Excellent food..multiple options and variety
Different unique menu ...great lively ambience and extremely polite staff and prompt service inspite of going on a saturday evening
Great ambience, super hospitality and awesome fun food..!! My wife and I loved every bit of the experience from starters to the dessert. Kudos Kunal Fatty Bao for making the experience so fulfilling.
Food ambience music staff service all were up to the mark.... Left as a happy person
I love this place
Food is awesome and it's friendly also
My daughter loves their baos
Super food service n ambience never disappointed keep it up
awesome food and great service... loved it! Engaging kids is tough and your staff did an amazing job!!
I loved the ramen soup and we were not disaapointed in our quest for great ramen in New Delhi after having ramen soups in new York..
Good selection of dishes and some innovative starters.....
This place is warm with hospitable staff...the food is a little indianised version of Asian food, however everything is full of flavour and you end up enjoying due to great service.
Should try the baos and sushi, the California sushi, roast duck Bao, patty Bao.
Have been to the fatty boa outlets at Delhi and Bombay, and it has never been a disappointment. Those who like a good sangria might just find one here. The food and the ambience both are a good reason to visit the place time and again. The Japanese cheese cake deserves a special mention.
Great baos and overall a very good menu with lots of good options. place is also nice. Warm staff. want to pop in for a meal every time I pass Sangam.
They food here was very tasty and authentic just according to the Japanese cuisine ⭐️
It not only pleased our palate but was also visually beautiful 💕
Loved the service and it’s a beautiful place for a gathering and for people who fancy Asian cuisine 💕
Excellent food and a quick service. Dim sums and small plates especially fatty bao is excellent. The desserts, and ice cream such as salted caramel are awesome.
Love your offerings. . It’s one of my favourite comfort food. Please start delivery .. we live in westend which is not too far 😊. My fav dish here is definitely the chicken teriyaki Bao
been to this place twice, and it's always a terrific experience. the staff is courteous and helpful at all times, the ambience is great, the decor is lovely and the food is absolutely delicious.
desserts are a must have; they're always unique, flavourful and aesthetically pleasing. an overall awesome place!
Frankly, I didn't expect the place to be so great as far as the food and ambiance were concerned, just based on the narrow entrance at the top floor of the Sangam mall. But, it had nonetheless. So, lemme break it down to as usual:
Ambiance: Beautiful. They have great decor, classy lampshades, good crowd, interesting walls. Since the FIFA is on, everyone faced towards the TV. From girls chit-chatting, guys hogging the bar faced towards the FIFA screen, girl out with her old parents, to people like me who were their with the entire fam-jam (including my 2. 3 year old), I almost saw everyone of all age and sizes. So, don't stereotype. Everyone goes there.
Food: Wonderful. We ordered sticky rice, Pan seared tofu (which was nothing short of incredible), exotic mushroom, Lotus root in Thai red curry. Even my son loved the food, it wasn't spicy and had the right flavours.
Service: Great. The staff is always smiling and ready to help or even suggest you if you're not that well versed with the food genre.
The Fatty Bao is a mind blowing place with an amazing ambience.
I visited this place for dinner and it already had a waiting line when I reached.
Everything I ordered was delicious and very well presented.
The vegetable dragon roll sushi is a MUST try if you are a vegetarian.
I've always had bad experiences with sushis but this place successfully flipped my opinion for sushis!
Over all,
Food: 5/5
Service: 4.5/5
Ambience: 4.5/5
I'd definitely love to visit this place again!
Came here for the lunch with a friend and ordered chicken wings, Grilled fish and chicken dimsums. The food was delicious and good portioned. The service was awesome as well.
Will be back soon.
Zomato gold meal- an evening well spent. Good food and ambiance.
Tried their open pork bao and pork momos with beer ..... finished with chicken dish and bacon fried rice- this was a star dish .
Will surely visit again !
Kudos !
An evening well spent. Our cocktails (caprioska & fatty sour) were nice. The dim sums were good (we had a steamed and pan seared ones) the duck pizza had a little chewy duck meat (a previous outing had a much softer texture, which is why I had ordered this again), but I din let my appetiser take a hit cause of that. For our main course we had the nasi something dish, which was spiced rice with egg, Crispy Prawn & Chicken. Had fried onion, veg crackers and peanuts for dressing. All in all we were so full that we couldn’t order dessert. Off course the Zomato gold on drinks helped our buzz! 😎

Quick on service and very polite. Food is good. Sushi was not that satisfactory. Loved to taste Asahi once more. Fatty sour was very innovative.
The fatty bao is a perfect Food date spot to hangout at.
It is one of those picturesque places where the view is amazing and the decor soothes your soul.
If you crave for ramen on a cold/rainy day, head over to This spot.

They definitely do justice to their name. Their baos are fatty & fantastic. I have not found a single Asian restaurant that prepares a better bao than them! Fatty Bao’s signature pork belly bao is absolutely divine; oozing of beautiful meaty flavours! For mains, they have ample amount of curry/rice options but my go-to choice will always be their ramen bowl. The only food improvement they need to focus on is the sushi selection, decent enough to be on the menu but still not upto the quality that people of Delhi have come to expect. The desserts do catch your eye as well, a few worthy choices like the Cocoa Caramel & the egg should be your top choices! Overall, a great spot for dinner.
