Cirrus 9 is one of my prefered places to go as a suffix to a drinking night in Delhi. It's been a blessing since Oberoi has reopened. The DJ is consistently good and the cocktail list is carefully chosen - it doesn't give too many options to confuse the client and yet covers all drink bases including champagne. The view's nice (not that great as some might tell you) - its the golf course surrounding most of the perimeter. There can be queues on a weekend night around midnight.

Cirrus 9 is my favourite bar in all of Delhi.. I’ve spent many evenings just watching the world go by from its most amazing rooftop! My go to drink here is Prosperity - their bartender is fabulous.. One of the most coveted gin collection too.. Would highly recommend..
Superb place to catch up on a few drinks. Since they serve finger food with the drinks best to hop about after a good binge session with a few starters. Good ambience, lacks main course for a date though but good fun with friends or a after meeting drinking session.
This place has such an amazing view (180 degrees), that I would like to rate it 6 star if allowed (it does have indoor sitting too). I visited this recently and could not help myself but to visit it again within 2 weeks. Has amazing crowd, great liquor and the crowd is happening till wee hours. The only thumbs down is the amount of food options

This rooftop bar at The Oberoi hotel in Delhi is a perfect place to enjoy the winter chill. The ambience is nice with classic modern feel. It’s a busy place on the weekends. It gives you the Delhi view with a good selection of wines.
Polite, welcoming and very attentive staff. Very nice collection of wine by the bottle. Ambience is very nice. Even in the windy weather of Delhi, at 1 in the night, it was very comfortable. Taking one star because the food was not of the best quality. It tasted very bland and average. Also, we ordered two bottles of wine and we were billed for 3, which you won't expect from a well managed place like Oberoi.
Beautiful place where u can do a lot like can chill with your friends over a bonfire in winters and enjoy the breeze in summers.... cuisine is wonderful and world class, you got an option to sit indoors or outdoors, music is lounge and very groovy with a world class sound system, Amazing bar with some truly watchable cocktails and champagnes, I will go there anytime again and again
Great place for an evening drink. Bird's eye views of Delhi and low lighting make for excellent ambience. The bartenders are skilled, and the range of cocktails is impressive (although one mourns the limited range of classics: whatever happened to the straight good old G&T?). Pricey, but that's expected of where it is located. Overall, a great rooftop bar to unwind at / catch up with friends.
An amazing place for spending a romantic evening with someone special or a chill evening with friends. Staff is courteous and accommodating. They have nice cocktails and an extensive selection of wines from across the globe. Decent selection of yum finger foods. I would definitely recommend this place for a special evening.
Love the place, was accompanied with one of my friend it was a random visit wished to see what Oberoi got to offer with its new rooftop bar.. It came to be the same as you expect from the place... Nice ambience, great food, good cocktails and the lovely staff .
Happened to visit this place on a Monday evening and still could find lot of people there. Had heard a lot about it. This place is open till late night. Amazing ambience and absolutely loved the place. Its on the top floor with seating both indoor and outdoor. Bar is also there at both the places with soft music. Service was very good as expected from Oberoi with polite staff and quick service. People should check this place out where you get a good view with good food and good drinks and also a view of the city from the terrace is amazing.
Terrific place to visit with friends for after party scenes. The staff is so courteous and high rise open side view is spectacular. Hence, definitely looking forward to Delhi winters to visit this place with friends. I visited this place with friends to catch up some wine at late night and plus point is this place is open till 4-5am in morning. We are definitely looking forward to come again soon.
Visited on 22nd July, which I think was its last weekend to be open till 4am. As when I went there this weekend it was closed by 1:30am. Which is disappointing as one of the USP's of this place was that it was open all night. Coming to the experience. It is indeed one of the best terrace/rooftop lounges in Delhi with a view and ambience to spend quality time over a date or with friends. Their cocktails are made to perfection and it isn't expensive for its category. Though they should be adding more to their finger food menu as it is too limited in its offerings.
The best rooftop in Delhi hands down! Excellent ambience. Elite crowd. Perfect place to go after 12. Quick and friendly service. Definitely coming back again!

