The menu has selected items but each of them is a blast of flavours. The service is good. Nice friendly staff. Very professional. They offer complementary bread basket and they are flavoursome. They have renovated but I liked the earlier candle light setting better.

Once you get through the never ending flight of stairs, the quaint cafe will surprise you.

The menu is very interesting and offers a good combination of foods, very different from all the other restaurants in town.

We ordered the lasagna and artichoke sandwich. The sandwich was exquisite , the taste still brings water to my mouth.

This place won my heart from - the entrance through the Good Earth store staircase, the cute seating, the super cute furniture, the outside balcony and the amazing food options. Though I have only visited during non meal timmgs for coffee and dessert but I am sure of their taste, variety and presentation.

I tried their winter menu and opted for the Aztec Hot Chocolate with a touch of cinnamon stick. Also tried the iced Americano. For desserts - I had the New York cheese cake (bang on point!) And their chocolate brownie. Both absolutely amazing!! Cheers 🍻

Love the ambience. It is just perfect. Food is awesome but just if they could increase the portion size a bit. The portion size is too less for the kind of money they charge.

Latitude cafe is quite on the lines of cafe turtle. Located in a discreet corner, right on top on good earth, it’s quite a hit among the tourists. I personally love their sangrias and fresh salads. They are also one of the few places serving a delightful basket of fresh bread, reminding me of cafes in the West. They also have a great selection of teas.

The cozy atmosphere of Latitude Cafe above Good Earth, Khan Market, is most congenial to chatty lunches or leisurely catch-up tea sessions. Their extensive wine and beverage menu also plays a role in that!
I met some friends for a farewell lunch and we shared most of the food along with many glasses of champagne.
The wait staff is attentive and quick. The space isn't very large so I'd recommend booking in advance for a larger group.
Here are my thoughts on the food we ordered:
1. The Sharing Board with Avocado Smash, Burrata, Bruschetta with tomato basil, Vol Au Vent with Roasted Pumpkin and Watercress Lavash; was delicious and beautifully arranged.
2. The Mezze Platter with Falafel, Hummus, Tzatziki, Moutabel and Pita; was very good
3. I personally ordered and relished the Warm Goat Cheese Salad with Mixed greens, Sundried Tomatoes and Balsamic Sauce; which was a satisfying mix of flavors and textures. There was plenty of crunch mixed with cream, and the bitter of the greens offset a delightful freshness. The helping is not enough to make a meal for one person but I'd highly recommend it as a starter or sharing portion.

For some reason, they only served the champagne by glass, which worked out to be more expensive than it needed to be!

I love these guys. Not only are the complementary cookies to die for but the menu has unique and well as familiar options. The food they cook is delicious and they sometimes even offer you food outside the menu just to satisfy your craving. The staff is wonderful, the ambiance is great. Only it is a little cramped up. But it’s delicious.

Latitude28 restaurant is located on the second floor of the Good Earth store in khan market. The restaurant has only on entry which is from inside the store and you will not get to know about this place unless you know its there.
The ambiance is simple and good and its definitely to the liking of the many expats frequenting this place.
Food tried- Latitude28 south indian Thali ( non veg)
The thali comes with rice, 2 rotis, dal, one non veg curry of the day(Prawn in my case),one sabudana vada, raita, sweet ( payasam).

Pros- taste, ambiance, service
Cons- this is a fixed thali so the quantity is a little less for a hard core foodie.. considering the steep price.

Overall good experience. Would visit again to try other things on their menu.

The menu has interesting items that you don't get elsewhere like taro chips and heart of palm salad but the prices aren't justified according to the portions. Especially the Kerala Thali. Even the glasses aren't filled.. the beverage comes halfway up the glass if you request no ice. The ambience is nice, although the service could be better.

This place is awesome. This is my go to place in Khan market. I have been here few times now.
Decor is just great. Full with positive vibes. This is on the top floor of the building.
We ordered Bruschetta and Chilli Cheese Toast with Hoegaarden. Nicely done. Espresso was OK.
Ambiance is good though it was slightly hot inside. It has balcony but no outside seating, I think they can look to make outside seating available for future. Place seemed like slightly cramped.
Service was good. Would definitely visit more.