Its really good. Had thr lamb seseme bao or was it chilly lamb bao was awesome.... thr fried rice, thr 5 flavour gravy dish or wtv tht was, noodles all perfect... Tried thr malasian smthn chckn which was like thai curry but lill mild in coconut flavour so was also good n diffrnt. One of d best baos in town tho
You’re welcomed with a warm greeting in this simple place with lots of wall decors and panda paintings. Once seated, there was this cute battery lit candle placed in front of us. Coming to menu, I loved the detailing. Like, the sushi rolls were very descriptive with dots representing the number of rolls that would be served against the pricing. The place has a wide spread menu and my appetite seemed much lesser as compared to the variety on offer. We ordered kimchi baby potato for the starter and it was nice in taste and similar to honey chilli potatoes but only with whole baby potatoes tossed in the sauces. Next was asparagus and mixed veg sushi. I loved the sushi as the wasabi was strong and fresh in taste, and it was prepared intricately and well. For the main course, I had Thai red curry and steamed rice on my palate. Thai red curry was really good with beautiful flavours lingering on my taste buds. Plus, it came with peanuts , fried onion and chilli sauce as accompaniments. I believe that the peanuts could be served in powder form instead of the whole peanuts for a better spread and presentation. Whole in whole, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit again for trying out the various other delectable food options on the menu. Definitely recommended!!
I personally love Bao’s - so both the minced lamb and the prawns&crab bao’s were excellent.
The raw mango papaya salad was very well balanced in its sweet and sour taste.
The drinks were great.
Must visit for it’s Bao’s and drinks!
Loved Fatty Bao! The ambience was great and so were the drinks- the red wine sangria deserves a special mention. The papaya salad was great too- one of the best I have had in recent times. The salmon we ate wasn't too fresh.
Fatty Bao has a calm and soothing ambience.
The cocktails are awesome, with good preparation. I ordered, 1. Mickey Ninja, 2. Yoko Ho No, both Absolute Vodka based. Both the drink were strong and refreshing.
They have nice Chinese food and sea food with excellent preparation.
I had Green Mango and Papaya Salad and it was something very different and nice.
Their dimsums are also different. The veg one, Wild Mushrooms and Truffle Oil, had a mehroon coating (because of the beatroot) and the non veg one, Chicken and Asparagus, had a yellow coating.
The desserts were unique too. I had Fatty Hill, Zen Forest, all very nice.
The taste of every dish was different and unique. 👍🏼
It costs minimum 1500 per person.
The staff is polite and helpful. (y)
Great food. We had ordered California Rolls, Salmon &Dill Sushi 🍣 which were amazing. We also ordered Jungle Curry with seafood and Exotic Mushroom Ramen. Overall food for very good. Ambience was cool and staff well trained and courteous. A big thumbs up to The Fatty Bao at Sangam Courtyard
The Fatty bao provides a perfect experience of a fine dining.
The food never disappoint you at all,
My favorite papiya salad mast tha yar☺☺☺
Sangam courtyard is a convenient place if you plan an evening of movie and dinner. After finishing the show at PVR, you will be spoilt for choice since all the eateries here are nice and classy. You can wind up your dinner with pudding at Theo on the ground floor.
Among the available choices for food, Fatty bao is a great option if you want to eat Asian. Went for dinner and ordered Chilli crab and prawn bao, Prawn tempura shushi, The Fatty oysters and Three cup chicken in starters. All were good except the oysters which hardly tasted like fresh oysters and gave the impression you were having something over an old oyster shell. Chicken dish and the oysters had a bit more salt for most people’s liking.
For main course we had Fatty pho ramen, Slow cooked lamb massaman curry and Sticky rice. Ramen was divine and so was the lamb with its accompaniment of fried onions, peanuts, sambal paste and prawn crackers.
Still quite a few dishes specially in the small and large plate sections looked interesting and would love to try them out some time .
Great place to eat authentic Chinese food. You should try their chilli garlic noodles. Ambience is good and Zomato gold 2+2 on drinks makes drinks decently priced. Try white rhino.

#fattybaodel Enjoyed the experience very much and the food was delicious. Read more at www.tashneem.wordpress.com. I am definitely going back again!
Wanted to visit this place since a very long time. Had their pork belly bao in one of the food festivals and it was quite hard to forget that taste. They surely serve the best pork belly bao in town and the glaze on the pork is to die for, I swear. The another thing that I waited so long to eat was their desert called Forest Zen. The desert looked amazing on the plate, like an Instagrammers dream. But I’m not that sure that I liked the taste of that beetroot sorbet. I guess it’s not for everyone. Otherwise super polite serves and amazing food and cocktails made the place worthy of a second visit very soon
Another excellent visit to what is quickly becoming one of my favourite haunts in the R. K. Puram area.
My mom is born and brought up in the area(Near sector 4) so you call kind of call it her "homely" area. We have frequented the area still I was a wee lad, so it's obvious that we know quite a few good places to chow down, a list which will proudly include this fabulous joint.
