Me and my group reached late night and stayed after the closing hours (I know it's very impolite) but the staff made us feel at home, we were not rushed, we were the last ones to leave yet ample staff was present and serviced us without a frown. The taste is very good and even the portion sizes are appropriate, which is a rare sight nowadays.
So we went there for my mum and dad’s wedding anniversary with our close family in Delhi and we had a very good time!
Not only is the food exceptionally lovely, but also the staff is the best staff I could have seen at a restaurant in Delhi. I need to specially mention Sumit and Kush for their service and courtesy which will make us want to come again for sure!

A good and quite place to have a good dinner. Gauolti kebabs are mouth melting perfect blend of flavours. Seekh kebab are cooked to prefection, service is good and the staff is polite and prompt. Overall a great place to have a good food.

starters, especially gilauti kabab and paneer tikka are just yummy. Dal factory is also good. Tinka kulfi is their speciality. They will give you some experience. One star extra for their service. The staff is so warm and courteous.

The great kabab factory at redission blue connaught place restaurants is really fantastic and resemble its name the Great. The foods are delicious and unforgettable. Visited this place yesterday for a dinner date and I just loved their service , food , ambience everything . Also a special arrangement on the table was made for me and my partner which was a very sweet gesture . Their live singing reminded me of the old days and the songs . Galauti kebab was a major reason to visit the place and the paan served in last was too good . Wouls definitely recommend it and will visit again 😊

I had their non veg buffet, which is priced at 1299 excluding tax. The place has a good ambience. They have life performance, playing hindi oldies. Coming to food there were few ups and downs. Overall it was good and we repeated the things we liked.

The service, ambience is flawless. The kababs were great. Spice level in main course is probably for foreigners. Quite bland . Preperation was good. Dal Makhni was too good.
Since I was with 2 Chinese Guest so did not ask if the spice level could be increased.

Sometimes we have these do-or-die cravings. Like cravings for kababs last Wednesday. This drew us to The Great Kabab Factory at Radisson Blu Marina Hotel, Connaught Place. For one, located on the Outer Circle, this is a super cool location – easily approachable from anywhere. One doesn’t need to plan ahead in terms of transport etc. Secondly, they are celebrating their 20th anniversary and have a special menu. The commemorative menu comprises their most popular kababs over the years. Being suckers for kababs, we just had to check this out.
The ambience is great. Food quality is just perfect here. The live ghazal enhances the atmosphere. Its worth visiting here. Shivam, Manish and Manoj, the staff members here, are doing there job really well and are very polite.
Given the location & space, reservation is a must so we booked out table early on. We had selected the buffet menu & boy were we surprised! The quantity is good but the softness & taste of the kebabs were simply amazing. They keep serving them on the table one after the other & the food is always piping hot. We had like 5 servers waiting us during the entire dinner so service was pretty smooth & definitely warrants a return!

A must try casual dining if you want to try something different from the regular conventional dishes. A fixed charge has to be paid whether you opt for veg or non veg. The ambiance is all infused contemporary and ethnic vibes with a touch of dramatic elements. Live singing and live kitchen makes the space very interactive. Talking about the food, Galouti Kababs are a MUST!!! The main course was a little disappointment because it tasted average. Overall, it was a good experience.
Good ambiance, music and food. I was at Radisson Blu for a stay and the Great Kabab Factory is located inside the hotel itself. This place serves the best Galouti kababs in the town and Gulab jamuns were good too.
We recently went for an Aadab Lucknow festival featuring lucknavi food.
It was totally a worthy decision. It was actually a scrumptious feast with lots of kababs and curry.
From mutton to chicken to fish dishes everything was perfect along with the live music which was icing on the cake . We really had a good time . Special thanks to their Courtois staff.

I visited this restaurant a few days ago, the service was truly exemplary and the ambience sort of justified the hefty amount they charge per person.
There were two melodious singers singing ghazals at request which was really soothing.
The restaurant is centrally placed in CP and transportation to and from it is not an issue. Talking about food, it is pretty good but again being a 5 Star restaurant, they make money by reducing the quantity. I would surely recommend this for more of a formal gathering.

We had the privilege of being invited for a Chef's Table on #InternationalWomensDay with Pashtuni Food, and the Chef is none other than the famous celebrity Chef Rakesh Sethi, a very seasoned n professional Chef who is heading the Radisson Brand.
The Pashtuns are based in both countries Afganistan and Pakistan, so the food here is generally mix of both the places, non veg delicacies are what most of the people relish here. The delicacies we had, had a distinct awesome taste.
Murg Shinwari Kebab with Onion Chutney..... the chicken leg marinated with coarsely grounded spices.
Gulnar Fish Kebab.....rose petals flavoured grilled fish. Gosht Galouti Kebab.....delicate, delicious and soft. Pashtuni Charsi Boti.....smokey Lamb cubes skewers cooked with lamb fat. Afgani BBQ Prawns....
Grilled prawns marinated with lemon juice n BBQ sauce.
Khumb Peshawari Tikka.....
All these Kebab were awesome, juicy, some were somewhat sweetish, spices were quite similar what we Indians use, yet they were coarsely grounded and not powdered.
Nadru Cauliflower Pilaf with Tomato chutney, Kaali dal, Toor dal, Afghan Banjan Curry....these we had as a main course. The food was less spicy n less oily.
Khajur ka halwa.... lipsmaking, delicious
Shir Berenj..... just like our Indian Rice Kheer made with milk, rose water, cinnamon,....
Malida.... generally made with leftover roti, parantha, crumbled then cooked with ghee, dry fruits....
Pan Ice cream. Relished all to the core.
