Nice place, food is really good. I like it better than BYD which is in the same area. Both there food and pricing are better than it's competitors. Things to try are there Pizzas and chocolate brownie shake. Everything else is good too. I would definitely recommend this cafe.

I visited Woodbox some time back and I feel that their pasta arrabiata is the best pasta you'd have ever had. A little extra on the money side, keeping in mind it's in the university area and students are the main customers. Overall a good experience. And yes, do try their arrabiata.
Wood box cafe, located a tad away from the other cafes on the main road, this place is located in a lane just besides the Ndpl office.
The Ambience of this place is something which takes me here time and again, the sitting on the terrace and that in the basement both are just Un-Delhi like, it makes you feel you are chilling in some hillstation.
The food too is quite good, especially the pasta and the pizza. The shakes of this place also are something not to be missed, So is the Hookah.
Overall a place where one can unwind with friends, and have a good time over some quality food.

We ordered singapore noodles, peri peri pasta, oreo shake and green apple mojito.
Peri peri pasta was delicious(spicy too) 4.5/5
Singapore noodles were nice, but since i personally don't like spicy food so i just had 2 3 bites..but my siblings loved it.
Drinks were good but one thing which disappointed me was the size of the glass in which they were served
Glasses were small in size and price was not..i felt drinks were overrated

Overloaded nachos - dey were really loaded. All was gud except the qty. Found it to b less.
Soups - tomato, chicken sweet corn n hot n sour soup. All was nice

Chicken breast with spaghetti - it was an average dish.
Chicken pad thai - awfully bad. It didnt have peanuts wich is the core ingredient in pad thai. The noodles were very chewy. Sumthing wasnt ryt. N it was tooooo spicy.we had to return the dish.
Chicken lasagne - lasagne was gud. Wud have appreciated more sauces inside rather than just cheese
American chopsuey. It was a decent dish with gud qty n gud taste.
I have been to this place a couple of times now and this place is still amongst one of my favourites. The rooftop of Woodbox cafe is the best in the Hudson Lane . The ambience is quite good and staff is generous. I had tried the Chicken Cheese sandwich , spring rolls , noodles and the mix sausce pasta . All the food items were excellent. I had also tried Jumbo Oreo shake and its quantity is sufficient for two people. Overall the experience was really good.

I just love the ambience of the cafe. It has amazing interiors. I had Red Sauce Pasta, Peri Peri Chicken Pizza and Ferrero Rocher Shake with my friends. It tasted delicious. The staff is very friendly and have nice service. They didn't accept card payment which was one issue because maybe they had defected device. Apart from that, I would just love to go to that place and chill with my friends.
Good ambience . enjoyed India vs Pakistan match today and also ferro rocher shake though it was too chocolatey . pasta was average and barbeque chicken wings were also good .

Even after seeing a couple of bad reviews we went ahead to eat at this restaurant. To our surprise, the place was very soothing and comfortable and the service was nice. We tried lemon beer which was nice and mushroom wheat momos were delightful. We also ordered nachos which as promised were only nachos chicken and cheese and no vegetables :p

I have been to woodbox with my friends. We had ordered chilli potato and chilli chicken pizza along with two glass of coke.Food was scrummy and hot. Service was very fast and the best part was that the ambience was stunning. Woodbox is a pocketfriendly resto no doubt.

It is situated in North Campus area of DU. The name in itself indicates about the place that is made of woods . I really liked the ambience and the rooftop . I have been to this place 2..3 times , food is tasty but i found the prices a bit expensive .