The place was crowded since it was a Saturday but the server/staff lady was kind enough to lead us to a high stand table with an offer to shift us to a proper table when it is available(she has welcomed us all 3 times we have visited the place and everytime I swear she recognises us😂).
The staff were excellent as usual which helped turn our ordering mood on a bit quicker than usual.
Our appetisers consisted of Spicy Tofu Bao, Roast Duck bao and Spicy Mushroom sushi rolls. The baos were soft and the meat/veggies inside were well flavoured and seasoned. The Roast duck bao was heavenly with the sauce marination of the duck completely coating it with flavour and taste. The Mushroom rolls were decent pieces of umami heaven.
Our order continued with Crystal Tofu and Vegetables Dim sums, Thai smoked corn cakes and Pok Pok Chicken Wings. The dim sums were decent with tasteful and good amount of filling but the corn fillet of the corn cakes did feel a little under seasoned and bland. The chicken wings were mildly spicy with a good accompaniment of vegetables and well coating of sweet spicy sauce.
The main course was rather light with Egg Fried Rice which were standard. The overall enjoyment of the meal was doubled by the excellent preparation of the Mango Ice Tea from their seasonal mango menu(A must check out during this limited available time). The tea tasted a perfect balance of tang(sweet and a bit of sourness) which added to the overall flavours of the meal.
Dessert course was always meant to be our pièce de résistance with the ordering of one of the most creative dishes I have ever seen: THE EGG and blueberry sorbet. The sorbet was decent with chilled sourness flavour with a hint of sweetness and a praline shave on top.
But the main attraction has to be THE EGG. It is a culinary masterpiece of a white chocolate egg filled with light creamy and custard(maybe? ) placed in a bowl of wafer shaves resembling leaves and braces and chocolate wings to accompany. A single crack and the inside goodness flows out and mixes magically with the accompaniments around. Absolutely heavenly in taste and presentation.
Overall, this is a place where one can easily enjoy a modern yet grounded taste of Asian cuisine with a few modernly artful dishes sprinkled in between.
A definite recommend to all.
My rating: 5/5 | Dad loves the place too💙
Great food, great ambience and great customer service.
Fatty Bao is an amazing concept. I tried the Lamb Open Bao and the Closed BBQ Chicken Bao.
The streamed open bao with beautifully cooked lamb is an absolute delight to eat. The pan seared closed bao has a juicy chicken core... mouth-watering.
What is even more impressive is that such top quality also comes with great value for money.
An outlet worth making repeated visits.
Consistently great food. Never disappoints. Could add better collection of beers though.. Great options for vegetarians as well. Teriyaki open bao is signature.
We went here today for weekend brunch for the first time and it was a delightful experience.
We ordered #baked wonton cups# which were bite size and absolutely delicious, #exotix mushroom ramen# which was again very tasty and one portion was sufficient for two-three people and #pan seared tofu# which was good. They have summer special mango based beverages these days from which we ordered #mango-apricot# ice tea which wasnt upto expectations but #mango-apricot# cooler was refreshing and nice. Overall, the place is nice and should definitely be tried.
*Perfect option when looking for Asian cuisine#

This being my first Sushi experience, had to take place at The Fatty Bao, which is also present at numerous locations in Mumbai. We first ordered the Roast Duck Bao, which was amazing. Word of caution: Most Bao dishes are a bit on the sweeter side, in case that does not suit your taste. However, the contrasting textures of the bao and the meat inside it do the job for me. The duck offered a certain crunchiness which is something that your teeth eventually come to after going through the soft bao bread and that makes the Bao a really interesting concept.
We also ordered the BBQ Chicken Bao but it failed to overshadow the Roast Duck Bao.
For Sushi, we ordered the Dragon Roll which tasted amazing, save for the fact that the sauces upon the Sushi should be brought in separately, as Sushi is one dish that you definitely want to try without in other flavour's interference. Having Sushi for the first time also meant having Wasabi for the first time and thank goodness, that I did not gorge on it like we Indians do on any sauce that looks remotely green.
The Fatty Pho Ramen turned out to be okay.
Fatty Bao
Fatty Bao has been a pleasant discovery for me and my husband . We tried the ‘open baos’ for the first time at this place last year, which were delicious . Since then we have returned to the place quite a few times to check out other items on their menu . The large platters of fish and small platters of pork belly in sauce and Hakka noodles were immensely satisfying . Last night we tried their Sushi platters and were happily surprised with the range and the quality of Salmon and Tuna Nigiri 🍣
We ordered several platters of Sushi rolls. The prawn tempura had the desired crunchiness , the California roll of crab meat was soft and tasty . The piece de resistance was the ‘Dragon roll ‘. This platter was more of a fusion roll with avocado , salmon, crab filling with an interesting cream sauce on the side . An interesting presentation and perfect for the Indian palate.
The service is quick and the staff is friendly .The choices of four or eight sushi’s per platter makes it a hearty meal .
The place was buzzing on a Sunday night. We also tried their gluten free dark chocolate smore which was yet another happy discovery .
Fatty Bao will remain among our top recommendations to friends and family for Sushis for now . 😁
Look forward to a repeat 👍

After a movie at Pvr, we took a wise decision to have dinner here. The place is perfectly lit for a dinner date. Its neither too dark nor too bright. As it was weekend so it was crowded and a noisy family did cause some inconvenience but I cant blame the restaurant for this.