Décor was wow! The wallpaper, lamps, the seating, the mirrors.
So visited this place for coffee. The cold coffee was alright, not too sweet, a little bitter.
The tiramisu was just WOW! Possibly the best. So creamy and so thick and the cake in it was so soft and it just melts in your mouth!
This place would be perfect on a summer morning or a winter evening!

Latitude 28 is this small cafe that's situated above Good Earth in Khan Market. I've been here a couple of times as the coffee is supposed to be good. I'm more of a chocolate person so I usually go for the iced mocha which is fantastic. The little sesame seed biscuits they serve with drinks are also quite tasty.

The food on the other hand is a bit of a hit and miss. I ordered the pulled pork burger which was a little bit underwhelming. The bun was a lot smaller than the patty which created a bit of a mess and there could have been something crunchy added (like lettuce or onions) to change the texture a bit. The staff was pretty friendly and responsive to the feedback.

Service was really good - would recommend Latitude for a cup of coffee for a quick getaway from the people of Khan Market.

Latitude is an extremely cosy place. It has a warm, English feel to it. Located above the Good Earth store, the entry is gorgeous. The decor is minimal but tasteful; it gives the feel of being in a sophisticated place. There's a beautiful outdoor seating as well.

It's a great place to catch up for a cup of coffee. The salads here are amazing, my personal favourite being the Quinoa salad. The veggies are so fresh and the flavours are amazing.
The staff is courteous and it's always a pleasure to visit Latitude.

Latitude is a restaurant unlike any other in Delhi. Its cosy, almost pittoresque European interior makes one wonder wether one is in Asia indeed or not. The mainly Indian waiters and managers bring one back into the here and now, since you most definitely are in the heart of Delhi, on an easily accessible corner of the everbusy Khan Market. The first pleasant surprise is the English language skills of the staff. Not only the managers, but also the waiters speak English perfectly adequate. This lets them fulfill your wishes without having to consult with others first: very effective for both them and me. On top of that, the staff behaves spotlessly mannered. Friendly eye contact, a smile, a fine balance between their presence and their seeming absence to let you dine in peace. No pushiness or rush here. Then, the food. I've had the pleasure of trying four dishes at Latitude. Three out of four were spot-on. Since I am a rusty food critic, I am astonished by the fact that these dishes have blown my mind. The bruschetta is crunchy but not stone hard as it so frequently is. Tomato cubes have been added richly. Rocket salad and balsamico finish it off. Okay, bruschetta is no rocket science. But frying an egg to perfection, serving it in the exquisite combination of lightly grilled asparagus, parmesan flakes and a fine, not too thick or thin sauce of balsamico - and all of this in INDIA - is nearly miraculous. After this dish I had high suspect of the chef having studied in France back in his day. How else could he know how I like it? At random? The lasagne answers to that. No, these chefs do really know their stuff. A fine combination of ricotta, spinach and tomato with just the right amount of salty bite made me sure of that. A bit disappointed was I when the linguine with chilliflakes, prawns and paisley, which bathed in oil and garlic, resembled more an aglio e olio dish. The prawns however were done well, as was the pasta - just a minute over al dente, as linguine should be. The ambiance, piston coffee machine, and accompanying retro vibe lounge music with an occasional jazzy trumpet made up for the linguine though. Last but not least: the staff does make an even greater difference when granting personal wishes. Example: a fine platter of freshly cut ginger pieces was served next to my freshly pressed orange-carrot juice, after I had made an indifferent comment about how ginger would give the juice an extra boost earlier. I wish to return to Delhi soon, to enjoy the heartwarming welcome of Latitude's hardworking manager once more. After but two days he reckognized me usually and served me as he know I'd enjoy it most, remembering my habits. First time a five-star comment. I was determined to rate lower due to the linguine, but I just can't. Thank you, Latitude, for making Delhi life bearable and even pleasant.

Nothing better than a fresh salad! My favourite place for fresh salad, all the ingredients are so fresh and the quality of the greens and the vegetables is also so good. Been here so many times and never been disappointed. It's so pretty and cosy, a perfect place to catch up with friends and you can shop too as it's on top of good earth.

This is a mixed greeens salad with sundried tomatoes and fresh goats cheese with balsamic dressing. It was absolutely delicious.

