The Artful Baker, along the front row shops of Khan Market is a high end patisserie offering great range of cakes, coffee and savouries. Though this bakery has a very limited seating(7-8 people) but their menu is pretty extensive and has an extremely tempting array of freshly baked goods including croissants (sweet and savoury), quiches, muffins,sandwiches, cupcakes, cakes, tarts, mousse and more. Coffee, tea, and cold pressed juices are also available. I am in love with their interiors which are tastefully done( just like their desserts).
Their display was visually appealing and made me drooling the minute I entered: Rows upon rows of exquisite, decadent, pretty-as-a-picture desserts- totally Instagram worthy! Indeed, the name of the bakery is "Artful"- pure beauty. As this bakery has plethora of options, it was a difficult task to select desserts but I finally zeroed in on a few of the options from their Valentine's pop up menu.
My top picks from their Valentine's pop up menu-
1. Venetian Tiramisu- the eternal favorite, tiramisu with a hint of citrus and chocolate layered with the creamy, whipped mascarpone. I relished this heart-warming dose of bliss.
2. Duet- One of the most prettiest dessert which is a duo of Belgian chocolate and vanilla bean mousse with maraschino cherries; It is rich,intense and velvety. Being a chocoholic, I was blown away by the texture and taste of this decadent dessert
3. Mocha bundt cake-An exceptionally rich and moist delicious cake with subtle coffee flavor. Bittersweet chocolate and coffee paired up beautifully to deliver the distinctive taste of this decadent delight.
4. Strawberry and white chocolate muffins-Moist, fruity and chocolaty fresh strawberry muffins . Texture of these muffins is absolutely divine
5. Strawberry pannacotta- delicious, creamy, and delicate dessert.It was so light and refreshing.
6. Grilled vegetable melt- grilled vegetables with balsamic onion, cheddar and sundried tomato pesto on multigrain bread
Special mention for their Almond milk cold coffee- very few places in Delhi make perfect vegan cold coffee. I am happy to discover this gem which makes perfect coffee.
All in all, The Artful Baker is a heaven for dessert lovers. They serve droolworthy indulgent divine desserts crafted with such perfection. I am definitely visiting this place again to treat myself to some soul-soothing yummies and gorging on their freshest bakes.

Really a unique bakery with captivating atmosphere and delicious food. Probably the best bakery in Delhi. Macarons are a must have (from my experience). Overall, it is a must-visit place 😄.

I had whole lot of pastries and other sweet stuff taken from the artful baker, and boy they were so yum and interesting. When you enter the store, you get lost into what to take and what not to take. I bought a muffin with a syringe full of chocolate inside. It is one of the many of the innovative stuff that have. Do visit to have a sweet treat.
Yesterday had their signature Monte Cristo pastry and Chocolate and Salted caramel pastry. Monte Cristo pastry is soft and creamy where as the other one is not. Both have chocolate in them and treatment to the chocolate is so very different. The taste of salt is very, very balanced. Both pastries were very good. Would like to try their other stuff.

Absolutely sublime bakery we ordered Hot Chocolate and Latté with it Blueberry White Chocolate Cheesecake and Chocolate and Salted Caramel Pastery.
I can't describe the feeling. Perfect is the word that I'd like to use for this bakery.

They serve one of the best Hot chocolate I have tried. It’s thick and delicious. Also tried the vegetable puff which was good as well and multigrain bread that was really soft and fresh.

Found this cute bakery in the front lane of Khan Market. Even though it's small but has a tiny seating area and variety to offer on their menu.

This place is a heaven for dessert lovers. While, I had double chocolate chips muffin, I am going to visit this place multiple times to try out everything.
I had 500 gms chocolate cake from this place for which I paid around 1300. The cake was good but I feel its too pricey. When you have better options like big chill cakery at the same place you can give this place a miss.
The coffee, it was too good to write about. The flavour, the essence everything just perfect and this hazelnut chocolate, just amazing.