We ordered three starters and two drinks. We had pork, open bao and mushrooms. Each one of them had a unique taste and were delectable. The portion served was huge due to which it became difficult for two of us to have main course.
The restaurant packed the leftover for us even though we did not ask for it but I found the gesture really nice.
All in all had a great time. I would surely be going there again with my family and friends.
Fatty bao is an excellent restaurant. If you like sea food then the chilli prawn and crab bao is a must. And mango sangria was also very nice.
I came here for lunch on a weekday with a friend and was pleasantly greeted by the decor of the place. It's very vibrant and each wall has interesting visuals.
We were promptly seated and decided to order the Prawn Tempura Sushi Rolls, the Fatty Pho Ramen, and the Spicy Grilled Fish Open Bao. The food took a while to arrive, with the sushi rolls arriving first.
I must mention here, the aesthetics of all the dishes were very pleasing and made the dishes look delectable.
The sushi rolls were alright. It was a pretty small portion and they got over quickly. I'm not a bug fan of sushi anyway, but I wouldn't recommend this dish.
The Ramen came next and it absolutely stole the show! The portion was huge and it had the perfect blend of flavors in the soup, with large chunks of chicken and egg in good proportion with the noodles. This dish was very filling and its taste was worth the price.
The Open Bao was next. The fish was soft and crispy, with the right mix of spices. The Bao was also warm and well made, making it the perfect combination with the fish. There were 2 individual baos, so,despite being a small portion, it was an adequate addition to the filling Ramen
I would suggest coming here whenever you feel like you can splurge a bit more on food. Some dishes are value for money but this eatery is on the more expensive side so I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want something that goes easy in the wallet.
Overall, the service, flavors, and decor are pretty good!
Interesting interiors with amazing menu. Manish was courteous, helpful and quick. Food was great -we ordered- eggplant bao, kimchi potatoes, tofu and chestnut dimsums along with glutenfree s’mores bar. Thoroughly enjoyed, a must try
Fatty bao was on my list since ages! Came to know about this place from a very unsual source i.e alia bhat`s instagram story where she had praised the mumbai branch head chef.coming back to delhi it is located in the freindly less crowded sangam courtyard.
Food(5/5):they house a fine plethora of pan asian delicacies and southeast asian regional favourites too. We ordered charsiu open bao, eggplant open bao, tofu crystal tofu dimsum and vegetable crystal dimsums.from the small plates we went ahead with stirfried kimchi baby potatoes and chilly garlic lamb.sweetooth was satiated by our lovely server's recommendation of gluten free choclate hazelnut slice.
the baos given by their branding were a hit! The porkbelly was perfectly roasted with lovely contrast of pickles n cucumber and the eggplant bao with contrasting pickles was equaly potent! The lamb was well cooked and full of flavour and the potatoes with fried garlic were stellar!
The dimsums were a perfectionist's dream with consistent texture and flavour!the non tofu ones were my favourite.
The dessert was sinful too where the vietnamese iced coffee salted ice cream stole the show for me while my friend was clean bowled by the doughless dark choc s'mores hazelnut pastry! Mamma mia was it a perfect sunday after noon?
Beverages:4/5 fatty bao's cocktail selection can make you scratch your head for the level of innovation and variety! You can take good 30 minutes just to decide what you want to drink! We ordered the K-pop and red sangria.the popcorn infused wasabi syrup whiskey was really a head spinner in a good way! Boy it was strong! 3 sips and you can be held for drunk driving!sangria was simple yet perfect! I wanted iced coffee but they dont serve any sort of cold coffee so -1 for that!
Ambience: 5/5 fatty has some pleasing to the eye quirky chique interior with nice candy colors.crowd is usual south delhi hep! The panda painting on the wall was my persnal favourite coz i look like one too!:p
Service:5/5 our server manish was impressively effecient, pleasant and eager to help! And went out of the way to handle our abnormal requests!and had a lovely smiling approach.
Verdict: two thumbs for this place.Amazing variety, good execution and lovely service!a bit heavy on the pocket but well deserved!
A delighted evening was well spent here...
I am not a fan of sushi food but I have heard a lot of good experiences about this place so yes this visit was much due visit..
I'm sure people who have been here knows and remembers the warm and calm smiles the staff greets and welcomes you.
Ambiance has calm and Asian touch to the decor.
so we ordered their yum and must try from menu that is Teriyaki glazed chicken bao and chicken and asparagus Dimsum.

the baos the baos. this place has done more than just justice to its name. it's quiet, and the food is brilliant. do try a beer with the Bao, because for some asinine reason, the combination just sends your taste buds for a joy ride.
Ambiance: Wonderful. Very tastefully decorated
Service: Staff is very polite and service is quick.
Food: Very delicious! We went for a family dinner on Sunday night and had a great time! We ordered Phad Thai, chilli mushroom and crispy vegetables. The Phad Thai was absolutely delicious. It almost what I had in Thailand. Chilli mushroom was tangy and very nice. Crispy vegetables had different vegetables coated in batter and deep fried and tossed in a sweet/sour sauce. The food was amazing and we had a great time. Looking forward to going there again.
