paneer parantha was good but the soya parantha was not too good it was like ok ok kind of thing but there paneer parantha was awesome with cold lassi .
What does one say about this legendary place..?? Has been around for well over 45 years and still rocks... A tawa paratha served piping hot, the texture Iconic... The filling legendary... The accompaniments beyond description... Haven't had a tawa paratha with such an amazing texture and finish, the crunch is unbelievable and the temperature at which its served is incredible... When in Delhi, if u haven't had moolchand, u haven't had a paratha...!!!
I will recomend you to try ther veg paratha you can skip thera chicken parathas veg are more testy chicken paratha is full with chicken for the taste is not that much good and there lassi is full on super super tasty you have to must try there lassi.

I would say dining there is better than ordering at home, coz the freshness of the parantha gets compromised by the time it reaches you. But ofcourse the parantha a taste great (when served hot).

The all famous Moolchand Paranthas were worth a try even amid the lockdown. Loved the Egg Parantha but I think Chicken Parantha could be slightly better. And the lassi also was quite bland. It lacked certain flavors. But the egg parantha certainly over shadows them all. Overall, definitely revisiting among the lockdown. Cheers.

Late sleepers, office goers in shift, everyone used to flock to this place for steamy hot parathas. So you will find people from all walks of life here. The price is quite affordable and the taste yummy. An in exhaustive variety of parathas will make you believe that this place can serve an awesome chicken paratha as well as a Gobhi paratha being true to the original taste.
The cold lassi was perfect as an accompaniment to this meal. After a long time a visit to this place was more about nostalgia than trying out something.
We would love to see this become a proper eatery with a sitting.
I had mutton keema cheese parantha and it was really tasty and fulfilling . Raita was also a must and lassi was also good. I really like it.

I ordered Gobhi paratha thali which I absolutely loved
The thali comes with 2 parathas, chole and dal makhani and it's extremely filling for 2 people (even if both of them have a huge appetite)
I did not try their paneer paratha but my friend ordered it and said this place is not worth the hype
We ordered their lassi as well which was very thick and yummm but a little too sweet for me

Heard a lot about this place so went on to check what was all the hype about. Firstly, it's located just below the Moolchand metro station. It's always jam-packed with people ordering their piping hot parathas. We ordered chilli garlic paneer paratha, aloo pyaaz paratha with lassi. The parathas were served hot with a dollop of Amul Butter. I really loved the taste of the parathas. The right amount of spices to satiate your morning hunger pangs. It is not only for breakfast but I think you can eat it anytime. Don't forget to accompany it with lassi.

The variety available is simply amazing. I tried keema egg parantha nd it was finger licking delicious... The thickness of the parantha worried me, but even if you are not that hungry, the first bite is enough to create space in your stomach..
Best Parantha place near my college with variety like cheese parantha, chilli parantha, keema parantha, mix veg parantha, chicken parantha. They serve parantha with Mint chutney, Pickles, Amul butter and a good amount of Onions. You can also enjoy various combos like Rajma-Chawal and Kadhi-Chawal here at decent price
Coming to Quality and quantity...it is good but rates are quite high according to me

This is a must visit place for those midnight hunger pangs. They serve great parathas whole day long in their eatery squeezed below the metro station and come out in a low-lit corner on the roadside till the midnight. The Parathas are extremely delicious and served with Amul Butter. You get whole lot of options even in parathas. Their chutney is also amazing.

A very famous and old place for paranthe lovers . It was a small cart a long time ago and now become a full big restaurant . Their paranthe are fabulous and it is generally crowded
I ordered aloo pyaaz paratha, paneer paratha and cheese corn paratha.
Aloo pyaaz paratha - was average and filling was a little less. Nothing special.
Paneer , cheese corn - these were very good and especially cheese one. They had lot of filling inside and were delicious.
Chutney and salad were also fresh.
Overall it was nice . Prices were reasonable and size of parathas was also big ( not huge , but enough for 1 person) . They were freshly prepared and hot so it was a nice experience to eat them during this freezing weather.

The place is exactly under the Moolchand metro station, visited there many times along with friends and my most favorite is aloo pyaaz parantha which they serve with their salad chutney and a little pack of butter.
Have heard a lot about their parathas. So i tried their cheese paratha and chicken paratha. The cheese one was loaded with cheese and the chicken one was served with gravy . It was also quite good. One paratha is sufficient for a person. Totally worth the money.
Read about this place on the internet. Ordered 5 parathas for take away- gobhi, aloo, paneer, egg and soya paratha and salted lassi. I had egg and soya paratha for the breakfast and paneer paratha for the lunch but I was so filled up that I ate nothing except for these 3 parathas during those 10 hours- 9 to 7. Soya paratha was the best of the lot for me. The lassi was also thick and delicious. This is a must visit place for any traveller who wishes to have the real Delhi Parathas.

They have a small place for seating but , there is big open space infront of this outlet, so you can enjoy your Paratha there also.

Had the best Paratha of my life. I had ordered paneer Paratha thali which included 2 paneer paratha mix dal, chole, rayta, pyaaz mirch and chutney with two little cubes of amul butter. The taste was fantastic. We ordered one more Paratha after that..it was a mix paneer paratha. You will get paneer, aloo gobhi matar etc in the stuffing for this paratha. I loved the paneer one though.
After that we had kulhad chai.. adrak wali..the chai was good. 30 rupees for one chai and you can get the thalis for 210..the food is great.. however the seating area is an issue. For me it was fine..I got a table but I have seen PPL waiting for the table. Many people prefer takeaways and many sit around the metro station: Moolchand and have their food. We went there around 7:30 in the evening and it wasn't very crowded. The tables are less in number-4 or 5 only so you may have to wait. The service time is fine. You will not have to wait long. Overall the experience was good. You must have the Moolchand k parathe once in your lifetime!! Highly recommended🤩
One of the oldest and a great roadside place for foodies who love parathas of various mix. This is essentially a Paratha joint which has various non-veg and veg paratha combinations available. The parathas are served with gravy salads and chutney. South Indian food is also available. Lassis Falooda and Rasmalai is an attractive option here as well. The parathas are massive and one paratha is usually sufficient for a person with a normal appetite. Parcel is also available. The best way to eat is to have the hot parathas served there itself and gobble it with the amazing sides.

Tried the Pyaz Parantha with Tea at Moolchand Paranthe and it lived up to the hype! While the parantha is somewhat standard, the onion salad, mint chutney, and Mirch Pickle add a special touch. The ample seating space is a plus. Definitely worth a visit once in a while for a tasty experience.

Had mix veg parantha here, which was the best Paratha I ever had. It's located below moolchand metro station. It was soft, also the extra butter they provided, was soaked by the hot paratha. Chutney with onion rings was also tasty. Also I had lassi here which was served in kulhad. It too was tasty. Do have it.
