It is a cute little place. Serves good quality food and is good for the pocket. I ordered mysore dosa and rajma chawal. The sambar was a bit bland and the quantity could be increased. Overal it is a nice place and caters yound student crowd.
It’s one of those family restaurants specially in Rajendra palace which reunites all the family members on one table and have a meal of their life’s with such innovative dishes and fusion food
First of all i would like say that i seriously love the infrastrructure out here.
Sitting in a train and having such delicious meal is completely worth going for.
So we ordered jalebi with gulab jamun, momos, pizza dosa and gol gappa shots.
Loved almost everything out here and ended up paying so less
Imly, a train serving food on wheels.. yes the interior is like a train. Perfect place for family gatherings. Saraon ka saag n makke ki roti took me back to my grandmothers chullah sessions. The food is so delicious to take back to the roots. I tried so many items cant name one as best.
Bun Tikkii was melted in mouth
Bengan bharta, chilli roti, aalo methi, jalebi with rabri.
My taste buds were taken to the other level.

Decent peppy place for a variety of veg food. Amazing style of presentation. Centrally located. Good for a family/ group within 8 members. Not sure if they would be able to accommodate larger groups.

This place never disappointed me . Have visited the Ashok vihar branch before and fell in love with this place. This place is pure veg , so it is the perfect place for the vegetarian people who love veg dishes like me . I tried many things today at this outlet like shakarkandi Chaat , saag and makke ki roti with butter and gur , rajma chawal ( mere to favourite h) , panner and laccha parantha , palak parts Chaat , gulab jamun , boondi rabri , dosa ( cheese burst dosa Inka best h) and paani Puri . And also ordered coffee as it's cold outside guysss.. Well I have no words , their all the dishes are yummy and mouth watering . From presentation to taste everything is just perfect !!
Imly- Rajendra place outlet is very near to the Rajendra place metro station gate No 2. The exterior look and the interior one both are good. The railway look of this outlet is good and at a very accessible area. The place is spacious and you will find crowd almost everytime. This was my first time whereas my friends had already gone once to their other outlets.
We had ordered
- momos platter where one had paneer and the other one had veggies. We tried the tandoori and the steamed ones. Then we also had the cheese corn tandoori momos which was a delight. It was so yumm that we ordered twice.
- gol guppe - it had come placed in a long vessel which was presentable. Loved the gol guppe as its one of my favorite.
- bun tikki and chai and coffee - we had ordered these and we had a perfect bun chai and bun coffee time.
- rajma chawal - yesterday only I had it at home but still I couldn't resist myself from having their's as it was yumm.
- cheesy dosa - it was presentable , cheesy and delicious.
- paneer rogan josh with methi ka paratha - ehat a combo ...
- sarson da saag with makki ko roti - I enjoyed it a lot.
- shakarkand ki chaat - this was something I had it for the first time and I just loved it. It was crispy and the flavours were balanced.
- Amritsar's special kulche - this was very special in taste as well.
- Purani dilli special kulhad saag chole chawal - we didn't even leave a grain of rice.
- Palak patta chaat - this is our constant and one of our favourite dish we usually order.
- Banta - kokum one was yumm, passion one was on a sweeter end.
- Gulab jamuns were a treat
- Jalebi wit rabri - a must try
- Kitkat fritters - in the inide you will find kitkat. This is also on a sweeter end.
- boondi rabri - this was presented amazingly and the taste was superb.
We had ordered salted lassi as we had a lot of sweet dish.
The staffs were courteous and the Manager was there to guide us through the menu whenever we had a query.
My experience was amazing and I am gonna come back with my family.
I visited this outlet today with my friends for a lunch.
The ambience is the first thing that attracted us towards this place. The exteriors looking like a train are very amazing. It was quite a lovely place with very courteous and helpful staff. We were also amazed with the range of dishes that they offered. We started off with Palak patta chaat, golgappe and cheese dosa. Palak patta chaat was a delightful starter. Cheese dosa was equally amazing and delicious. It was cheesy yet crispy. Then we tried rajma chawal and cheese kulcha with chole. Both the dishes were superbly cooked and tasted yummy. Truly must have dishes in main course. In desserts we tried their jalebi with rabri, boondi rabri and gulab jamun. Crispy jalebi with rabri is truly worth trying. Other desserts were good as well. I had an amazing time here at IMLY. This place is a must visit.
Imly is a very unique outlet, specially for a north Indian meal. They have their own way of serving each and every item differently.
The ambience was good and the place is decently lit. The design of the outlet is very unique. It is in the shape of a train with 3-5 coaches and the seating is also like that we've in trains. They also have many creative pictures, quotes, and slangs all around the place.
They serve some really delicious food items that too with great presentations and at a reasonable price.
This place is very good and has a perfect ambience if you want to come with your family for lunch/dinner or even with friends to chill out. Really enjoyed our time here.
We ordered:
1. Chole Bhature: The best chole bhature we've had in such a long time. Properly cooked. Properly presented. Enough for two people.
2. Gun Powder Idli: Not very tasty but okay if you want to try out something new. It's very spicy though.
3. Raj Kachori: was very delicious. Easily enough for two people.
4. Orange Juice: Normal Pure Orange Juice.