So my foodie friend introduced me to this sweet little cafe in the outer circle of Khan Market. And I absolutely loved it. Increasingly I have realised that my taste buds are happiest in places where they have limited stuff on their menu. Simply because the bakers or cooks or chefs seem to really put in their heart and soul into getting this limited stock correct to the last bite.
And Art Cafe brings Brings this theory of mine alive.
We had their chicken sandwich, and after a long long time I bit into flavourful sandwich that I just did not gulp down with coffee. I enjoyed every morsel of it. It tasted fresh.
Their signature Monte Christo is something you really want to order and loose yourself into. It is smooth and just the right degree of choclatey.
Loved the Pistachio Almond Croissant. Especially nice if you want to take away some festive food for kids at home.
Sadly coffee was not something I am going to be ordering again. Because our cold cappuccino was worth forgetting.
Ambience- it is a small place with a sitting place for not more than 6-7 people, so grab your seat fast.
Price - Rs 1800 for 3

Summary: Artful baker is one of many bakery shops located in Khan Market, still it manages to hold its own with its brilliant bread preparations especially its croissant which is one of the best I have had yet.
Recommended if you live nearby or visit the area.
Food: Their bread preparations such as their croissant are one of the best I have had yet. Sadly, the paneer & pesto sandwich was a bit stale. The chocolate macaroon though not magnificent, was definitely among the better ones and the cappuccino tasted about average. The addition of a literal injection containing chocolate along with the muffin was amusing and yet kind of practical.
Ambiance/Packaging: Artful baker has a very pleasant ambiance but with limited seating. With baguette and other bread on display you truly feel you are in a small bakery located in France. The staff is polite and service is swift, always a positive for someone looking to grab a quick bite.
Pricing: Pricing is reasonable for the quality of the food provided. The pesto sandwich seemed to be the only thing which is unjustifiable for its price and that too because of it being stale and a little generic.
Personal Recommendations: Croissants, Chocolate Macaroon

The look of the deserts justifies the name of the place! It's an art to bake such a perfection and make it look so pretty.
We had Monte Cristo, which is a mousse, has chocolate ganache filling and a perfect combination of crunchy almonds, hazelnut and Belgian chocolate!
I know it sounds so appealing but it looked equally alluring. (attaching the picture).
We also had Raspberry Melange, which had heavenly layers of Raspberry, custard, chocolate. It took my heart all at once! ♥️

Was there for a quick cup of oolong, which I had picked from la opera by the way😂😂.. the almond croissant was yum, huge and crisp, with a gooey almond filling. The bakery is full of goodies, go pick yours. The cookies though were disappointing.

My friend recommended to order pastry from this place. I ordered their blueberry white cheesecake , chocolate monte crispo and hazelnut mile feuille. All the pastries were good. I asked them to write birthday wishes over them. They were sweet enough to sent us a chocolate with wishes written on it.
Had their monte cristo cake. Refreshing taste and a really moist bread. The interiors of the outlet are really nice and apt for a bakery. Would recommend everyone to try this cakery once.

I used to visit this place very frequently. This is small place which can be little pricey but the quality of their products too can be more then the expectations. They have great variety of cakes, pastries, muffins, sandwiches and other bakery products. I used to have there a cup of Americano with their Banana walnut Muffin. And if you go after 8 pm, you will be greeted with 50% discount on all their breads and sandwiches.
Overall this place can be visited and enjoyed with their great range of pastries and a cup of coffee !!!!!!
It was a cue little bakery in the outer circle of khan. I was really craving something sweet so I ended up having their chocolate muffin which has the chocolate injection in it. It looked extremely appetising but was a little dry from the centre. The place has a cute vibe.
The ambience and location of the place is so calm and hygienic. A totally cosy tea or coffee place instead of a grab and go. They have a wide selection of bakes and desserts. According to me the coffee mousse which I tried was the best. It was flavourful and the texture was palatable. Even my eyes got stuck at the Double Chocolate chip muffin.

The ambience and location is great.Not quite a cosy tea or coffee place, its more of a grab-and-go. I'm not even sure whether or not they serve either of those things.

I only tried this coffee mousse thing. To be honest, it wasnt the est. not very flavourful, and the texture was off. Like they had used too much gelatin. I havent visited them since, and this was the only thing i tried. wanted to share with everyone, but please keep in mind that since i have tried only one item, one time it does not do justice to the bakery.
I heard about this place from a friend and totally wanted to try their deserts since a long time! Everything looked super drooling but my eyes got struck at the Double Chocolate Chip Muffin. I got it warm and I can't express the taste. IT felt like heaven! Not so sweet, yet so yum. I highly recommend this muffin to everyone who loves chocolate muffins! I would highly recommend trying their chicken vol au vent. Although the dish's pastry was dry, its chicken stuffing was runny, creamy, juicy, and tender. Overall, my friends and I had quite a pleasant experience and left feeling satisfied (a little broke too!).