Colonial style, soothing colors and relaxing music: a place to go in any moment of the day! I tried it for a quick healthy lunch, for a mid day coffee break and recently for a Sunday light dinner over a beer. The cosiness experienced made me go back again and again. I loved their salads and appetizers, less the coffee quality. Drink choice is decent. Service is sometimes lethargic. But who cares for that? It is not a fast food! I will return to enjoy a fresh juice or a dessert.

This place is simply one of the best restaurants in the city. It is a bit "elite" in the sense that you might bump into someone famous! I've been a regular here.
First of all, it is right above the gorgeous shop, The Good Earth. So by the time you reach upstairs crossing a clothes shop, you're already in a good mood having walked through some of the most beautiful decor and clothing. This place is often full so reservations are recommended.
When you reach on top, you see a very chic place with indoor and outdoor seating. It is always buzzing with activity, though not large and a variety of people visit here, from all over the world. The menu is small but the quality is very high.
The staff is always nice and courteous. In winters, I love the outdoor seating.
The best part about the place is that they use very high-quality ingredients and their dishes are a unique blend of flavors. The food is also decorated stylishly
For starters, they give you a bread basket with the freshest, tasty assortment of lightly flavored breads that you feel that this alone is enough.
For drinks, I usually order a fresh mojito, lime soda, or some kind of fresh fizzy drinks. They are all refreshing.
They serve some really good salad. My favorite is the rocket salad with goat cheese which is very healthy and delicious with leaves so crisp and the cheese so soft and fresh that it seems as if it was just made.
This place has changed its menu recently but before it was changed, this place offered the BEST QUICHE in the city. Large proportions, melting cheese and mushroom in a soft as cotton pie and a crisp base--you couldn't ask for anything more perfect. Unfortunately, this is not available anymore.
Another of my favorites was their Kerela Curry- a very nice coconut based curry with vegetables and rice. Again absolutely lovely but not served anymore.
The recent menu includes some nice vegetarian lasagna which was quite delicious as well.
There aren't that many choices for vegetarians but I would love to keep coming back here.
It has certainly lost some of its allure after the menu was changed but there are still interesting things to try here.
The prices are high and so this is not a budget friendly place. It is probably good for an occasional splurge. Regardless, I recommend it at least once even if just for the bread basket.

*UPDATE: I just visited this place once again and they have changed their menu.

For drinks, I had their ginger fizz which was pink and pretty and sweet and fresh.

For starters, I had delicious potato latakes-a potato pancake with sauteed mushrooms and cream cheese. It was mouthwatering. You must not miss this.

For the main course, I had the vegetarian thali, a new addition to the menu. This was a disappointment. There were two rotis with carrot and coconut subzi which was ok. There was delicious apply coconut curry and dal with parboiled rice. Ordinary. The tapioca cutlet was yummy. The chutneys were bland. There were curd and kheer which was alright. I would recommend skipping this one.

A quick stroll in the Good Earth store lifts up my spirits and to know that the store leads to a cafe is just the perfect thing. Situated just above the Good Earth store, The cafe has a cosy feel and lovely food. Ordered the masala tea - it was so good. One it was served in a teapot which easily makes 3 cups and second it was delicious. They served bread and sesame cookies (Oh, please ask them if they haven't served you this. They are the best). Also ordered lasagne which had spinach. Menu is just the perfect variety. Outside seating is also available.

Latitude 28 is a gem hidden in Khan Market.

Suggested by a friend, I visited Latitude for brunch and my oh my I'm glad I did.
The ambience has got this cozy homely/cafe beside the beach feel to it and reminded me of the French Cafe one would find in Pondicherry which brought a bit of nostalgic feelings in me.

Menu is fairly simple, well constructed.

I was there for around an hour and I did not feel like picking up my phone to go through it neither did I take any pictures, it was just a very relaxing brunch with some chilled beer which is a bit hard to come by in Delhi.

I ordered a Grilled chicken and crispy bacon panini with sambal mayo with german potato salad.

Also Wok fried udon chicken noodles with black pepper garlic sauce with garden fresh vegetables.

This was washed down with some corona.

The food is very fresh and tips towards being healthy and refined.

