So best thing is you don't have to get into the main hauz khas area, it is on the main road. Next good thing is it has open area then rooftop and inside seating so you have all the seating options. Also in these times it is one of such rare places to offer happy hours! Food is good and staff is friendly. So, overall it is a good place to spend time with your friends.
Quality and quantity of the food was really good. Delicious food with mouth watering cocktails is the best combination. The rooftop ambience is really good and even they have ample seating space. Overall, it was a good experience.
It was last year this day when I visited Summer House cafe to celebrate my birthday..I remember at that time India vs England World Cup 19 match was going on awesome ambience ..So first we took Beers we were four people so two we purchased and two we got for free....Then the Icing on the cake was there was BOGO offer applicable on LIIT Pitcher we order 3 pitcher and got 3 for free of charge...Loved it ..Hope soon we will be able to visit summer house cafe...This lockdown making us crazy.
This place has great rooftop ambiance. The seating is comfortable and music is good. We tried chilli chicken and cheesy fries along with cocktails. Everything was nice. The service is also decent.

We wanted to try this place since a long time back as our friends suggested us, although the place is quiet over hyped in terms of ambience. We went today in the evening after work. So we tried mozzarella cheese fries which were too good (must try) and spicy veggies and feta pizza which was average.

This place has been my favourite bar and I happen to frequent it a lot. One does not have to think much about what they are wearing when they go to this bar as it is a casual bar and there is no need to dress up. They have a rooftop bar also and the terrace has a seating for about 40 people. On busy nights I suggest not ordering any cocktails as they take ages to prepare but I do not blame the bartenders for that. It is packed almost every time I have visited there.

Yesterday, I visited this cafe. I really enjoyed. They had an outdoor as well as an indoor sitting. The ambience was not that great. Coming to food, we ordered 4 cheese pizza with mushroom topping which looked good. Coming to the taste it was nice. Next, we ordered vegetarian mezze platter. It's presentation also gave a mouthwatering feel. The best part about the platter was its falafel. The cheese cutlet was not amazing as I expected it to be. Overall, also the platter was tasty. Coming to service, the service was also average.
Overall, I had a good experience. Would recommend it. The food over here gives a great satisfaction to our hunger pangs.
If you are a party person, it's the perfect place to go on Thursday & Friday night, the music is amazing for dancing but might get over crowded sometimes. The food is pretty good as well. Have tried their pizza, pastas, nachos & chilly chicken. Their cocktails are pretty great too. During lunch hours, the vibe is chill and can be visited for a date also. Recommended
The place has a kick-ass open roof area for winter season. The staff is courteous and the one plus one offers on drinks are quite frequent too. Must visit.
I found this place very suitable for sitting and chatting in soft music that is not hard to the ears. They have a huge dance floor but it probably starts late in the night.
The food is amazing. Their mozzarella cheese fingers are really amazing. The Mediterranean pizza is also very nice being rich in toppings and cheese and rich in flavors too.
The only thing that was disappointing was their menu didn't go with their "cafe" branding. They usually are rich in bar menu. You would only find the basic coffee here and they too are average tasting.
The Ambience is really nice with both indoor and outdoor as well as roof seating. The staff is courteous and proactive and not to mention very polite.
Overall this place is worth a revisit.

This is a brilliant place to unwind and it is situated at a prime location in hauz khas right at the main road so reaching here is super easy!
It has a very hipster goa vibe and the crowd is super sophisticated (btw I went on a Saturday night!) It is super spacious with two floors and a terrace which is open in the evenings with great music. Even the food and the cocktails are BANG on 🔥

I visited there for a birthday celebration with several friends. We came here on the recommendation of one of our friend's and It did not disappoint. The drinks were amazing in both taste and presentation. I would definitely recommend this place to go out with friends

We ordered Fish, jalapenos mozzarella sticks, caprese pizza, bira and kati patang. The fish was fresh, nice seasoned and had the flavors mentioned in the description. Loved it. Did not like the cheese sticks very much but it was compensated by the pizza, which was delicious. Perfectly cooked, good crust, crispy on sides, not at all doughy, perfect use of olive oil and herbs.
As for the booze, it was expensive. Other places nearby offer the same booze at one third the price.

We went on a rainy day so the rooftop was closed and we had to wait to get a seat inside. The place is a hoot. The corner couch setting is perfect; the long sharing table and even bar are comfy to have a quick bite.

The DJ was bad on the day we went, 1.5 hours into lights dimmed and music playing, not even a single soul was dancing. But it was a shock to other people that were with me, coz this was the first time they had seen the place not packed on a weekend night.

I wouldn't be a regular visitor to this place. The cost for 2 people came to about 3300 bucks which is leaning towards expensive. I mean, if i knew i would have to spend this much, i would have rather booked a table at JW Marriot, still would have cost me the same.
On one hand the booze is overpriced, but on the other the food is amazing and is worth the money.
I like the mood here, extremely mitigating and quiet. Sustenance quality is nice, yet beverages are great. We requested an assortment of Chinese starters and principle course alongside some light alcohol. The administration was promt and the laborers were useful. We enjoyed the way how the sustenance was served and it ended up being flavorful also. The spot truly merits an approval and is prescribed!
Ending our cafe hogging at summer house was a delight!
We decided to sit at the roof top and the weather complimented our decision.

