spend here.

Heard the hype and visited this place with Family. The place is small, well kept but crowded. The restaurant is known for Indian & Kashmiri cuisine. We tried the Dahi Puri and Palak Patta Chaat To start with. Both were decent. The quantity was enough for 4 people. Then we tried the Rum Punch cocktail which was well made. The kaafir lime tasted delicious in it. Then we tried their specialty Kashmiri Tarami. It’s more like a Kashmiri Thali served with rice. The portion size was good enough for one person. We tried both the Veg and Non veg options and it was good. The taste was authentic and sublime. Overall a good experience.

I had the pleasure of trying Chor Bizarre yesterday. But everything about my experience was far from bizarre and more close to being wonderful.(Had to make that joke) The way the interiors have been designed beautifully, the calming classic Hindi music and the exceptional service. I was already in a good mood even before I grabbed the menu. I felt like having chicken and after much discussion with the staff, I decided to order chicken tikka masala with some garlic naan. I must say I was quite honestly impressed with the flavour and the texture of the gravy. To me it was a memorable dine in experience. From the spice level to the juiciness of the chicken, everything was done right. I would love to visit here but if you do stay in Delhi or are even visiting, I highly recommend trying this place. They’re known for their Kashmiri dishes but even the other items were fantastic.

The food is very tasty. But quantity is very less & price per plate is very high. Palak patta chaat for example is very tasty & fresh but a plate has only 4-5 pieces at a price of 215 per taxesBatata puri has only 5 puchkas at a price of 215 plus taxes. Tandoori non veg platter has only 3 pieces per snack. Be careful while ordering.

One of the best places in town at the best location possible in Delhi. I have been a big fan of this brand for almost 25 years when it was at a different location. If you love North Indian especially Kashmiri food don’t miss this place at all. Best Tabak Maaz, amazing curry dishes like Yakhni. Rogan Josh, Haaq and a vibrant atmosphere. Chef Srinivas and his talented team has always been so consistent with their food it surprises me how beautifully they do it. Do book a table in advance. If you are here for good food, you won't regret. Taste & service, both pleasing. Gaolouti kabab - 3.5 (though it's melt in the mouth type, but needs to be little bit more moist with fat) Gostaba - 4.5 (bang on taste, 0.5 less due to smaller than expected ball size) Mutton - 5 (superb taste, very soft) Garlic Naan - 3 (was cold). Was thinner also due to which it was more crunchy than being soft. Chilli garlic Naan - 3 (was cold, & was expecting with green chillies not red chilli paste) Steam rice - 3 (normal rice used instead of aromatic versions, portion very small) Mutton stuffed Kulcha - 4 (it was nice, better filling possible) Dahi balla - 5 (as expected) Berry crush mocktail - 4.5 (kids liked it) Side dish - liked the walnut louki raita. Food portions can be little more, I won't say it's less but as prices are on higher side so expectations are according to it. Plates are also nice, with different decorations in each. Decor is what we see in images, but as the restaurant sitting space is not too big, difficult to move around and appreciate the old relics. Chairs can be made more comfortable, with better back rest. Better do reservation, else may have to wait.

Chor Bizarre is a gem that truly lives up to its name, providing a uniquely delightful dining experience. From the moment you step into this restaurant, you're transported into a world of eccentricity and charm. One of the standout features that sets Chor Bizarre apart is its purposeful use of different plate designs for each guest. This attention to detail not only adds an element of surprise but also creates a sense of personalization, making each visit feel truly special. When it comes to the food, Chor Bizarre continues to impress. The mal pua, a traditional Indian dessert, is an absolute must-have. Its delicate texture, coupled with the sweet syrup and subtle hints of cardamom, will leave you craving for more. Pairing the creamy dal makhni cooked for 24 hrs 🤯 with the heavenly chilli garlic naan is a match made in foodie heaven. The rich flavors of the dal complement the perfectly spiced naan, creating a symphony of tastes that will satisfy even the most discerning palate.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) Review: My recent dining experience at the Kashmiri Restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in the heart of the city, this hidden gem showcases the vibrant and rich flavors of the Kashmiri cuisine in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an ambiance that instantly transported me to the beautiful valleys of Kashmir. The restaurant's decor exuded elegance, with traditional Kashmiri artwork adorning the walls and soft, ambient lighting that created a soothing ambiance. The attentive and friendly staff made me feel right at home, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that every detail of the dining experience was taken care of. Now, let's talk about the highlight of the evening—the food. The Kashmiri Restaurant offers an extensive menu featuring authentic Kashmiri dishes, each prepared with meticulous attention to detail. The flavors were a delightful symphony of spices, providing a unique blend that left my taste buds dancing with joy. The use of traditional Kashmiri ingredients, such as saffron, fennel, and Kashmiri chili, added an unmistakable authenticity to each dish. I started my culinary journey with the fragrant and flavorful Rogan Josh, a traditional Kashmiri lamb curry. The tender pieces of meat simmered in a rich gravy that was bursting with aromatic spices. The flavors were balanced perfectly, with just the right amount of heat. Accompanied by fragrant basmati rice, this dish was a testament to the culinary expertise of the chefs. Next,a dish that perfectly showcased the delicate flavors of Kashmiri cuisine. The fragrant rice, cooked with aromatic spices and succulent pieces of meat, was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The subtle hints of saffron elevated the dish to new heights, leaving me craving for more. The sweet and savory combination was a revelation, adding a unique twist to the traditional naan. To end the meal on a sweet note, I savored the Shufta, a traditional Kashmiri dessert. The combination of caramelized dry fruits, honey, and saffron created a heavenly indulgence that was both rich and satisfying. Each bite was a reminder of the culinary legacy that Kashmir holds. Overall, this restaurant left an indelible mark on my taste buds and my heart. The authenticity of the cuisine, combined with the warm hospitality and cozy ambiance, made for an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur of Kashmiri cuisine or someone looking to embark on a culinary adventure, this restaurant is a must-visit. I can't wait to return and explore more .
