Be it a cup of cappuccino or a simple pizza, The Turkey Project is the place to be. Had been waiting to write a review for a very long time but it just wouldn't have been fair had I not tasted at least some of their signature dishes. I remember the first time I had gone to TTP, Kabir made me try out the Bubble-gum Cremosa & Fricken'. Needless, to say I fell in love with the food instantly.
On my next visit, I tried out the Magic of the Shrooms pizza along with a glass of perfectly garnished Sangria (one thing that you just cannot miss!!!) and Lamb of God. My tastebuds weren't disappointed. I was also highly impressed with their Santorini Summer Pizza & their Caesar salad. The highlight of their whole menu is their exotic in-house dip(s) that are bound to blow your minds. Definitely, try out their Salsa and Sriracha Mayo. It's finger-licking good :)

I had ordered lamb of god burger and it is genuinely one of the best burger i have ever had. The patty is so fresh and juicy. If you’re a fan of lamb burger then you should definitely give it a try 😍
We had ordered a portion of Nachos with salsa and cheesy dip and they were very good. Usually when you order nachos, the restaurants end up giving you one from Doritos or some other brand. Those are a rip off and don't taste anything like nachos. But these ones were so good, will be ordering them every time we crave for good nachos.

Having visited this restaurant a couple of times before , I decided to order a Pizza from here.
To my surprise , they called up as soon as the order got dispatched and ensured that they sanitized the riders hands and gave the order safely and the requested for a feedback too! ( Rare form of customer service these days)
I absolutely loved the pizza and also felt real comfortable when I saw the temperature card attached on my pizza mentioning the rider and the chef's temperature!

Pretty much like the cafe next door, the Turkey Project is a cosy little place, minimal interiors, no fuss about the place and a decently sized menu, not too big, not too small.
While I didn’t get a chance to try out the famous sangrias, I did try the food and it was good.
The pizza was fabulous, thin crust, baked to perfection, I’d recommend the peri peri chicken sausage pizza.
The lamb burger was pretty good too with a juicy lamb patty, crispy fried onion rings in between soft buns and a side of fries.
The service was efficient and the staff was friendly.
They also maintained good hygiene at the restaurant. The servers were all wearing masks.
They also let me take home the flowers from the table vase. Lol.

I went to the turkey project with a friend last week and totally loved the place.
The interiors were nice and the service was also prompt.
I tried the cheese fries which were so good and the fries were cooked perfectly, santorini summer pizza and it was one of the best pizza I had in a long time, and classic american burger which had juicy lamb patty and turkey bacon, it was so flavourful.
For drinks I loved their sangria and the sorbet they add in the sangria. Do try their mango sangria which was the best, had perfect balance of flavours and the mango sorbet was out of this world.
Then I had nutella cheesecake for dessert and it tasted really good.

Heard a lot about this place, for the food they are serving. So finally i went to this place yesterday for lunch with my sister. "The turkey cafe" cute little cafe situated in defence colony C-block, nearest metro station is lajpat nagar, 600m walking from there. This property is not too big ,but a decent one, for spending time with your loved ones and a very good option for dates.
Staffs were humbled , and also they helped me to choose the best from the menu. Best part is whatever they are serving everything is freshly made. Service is good to.
And pricing is reasonable as per the locality.
Now what i had -
• Fricken - These were my favourite from the entire menu, Super crisp from outside and soft from inside. Best for starters. Yummy in taste.
• Prawn aglio olio - I always prefer aglio olio for the taste they serve, This one is served with veggies (which is the best part) and prawns and this makes a super good option for lunches.
• Pepperonoini chicken breast - This is again a good option for lunch, which includes, Chicken breast coated with cheese, Grilled mushroom, Garlic bread and Smoked potatos, which itself makes a complete meal. Taste was good too.
• Philly cheese steak pizza - M a fan of thin crust pizza's. And this place serves the best. Also they have many options as well.
• Hot chocolate - And here comes the star of the show, just loved this to the core. They are serving the hot chocolate with marshmallow and berries. And taste outstanding.