- it strikes just the right balance of sweet and tangy

-the meringue on top! 😻 that was the thing that held it all together

This is a small shop in the street of Khan market. But this place serves some amazing pastries and cake. Specially the cheesecake is so yummy. Never had such amazing cheesecake.
Good coffee dessert. Not too sweet and you can taste bitterness of coffee in top layer with a light and little sweet choco mousse over very thin layer of choco cake. Works best for me!

Oh how much I love this cute little bakery. The first and foremost thing that swipe me off is the presentation of desserts. They are so beautiful and decadent, I feel like eating everything they have.
The artful bakery is a small bakery shop serving delicious pastries, cakes, breads and snacks.
We ordered-
• Double chocolate chip muffin (₹115)- I found it quite hard. It had a syringe with chocolate on the top but still it was very dry. You can skip this one.
• Monte Cristo (₹250)- Smooth and silky hazelnut and chocolate mouse. Very beautiful and delicious.
• Brazillienne (₹250)- My favorite flavours all in one 👍🏼 Coffee and caramel mousse with chocolate crunch on the top.
The quality and innovation of desserts is applaudable. I found it a little bit higher on prices but hey any other bakery in Khan market costs the same. So can’t really complain specially when they are tasty.

Just as you enter this little place, Ms Jeneva Talwar welcomes you with a big smile. :) Everything here looks made to perfection but she helped us decide our order. And this is what we ordered-
Monte Cristo- With 55% of belgian chocolate this dessert gives you the perfect sugar rush.
Brazillienne- This one's a treat for Caramel lovers. With the perfect texture of caramel and a crunchy base this dessert is a must have when you visit this place.
Double Chocolate Chip Muffin- Or should we call it Chocolate Bomb!! With a huge chocolate injection on the top, the best way to have this dessert is to warm the muffin and inject the chocolate right after that. Result? Best Chocolate Chip Muffin 😍. Surely a must have.
Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows- Yes, that's right. Hot chocolate with marshmallows. 2 favorite things in one cup. Do we even need to tell you how good this drink is!! We couldn't ask for more. ❤

This bakery is located at khan market inside the display cakes and pastry and variety of crossiants ...a little expensive compared to other bakery shops but its worth it i had a slice of carrot cake and double choco chip.... but were amazing in taste choco chip brownie presentation was good ok in quantity really chocolaty and goey soft.... carrot taste was good and bread used in it was fresh.... they have a seating area for 5 to 6 ppl.

I almost missed The Artful Baker while roaming the streets of Khan Market. It’s a really tiny bakery with just a couple of chairs to sit. But, it’s teeming with people so obviously it’s really popular.
They serve quite a variety and the person taking your order is extremely happy to suggest in case you get confused with what you want to eat.
They have options to customise your coffee with almond milk. They bake their breads on their own. Everything is super tasty and there’s a lot to choose from.

Even though the place is tiny. The pastries are high quality. We had Cheesecake and Lemon Tart. Both were absolutely delicious. The coffee was good too. I especially loved their coffee plates, so beautiful.
AMAZING PLACE. I am so glad I came across this bakery while exploring the good old Khan Market. Was probably planning on window shopping/tasting (??) because I was so full- but that would have been a disgrace to those yummy goodies. I tried the salted caramel macaroon- absolutely awesome!!! Just the right serving size (because I was so full). Served tastefully in the cutest and prettiest cutlery. Most importantly, the taste was perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness. Perfect to go with a cup of coffee. Sweet and courteous staff and chef. Also, while leaving I just managed to notice how beautiful the flooring was #aestheticsmatter - basically, great and comfy ambience. Small is beautiful, and so is this little bakery in Khan Market... They call themselves "Baker" and that's why it's not expected really to have cafe space. Rather I like the little bakery charm.
Trying out the treats here may be bit of a decadence. but for such gorgeous ones its fair.
Not pocket-friendly in that sense, but an occasional treat is all worth it.
Nestled in a small little corner of Khan Market, it’s easy to miss this place unless you know where to look for, and that is the little joy of discovery that precedes before you step inside the shop. Once inside, it is cosy and welcoming and it’s all about delightful baking and food that puts a smile on your face.
While it’s not exactly pocket friendly, it’s also not opulent or extravagant like some of the other bakeries in the area.
I would recommend pistachio croissant and montecristo but you can’t really go wrong with any of the cupcakes, quiche or muffins either.
Step inside and more often than not you will step out discovering an added layer of delight in your palette.

