I really liked this place. There are 2 potbelly restaurants one is in shahpur jat village and the other in bihar niwas. My understanding is they are run by same company. Now I went to bihar niwas. They serve authentic good quality food. The mutton and chicken dishes are good. Not too spicy and oily.
Went there for early lunch around 12 and it was empty.
Due to ongoing renovation we faced some issues with the entry and exit plus the view had construction.
We ordered Tehri, gugni, madhubani thali and bihari thali - the quantity was good and the sides were really tasty. They had amazing parval ta
The perfect place to have an authentic Bihari cuisine. The litti chokha platter is a must-try. Also the sattu parantha platter. The ice rose tea was also amazing. The Makhana kheer was tasty but overpriced as per the quantity. Rest all great.
Liked the ambience, authentic food from Bihar, good service. Though a balance between the food price and portion size if reviewed can go a long way.

A very nice place to enjoy authentic Bihari cuisines! The place has indoor and outdoor seating with a good ambience. Litti chokha platter is a must try.
It's a great find as the place is hidden inside Bihar niwas.
But they have a great menu and the food quality and taste is just too good.
The biryani was average but fish and other items taste so good.
My first time trying Bihari food and it was great. The prices were reasonable and the flavors delicious. The restaurant is located at one of the top floors, so be prepared to walk up a few flights. Once you get to the restaurant, the ambiance is pretty chill with good dinner lighting and unique book
Wonderful Authentic Bihari food, with variation in each dish. I would recommend Kathal Biryani. Great sweet dish too: Makhana kheer and Boondi Yogurt. Pua takes time, so preorder
Service was average but the food quality and portion was amazing.
I personally loved the place. I went to this place on a winter evening while the sun was still there. The outdoor seating has a perfect vibe for this kind of wheather. The tables face to lush greenery and an open green ground.