Oh what a treasure this place was!!! Had been planning to visit for quite some time but didn't manage. Ordered a lot of food and everything was meticulously prepared and served on time.
Highlights of the meal: the chasu ramen, duck bao and the sangria along with a sumptuous dessert (attached the pix) . Not to mention Zomato Gold perks of 2+2 on drinks. Had a great time. Keep up the excellent work guys
Nice food and Well made cocktails. We ordered the Patty Bao & the Spicy Black Beans Chicken Bao. Both of these were delicious. The Sushi serving was small but nice. Our main course included 2 dishes and rice. Also ordered a total of 12 drinks, used Zomato gold and the bill was around 10k for a party of 8.
Came here for a light evening!
Started with hoegarden beer, as a zomato gold member got 2+ 2 on my beers! That’s cool!
Tried their smoked salmon and dill sushi, much recommended! Great flavour!
Chicken and asparagus Dimsum! Wel Made!
That’s it for now!
Will come for more!
Great place if your looking for a nice quote evening with asian delicacies!
Would love to try their ramen next time for sure!
Went there today after being disappointed at Nueva. We ordered The Patty Bao, Dragon Ball Sushi, Lamb with Black Bean Dim Sums and a Via Malaysia Ramen. The bao was amazing, very flavorsome. So was the sushi. Dim Sums could have been a lot better and bigger in size. And finally the ramen was super nice, full of veggies all of which went very well with the coconut-y broth. Staff was super nice as well and the place is very nice looking.
The place is decent to visit food is ok if you like having bao and dimsum. The chicken open bao is good and lamb dimsum are good. The drinks are ok not much variety.
I had this restaurant book marked for a long time for it's great reviews and famous pan Asian food. I'm glad I finally had a visit here coz I am satisfied and longing to keep coming back for more.
We first ordered the Asparagus, Tempura and Cream Cheese Sushi. This item was good nothing too special Rate:3.5/5
For main course we ordered the Via Malaysian Veg Ramen and Vegetables with Chongqing Mala Sause along with Sticky rice. The ramen was top class. it was the best item for the night and I'm coming back for more. The latter item though was not up to mark. it had very ordinary taste and the accompaniments like friend garlic, soya and fried snack didn't help either.
Ramen: 4.5/5
Curry with Sticky rice: 3/5
Apart from the food, the ambience is great and the staff really took care of us so I was definitely impressed. One thing i regret is not trying the Baos and not going for the dessert menu. next time, I'm definitely not holding back. 🙃
Pretty witty and vibrant ambience . The food is quiet unique and argues well for the thought of an evening well spent . The blend and aroma of fresh spices makes u crave for more . The variety of baos is for all to taste . Look forward to visiting the place again
Ten points for good and ambience . Polite and courteous staff. Good choice for Asian food specially sushi. Great experience plus the zomato gold added to it . Would definitely recommend going there
Serving Asian cuisine, The Fatty bao provides a perfect experience of a fine dining. The hype for this place, particularly the food served by it is what pulled us to make our way to this restaurant. Wondering it will be packed with crowd on a Saturday night, we preferred to reserve our table before hand, but to our surprise we were suggested to walk in. Therefor, a reservation may be recommended, and it’s always better to check before you set your foot out for this place.
Ambience-
As we entered, we were greeted by the staff and were escorted to our table. We requested for a change of table as we weren’t comfortable with its location and preferred somewhere near the window, and the restaurant people showed us the next prominent table and if we wanted to occupy that, to which we happily agreed.
The bar and food menus were brought in, but it was a hard time reading our way through it, because of the dim light in the restaurant, not a power fault, but more like their concept. While we somehow managed to pick our favourite delicacies, we saw a couple sitting on adjacent table, using phone torch light to read the menu. As a suggestion, please increase the light a bit more over the tables.
Food-
•Mushroom & Bell pepper bao•
•Terriyaki blazed chicken bao•
Both the baos were served in four pieces, stuffed with a lot of filling of the respective ingredient. While mushroom and bell pepper bao was a bit on the spicy side, the taste of mushrooms was somehow outshined by the bell peppers and the spices in it. The terriyaki blazed chicken bao retained the taste of the chicken and was cooked well.
•Chicken & Asparagus dimsums•
The dimsums came were soft on the outside and the chicken inside was hard. In one partial bite, the chicken would fall out each time we picked our dimsums to eat.
•Spicy Tuna tartar roll (Sushi)•
The Sushi was soft and tightly bound. It was a little moist as it got stuck with the plate while we tried to pick it up. The wasabi was strong and gave a kick to the nostrils. The ginger shreds were served very little, alongside the Sushi.
•Via Malaysia Chicken Ramen•
Ramen was very liquidy and it was more like a soup with noodles and chicken pieces in it, than a proper main course meal.
Drinks
•BigBamBoom•
The drink was served in a big bamboo glass and a sip of the earthy-smelling infusion tells you the choice isn’t purely ornamental. The cocktail is heavy with the aroma of chamomile infused in the gin and is stays on this side of sweet with the lime and soda additions. Wasabi syrup with its classic pungent flavour brings it all together quite nicely.