Love the seating arrangements, staff service and everything about the dishes. The ferrero rocher shake is truly amazing and was the highlight of my visit. The other food items are okayish but do visit for the shake.
When it comes to finger chips , Woodbox is the one to serve the best with garlic mayo including crunch or garlic.
They have peri peri chicken , which will definitely hold you back for some more.

the breakfast we had in the morning was very light and we were in a good mood to eat till our stomach explodes.
What we ordered is as seen in the photos - Veg Maggi Nachos,Chilli Paneer Pizza,Penne Milano Pasta(Woodbox's Special), Blueberry and Oreo Shake.
Nachos were a great start and the pasta too was very creamy and saucy however the pizza went a bit dull according to our expectations, but at last the shakes were just amazing!
The food overall was great,we were satisfied.
However,the service was very slow.
Ambience was innovative as all the recycled products were used for it's decoration and it looked different and subtle. :)

They have great shakes and I loves their glasses (cut off absolut vodka bottles). The pasts tasted great and chinese was good too.
Their lasagna was a bit watery and lacked basic flavours.
Ok I saw this place on zomato with some good reviews and a few bad ones, so I had to try it for my self. Well I am just going to say this. It is one of the best choices I had ever made; for something to eat. On top of that they were the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in! The staff is super friendly and the menu is full of excellent choices. Definitely recommended to everyone
Its always nice when someone is treating you and it becomes great when the treat is at Wood box cafe.Wood box cafe is one hell of a place when it comes to ambiance and food.With its outdoor seating, Wood box cafe earns has edged ahead of the other restaurants in GTB Nagar.I came here late in the evening after a day long shopping at Kamla nagar and ordered immediately a jumbo glass of Ferrero rocher shake along with hakka noodles because I still had plans for dinner.The shake was amazing.It was undoubtedly one of the finest shakes I had.The best part of the shake was the ferrero rocher you get to eat in end.Like cherry on a cake.The hospitality of the place was as amazing as I have heard.Full points to it.I will be visiting again shortly given the fact I have not done justice to this place by trying only a few things on the menu.
A coworker and I decided to lunch here one day.. The place was crowded the first time we ate here, but the staff is very efficient. There is a lot on the menu to choose from, however, I definitely recommend the mushroom wrap.The oreo shake was divine. t's your typical cafe, but the people who work here are friendlier than at most places.

Think of shakes and I'm sure that Woodbox Cafe would pop up. Known for its ferrero rocher shakes by the younger demographic, this 'shack' is hidden away in a side line of Hudson Lane. Its welcoming interiors and bohemian inspired terrace make you feel cosy from the moment you enter and I must say that I was really impressed by it. I generally visit Woodbox after having a meal at the nearby Big Yellow Door Cafe. Though BYD has a shakes menu, it isn't comparable to the shakes served at Woodbox Cafe. Having tried a couple of shakes here, I have arrived at an equilibrium of always ordering the Ferrero Shake. While it is a bit expensive, the ample quantity and great taste make it a memorable drink. The near perfect ratio of milk and chocolate render a recurring thick consistency to the drink and the accompanying ferrero rocher with the drink is the cherry on top. I give a strong recommendation for this item and since it doesn't heavily hurt the wallet, is one that can be tried again and again. I must say that I haven't tried out anything else here and this makes this review incomplete. Perhaps in the near future I will update this review.
We visited this cafe just for having baked nachos( as one of my friends suggested that they serve really yum nachos)
So we went ahead and had baked nachos.
Meanwhile, I noticed the cafe and it was so creative, like such a huge cafe has been decorated just by waste material and it was amazing to see that.
Baked nachos were really very good.
But the service was not good at all. We asked them to bring the bill a no. Of times, but they were not listening or don't know the reason but they kept ignoring this thing for a while. And finally after 10-12 mins they came to us with the bill.
And the nachos were of 200 bucks including tax. 😊
This place is brilliant. The pizzas are the cheesiest ever! Please do not go anywhere else if you want to have pizza. The Ferrero Rocher shake is heavenly. They do not compromise neither on quality nor on quantity. Customer service is great.
The service was a bit slow but still not to slow that It will stop us from visiting again. All the items were ordered were delicious and the serving portion size were quite good as well. The chicken pizza and oreo shake were definitely the highlight of the meal
This is one of the few places I never miss to visit every time I go nearby north campus. The terrace seating in the cafe offers you a soothing atmosphere where you can involve yourself in long conversations with your friends.The staff is quite welcoming too. The cafe offers you a plenty of options to entice your taste buds but what actually sets it apart from the other food joints is the variety of the shakes they have on their menu. Being a big time chocoholic, I've tried many chocolate shakes in and around the city but nothing has been able to beat the shakes this cafe offers, esp.Ferrero rocher shake. It has the right amount of thickness what you actually look for in a shake and the chocolate content in it, and of course the only place where the shake is served in a bottle of Vodka.The prices are very affordable. The cafe is a must visit for all the chocolate shake lovers!!
This place was amazing. Service was incredible, as was the food. Started with Baked Nachos and spring rools, both were spectacular. The chicken pesto pizza was delicious, but I will probably get something else next time. The dessert, chocolate brownie was great as well. This place is a must.
My experience would be that much best coz i am a shesha lover and the sesha disappointed me a little but the food was quite good.veg noodles and grill paneer pizza was nice.