Coffee break on a week day. The place thankfully was empty so I could get one of the few stool available in this tiny café. I opted for a single espresso and a chocolate coated cookie. I liked the quality of coffee - the right amount of a creamy caffeine shot. Served in a porcelain cup by good earth. Even the cookie was good, not too sweet but balanced in taste. Too expensive though for what it was. I think they should always serve a little side biscuit with your drink. As pampering sign. Suggestion given ! Next time I will try some of their quiches. They look yummy :)
I stumbled upon this cute little bakery in upscale Khan market a few months back. Really liked the dessert and savoury food selection.
I tried the butter croissant and multigrain croissant. They were one of the best croissants I have had. It was buttery yet flaky and not dense.
Also tried out blueberry cruffins, monte cristo pastry and veg puff. While the puff is decent, i really liked the pastry as the chocolate and hazelnut flavour was very distinct.
Blueberry cruffins were basically croissant texture in shape of muffin. Enjoyed the flavour.
The service is good and the staff is courteous. The bakery is slightly on the expensive side.
If you had a great run at Lodhi Road or Nehru Park and looking for a healthy early morning breakfast, Artful Bakers @ Khan Market is an ideal place. It opens at 7 AM. Yummy products at a very reasonable price. Their mouth watering Brown Veg Sandwich with Cappuccino (hot/cold) are not to be missed items. Awesome stop over for cyclists and bikers too.

This thumbnail sized cafe in the glitzy khan market is a refuge from mediocre baked goods. If you can squeeze in and find a seat, treat yo'self to some of the best french style desserts and croissants. (My money's on the almond croissant). Alternatively, try the vegetable quiche which packs a solid punch despite looking teensy. The puff pastries are fine and savoury. The signature sinful desserts are monte cristo and millefeuille. If you can't eat them on the spot then artfully get them packed so you can drown yourself in their creamy layers at leisure and still later , immerse yourself in sated regret , clucking fondly at all the calories.
I had whole lot of pastries and other sweet stuff taken from the artful baker, and boy they were so yum and interesting. When you enter the store, you get lost into what to take and what not to take. I bought a muffin with a syringe full of chocolate inside. It is one of the many of the innovative stuff that have. Do visit to have a sweet treat.
Literally my FAVOURITE place in the entire Delhi. It has the best desserts. Its Almond croissants are one of the best in delhi along with those in L’Opéra which is very close to it. Their service is amazing and quick. It has reasonable prices. Considering the quality it’s worth every penny. Must visit place if haven’t already 😍

Just one word " Yum". They make the best desert for the sweet tooths and their sandwiches, quiche and scarlet are also a must try.

This is a small but cosy place located in Khan market.
They have a variety of muffins, croissants, pasteries, coffee and other items to satisfy your sugar cravings and it will be worth it.
I loved the Almond croissant; neither soggy nor dry. It simply melted on the tongue. The chocolate muffins were also great.
The staff was very polite and cheerful.
Highly recommend this place if someone is around.

Absolutely love this place. The ambience, the displays and the throngs of ppl flocking this place just makes the place more appealing. The seating space is a bit cramped but the food more than makes up for it.
We had chocolate shake and Sourdough herb chicken sandwich. The sandwich was a bit tough and a bit cold but nonetheless delicious. The chocolate shake had just the right amount of sweetness according to me(same may disagree) :p
Now for the star of the show. The Blueberry Cheese Cake I had here was the best have ever tasted. The texture was silky but firm, the sweetness was not overpowering and the tartness of the blueberries was a perfect accompliment to the entire dish.
I would highly recommend visiting this place and trying it out :D

So in love with this little bakery in Khan Market. Excellent products and lovely cosy environment. Best thing— they make dairy free (almond milk) coffee!! The Monte Carlo cake & walnut brownies are awesome.. A little on the expensive side, but totally worth it. Will be returning again soon:)
Its in khan market. The store is liitle up from the ground floor. You have to climb few steps. Yes place is small so at times sitting space is an issue. Max 4 to 5 can sit. Place has good review and stuff is appreciated. Staff is very nice and chef interacts personally with customers and takes the feedback. Price is little on higher side. You can check for happy hours with lots of stuff goes on discount in the evening. A must try place.

Have been to Artful Baker many times. Love their Coffee, snacks, breads.. Mouth watering pastries.. Their chocolate overloaded muffin with tube/syringe filled with chocolate in the centre is yummy. When ever we go to khan Market...we visit Artful Baker.