•Jacob’s creek Merlot•
This red wine was served fresh and retained the taste as of a freshly opened bottle.
Pricing-
The items are priced decently, and this place is a perfect destination for authentic Asian cuisines especially the baos served by it.
Always my go to. The Food never disappoints and is always the same! Keep it up! Came craving for the bao and ramen.. the Indonesian specially is world class.

After wanting to visit this place for almost a year, I got the lucky chance today. No wonder all the hype about this place, it truly deserves it all. The ambience of this place is soo pleasant that it soothes one's heart at the first glance. The staff is friendly and well mannered and know their job well. They give appropriate suggestions when asked for recommendations.
The spicy chicken salad was my favourite pick from the entire experience. Just the right amount of spices needed in a salad.
The cottage cheese and onion baos were soft and baked well, so were the chicken dumplings.
The fatty oysters is a must to try item here. A very well presented item with unique taste.
Also had the extremely flavourful Fatty raman with bacon add on which becomes a supremely filling dish in its own.
As the name suggests,
The baos are to die for❤
Amazing food. 10/10 ambience and service.
I would definitely suggest people to give it a try. Its different yet its amazing!😍
Just the place for sushi lovers. Their desserts will tempt even people without a sweet tooth. They also have some interesting cocktails which I'm guessing are their in-house creations.
One of my go-to places for great dim sums, nice sharing plates and most of all for the baos! My all-time favorites are the pork belly, roast duck and mushroom baos. Cocktails also never disappoint, especially their revamped cocktail menu.
Very good food, atmosphere and service. Would recommend mango and papaya salad, and chicken and asparagus dim sum. Perhaps on the pricey side however.
The Fatty Bao was THE BEST stall I had encountered at Select Citywalk's Pizza Fest. It was appealing enough to take my eyes away from all the options in Pizzas. It had everything. The Char Sui Bao had amazing pork served in the Buns whereas the Teriyaki Bao had the juiciest chicken. The food was of utmost quality and at the fest rates, they were a steal deal. It was a bit messy and challenging to eat though.
Pork Belly Bao is Wao!! Sushis are presented very nicely and tastes good too..Great mix of cocktails , surely to hit you up!!
Interiors could be better but who cares after 2 LIIT
Delicious bao by the fatty bao. I tried the crab and prawn bao which was tasty. Rest other baos too are a must try !

The place serving asian dishes!
Went to its stall at India's First ever Pizza Fest lately!
Just when I looked at it I was confused as to what it exactly is and that made me curious to try this!
They had so many varieties of Baos that it was difficult to choose from
I had the cottage cheese bao which looked really yummy! Just the bite of it made me say daamm!
It was so tasty that I couldn't resist and ate the whole bao in seconds!
It had the veggies, cheese and tangy sauces which gave it a tangylicious flavour!
The staff was very friendly!
The service was fast!
If you wanna try something new and tasty then this is a must visit!

Visited after countless recommendations from a friend. Honestly, loved it. Loved what I had ordered, Chicken & Asparagus Dimsums were a fresh touch to my platter. A wholesome bowl of ramen noodles with a Khao Suey similar broth. I’m sorry for being vague on the name because I don’t remember it. Also might I add, the kimchi was the highlight of my meal. Would definitely visit again, maybe only for the kimchi haha.
Simple ambiance. Juicy tasty food. Prompt service.
Ordered crab and egg fried rice as well as teriyaki chicken bao.
The chicken bao was melt in the mouth with juicy chicken which was slightly sweet and spicy.
Worth the money.
Love the food here, been here twice now and both times has been an amazing culinary experience. Pork is a must try and so is the gouza. Have tried a range of baos, the potato one was surprisingly nice. Even liked the ginger Orange spritzer. Portions are just right.
ASangam Courtyard has lined up a number of places offering good experience. The Fatty Bao lives up to the same expectation The place has good seating with some high seating arrangements too. Informal place with slightly high noise level and excellent food and drinks.
For drinks tried Yoko OH No. A vodka based cocktail. Very nice and flavourful drink. Also tried Orange Ginger Spritzer, mocktail. Again very nice. For starter ordered TeriyakiGlazed Chicken Bau. Each order comes with four portions. Really nice stuff. Their small plate of Three Cup Chicken isn’t really a small plate. But excellent dish to have. Right kind of taste and flavours. A great accompaniment with your drinks. A small plate and a Starter with drinks is just right unless two people are famished. To close the Fatty BAU chapter was LemonMeringue Gastrotart. Excellent will be an under rating. The Sorbet served along was too good. Overall a good experience and leave you with a want to visit again.
The place is really very pretty. The ambience and the staff are really impressing. So I tried my hand on sushi and flat noodles. My first experience was sushi , and it was good. It was crunchy from inside and soft from outside. I'm a huge flat noodles fan. I loved them. They were medium spiced, sauted with a lot of veggies( specially capsicum). It worked really well for me.
Price : RS.658
Its a beautiful, cozy, oriental themed restaurant. I had an amazing experience at fatty bao because of the lovely food that they serve here! Every single dish that i ordered was delicious and kept me longing for more. In just one visit, i am a fan of this place and will definitely go back to try more of their dishes.