This place is a must visit for someone who is looking a way out of the crowded pubs/restobars and have a quite seren meal with someone close.

Quaint little place above the store of Good Earth at khan market. Found it thanks to a friend's recommendation. If you're looking for a quiet time with select few friends or even for a solo outing this is the place. The fragrances from the Good Earth store while u climb up fill you with a sense of relaxation. Ambience is amazing. We just tried a veg mezze platter and a few drinks (as we visited during the evening hours, not in the mood for dinner per se) which were all decent. Service was good. It is a little pricey though. Not a very pocket friendly place. But go for the ambience and peace and quiet. Plus you could buy some goodies from their store.

Long Back

My first visit to the place was in May 2014  . Not the store though .

Yes , this is also called as - GoodEarth cafe with the regulars ; the good earth store being on the ground floor and first and the cafe on the second floor .

Full space utilization and good revenue potential since the offerings are huge .

Yes , it is Chef Ritu Dalmia's place along with the more popular Diva.

**

 Chef Ritu Dalmia

Ritu Dalmia is an Indian celebrity chef and restaurateur. She is the chef and co-owner of the popular Italian restaurant Diva in Delhi, which she established in 2000, with co-founder Gita Bhalla under partnership firm "Riga Food". Location & Ambiance

A walk through scented candles all the way to the top and you are already in nirvana.

Very tastefully done store and the cafe and the walk to the second floor will ensure you drive in a good appetite .
Relaxed seating , limited space and hence the need to be all the more comfortable and enjoy the ambiance .

**

Service
:  Can be more smiling :)  but decent staff overall .

**

Pricing

INR 1395 for a meal for two .They do levy a heavy stream of taxes so no tips please.

**

Food

Summer is the time to have - aam panna or what they call as the mango sherbet with mint .

For the quick meal grab try the tomato , basil bruschetta and the filling tomato mozzarella sandwich with pesto sauce layering .

Liked the both - the drink and the quick meal.

For winters try the  Sunshine and Mushroom and Goat Cheese Quiche along with Spaghetti - are both very good.   The ginger infused carrot and orange soup is a good try.

Have these along with fresh carrot and watermelon juices.

Tip

No savings with Citibank credit / debit cards.

Latitude 28 is more about snacks than about hearty meals and quick catch up.

Evenings , the place is lit beautifully well with candles .

Lovely roof top restaurant overlooking the most elegant neighborhood of Delhi and within a glimpse of the vast expanse of Lodhi Gardens. Though many visitors prefer daytime vistas, my favorite time is an early dinner when the moon peeps through the glass windows and the swaying tops of lush old trees fan the breeze. The variety of drinks is impressive though the 'mocktails' could be better blended. The Italian cuisine is specially good, and the service just so discreet and pleasant that you wish to linger over dinner. Pricing is moderate for the value of the place. One word of care: the entrance is through the signature store Good Earth, Khan Market. If you don't know the gate, you'll think after 7.30 pm that the store is closed, and miss the restaurant. Actually its open, for night meals. Surely worth an evening.

Once you climb up  winding, turmeric-scented staircase of the Good Earth boutique, you'll come to this beautiful, little restaurant that is called Latitude 28. Now, first things first, the decor is BOMB! While cafes and restaurants can be naturally charming and beautiful, a place that is 'crafted' beautifully possesses a different kind of magnetism. This is one such place. From the furniture, to the wallpaper, to the decor and the lighting, everything here has been put together with utmost care. I am a huge fan of color and textural vibrancy, and this is one place whose interiors never fail to surprise on that front.

But moving on, the food here is amazing. Their menu clearly shows a wide variety of Western and Indo-Western, and even hints of fusion cuisine. Not only is the food well-cooked, it seems quite light and delicate even though it's very filling and rich. The food is almost like comfort food, in that sense. In fact, the best thing about the food is that it is something that leaves a feeling of satisfaction. I honestly cannot comment on how spicy or well-cooked or balanced it was, because the only feeling I get after a meal here is of immense pleasure and happiness. Such places are rare.