The place is decent. They have a rooftop also, sitting over there is very comfortable and beautiful. Probable the best rooftop available in GTB nagar. Sheesha is average. Pizza comes in a bit smaller size as compared to other cafes serving in the same location. Kit kat shake is a bit above the average. Chilly garlic noodles are pretty decent and the quantity is really good. Do not try the vanilla shake *although nobody tries it but my friends ordered and it was below average*
This is absolutely amazing food for a great price. I had a very delicious arrabiata pasta here. It was served piping hot and was pretty filling. Their pizzas are also very good quality. Service is fast and friendly.
Went to this beautiful place today. The terrace seating took my heart. Such a calm and peaceful environment. The seatings were quite comfortable. Being a weekday, it was not at all crowded.
We ordered chilli chicken pizza , ferrero Rocher shake and kit kat shake. The order took almost 15-20 minutes to come. But I didn't mind the waiting because of the ambience.
The shakes were served in glass cut bottles of vodka. The shakes were pretty thick with the right sweetness. The pizza was really cheesy with big chunks of chilli chicken along with bell pepper and onions. It was really filling and delicious. The crust was thin and crispy which I loved. All over a wonderful experience. The prices are also affordable. Will visit next time to try more.

Nice place with beautiful terrace and comfortable relaxing seating. The best thing about Wood Box is that they have great options for shake and other drinks lovers. I ordered a Strawberry Cold Coffee and it's as amazing as heaven and a Cafe Latte which was nice too. My friends ordered Kit Kat and Chocolate Shakes which were similarly lip-smacking. In food we ordered Wheat Dimsums, Maggi Lasagna (My Recommendation), Peppy Paneer Sandwich, Chilly Paneer Pizza, Chilly Paneer and White Sauce Pasta. All this cost us just 3200 bucks which was an unexpectedly great deal indeed. The only big setback is that they don't serve North Indian at all and that means not even Tandoori snacks. So if you're only interested in Italian and Chinese Wood Box is the place for you but if you're that Punjabi Dilliwala food lover then maybe you should give this visit a second thought.

Visited this place in Hutson lane. I am not adesert lover but this desert is mouth watering. One can't get over this. Their serving pattern is also different. They have unique theme. It's a must visit in budget.

Cafe had mesmerizing floor seating with mattresses and tables under a tree with amazing lighting but we preferred to sit on their terrace which was quite unusual.

With so much competition in this particular student friendly market it is nearly impossible to serve bad food and be still surviving in this food business. I went there for lunch with three of my friends on a saturday afternoon. This place has indoor as well as outdoor seating arrangements. Indoor seating is a bit shady and outdoor seating is no delight as well. There was some construction going on so outdoor seating was also a bit messy on that particular day with dust everywhere, although the staff was really helpful and courteous.We ordered 4 items and one sheesha!
PRESENTATION-baked nachos and cheesy chicken sandwich were presented really well and PENNE Milano pasta and Chilly paneer pizza made me fell like I was in my family's kitchen again.
TASTE- I can only describe the pasta and the pizza and both the dishes were ambrosial. My friends told me Cheesy Chicken sandwich and baked nachos were also really appealing.
Sheesha was also perfect. The songs that were being played were also really catchy and refreshing. This is a small, cute and very economical eating place in the market and I would surely recommend this cafe.