Inventive thought of giving the quintessence of Indian Rail while eating at the restaurant. Taste and kind of the dishes are good and the food plating and presentation will take overall experience to the next level, Location of this restaurant is quite great. A lot of parking space is available. Interiors is attractive to with various lights and television screens. They additionally have a little server calling gadget so you don't need to yell. they got a wide range of dishes, worth trying.... A portion of my always untouched top picks dahi Gol gappe, cheesy dosa and this time I tried their winter menu, it was great. Amritsari mix Kulcha was exceptionally delectable with chole.. Kitkat shake and virgin mojito is something i like to be ideal so it worked fine for me and for dessert I had Gajar ka halwa winters basic and jalebi with rabdi....tastiest like always..So, the entire experience was exceptionally superb, makes for a pleasant place that one would return to....i hope this review will help others to choose this place! Visited imly and had a lovely experience. Tried their winter menu and loved each item. Worth trying place.
Last weekend, I went to this place with my friends. The ambience was nice and quiet unique. Service was also fine.
I tried lots of things:-
•Paneer rogan josh with methi parantha- It was a complete dish and I loved its flavour.
•Gol gappas- Gol gappas are always fun. They were served with spicy and sweet water.
•Bun Tikki- Classic and simple bun tikka was nice.
•Ram ladoo- I didn't like the ram ladoos much. They were quite dry.
•Purani Delhi's special kulhad saag chhole chawal- It was presented nicely in kulhad and the taste was also good.
•Baked pasta- cheesy and tangy baked pasta was droolworthy.
•Tandoori momos-
•Malabri parantha with chettinad mushroom
•Cheese burst dosa- Dosa was okayish but sambhar and chutneys were good.
•Gajar ka halwa- Winter special gajar Ka halwa was amazing.
•Gud parantha with vanilla ice cream:- I had never tried such combo but to my surprise it was pretty nice.
•Jalebi with rabri- All time favourite jalebi was awesome. #recommended.
Also I tried these drinks
Kokum banta shikanji, Double decker, LIIT, Filter coffee, Minty santra. Out of all I liked shikanji, double decker and filter coffee.
In nutshell, I had great time over there
I went to this restaurant with my friends to celebrate my birthday. We ordered Chole Bhature, paneer Rogan Josh, dosa and many more things. One things that really caught my attention was how good the ambience of restaurant was. It was just mind-blowing . Overall our experience was amazing
Totally loved this train concept restaurant. Very long and very spacious it is. I had their winter menu. Totally amazing dishes it has. Also loved that they're serving street food Ram Laddo. Will definitely visit here again.
Imly is a quite reasonable outlet, especially for a good north Indian meal. The ambience was good and vibrant. I loved the concept of the cheery decor featuring a train engine and pops of color. The food is purely vegetarian and the service was quick. Here's a detailed review of the food I tried when I went there recently:
•Paneer rogan josh with methi parantha: It was a delightful combination. I found the paneer sabzi to be a little oily but the parantha was very well prepared and definitely has my heart.
•Gol gappas: I totally loved its presentation. The taste was pretty decent. The stuffing and the flavoured water were better than what you usually get served on streets.
•Bun Tikki: It had one nicely done aloo tikki with some onions and tomatoes. A huge burger served with an array of chutneys made up for a perfect starter.
•Ram ladoo: They are basically fried pakoras or vadas made from moong dal and chana dal batter, and a quite famous street snack. These were listed under their winter feast menu and they are were pretty average in taste.
•Purani Delhi's special kulhad saag chhole chawal: They were the famous purani delhi style cooked chhole served with rice and accompaniments in a earthen pot called kulhad. They tasted good.
•Baked pasta: The quantity was really nice. It was served warm and fresh and we totally enjoyed this. The quantity was pretty good.
•Tandoori momos: We tried the paneer and the veg ones. I really liked them both. The texture was quite good and it tasted so good with the green chutney they had served.
•Malabri parantha with chettinad mushroom: It was cooked really well. It was a wholesome and a perfect meal in itself.
•Cheese burst dosa: It was such a unique fusion and it ended up being one of my favourite dishes from this outlet.
•Gajar ka halwa: I loved how they served this to us in a pretty dome shape. The taste was also exceptionally amazing.