The dishes that i ordered were:
*Non alcoholic peach and cranberry flavoured drinks
*Prawn tempura sushi- simple, clean flavours. Delicious!
*Bao with bbq chicken- this was a completely new dish that i had tried and i really loved it. The bao was soft and slightly sweet, filled with spicy bbq chicken. It was amazing!
*Chicken Satay with rice- tasty but nothing out of the ordinary good like the other two dishes i had.
*pork ramen- i had been dying to try ramen and this was my first time eating it. The broth was super flavourful, pork was cooked perfectly, bacon added extra flavour to the ramen and the bean sprouts added a very nice crunchy texture to it. In all, i simply loved the ramen here and will definitely come back for it again!
I would definitely recommend fatty bao to all food lovers. Its a must try!
Finally ended up at Fatty Bao. The service and food was quite good. We ordered the Wasabi Tempura prawns, Char Siu bao, the Chili Crab & Prawn bao, Wasabi prawns, and finished it off with Celery and Soy Chicken and garlic noodles. The Char Siu bao (the pork) was really good, the meat was cooked well, and the pickle cut the sweetness of the pork. The Chili crab on the other hand was a let down. Flavour wise it was quite flat. And you couldn't really taste either of the crab or the fish. Wasabi prawns were amazing and I would totally order them again. After all the rich appetisers, we wanted something basic and ended up ordered Celery and Soy chicken and noodles, which tasted really good and ate quite well. The one reason i wouldn't go back to this place is because of the ambience of this place. It was quite dark and very very bare. I used Zomato Gold and it was brilliant. Ended up getting a free bao, so yay! Lol
One of my favourite dinner places in Delhi. The food they serve has always lived up-to my expectations. Good service along with well-presented food. While I keep on trying different things from their menu each time I go, the Teriyaki glazed salmon has been the best so far!👌
It's like one of those places where you don't expect much to really happen. The expections are very grounded and suddenly you realise that you were wrong cause The Fatty Bao gives you way better food that you expected. The taste and the presentation are absolutely spot on. Superb value for money, great service, great location, great food and last but not the least great deserts. I had to literally convince myself that I should stop having any more of the deserts and that it's absolutely ok to visit the same restaurant again some other time to taste the rest of the deserts !
Awesome food and amazing ambience. The staff is very courteous and prompt. Enjoyed our visit. The grilled fish in the main choose was divine and the highlight of our evening.
Fatty bao is a really lovely place, both in terms of the food and in terms of decor. We were really happy with the food we ordered. The dessert was also extremely innovative and tasty. I'll let the pictures do the talking for me!
Fatty Bao has been my favourite Asian Restaurant that serves the best Brie Tempura! I have been to their Mumbai outlets as well but honestly I have started liking Delhi more so for the comfortable ambience and spacious setting with a touch of romantic electric candlelight.
The vast Asian menu is a delight-on plate as well.
We ordered the below and some of them are our regular favourites-
Soup- Hot and Sour- really hot 🌶
Chilli Crab and Prawn Bao- a little dry (perhaps minus .5) we also have tried the Teriyaki Glazed chicken Bao previously and it was yum
Brie Tempura with plum sauce is a MUST EVERYTIME
Spicy Red Chicken Ramen- really spicy but satisfying
Char Grilled Chicken Skewers served on a bed of sticky rice- my first try, well cooked skewers with abundant sauces and soup on the side and perfectly cooked sticky rice
And lastly the thing to die for- Gluten Free S’mored Bar! Heavenly
Coming back soon!
In the pics below- my Main (char grilled skewers and my heavenly dessert). For the rest we were too busy eating 😜
Went there early on Saturday night. Ambiance is due for a makeover. Bao was great and so was Ramen. Chef could use some help in sushi. Kiddos enjoyed potatoes dish
Delightfully different menu. Very well made dishes. Great service in a contemporary setting. Great experience!
Tip: choose your dishes carefully...:)
Nice place and good ambience. I ordered for duck rolls and shrimp dumplings that taste good .courteous staff and prompted serviced. One of good place for pan Asian cuisine @ sangam courtyard
I went a with couple of friends, I was impressed with the ambience, the decor, it was all very elegant and pretty. Staff was very courteous and service is also good. Food was good, but portions very small not even filling for 2 people. Their chicken teriyaki bao is really good but again very small portion. We ordered the veg shushi also which was really good. Food quality and taste is good but not the quantity.
Great food and an absolutely seamless Gold experience! Ended up having more than what I could fill up :) Chicken asparagus dimsums and lemon coriander soup were fab. Different and tangy 3 cup chicken! Will visit again.
Fatty bao has always been one of my favourite restaurant for lip smackin sushi , dimsums and wide variety of ramen 🍜
This place with an excellent ambiance, great service and mind blowing food will never ever disappoint you 👍🏻

My all time favourite cuisine has to be definitely Oriental. And Fatty Bao absolutely lived upto my expectations!
The ambiance is very beautiful with the typical red and pandas of the Far East.
We went for dinner and loved every moment of it.
For starters we ordered crispy vegetables and stuffed mushrooms. Both were equally good but the stuffed mushrooms tasted excellently cheesy. We just loved it!