I've thus far tried the thyme-marinated Chicken skewers, the bruschetta with tomato and basil, Jordanian mezze platter, Carrot and orange soup, quinoa salad, Wok fried Udon noodles, Home style potato and Goat's Cheese gnocchi, spaghetti tossed in tomato and basil sauce, Chicken pockets with dates, olives and capers. I've tried the rose petals and lemon sherbet, Americano, and Caffe Mocha and the Peach and Mango Lassi here. A HUGE thumbs up to evertyhing!

The service is nice.  Wave and shout 'Thank You' to the amazing chefs before you leave. They always respond with the most wonderful smiles. The lady who runs this place is amazing! I've seen her working, with great drive, paying attention to every little detail at every hour of the day. That's yet another thing I love about this place. Definitely a Delhi favourite, this one.

Diva restaurants always amaze me. To bring together a place which has sophisticated ambiance and paired with varied menu and great service.
Latitude 28 is a hidden gem in Khan Market and has a place and audience for its own especially when its easy to get shadowed over here when one has so many options to eat at.
Arriving upstairs here which looks like a little dining room with just enough of the lighting it all looks so comfy.

I totally loved the bread basket that we were presented. Moist fresh breads with a little drizzle of olive oil. Yum! A dip along with the same would have been just better.
I ordered a chicken main dish with olives and dates stuffing. This was paired with zucchini fries and some potatoes. The dish was a good balance of savoury and sweet.

This is a pricy place. Sure, you want to feel like a Diva, eat like a Diva. You pay the price for the same.

Tucked away in Good Earth, Latitude is slightly underrated, given how good it is.
The decor is very tasteful and beautiful, the ambience is soothing and unassuming. I love the info-western feel of the place.
I love the desserts. Even with Big Chill Cakery around the the corner, I remain partial to their Red Velvet. I really liked the udon noodles and sandwiches too. One of the few good places for Avocado lovers!
The place is a little pricey, but definitely worth a visit.

An eternal favourite, Latitude 28 is right on track, from the very moment you enter through the stunning home collections at the Good Earth. You'll need quite a bit of resolve (a growling hungry tummy will do it too!) to get straight to the point here, what with all the lovely lamps and regal throws you walk past, not to mention all the fantastic appetisers on their menu. Worthy of mention are the super fresh ham-and-cheese triangles served with a divinely fresh salsa and the avocado summer rolls. Psst: the sesame encrusted goat cheese fritters are a delightful indulgence, but don't tell anyone I partook of such decadence! Their pastas are especially good, Latitude being one of the few places in the city I'd dare to order just about any pasta off the menu of (Artusi being the only other place I'd do this). Their basic spaghetti and their white wine linguine are both favourites. In fact, one of the only things I'd skip is the John Dory, for the sauce is a little clunky, which is uncharacteristic for one of Dalmia's restaurants. Combined with gorgeous decor, a laid-back vibe and friendly staff whose wine recommendations are always on point, the place is easy to like and return to.

Excellent place. Super ambience. Awesome food.
Right from the rocket salad which 4 of us picked on to the steak, the fish in the mango salsa, roast chicken- everything was Par excellence.
The dessert was absolutely fantastic too. Melt in the mouth chocolate decadence all the way. Can't remember the name of the dessert but the taste still haunts me. I'd go here again n again n again!

Latitude 28, chef Ritu Dalmia’s restaurant,  is housed above the Good Earth store in bustling Khan Market. From our starters the quinoa and avocado salad packed in quite a punch, but it was the beetroot and avocado tartare that was our unanimous favourite, dressed sharply with a tangy tamarind with a sprinkling of caramelised walnuts and coconuts for an added crunch.
In comparison, we were a tad underwhelmed by our main course – an under-seasoned green summer risotto. But a splash of tabasco went a long way in adding another dimension and overall we left utterly enchanted by this whimsical eatery, from its ethereal decor to the fresh beautifully plated dishes!

This is the brain child of good earth
This restaurant caters to mostly foreigners who are sipping away there wines.
It's not huge but still the ambience is very pretty.
Grilled chicken satay with peanut sauce was very good
Had a coffee that was very nice
The menu though does not have too many options

The taste of warm goat cheese lingers. At Latitude they cook food with care. Whatever I've tried has had delicate flavours. The kind of place where you have an unhurried meal over leisurely conversations. I'd have gone more often if it were a notch less expensive. But then this is Khan Market.

