I was stuck at Delhi Airport terminal 3, while flying to Dubai. I was unaware to have NOC (passenger flying from India to 9 gulf countries require to present NOC). Mr. Kapil Ghimire from Nepal Embassy Delhi, prepared NOC very quickly to help me catch the flight, however Airlines did not allow to board plane as gates were closed. Though I have to fly after 15 hrs staying in Delhi, the quick help I received from Nepal Embassy (specially Kapil Sir) is highly appreciable. Thank you for making me feel, there is someone (as a government) to help me.

It's a quiet place, with 3 buildings including accomodation quater inside the premises of embassy with it's own space and parking lot. I had the privilege of visiting the Embassy of Nepal today, and it was an incredible experience getting invitation from such notable place and events. I was fortunate to witness a momentous occasion - the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Indra Gandhi Women's College in Delhi and IOE Engineering College in Kathmandu. The embassy is a beautiful and welcoming place that exudes a sense of cultural richness and diplomatic importance. The event I attended was not only educational but also culturally enriching, highlighting the strong ties between India and Nepal in the field of education. During my visit, I had the opportunity to attend a talk by AWS Amazon, which added a modern touch to the traditional setting of the embassy. It showcased the global relevance of technology and innovation. The staff at the embassy were exceptionally hospitable and accommodating, making me feel like a valued guest. The event was well-organized, and the hospitality extended to all attendees was commendable. If you ever have the chance to visit the Embassy of Nepal and participate in one of their events, I highly recommend it. It's an enriching experience that offers a unique glimpse into the rich cultural and educational ties between India and Nepal. As a Google Local Guide Contributor, I can confidently say that this is a place worth exploring and supporting. šŸŒšŸ‡³šŸ‡µšŸ‡®šŸ‡³

Good place. Doesn't take very long to do the work. Don't come during lunch time otherwise you will have to wait outside on the road.

In 2018, I was in Delhi to apply for my visa for Europe. After applying, I needed someone to coordinate and get back my passport from the center. I couldn't wait for 5 working days, so I went to the embassy for assistance. I got inside by showing my citizenship and met a guy at the communication booth. This guy was very weak in Nepali language but later an official helped me and I coordinated with Driver, leaving him some money for travel and courier. I later received my passport in Nepal and this was a wonderful experience, as a Nepali I felt so happy and proud. This embassy has a historical significance and several landmarks of political reforms.

National School of Drama is a renowned Drama/ theatre training institute situated in Bahawalpur House just across the roundabout. Very nice and helping staff, neat and clean cold-water facility, clean toilets and ample parking is available in this area. Bengali Market is a good and busiest market of New Delhi located very near. Good numbers of multi cuisine restaurants and eateries, awesome place to party with family and friends are available here. Really good staff, nice helpfull and efficient. But they are not a lot of peaple working there and no waiting system when calling. So it's quite hard to have them by phone call, or it's not responding or it's busy. I feel you have more chance to have them on the afternoon. For a tourist visa, come at around 9 to 11am get back to get it after 4pm.

My friend went to the embassy to attest some papers. The staff spoke Hindi while they were supposed to speak Nepali. The service was fast. Make sure you have extra photocopies with you, otherwise you have to walk around 20 mins to make them.