Visited here on a late Saturday afternoon!! Finding this place was mildly confusing but maybe that was because it was my first visit to the whole area itself. The ambience is pretty catchy. The vibrant colours are used in a subtle way and it definitely lifts up the the mood instantly.
Service is good as well. Ordered Caesar salad, noodles, spring roll, coffee, lemonade and tea. Everything with the exception of noodles tasted great. Noodles were just ok. Overall a fantastic experience to go out friends and chat. Highly recommended!!
I am new in Delhi and visited this cafe and it was really good. The open terrace and the sitting arrangement is satisfying and the food is really awesome. I had a chicken lasagne and it was worth the price. I would like to suggest you guys to play some good music rather than the pop stuff. 80s rock is actually good to eat and converse in a rooftop environment. The best thing in woodbox is to have the hot chocolate brownie with icecream, a hookah and the ambience it displays, connects people with a good mood

Woodbox has more of a romantic environment if you sit on rooftop, it is really kicky. Go there with your loved ones during a cool weather and enjoy there delicious burgers and shakes. There soft drinks are really mouth watering.
This place is amazing. I have tried Oreo shake, White Sauce Pasta, Baked Pasta and French Fries. The food is oh so amazing. The services are just the way it should be. I didn't like the waiters there. I like the ambience of the place. Sitting on roof is so comfy and nice, a great place to hangout with friends. It's even better when it's dark. All in all, I'd recommend to try this place right away if you haven't already.

One of the best cafe’s in the area. Variety of food. Top notch presentation. Tempting and delicious. Bit expensive. Somewhat congested. Polite staff. Italian, Chinese, continental, desserts available. Ambiance is good. The cafe regularly launches new dishes which are very unique and different from market.
Ambience: Friendly and colourful, music was trendy.
Parking: because of construction the parking is an issue. It’s better to park near pink metro on ring road, which is right outside the cafe lane.
Food: Veg platter (coffee, fruit beer, red & white pasta, pizza mix, nachos)
I was waiting to explore this place so finally i got an opportunity to visit this place. My overall experience was good. Decor and ambiance of this place is too good. Food is just delicious. Especially that Chinese platter and chocolate brownie bath 😍. Shakes are also yummy. But Chinese platter is must. Much recommended place.
I've been to this place many times and enjoyed it every single time. I would actually like to rate this place 4.5 instead of 4. Food is always amazing and their herbivorous platter is something to die for. We always order it. Ambience is okayish .

Famous for their huge platters, Woodbox never disappoints in-terms of taste but I recently visited the cafe after a very long time and had their barbecue momos, mix sauce pasta and cold coffee.
Although I liked what I had but I feel that quantity wise they could improve. Like the momos was great but the stuffing was a little less. Other than this its a great place to enjoy your meal.

so recently visited this outlet in satyaniketan with a bunch of friends so we tried tried their different varieties of momos such an steam momo, fried momos, kurkure momos, pizza momos, Manchuria momo, peri peri momos, gravy momo also their platter are always my favorite at this place so would recommended you to try their kurkure momo & platters also its an nice place to hangout with friends

This is a really amazing place to have momos. They recently launched their momos fest where they are proving each momo at ₹69. This is a really great offer for such amazing momos. They have Really amazing variety of momos. They have almost 8-10 varieties of momos in non-veg, paneer and veg variants. Their creamy butter momos is a must try! Their momo platter is also a must try!
Woodbox Cafe is an awesome place to hangout with friends and cousins. I went there with my friends and had alot of fun🤩 There was a newly launched Momos Mania theme going on so we ordered different types of momos and all of them were really tasty but I loved Veg Kurkure Fried Momos and Peri Peri Gravy Momos🥟 The owner was also is really sweet person and she played games with us and made our day memorable😍 I highly recommend Woodbox Cafe to everyone🥰🥳