Loved the place for its ambience, nice mirrors on the wall....bright coloured place, candle lit in the evenings. The entire set up is perfect.

We had vietnamese rolls and a quinoa salad. But we couldn't eat it since it was too healthy for us.

Now the menu seems changed. Shall visit it soon.

My friend planned his birthday party over here and I went there accordingly and that is how I got to see such a great place. Its USP can definitely be its décor and ambience. It was totally hypnotizing and I fell in love with this place at the first hand completely. I shared my dish (I had mushroom noodles with pepper-garlic sauce) with one of the friends as the restaurant is an expensive one and ordering individually over here might had cost us my birthday boy friend a fortune. So overall, this place is suited just for coming in for special occasions.

Flocked by foreigners and upper class, the ambience, menu and price are according. Its difficult to dislike the place, when they have a nice patio where you can sit (in a nice weather) with their regular coffees. We had ordered 3 different bouquet tea. All ending up to be similar and failing to impress. Food and wine menu looked good, though we didn't try any. May be next time.

We tried their Udon Noodles with Black Bean & Garlic Sauce and the Spaghetti in Tomato Basil sauce. Both were outstanding. Their Udon noodles were amazingly done. We also had their Potato Gnocchi in Tomato sauce but that doesn't seem to be on the menu anymore although they might decide to bring it back.

One of the most quaint places in khan market to enjoy a quiet meal and have a conversation. The place is located on the second floor of one of my favourite stores for home furnishing- Good Earth.

Tastefully done and is part of the Diva chain so the food matches the authentic taste and flavour. The shakes are worth trying.

Beautiful beautiful ambience.
This cafe is on the second floor of good earth store in khan market.
The moment you enter the curvy cascade of stairs, the pastel colors and ancient lamps would make you feel as if you are in some European cafe. I totally forgot that I am in Delhi. The staff is quite humble and helped us select a table.
Food -
We asked for the chef specialty / today's special and were recommended grilled chicken with mushroom sauce served with spinach or mash potatoes. We ordered with spinach and it was an excellent combination of well cooked chicken in creamy mushroom sauce and sauted spinach. The slight bitterness of spinach gave a twist to the chicken and mushroom flavor.
We also ordered chicken ceaser salad, which they split into two servings instead of one. This helped the two of us to eat in a separate plate and pay for one only :)
Chicken skewers in thyme n lime were extremely juicy. Thoroughly relished!!
Last we did not order any dessert but chose to order a cold coffee which we was being served on most of the tables. Again they understood that we would like to share one glass and they split it into two halves and served. It was slightly on the bitter side, the strong flavor preferred by a few ppl. But once asked, they added more milk for me and made it taste perfect!
The hours spent in this cafe made me feel lovely and I m very sure I will soon make a visit again :)

Latitude is by far and undoubtedly my favourite restaurant in Delhi. It has every element in place that makes in a truly successful restaurant which gives an incredible dining experience. Let me list them -
1. Great Food - the food is out of this world. The portions are generous, the ingredients fresh and of very high quality. I am a hardcore non vegetarian but I enjoy the vegetarian food here the most. The warm goat cheese salad is incredible (as them to warm it a little extra), the edamame and asparagus risotto to die for and the mozzarella and pesto sandwich is hearty. The menu is eclectic and covers a little of quite a bit of the world. The also do have Delhi's best lemon meringue tart!
Decor - very very tasteful. The restaurant has a very warm and romantic feeling. The wallpaper is colorful which makes it lovely and not at all jarring. The furniture is also very comfortable. All in all creating the perfect ambience!
Service - a lot of restaurants known for their food unfortunately slip on service. Not the case here! The service is absolutely sublime. Most non intrusive, prompt and extremely courteous.
I wish I could rate this restaurant 6 stars coz it truly deserves it! Latitude 28 has been my feel good restaurant for a few years now and it doesn't look like it's moving away from being that!

Another nice eatery on the second floor of good earth in khan market. Small place /small menu/average plus price. The food is good and service quiet and efficient. Good salads , drinks and good thought full menu. Has some thing for everyone. Tried pan fried halibut / New Zealand lamb chops. Fish could have been more juicy but the lamb chops were great. Can go there if you are in khan market and want clean honest food.

