Ordered Green Thai curry and rice. Some noodles and chilly mushroom. Everything was well presented and cooked. Loved the ambience also, good to place whe you want to spend some quality time with family or friends with a quiet environment. Not so crowded. Must to go place if you are in GK and want to have some light dinner with good ambience.

Big Wong was our favorite go-to restaurant while it was in Epicuria. Sadly, it's no longer there. So got home delivery and ordered hakka veg noodles and Thai green curry. Packing was colorful and well done. Food was delicious and quantity just right for two people. Excellent choice.

In starters Japanese Fried Chicken Breast was really amazing. Hot Garlic Chicken & Chicken Szechuan with Veg Hakka Noodles was really delicious if you like little spicy food. According to my taste it was perfect although the quantity of Noodles was little less. In Desserts, Darson's with Vanilla Ice Cream was delicious. Overall a great place to have really tasty Chinese food

Nice place for friends and family, to eat something different. Specially sushi, noodles, and crispy korean chicken wings were on point. Also, staff was up to the mark. Thank you.

The food and hospitality is really nice. However, the service was not good. The waiter used to forget what we ordered and just for one sushi i waited like for 20-30 mins. If this get resolved then it’s one of the best places to eat

Big wong is one of my favourite places for Asian food. Their Thai curry is really good and the asparagus tempura roll is absolutely amazing. We ordered all the vegetarian domains they have to offer, and each one is worth a try. The pad thai noodles are also super yum, even though they are a bit spicy. The staff is very polite and the service is great.

Chicken and Water Chestnut in a crystal dimsum and Cambodian Lamb curry (with Jasmine Rice or Sticky Rice) are a must. They always re-create the precise same taste which is what makes them a good standard restaurant. Ambience is amazing

Recently my uncle and aunt took me to Big Wong for a wonderful treat . The restaurant is located in the GK2 M-Block Market and easy to find as it's just next to the famous and brightly done 24Seven. Just a flight of stairs and one reaches the restaurant. It's a very nice and classic chinese theme and ambience restaurant with loads of wood and red coloured items being used in the interiors. It's a dimly lit restaurant which adds to the appeal . But while being classic they also have a bit of a modern take and that's on the wall with a colourful painting of a lady done directly onto the bricks . Lovely interiors for sure. Ambience is 4/5. The only thing which was lacking was the service , honestly it was bad . The guy who was serving us was inexperienced but the others weren't any better either. Others were also complaining about the service from the servers , like someone didn't bring the correct dishes , wrong order to wrong table etc . In our case the guy wasn't able to serve us well and even forgot to fill up a glass of water even after he was reminded . The restaurant wasn't very busy either so it was disappointing. Lastly the ACs were kept off and the restaurant was feeling hot , so after informing the servers a couple times , it took them quite sometime to figure it out and turn the ACs ON. For service I am giving - 1.5/5 . For the food we ordered quite a variety and it was way more than enough for the 4 of us ! We had - Hot N Sour Chicken Soup , Chicken Chilli Flake Dimsum , Prawn Har Gau , Lamb in Hoisin Sauce , Butter Garlic Prawns and Thai Basil Chicken Fried Rice. Dimsums had 5 pieces in each serving and we got 1 soup and split it into half . The fried rice portion was big and perfect while the butter garlic prawns had 7-8 pieces and the Lamb had a good amount of gravy and lamb pieces. 1) Hot N Sour Chicken Soup - An absolute classic and one of my favourite soups , which I had been craving also recently. The soup was fantastic, infact perfect the way it was. It was hot and sour , good amount of chicken and a great lot of egg drop. I really really enjoyed it , heart warming comfort food. I rate it 5/5 . 2) Chicken Chilli Flakes Dimsum - Very good dimsum with a juicy filling of chicken , thin wrapped and topped with chilli sauce. The dimsum was served along with some sauces - chilli oil and a green vinegar based sauce ! It was great , rating it 4.2/5 . 3) Prawn Har Gao - Another absolute classic dimsum , with juicy and big prawn filling and a thin translucent wrapper . This was perfect by itself , no sauce needed whatsoever but one can add the chilli sauce/oil for a nice kick if one enjoys that (which I do). Rating this 5/5. 4) Thai Basil Fried Rice - We ordered it with chicken and the portion was massive , which I really appreciate. The fried rice was delicious and aromatic , it was so good that one could just gobble it up by itself. S fantastic fried rice and rating it 5/5. 5) Butter Garlic Prawn - This was a dry dish with garlic and butter coating the crisply fried prawns . The prawns were served alongside butter garlic spring onions . Another great dish and rating it 5/5. 6) Lamb in Hoisin Sauce - Fantastic dish , absolute Smasher with a really nice gravy. The gravy was forward in terms of all types of flavour - garlicy, sour , spicy and a very tiny bit of sweetness. This went perfectly with the Thai Basil Fried rice and the lamb in the fish was absolutely tender which is a great feat in my opinion. Rating this 5/5 and highly recommend it . All in all Big wong GK2 is a great restaurant with fantastic food and a lovely interior. The pricing is great aswell especially for the quantity and quality of food. But the service was lacking big time and thus reducing 1 point for it and giving it 4/5 .