I love love love this place. It was my first time here and in awe with the crowd, ambience, the open terrace, good music and most importantly great cocktails. But a little on the expensive side.

In the picture, 'Emperor Yao's Pleasure' which consists of pandang infused gin, pomegranate, lime and Chinese five spice spirit served in a tea pot surrounded by aromatic fog. Another one from @oberoinewdelhi , Cirrus9, that took our heart away! This one was a recommendation by the staff and we absolutely loved it. It is so refreshing and that peachy minty flavour adds to the taste! 💖

It's called 'Missionary's Downfall', it's an ultra refreshing combination of peach, Barcardi gold rum, honey, lime, pine apple , all together blended with lot of fresh mint.
Low music , dim lights, the rooftop and cocktails here make it worth it. This is a place where you can relax and rewind till 5am whereas the other in town shuts by 12-12.30am , service was good, beautiful experience. 💖💖

I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided to us by Mr Dheeraj.He deserve a great deal of praise for his excellent service.He was so kind,helpful and attentive.He was so very accommodating with whatever requests were made during the night.He went above and beyond to make sure everyone's happy.I am extremely happy for all the outcome especially with the hospitality and ambience.We are definitely coming back again!!!
amazing place which offers beautiful delhi view, try to be there during sunset otherwise at night wont be able to see much due to dark.
Place is little too much expensive reason being view which they offer from their roof top bar.
However got good collection in their menu with elegant crowd.

While there’s places in Delhi closing by 1-1:30 am, this is one of those places that is open up till 5 am in the morning. The staff is extremely cooperative and sweet. Amazing place to chill and relax with your friends even after the wee hours. The food, well is what you’d expect from any hotel. The drinks and the rooftop make it worth it though.
The ambience is amazing but the food is not up the mark. Good for late night drinks. Avoid the starters. The fireplace on every table is comforting in winters.
Certainly one of the best bars in Delhi. The terrace location and views are unmatched. Service is outstanding. The cocktails are very good and very well priced too. Kudos to The Oberoi for this wonderful bar.

Have been here twice and I feel it is probably the best rooftop bar in Delhi. Its in Oberoi, so yea the place is pricy but its opened till 4am on the weekends, so really a good option to grab couple of more drinks after all other places shut down. Didn’t have food here so can’t comment on that but service has been good.
The roof top bar is so much nicer than its previous avatar, outside is better than the inside but surprisingly the staff is too fresh and unable to handle with professionalism, though will go back for the ambience

A Feathery cloud seen high in the sky! If you are wondering what I am getting at, then well that's the meaning of Cirrus, & in other words the Bar's name is another denotation of Cloud 9.
Cirrus 9 is the rooftop bar located at the just revamped Oberoi hotel, New delhi. Before going into details, I will simply say that Cirrus 9 now is hands down the best rooftop bar in our city.
The timings are great as its open till 4 AM.
The ambience is nice, interiors are minimalistic yet elegant. They have bars inside, and at the Al fresco as well.
I quite liked the comfortable lounge like seating which they have here. It was really chilly outside, so it is good that they have bon fire/ or a fire table which looks rather good as well. The view from the top is worth looking at.
Menu has some nice options, but I was here with friends who wanted to have drinks, and so ordered for wine, & a cocktail respectively. I tried the mocktail version of mai tai & kafir lime drink, which I quite liked. The servers also served some assorted crackers, and nuts.
The house music being played by the Dj was good too.
Service was slow but the servers are all well trained, and are courteous.
Cirrus 9 is a damn fine place to visit with friends for a relaxed evening or to let your hair down. It is a must visit bar according to me especially in this weather.
Delicious drinks. Outdoor seating with great view of greenery and city in the distance. But with the haze I chose to sit inside. Being vegetarian I ordered the veg Gyoza, spring rolls and Sumaki. All from the restaurant Baoshuan next door. Enjoyed sharing the “Punch Number 9” with my partner.

Had a few cocktails and snacks here one evening. If you can afford it, this is one of the best rooftop bars in Delhi. The cocktails were great, the snacks outstanding. And million dollar views all around Delhi. We were fortunate to be there when the weather was pleasant and pollution not too high.