Besides being in close proximity of some of the major hubs of Delhi, Defence Colony is well known as a home to a good number of restaurants and coffee shops which are immensely popular among the Delhiites because of their exotic varieties of cuisines on offer. I have already been to many of the restaurants in this area and this time around my search for good food and booze took me to this little outlet that goes by the name, The Turkey Project.
Located at a walking distance from the Lajpat Nagar metro station, the place is easily accessible by almost all the means of public transport such as auto rickshaw, taxi, buses as well as the Delhi Metro. I was here on a weekday evening post work with a friend of mine and was in love with this place from the very first sight of it. Cosy Ambience, soothing music, courteous staff make you fall in love with this place even before ordering a single dish. Spread over two floors, the place can easily entertain 20-30 people in one go.
During our visit, we tried their signature drinks along with the Avocado toast, Caesar Salad and the Cheese Balls. With the perfect balancing of taste and appearance, all the dishes ordered are highly recommended as not only was all the food and booze well presented but the taste was something that will make you appreciate the hardwork of chef and make your visit memorable. Done with the first order we next ordered the Ramen noodles which tasted awesome as well.
All in all it was a great experience and the place is highly recommended.
By now, you should all know one thing about me. I am a complete foodie and I love to try out new cuisines at new places! But going back to the same place to try the same food can be a little bit of a task. Considering my nature, I am quite moody but I am also dedicated at the same time.
On my recent and first visit to The Turkey Project, I was absolutely spellbound by the delectable variety.
My favourite(s) were a little too many. I am a wine person and when I tried out their Bombshell sangria, I was totally blown away! I would also highly recommend their Cheese Tea, molten caramel cake, ravioli and the finger-licking good liquid cheese balls.
Hats off to an amaaaaazing hospitality, ambience and the perfect music to set the mood.
Hereby, I come to this conclusion that The turkey Project is one such place that I can visit anytime, any day.

Pasta is all-season love. So we tried 'A Truffled Affair' pasta at The Turkey Project in Defence Colony. This is a creamy pasta with mushrooms. However, the flavor of pasta was dominated by truffle oil which is a pungent oil flavored with truffles - a type of fungus. The pasta was rich in taste and texture. The aroma of the pasta was strong and scrumptious.

First surprise of 2020! Amazing place to spend some quality time with your loved ones on a cosy weekend afternoon. Highly recommend Bubblegum Tea & Marshmallow & berry hot chocolate. Food is great specially the lamb burger. Definitely visiting again. Kudos to the guys who played the music. Spot on!
Burger and sangrias, an unconventional combination made possible by the turkey project. Unbelievably they master at both the things equally. Who would have thought adding a dollop of sorbet to a sangria can do wonderss. I asked for an additional dollop, just to try and it was actually really good. Bombshell betty and sassy Stephanie are to die for. Additionally, avocado toast was also pretty amazing in taste as well as looks. Trio tomato arrabiata was some thing that shouldn't be missed and santorini summer was something that they suggest in their menu as a bestseller along with sassy Stephanie.
A few days back I visited this small cute place which is located in defence colony, New Delhi. This place is very near to moolchand metro station which is on the violet line.
Talking about the ambience this place has two floors. The sitting is quite comfortable and the place is very silent. The staff is also very polite and cooperative.
Coming over the food I had veg Arrabiata pasta, royal chicken breast, cheesy fries and in desserts I had peanut butter cheesecake. The pasta was quite perfectly made with good amount of veggies and lovely flavours. The breast was super fresh and goes good with veggies. The fries were also nice. The cheese cake was very heavy and super delicious.
Overall I had a amazing time theey. If you love quite and simple places than must visit this place.

The Turkey Project is one of the interesting places I have visited in Delhi. It's a small cafe/micro bar located in Defense Colony just under Moolchand Flyover. It was a ten minute walk from the Lajpat Nagar Metro station.
The cafe is small, cute and cozy; we visiting it during the night and the lighting added to the charm of the place. There's some really interesting artworks that grace its walls as well.
The menu here is limited but offers a unique selection of dishes. We tried one of the burgers, a pasta, a sangria and the seasonal marshmallow and hot chocolate. My favorite of the bunch was definitely the hot chocolate which tasted even better in cold January. The burgers are also of the highest quality, massive in size and expertly cooked patties. They also offer crinkly fries with them which was a nice touch. The sangria is one of their unique offerings if you are into wine. The pasta was great as well but I would recommend trying the burgers over pasta if you need to have one. The portion size of all the dishes was good and you'll need a big appetite just to finish the burger.
Overall the place is definitely a must try if you are in the area, it's a cozy place with unique and yummy food, the prices are slightly on the higher side but the portion sizes are accordingly apt.