For main course we ordered veg Phad Thai and it was delicious. We also ordered a cottage cheese dish with noodles and it was very flavourful.
Staff very sweet. Would love to go there again.
My first visit here. Pork chasu ramen bowl tasted so good. Roasted pork was heaven!!! along with the veggies, egg and seaweed sprinkled on top really complemented each other. Not a fan of the coconut prawn dish though. Topped it off with sorbet ice cream which is light and has mild flavour. Looking forward to try other dishes as well:]
A little pricey, but doesn't disappoint when you are craving your Asian non veg fix. (I'm staying in veggie land Ahmedabad).
It's Asian comfort food with a modern twist, with the fundamental flavours retained. I ordered wasabi prawns, Thai smoked corn cake and softshell crab roll. The wasabi prawns were definitely the star here: lightly battered, crisp and fresh. I wished the flavours could be more prominent for all the dishes, based on their description: the wasabi for the prawns, smokey flavour for the corn cake and bonito mayo for the softshell crab roll. But I guess they are going for the middle ground, which was still good for me.
Service was stellar: starting from even before I entered and all the way until I left. Thank you for not discriminating against a lone diner who wasn't exactly smartly dressed.
Really hoping they can do deliveries too.
Amazing place with great ambience. Ordered eggplant bao, cheesy kimchi potato bao, asparagus tempura and cream cheese sushi and minced vegetables and water chestnut dimsums, chasu ramen, miso soup and vegetable and garlic noodles. I had fun at Fatty Bao as food was mind blowing. But every place has some exceptions, like at fatty bao miso soup sucked, it didn't taste good. Miso soup was the worst dish we had at Fatty Bao. And some exceptionally brilliant flavours we ate at Fatty Bao were cheesy kimchi potato bao, chasu ramen, asparagus tempura and cream cheese sushi. Worth trying.
Small plates and bao are amazing, dim sum also very good. The sushi rolls we ordered (tempura asparagus and tempura shrimp) were bland and underwhelming, but quickly forgotten among the cascade of other amazing dishes.
Standouts were the papaya salad, char sui bao, tempura brie (absolute winner) and pork belly with kimchi - the pork/bok choi dimsums were also full of flavour and very generously filled.
Great service, friendly but respectful, and overall a very nice ambiance.
We'll be coming back for more bao and brie!
My rating: 5/5 | Dad loves the place too💙
Do you enjoy interesting mains and desserts? From Baos to stir fried to wasabi prawns the Fatty Bao has it all. Really tasty food, and a phenomenal cocktail menu. The duck bao, the wasabi prawns are unmissable. The dessert menu is to die for! Chocolate pyramid, the egg.. Just plain yummy comfort food. Not over priced either. Go. Treat yourself
Had the Chicken Pho and the Char Sui Bao. The Pho took me right back to the streets of Old Quarter in Hanoi. The flavours were spot on. The Bao was lip smacking. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a taste of South East Asian delicacies.
Great food at reasonable prices. The baos were great - steam buns were authentic and the fillings were imaginative. The fatty bao pork belly and jelly is fantastic. The chasu ramen and the grilled seafood ramen were also very good. The nasi lemak is reimagined (ie it's not really nasi lemak) but it does have kachang and ikan bilis, and the other basic ingredients of a nasi lemak. The sushis were OK. The deserts were all great, especially The Egg. The place is usually crowded during lunch.
Good place. Not all seats are comfortable. Service is OK. Food, particularly the Bao, is quite good.
Lovely set up, kind & courteous staff. Calamari was alright, spicy chicken ramen + crispy bacon was pretty goos, dessert(Zen forest) was probably the best of the lot!!
Excellent ambience. Easy to locate location. It's in Sangam Courtyard, RK Puram sector 8. On major Somnath Marg. Lovely cuisine, great spread, food is upscale and very soothing to the palate. Once you visit, you'll visit again
My favourite place for small plates! The food is so flavourful and tasty and the choices of dishes is diverse and wonderful. Very pleased with the food here.
The food was great and so was the environment...their baos are great and they offer a variety of other food options. Even their beverages were good. Desert options were pretty decent too.
Char Siu Bao that takes your heart away. The sweet perfectly cooked pork belly with a huge amount of lard filled with some fresh crunchy green apple Kimchi and some earthy, spicy flavours creates some exceptional love on your palate.
Very unique cuisine. Great place to try out new things. But a little noisy and the drinks menu could be better.
Great Japanese food but very pricy, was surprised to see their desserts, must try. Very quiet place so good experience over all.
We had lunch today and the experience was real fun.... Great food and ambience... The Baos lived upto the expectations and we tried almost all versions on the menu or at least it felt like we did... The Ramen section was a hit too... The only slight dampener was the sangria pitch which was just too sour and flat for any of us.. Was a sad waste but yet I will go back again.... For some more yum food :)
Feels fresh, neat & clean place. My children love it's menu. High ceilings & lot of natural light.
The staff is friendly, the bao is interesting, main course flavors are little overwhelming but tasty. Both veg and non veg was good.
Mostly the most awesome baos and other Asian - Chinese / Japanese fusions, but sometimes in-consistent with taste and services.
Great ambiance. Great food and the prices were just right. An ideal place to catch up with friends and family.