I recently visited this cafe with my friends to try their different varieties of momos. I tried their gravy momos, crispy momos, Schezwan momos and also the momos platter and really loved it ❤️ The drinks are good & the Ambience is great💯
A nice and fun place to hangout, it has a lot of tasty dishes including chilli potatoes, different colours of burgers, chilli chicken, freak nuttela and a lot of new varieties. The location is superb and the ambience inside the cafe is amazing. The staff is really cooperative and guide you towards their specials dor the day as well.
Had a good time at the woodbox cafe. The snacks were mostly good barring a few items. The platters are the highlight in the cafe which was a bit of a mixed bag in which some items were good , some were average and some not so good. But where it was good it was really good. I ordered the carnivorous platter and the Lebanese platter. The Lebanese platter was mostly good except for the small chicken bites at the far left which was far too spicy to enjoy. The carnivorous platter was also a mixed bag with the chicken wings being overly spicy , the burger and fries were good and so was the spring roll. The peach iced tea pitcher was refreshing though not as chilled as one would want. The blueberry and raspberry pitchers are a bit unconventional and not everyone will like them. Pizza in a jar was just tons of cheese if you like that sort of thing. Overall ambience is cozy and relaxed while occasionally being loud due to the music.
It has amazing and long menu of platters and everything is so interesting. I had carnivorous platter which was enough for two. Their spring roll was the best I ever had. I also tried blueberry waffle but it was a bit too sweet
Out of so many choices at satya niketan we choose Woodbox cafe today.
The ambience of this place is cool and has a chill vibe. With dreamcatchers hanging around , this place feels well decorated.
Lets come to food first. Dishes we had were only 2 because the main reason for coming here was to have the "FREAK WAFFLE".
Chinese- chilli potato (less quantity but tasty) and drums of heaven (good enough quantity and quite tasty). The price of food is completely justified.
Now the most important part: THE FREAK WAFFLE
This one was amazing , the presentation of this huge castle like dessert will make you fall in love with it. It had a brownie, 2 scoops of ice cream, 4 waffles layered above each other dipped in chocolate sauce and topped with whipped cream. And oreos and five star standing on the pillar.
Its a wonderful cafe to hangout with your friends and try amazing stuff.

A cozy cafe with great service and good food.
I would recommend their Pasta Love bowl, pink sauce pasta and cold coffee. You can blind order it.
We went there several times just to drink their cold coffee it’s just brilliant.
Also tried their falafel salad and it’s good
They have an amazng playlist and the staff is so courteous just love it, you go any time of day they treat you so well and suggest you the best of food.

Wood Box Cafe, the name says it all. Everything here is made up off wood, said that I'm talking about the interior of this cafe.
Everything over here is wooden very nicely put up, the ambiance is awesome. It's a quiet place to sit and chill with friends or family. You might sit alone if you want. They have kept the interior very subtle and simple. This place is also good for couples. They play music at a very low volume which is a good thing. You can click some amazing pictures.
Let's talk about the next best thing and that is food, obviously. I ordered virgin mojito, pasta and a pizza. Trust me on this, the pizza was just superb. It has got a smokey flavour in it and everything thing is pretty much balanced.
Pasta was was also good, the quantity could have been a bit extra, but the taste was good. It was very creamy and it has got a rich flavour.
I was impressed by the pace of the service,it was pretty fast, you don't have to wait much for your food. They hardly take 5-10 mins to prepare you food. In case of pasta it can be a couple of minutes more, but it is pretty fast.
I would recommend this place to everyone out there. It's not very expensive and you can have good food with less money.