Such a beautiful space! A calming oasis set amidst the charming, I-wish-I-could-afford-that-dinner-set vibe of Good Earth! Though pricey, I have always found the food here to be great, the ingredients (for the most part) fresh and the menu innovative. Had a beetroot tartare salad with caramelised walnuts, avocado and coconut- the beets were well cooked and seasoned, the avocado creamy and soft, the coconut barely discernible and the walnuts delish. A bit steep at 430/- though, hence the 3.5 stars. The bread basket was ok, the focaccia a bit dry in my opinion. The feel good juice (grape, melon, celery, ginger) that I ordered was quite refreshing and made me feel all detoxed within :)
They used to do a lovely halloumi filled pita starter that I loved- I wish they would bring that back!
While Khan market has plenty to choose from in terms of dining options, La Bodega and latitude 28 end up being my two go-to choices!

This time around on my visit to Latitude I noticed Diva logo on the teams uniform and my expectation around the place suddenly changed ... Psychology dominated and I was observing things differently.... With brand Diva your expectation increases ... Diva is a baby of one of the most respected chefs in Delhi ....

We were served a Prawn starter and it was strange that the tail bit was at the front end of your bite in the skewer stick....which was just wrong ... I was curious so asked the server but he was quite blank and the chef standing just across the dessert counter could hear my query but did not care to explain me if I was wrong or comment at all....

So the negative marking is for the service....

We were seated just next to the dessert counter and atleast 2 chefs were easily over hearing me discussing with the server and none of the team members reacted in any way....

Since the prawns were suggested by the server so I can't recap the name of the dish exactly but the dish apart from wrongly placed did not taste right also....

Knowing that it's a part of diva my next visit surely will not be just to hangout and have coffee but we will be ordering food for sure.... And will like to try the menu

I have to say I had a GREAT lunch!!! The juice was really fresh and interesting, and the main course I ordered was REALLY good! I had gnocchi in a Gorgonzola sauce, and you may think it is heavy and disgusting but they made quite light and fresh!!! It is a must have!!! The wok-fried quinoa is good too!! Though a little oily maybe, but a great experience overall!

Latitude cafe, located on the top floor of Good Earth in Khan market is a tiny little eatery where the Good Earth designs and prints seem to be on steroids! It's so ...so ..printed ..there isn't a single surface that seems clear! The walls, the table mats, the ceiling, the outdoors ...everything is printed ! I almost feel like I'm in that house in Alice in wonderland where she suddenly goes from tiny to huge..anyone remember that...?!

Alright enough about the print ...lets get down to business ...THE FOOD. We were 7 women and we ordered quite a large amount of food! 4 salads and 7 mains. Everything that we had ordered looked picturesque and gorgeous! But it all comes down to the taste !

The salads - two of each - The Balsamic Roasted Root Vegetables with Feta Cheese and a Mixed Greens with French Goat's Cheese. The Balsamic Roasted root- veg salad was pretty and pink ! The taste was adequate because the baby potatoes were tasteless and the whole onions were a little too much flavour! The Mixed Greens with French Goat's cheese was fresh and vibrant but needed a little more dressing. I don't understand why restaurants think they can smear some dressing in a fancy way and expect the dish to be flavoured! While I personally love the taste of rocket leaves and sundried tomatoes on their own, not everyone will find the same very palatable! So we had to ask for more dressing.

Now the mains- we ordered 3 Pan Fried Udon Noodles, 2 Kankona style Prawn Curry and 2 Roasted Catfish or Sole fish (can't remember which exactly) with wilted spinach.

The fish was hands down the best I have ever had! It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. It was flaky and melted in the mouth. However, when eaten with the spinach (which I think was cooked in salt or brine) killed the already dead fish!
The Udon noodles were something I had eaten earlier and I was in no mood to really experiment. The noodles were as good as I remembered them to be and my only complaint will be that they weren't as spicy as I usually like my food to be. So I needed to add quite a bit of chilly flakes.
The worst thing on our table must have been the prawn curry because both ladies who ordered them needed to add quite a few condiments, from lime to fresh green chillies and chilly flakes ...they wud have added the kitchen sink if it promised to enhance the flavour! Their reaction to the curry was "meh"!