Well summer house cafe is located in SDA market and it is one the most decent places where you can visit you will find decent and we'll mannered crowd the staff is super polite and if the weather is supportive one should enjoy their rooftop as it's just amazing.

Great ambience, great crowd and even more amazing music. Could have done better on service but bars don't really need that. On Thursday nights, it is the place to be.

It has such a lively decor at the terrace, DJ, Bar, Dance Floor, everything you need for a party.
We went there during Corona Fest. EDM music was playing in the background, Corona being served topped with a slice of orange. We ordered Spaghetti Pasta, Veggie Pizza and Nachos.
Honestly, service was slow. True that it was a fest and weekend, but maintaining the service quality is important specially over the weekend.
The food was good. Very conventional though. Presentation, taste, menu choice wasn’t anything new. The place is good if you like finger food.
What I liked the most was the experience. You’ll definitely have a good time here, dancing away with your friends on good music. Recommended for party animals.

A nice place to hangout with your friends. But unfortunately their waiting staff is very irritating. They don't remember what you asked them to do n we had to keep on reminding them.
Coming to food I would say that we didn't regret our choices. We started with hot n sour soup which was really good. N taste of black pepper in it made it too relishing. Then we ordered jalapeno n cheese fries which were a bit soggy n didn't live upto our expectations.. then we ordered four cheese pizza which was really good. Going on drinks we ordered mocktails n mine was orange n passion fruit colada which initially I didn't like but as my palate adjusted to it's zing I liked it.
Overall experience if u LL ask then its good. N u LL ve nice time without all that chaos n rush.

An amazing amazing place to party! This place has a great ambience and nice music to get you on your toes. They have two different areas, one is a closed hall and the other is a rooftop. I would recommend to book a table on the rooftop. It's is just amazing. Not a great place for having food though but the menu is good enough for accompaning your alcohol.

Summer House is my favourite place in South Delhi. The music and ambiance is extremely good with a good variety of drinks and food. It’s usually very crowded on weekends but its still worth it. A must visit place!

Summerhouse is definitely one of my favorite places to chill in South Delhi not just for it's super delicious food but also for the beautiful ambience and music.
Soya Rolls with Hummus & Pita is a must have. Also try Old fashioned & Mai Tai.

I just love the vibe of this place. This is one place which is buzzing every day of the week. I was there on a Thursday, food and cocktails were what we ordered and they are good. Although I find there portions are little less. So what I ordered:
Rosemary Cumber- it was a gin based cocktail with Rosemary and cucumber . Was very refreshing to have it on a summer evening. Rosemary Leaves and Cucumber were also used for garnishing. If you like Gin then you can surely try it.
Spiced Orange- It was the second cocktail that we ordered. This was also a gin based cocktail with orange and cinnamon. The taste of cinnamon was very evident, you will take time to enjoy the taste and after few sips it will taste better.
American Vegetarian Platter- This platter had onion rings, jalapeño and cheese poppers. Taste was good and it finished as soon as it came on our table. We were three people and each one of us had one piece each of jalapeño popper and cheese poppers and two onion rings, so that is the quantity of a platter.
Mediterranean Vegan Pizza- It’s a thin crust pizza and the topping was grilled vegetables like zucchini, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes etc. Food here is good, whatever I have tasted at this place is good.
Even if you are just going there to enjoy your drinks then you can just order a cheese nachoS and keep sipping your drinks. This place has an amazing vibe and it’s not like the Hauz khas Village full of college kids. This place has professionals coming and chilling after work, and Thursdays is an expat night. You will see lots of expats there and if you want to do some networking and dance the night away.

Finally! A place in Delhi that I can relax and enjoy the food. Nice... Loved the Mushrooms. Pasta and Nachos were good, but just normal stuff. The Mushrooms were really good.

I'd have given it 5 if the food was little cheaper or there was more quantity. That's technically the only thing wrong about this place.
The two items we ordered tasted amazing- Thai Green Curry and Shitake Mushroom dish(don't exactly remember the name). They were great. The place looks lovely, ambiance is great and saw lot of people here, even at non peak hours.
Would definitely recommend to go here but yeah, the items are touch expensive and less in quantity.
I'm always here for the Karaoke Nights, and trust me, even if it's on a Monday, you'll find this place filled with the best of people, to get you the best of memories.

This was a very elegant place. Food was absolutely delicious and the place is just cute and fun. We ordered Mediteranean platter and Tandoori platter. Both were delicious. I really liked the freshly squeezed juice too as it had no sugar added. Service could have been a bit more attentive and faster but it was good nonetheless.
I loved the ambience and the music culture there. Food was slightly above average but drinks were better. But above all i loved the uniqueness of artists and the audience.
Had Figs & Feta cheese on sourdough bread & Chilli Chicken...both were super delicious !