•Gud parantha with vanilla ice cream: Had never tried this combination before. It was scrumptious and a must try.
•Jalebi with rabri: It was simply the best. The jalebi was so crisp and crunchy. With rabri, it tasted so heavenly.
•Kokum banta shikanji: It was a perfect delight. Loved all the flavours. The presentation was good too.
•Double decker: It also had an intense kokum flavour with a chatpata twist which made it so great.
•LIIT: They refer to it as long island imly tea which I found pretty cool. The taste was pretty average, slightly on the sweeter side.
Overall, we had a really good time gorging over these delicacies. We have no complaints from the food or staff whatsover and found it to be a pocket friendly family restaurant.
I recently visited the restaurant with friends and it was a good experience . The restaurant is in a train like shape with natural lighting interior. We tried there dishes from winter feast menu and they were very good .
In starters we had Bun Tikki, Baked Pasta , and Kuhlad Saag Cholle Chawal. The Saag chole Chawal was good in taste , I really liked there baked pasta ,it had less cheese and perfect taste.
We also had Tandoori Momos and Cheese Burst Dosa , the momos were not so crispy and filing of paneer was cooked ,it was average in taste. Dosa had good amount of filling but with less cheese , it was good in taste.
The service was quick and the experience was good ,it's a very pocket friendly restaurant.
I recently visited their Rajendra place outlet. I had previously visited the Rajouri garden one and had a great time. It's just 200m away from the metro station and is pretty easy to spot. The restaurant is made in the shape of a train with coaches visible on the outside and the inside is just one long passage with the bar at the entrance and the kitchen towards the extreme left.
They still have the concept of ring to call the waiter and drinks, etc. The seating is either cushioned couches or thick plastic chairs. The interior is decently lit with room for natural light to enter the place.
For food, we ordered the Malabar Paratha with Mushroom Chhetinad, kulhad saag chhole, paneer Rogan Josh with methi paratha, Gol Gappas, Jalebi with Rabri and baked pasta.
The Kulhad Saag Chhole was basically a Kulhad containing rice and sarso ka saag alongside some chhole. The dish was spiced in an optimum manner and the taste was very well balanced.
The Paneer Rogan Josh with Methi paratha had a good taste. The dish was towards the oily side to give it the texture of Rogan Josh and it had a good amount of cottage cheese chunks and a good spicy flavour.
The Mushroom Chhetinad with Malabar Paratha happens to be my old favourite. The taste hasn't changed, though I'd prefer it to be more spicy. It's towards the tangy side but some chilly is bound to make it better.
The Baked Pasta had a really big serving size. It was red sauce pasta with bell peppers and mushroom that was baked in cheese. Served in a square pan, the dish was really hot and the cheese was literally oozing out of the pasta. The penne was cooked properly and required no additional seasoning.
The Gol Gappas, they serve 6 pieces in a long tray with shot glasses of meetha and namkeen paani and one shot glass containing the aaloo mix. The water was pretty good, it wasn't extremely sour but just enough to give it a good taste. It also enabled us to do any alterations as per our requirements (less of stuffing, more of stuffing per puchka, etc).
For desserts, we had ordered the Jalebi with Rabri - their classic recommendation. The Jalebi was really fresh, it was just 5 pieces though but the taste of the hot jalebis with the moderately cool Rabri was succulent.
For drinks, I recommend the Minty Santra which happens to be a mix of orange juice and lime. It was zestfully tangy i liked the drink. The Double Decker Virgin Mojito is also pretty good. It's just the regular Mojito with added slices of cucumber and sprinkled chaat masala. These drinks weren't sweet and that's just the best part about these.
I went to this restaurant with my friends. We ordered Chole Bhature, paneer Rogan Josh, dosa and many more things. One things that really caught my attention was how good the ambience of restaurant was. It was just mind-blowing . Overall our experience was amazing.
Today I went to this place for my friends b'day party .. .. this place is super cool with awesome ambience ... Looks like a toy train from outside ... We ordered many items like paneer Rogan Josh , sarso da saag with make di roti which is from their winter special menu ,and chilli paneer sizzler 🤩🤩which is too hot and actually a sizzling one ... And their family dosa ... Quality of each item is just wow ...
Must visit this place if you are vegetarian and looking for a best place .