Coming to the food & drink, I randomly visited this place and this place turned out to be better than I thought it will be. The staff is courteous and really helpful with the suggestion according to your taste.
We tried out-
•Bombshell Sangria - A perfect blend of berries and tropical flowers, looks really nice and taste even better.
•Fricken- crispy chicken, absolutely loved it. Will definitely be coming back for this.
•Liquid Cheese Balls- They were good, right amount of cheese and the bbq sauce served along was superb.
• Hot Chocolate- One of my absolute favourite from the menu.
•Pepperoncini Chicken Breast- I wouldn't really suggest that unless you are someone prefers having boiled chicken topped with cheesy sauce along sauteed mushrooms, boiled potatoes & garlic bread slice on sides. It was good but not something I would personally prefer having.
Overall I loved this place, it's ambience and ofcourse the staff. I'll visit this place again to try out some more fabulous creations out of their menu. :)

Visited this new place in South Delhi located in the market complex below Moolchand flyover and was left floored with the food and Hospitality .
It has a little cafe setting divided into ground and mezzanine floors, decently lit up .
The European food menu is elaborate and decently priced. The beverage menu offers a selection of wines , beers and signature sangrias and wine based cocktails.
The Marvellous Midge from the sangria selection should not be missed , A blend of white wine with elderflower, Litchi and a subtle mint flavour.
From the starters we tried the Friken ,Golden Fried chicken breast , Some Cheesy Fries in starters .
They have a nice selection nof Pizzas , Burgers and Pastas . The Pizza bases are prepared fresh and I loved thier Roast Turkey Pizza . The Burgers are something you should must order m We tried the Lamb of God burger and it was one of the best I had recently. Soft bun , meaty lamb Patty , nicely assembled accompanied with perfect french fries .
From the dessert , the Reese Cheesecake is delicious .
Enjoyed a nice cup of Hot Chocolate with a roasted marshmallow thereafter and promised to return to this awesome little eatery .

This might be a small and simple cafe, but their food is anything but that. The tastefully done interiors are pleasing and comfortable. The service is thougtful and the servers are jolly. The food is stellar. The aglio olio prawn spaghetti was spectacular. So was the grilled cheesy chicken. They make brilliant burgers too!
Don't miss out on the Cheese Tea. It's a dessert drink in which sweet iced tea is topped with creme cheese and butter scotch crumbs are sprinked on top. It's absolutely delicious!

Both the dishes were nicely dressed, prepared and good in taste.
Although they don't have any non veg Salad on the menu, but on request they can add non veg in any of the Veg Salad.

After having Turkey Project’s food, this place is clearly added in one of my favourites for the Italian food.
From the staff being so cooperative to the excellence in the taste. I tried the Liquid Cheese Balls and their special Arla Garlic Bread for starters which was impeccable.
Then moving on to the mains I tried the Santorini Summer Pizza and the Spaghetti Bolognese along with the Stunning Sophia.
This place is a must visit for all the pizza lovers and who all have a good taste for Italian Food, I can vouch for it that you’d love it like I did too.
After a long time on the wishlist, finally went to this place. The pesto pasta was simply the best pasta you've had in a long time, and so was the Santorini Pizza.
The lamb of God burger, which is the speciality of the restaurant, was nice but definitely not upto the mark. The lamb seemed a little chewy and uncooked. The grilled chicken with wrapped bacon was tasty, and the appetiser called frickin was absolutely delicious!

If you love sangria, just go for this place. A small cute place in a nice location serving fabulous drinks and delicious food.
Drink might be slightly pricey but Zomato gold on food will make everything worth it. Order pizza, nachos and fries.
The first thing that catches the eye as soon as you enter this place is its quirky interior, which is filled with sassy one- liners and interesting facts. Don’t get fooled by the name, this place doesn’t serve turkey dishes, but instead revolves around the fact that the Turkey is their spirit animal. The preparation of food is impeccable and so is its presentation. The cocktails are simply delightful, although a little more care should be put in the making of the pizzas. While the portions of the mains are quite nice, the same cannot be said for the starters. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Definitely one of the nicest places in Delhi. Best sangria for sure. Do try the Fried Chicken and the Santorini pizza(to die for). The owner is almost always there and he is the most wonderful host. It's like a go to place for meetings, lunches or almost anything else. Keep it up guys!!
I was pleasantly surprised when I dined at this restaurant , I loved the Sangria which seems to be their specialty, the Pizza was really good and boasted of authentic flavours, didn’t quiet enjoy the Burrata, the flavours somehow seemed off, and didn’t complement each other, I’ve enjoyed some really good ones and thus this was slight disappointing. Their Parmesan crusted chicken was sumptuous and packed with flavour, served with a side of spaghetti and rocket lettuce. The dishes were priced in a very wise fashion and their food justifies it. Would love to visit again.

