The Fatty Bao - New Delhi - Photo album

Another excellent visit to what is quickly becoming one of my favourite haunts in the R. K. Puram area. My mom is born and brought up in the area(Near sector 4) so you call kind of call it her "homely" area. We have frequented the area still I was a wee lad, so it's obvious that we know quite a few
Do you enjoy interesting mains and desserts? From Baos to stir fried to wasabi prawns the Fatty Bao has it all. Really tasty food, and a phenomenal cocktail menu. The duck bao, the wasabi prawns are unmissable. The dessert menu is to die for! Chocolate pyramid, the egg.. Just plain yummy comfort foo
Had the Chicken Pho and the Char Sui Bao. The Pho took me right back to the streets of Old Quarter in Hanoi. The flavours were spot on. The Bao was lip smacking. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a taste of South East Asian delicacies.
Great food at reasonable prices. The baos were great - steam buns were authentic and the fillings were imaginative. The fatty bao pork belly and jelly is fantastic. The chasu ramen and the grilled seafood ramen were also very good. The nasi lemak is reimagined (ie it's not really nasi lemak) but it
Good place. Not all seats are comfortable. Service is OK. Food, particularly the Bao, is quite good.
Lovely set up, kind & courteous staff. Calamari was alright, spicy chicken ramen + crispy bacon was pretty goos, dessert(Zen forest) was probably the best of the lot!!
Excellent ambience. Easy to locate location. It's in Sangam Courtyard, RK Puram sector 8. On major Somnath Marg. Lovely cuisine, great spread, food is upscale and very soothing to the palate. Once you visit, you'll visit again
My favourite place for small plates! The food is so flavourful and tasty and the choices of dishes is diverse and wonderful. Very pleased with the food here.
The food was great and so was the environment...their baos are great and they offer a variety of other food options. Even their beverages were good. Desert options were pretty decent too.
Char Siu Bao that takes your heart away. The sweet perfectly cooked pork belly with a huge amount of lard filled with some fresh crunchy green apple Kimchi and some earthy, spicy flavours creates some exceptional love on your palate.
Very unique cuisine. Great place to try out new things. But a little noisy and the drinks menu could be better.
Great Japanese food but very pricy, was surprised to see their desserts, must try. Very quiet place so good experience over all.
We had lunch today and the experience was real fun.... Great food and ambience... The Baos lived upto the expectations and we tried almost all versions on the menu or at least it felt like we did... The Ramen section was a hit too... The only slight dampener was the sangria pitch which was just too
Feels fresh, neat & clean place. My children love it's menu. High ceilings & lot of natural light.
The staff is friendly, the bao is interesting, main course flavors are little overwhelming but tasty. Both veg and non veg was good.
Mostly the most awesome baos and other Asian - Chinese / Japanese fusions, but sometimes in-consistent with taste and services.
Great ambiance. Great food and the prices were just right. An ideal place to catch up with friends and family.