This place is thriving in the locality with amazing ambience and train themed restaurant. Frankly my food experience this time has been far better than my last experience. Had a total blast and enjoyed the food than any of the visits before. Glimpses of what I ordered are attached below.

Imly restaurant: chatpata stop over
From entrance itself you can make out that you are about to board a train that too with proper engine n wheels. Concept of this place is little unmatched every way you get a feel of sitting inside a vintage royal train. A heavenly place for vegetarians and family gatherings with imly everywhere, be it imly candies or imly lights.
You may have to wait at the platform if you don’t have a booking. As the place is crowded and bit noisy as well.
There food menu is very dissimilar and off course food presentation is also very quirky they almost have all the vegetarian street food available from across the nation.
Golgappa Shots: they serve with various flavours of water and mashed potatoes.
Jalebi chaat: Not very good, but yes one time try. One more reason to try it was got complementary banta shikanji with this chat which was really good and soothing.
Thali imli way: very decent thali served with dal makhni, shahi paneer, mix vegetables, rice, fruit raita, laccha Partha, gatta curry, gulab jamun, papad and salad.
Desserts: They have a very amazing and delicious desserts menu including kitkat fritters, royal faluda, boondi pack Rabri, gulab jamun, Rabri jalebi the imly way.
To satisfy my sweet tooth wanted to try all 5 but settled on three only tried gulab jamun which was yum served hot. Next was ROYAL FALUDA it was actually royal and tempting must have from imly and the last but not the least my all time favourite RABRI JALEBI its a big NO NO to miss on this.
Imly keeps on inaugurating new dishes time to time and also kick off few from existing menu.
They also offers 15% discount to corporate employee as well to students.
Tried crispy corn and veg loaded pizza. It was really nice. The mojito is quite refreshing!!! The Navratri special menu dishes were also nice
I visited Imly a few days back! We started off with fried idli with podi and it was amazing!
2. The gol gappas - the meetha paani was very nice! Loved the chutney too
3. Mysore Masala Dosa - generously stuffed with potatoes and served with a variety of chutneys, this dosa is a must try
4. Mushroom Chettinad with Malabari Parotta - the mushroom curry was nice and spicy and the parottas were flaky! Absolutely loved them. Do try it!
5. Paneer momos - they had a generous stuffing of paneer and the dip served along complimented them well.
6. Tandoori Momos - I usually avoid them because they're dry but imly's tandoori momos were quite moist and delicious!
7. Jalebi with rabri - An Imly must have. Beautiful plated, these big jalebis are a perfect ending to a happy meal!
One of the best places to have a good meal with your family and friends. Their monos are delectable and so are the dishes that they offer! If you havent been here I’d aak you o ho viist them soon!
Youll love it

I loved this place!
First of all, the ambiance was damn pretty, it was like you're sitting inside a train.
Second, the food! It was so good. I loved their gunpowder idli, corn n cheese momos, paneer tandoori momos, masala dosa. They have recently launched their new Chaat menu, from which I loved the fried momos Chaat and chilli paneer katora Chaat.
Third, the staff. They were so courteous and attentive.
Overall, it was a beauuutiful experience and I'll surely visit them again. I hope you guys will love it too!