It's hard to find, as it's opposite side of the main road. But once your are there you'll feel like out of the world. It's ambience if full of lush green and fresh flowers. Make you feel like Italy. Talking about their food, this is one of few places which serve authentic pizza with virgin olive oil dressings. Their lamb burger is must try (It's so authentic, I had the same in Amsterdam earlier)😍🤩

My wife and I landed here on an unplanned date :D it's a small but nice place with continental and Italian food. The mushroom pizza is simply amazing.
Their Ravioli and cocktails are unique and immensely flavourful. Must try and must visit. A nice place for a casual relaxed evening with a friend or just by yourself also. The owner (I'm guessing) Mr. Kabir is an absolute delight to interact with and welcomes you into The Turkey Project with warmth, and personally comes to give suggestions from the food menu, depending on your preferences and tastes. Quite the charming yet sophisticated nook. Curated menu that delivers. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza's crust was crisp to perfection but overall, it was a bit bland. But man! Their Fricken is the best version of fried chicken that I have ever had. Also, the Nutella Crumble Cheesecake was divine. Sadly, we visited on a dry day, hence, missed out on their famous Sangrias.

I have been meaning to visit this restaurant for a while now and I finally managed to visit this restaurant today for lunch. The place is very cosy and the service was fabulous. I tried all the sangrias from their menu, and they were indeed the best I have tasted in recent times. My personal favourite is Marvellous Midge, mostly because it has elderflower as one of its ingredients.
Coming to the food, began the meal with Fricken, which was crispy fried chicken topped with mayo and sriracha sauces and it tasted really good, recommended this is. Lamb of God, which was lamb burger with turkey bacon as one of its ingredients. I would suggest this dish for hard core non vegetarians. Prawns Aglio Olio, absolutely loved this pasta preparation, it was slightly tangy and tasted fabulous, highly recommended. Pepperoncini Chicken Breast, again a really good chicken preparation this was, and the mushrooms on the side tasted amazing as well.
In dessert I ate Nutella Oreo Cheesecake, which was absolutely drool some. Highly recommended for nutella and oreo lovers. Chocolate Caramel Fondue, I was expecting this dessert to be really sweet but it was a really well balanced caramel delight. Overall, I had a really nice lunch at this outlet and visit is recommended.

Tucked in lanes of Defense Colony, The Turkey Project is a relief from hustle-bustle of the city. Soft music with soft ambience really relaxes the mind..coming to food, they have just the right variety, not bombarding nor too limited. We ordered Summer santorini pizza, Spaghetti, a mocha and the highlight before ng the wine, Bombshell betty! Food is delicious and light! Just the place for pretty dinners!

I recently visited this beautiful outlet and I must say I was very much impressed with the total setup. It has beautiful interiors along with lovely ambience and seems perfect if you want to spend some time with your loved ones.I started with Sangria which was very refreshing and it was surely one of the best sangrias that I have tasted till date in Delhi NCR.
Coming to food,I tried “Fricken” -Boneless chicken which is crispy outside, soft inside and served with roast garlic & sriracha and followed it with “Highway to Heaven’ Pizza The base was light and very crispy..In the main course, I tried pepperoncini chicken breast which I feel was a little dry and could have been done better in terms of taste.I will highly recommend Fricken if you love non-veg.I ended my meal on a sweet note with cotton cheesecake which was the only option in the dessert section.
Overall I had an amazing time and If you are looking for good food, drinks, and ambience, then this place will surely fulfill all your expectations. I will surely come back again for 'Sangria' & 'Fricken'
Brilliant margherita pizza and cheesecake.. going to be topping my list for the go to pizza place in town
The turkey project is a beautiful place with cozy ambience. The staff is very courteous.
We tried -
1) Santorini summer pizza - The pizza had thin crust with amazing toppings. We absolutely loved it.
2) Cheese loaded fries - The fries were very crispy and tasty. In all, the dish was quite appetizing with great quantity.