Now dessert. The biggest let down of all! A Bailey's and chocolate mousse cake which did not have even the slightest taste of baileys! A Mango Cheesecake which should be renamed as "gelatine cheesecake" with mango flavouring! And a Tiramisu which was cream and sugar overloaded with a hint coffee, very blah and forgetful.

An afternoon that was long, fun and full of delight despite the lukewarm coffees which we ordered in the end and the terribly sad excuses for desserts!

I found this place from zomato and really liked the pics and reviews posted on the page.. So we decided to visit the place on my fiance's birthday ?!! I booked a table through dineout where they also gave us an offer of a complimentary dessert ?.. we reached there at around 2 and it was totally occupied even on a weekday.. the staff had no idea that we had a booking.. Which was really disappointing! we were escorted to a table which was a very small one in between a big crowd so we opted to sit outdoors instead of that table. The ambience of the place is nice and soothing.. The outdoors are beautiful.. I am sure they would look much more beautiful at the night.. We were promptly given a menu card and some complimentary breads!! To eat we ordered a konkan prawn in green mango curry ? served with rice and fries ? and a chicken panini served with a German potato salad. Along with it we ordered a mango lassi and a little sunshine mocktail. Coming to prawn curry.. It was definitely one of the best coconut milk curry i have ever had.. It had that coconut taste as a konkan curry has and along with it had a sour tinge of green mango.. It blended really really well.. It was served with red rice which went well with it.. The portion size of this dish was really small.. Just 4 small prawns and a small bowl ? of rice.. And it was too costly for this quantity.. Coming to panini.. It was made in whole wheat ?.. And was stuffed really well with chicken ?, mayo and some veggies.. Was served with a potato salad which was made with olive oil and some pickled green olives.. Had a very tangy taste.. Was really good. Coming to the drinks.. Mango lassi was more of a mango smoothie.. Very thick and tasted wonderful.. Little sunshine ☀ was a mocktail made up of carrot juice, orange juice and a tinge of ginger!! You could actually taste all the three in the drink.. And the gingery flavour went well with the fresh carrots and oranges.. Lastly coming to our complimentary dessert ?.. We were served a slice of dark chocolate cake along with a vanilla custard ?.. The cake was soft, moist and tasted fresh.. It was low on the sugar which was a good part about it.. Overall a nice place to have good quality food.. But u have to pay a good amount for it too.. Thoroughly enjoyed!!

Small little cafe with about 10 tables. We went for high tea and were seated promptly being a Sunday it was 50% occupied.
Nice range of fresh desserts on display. We got a fresh mozerella panini with pesto, the smoked pine tea, masala tea and a tiramisu.
Can't complaint about the service or the quality of the food.
Presentation of tea and quantity is perfect.

I enjoyed the restaurant! It’s on the second floor on top if good earth shop (stairs from inside the shop). The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was delicious. The staff were very polite, smiling, and accommodating (I asked for a change of my mash potato to vegetable and they did so right away without too much hassle ). We had the pumpkin soup which i really enjoyed, the sole fish from their special menu (very tasty and well cooked)and the carrot cake (was very soft and a nice taste of carrot and cinnamon mixed). I could see others hanging out with friends or on a date enjoying themselves. Overall it was a great way to end the week!

A friend introduced me to this place a while ago and since then I have become a frequent visitor. I love the grilled chicken they serve and the quite meal time that you can get. The staff is extremely polite and courteous. It’s a cozy place to visit during the time when the sun is up since the filtered sunlight inside the restaurant is blissful to say the least. I usually go here alone to wait and read a book while family shops around at khan market. Out of all my visits over so many months now the one couple of days ago was a bit disappointing since the quite charm of the restaurant was disturbed by the cacophony of a group which seemed to be there for a Kitti party, which was quite unusual for this place. The grilled chicken which is my favourite dish here was slightly overdone which was also a bit disappointing- but I was too hungry to complain. I ate with my moose cancelling at full blast then ordered a tea and walked out at the balcony when I could not stand the noise of mindless loud conversations inside. Daughter came back early and made this wait over to my relief.