Some days back I went this restaurant with my family and friend. The restaurant is beautiful colourful. And the decoration of Independence was awesome. When we reach their, we came to know they are serving tricolour food. We couldn’t resist myself trying their tricolor menu.
We ordered, Tricolor pasta, pizza, idli, chaap, momos, paneer tikka. Well! It was amazing just check the pics and you will came to know how beautifully they have done presentation. And not only by looks even by taste. Their tricolor momos - orange- paneer, White- corn, green- vegetable.
Perfectly done.
In drinks we had, Kokum, Mojito and filter coffee. Mojito and Kokum were damn good. Filter coffee is too good, that we end up ordering again.
After all this we were already full, but desserts are love so end up ordering their tricolor kulfi which was superb.😃😁
Overall, I hada fantastic time. Surely gonna visit again.😃😃

Fan of trains? This place should be your goto place. This place has a good ambience with a good quality food. The structure imitates the the train coaches and does it very well from inside and outside. The food can overall be rated 4 out of 5. Those who are not having any personal vehicle can come here using metro. The nearest station is "Rajendra Place" and afterwards a 5 minutes walking distance.
I visited this place 2 months back and it was really amazing. Ambience was lovely and food was great. We ordered Pineapple banta, Tandoori Momos, Veg Manchurian and Amritsari Kulcha (Paneer Kulcha served With chhole)
Food was literally amazing. Loved their kulchas and Pineapple banta was best. We also tried their baked pasta which was yummy.
Awesome experience. Deserves 5 out of 5
If you want to visit to a place which is pretty , serves good food and is affordable this is one of those.
Service was a little slow but food was fingerlickin good.
Tried their amritsari chola kulcha. Pani Puri.
Their cheese burst dosa is to die for
Then we tried their filter coffee it was super must have
And ended our meal with jalebi rabri
They have alot of option though
That's a plus.
Loved it. Perfect for getting clicked
Definitely a place to come visit more than once. Great place to bring young kids or the child in you who loves whimsical stuff and spicy, tangy, sweet, colourful and vibrant street food
There was a long wait, being peak dinner time on a Sunday evening. We had to wait around 45 minutes to get in. Beyond that, it was an amazing experience. We ordered Karari Palak Ki Chaat, Gol Gappe Imly Way, Tandoori Gobhi and Mushroom Chettinad with Roti. Almost all dishes we tried were excellent, though admittedly the Chettinad Mushroom was way too spicy for us to enjoy completely.
The Tandoori Gobhi and Palak Chaat were definite stars. Gol Gappe failed to impress much beyond the fact that they were not bad.
When it comes to trying something unique, usually taste has to suffer, but imly is one place in Delhi if you want to try something unique and taste to be awesome as well. Food is just excellent and a must visit place a perfect place to family dinner
Imly is a place that very proudly hosts the North Indian cuisine.
The ambiance is as expressive and cheerful as the style of cooking and takes you on a delicious cultural ride. Imly becomes an important eating out place for people who are always very specific about their pure-veg dishes and its preparation.
We tried some of theie classic dishes as well as some from their Winter special menu.
We had:
- Malpua With Rabri
- Mushroom 65 with Malbari Parantha
- Sarso Ka Saag with Makki Di Roti
- Sarso Ka Saag Taco
- Paneer Makhni
- Shalgam Ka kut with Malabari Paratha
- Gajar Ka Halwa Tart
Ask my opinion- With new winter menu, IMLY is a must visit.
So, Get ready for an Extraordinary Experience as they stir up some Magic for you @IMLY

Train theme based restaurant... Good interior... Ample parking space... Nice exterior design... Good for visiting with groups... to notice from traffic... nice dining service... Service charges put without consent... Charges are moderate. ...
I visited this place last month and I am recommending you too try this place at least for once I have been to too many of it's branches of imly, and the food taste and quality is same in all outlets. I had palak Patta Chaat, cheese dosa in my starters. Which was quite good in taste. I personally loved the Desi chowmine. Also had KitKat and Oreo shake in which I like the oreo one more. The restaurant is train theme based. Which is quite good and interesting place.