The sangrias are their speciality and rightly so! The were absolutely gorgeous. The was quite amazing and refreshing.
A real warm and cozy place that we stumbled upon in Def Col. Their food and drinks were amazing. Loved their Arla Garlic bread. So fresh and soft, melt in the mouth experience. Would totally recommend all to try.
I ordered 1 veg and 1 non veg puzza from The Turkey project. After taking more than 70mins+ for delivery even though my house is less than 4km away, i got cold pizzas. This was despite me calling them Multiple times to tell them that it was taking too long. Extremely unacceptable.
Everything from the ambience to food to staff was perfect. This little hidden gem has quite a unique menu and won my heart with their sangaria collection. Truffle fries is a must to have dish. They can definetly expect many more visits from me. Hope they don’t change
The ambience right through the door is cutesy, which is not something I'd use to describe the food and drinks, both of which were aesthetically pleasing on top of being yum.
The white pasta is great coupled with few sangrias. Good joint for brunches or late night quick dinners. Staff is generally warm
The food is limited but absolutely amazing. I couldn't get enough of their mouthwatering dishes. And oh my goodness, their sangria is to die for! 🍷 It's hands down the best sangria I've ever had in Delhi.

It’s such a beautiful cozy romantic outlet in Defence Colony . Nearest metro is Lajpat Nagar . Prefect place for romantic date outing in winters . Must try their winter special drinks hot chocolate and mulled wine . Staff was really generous and helpful. Highly recommended place
Bacon here isn't Pork, its made of Turkey. Cozy little place with a great vibe, kinda romantic. Loved the food. Wine based cocktails are delicious!
A very small place, but ambience and staff was good. For the food, we ordered Santorini summer thin crust pizza, mushroom and cheese bruchetta and vegan spinach ravioli, and the bruschetta was the best with pizza ranking second. Ravioli didnt pick our taste buds much was ok ok. Can go again for the bruchetta and hot pizza 👍🏻
Every single thing, from the drinks to the entrees to the pizza to the pasta to the dessert, was delicious. The setting is also very cute and romantic. Highly recommended!
My partner & I waltzed into this very charming restaurant yesterday on a whim. Unfortunately the kitchen was winding down by the time we arrived and the last order was already taken. Mr Robert who manages this place swiftly came to our rescue and offered us the best possible options in terms of food & beverages , making an exception for us. Such thoughtfulness & hospitality blew us away completely. We ordered an arrabbiata pasta along with a red wine Sangria. Hands down one of the best Sangria i've ever had, not only in India but i'm talking about global standards as we've travelled all over the world. Pasta was also top notch & I would like to give a special shout out to Chef Gopal, still dreaming about having another go at that delicious concoction. Safe to say I will be frequenting this restaurant for many years to come. Big thumbs up and much recommended to all!!
So we were 9 of us, on this hot sultry Sunday afternoon and wanted to grab a quick bite before a show. Driving all the way from Gurgaon towards JLN Stadium, Def Cols seemed to be a sensible choice. Googled some places to eat, zeroed in on this, and no, we weren’t disappointed at all. The food was better than good, the service average, the staff very polite and the damage... 5700/- something for over 15 things ordered. Good portion size as well. If I am on that side of the town, I wouldn’t mind going there one more time, just to try what more they have on their menu.
Dishes that stood out were the Thin Crust Pizza/ The hot chicken strips/ the Caesar Salad and the Messy but Sassy hotdog.
Definitely worth a one time visit if you are NOT looking for fine dining kind of ambience. This place is cosy and casual. And you will not return hungry.
The first thing that catches the eye as soon as you enter this place is its quirky interior, which is filled with sassy one- liners and interesting facts. Don’t get fooled by the name, this place doesn’t serve turkey dishes, but instead revolves around the fact that the Turkey is their spirit animal. The preparation of food is impeccable and so is its presentation. While the portions of the mains are quite nice, the same cannot be said for the starters. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
Good food. Really tasty. Chicken curry was yummy, mutton seekh kebab was so good, phirni was very good and biryani was ok
The Turkey Project has been on my radar since a long time. The place is tucked in an unassuming neighbourhood but once you open the doors, you have a charming place with comfortable seats which serves lovely Pizzas and Cocktails.
We started off with the Sangrias and the cheese balls. The Sangrias presented so elegantly with mint leaves and flowers. They have a number of ingenious offbeat Sangrias. We were floored by the flavours and how much fun they made the Sangrias. The cheese balls were crunchy on the outside and inside so soft and dreamy! It wasn’t just a couple of slivers of cheese but a whole chunk of it in the middle which gave you a heavenly bomb of cheese in your mouth.
The wood fired Pizza was Scrumptious! The crust so crispy and delicate and loaded with delicious toppings and cheese!
Must drop by when in the area. The service was absolutely courteous and attentive throughout the course.
