Ita a nice cafe/restaurant to catch up for a meal .... An apt place to go with friends or family or perhaps your partner .... The italian - continental stuff is pretty good as an option ..
Did not drink anything so cannot comment on it .... The ambience is really good, the place has some nice interiors .... Ive had a chance to visit the place as it's walking distance from my place ... Recommended for a meal certainly ....
Brilliant service by Akash. Thank you so so much!! Lovely time.
The service was overall good. Aakash , our server was prompt and helpful with the gluten free options as well.
I have been coming to this restaurant repeatedly since last few months and has almost become my favourite one in the city for Italian cuisine.
Be it their pasta, paninis or salad their quality and taste never disappoints. To add the staff is extremely polite and courteous.
Akash is a great waiter. Great hospitality!
Unlike many establishments that lose their quality over time.. cafe Diva which has been around for ages still never fails to impress.
Fantastic! Love it here . Food served with love !
the Porcini Mushroom Past is super delicious, will come back for it. Love the view of window seat, so mush green, a big relax for eyes.
Great service, fine place for a quiet lunch, love the menu. We had prawns, bok choy, green chillies and preserved lemon after a cooling gazpacho burrata. A couple of glasses of sangria were a welcome addition.
I go here very often and enjoyyy the ambience of this place along with food.
The service, ambience, food, and the best part was it was not heavy on our pockets!enjoyed everything on the last bite.all time favorite is bailey's mousse cake .A visit to cafe diva is never complete without it.
The food was delicious and service was excellent. Our server Akash was very attentive and accommodating. All in all a wonderful experience. Recommend the mushroom souffle and the sole fillet with burnt butter
Great experience yet again. We were served by Akaash who was extremely friendly and courteous. Pur pizzas were super tasty. Will definitely come back here.
Great food . Had awesome grilled chicken in spicy lemon sauce suggested by Aakash who was serving us and salami pizza !
And finished it with baileys mousse!
Loved the food !!!!
And the ambience!
Coming back super soon !!
Love the asian chicken salad. The quinoa base pizza is yum. The grilled salmon is nice and flavorful. Overall the food is good. Nice ambience.
My forever favourite restau/cafe in town-Café Diva. It never ceases to impress me with its inventive and delicious dishes, both on and off the menu. Rohit has been a brilliant host right since the beginning and even understands our taste buds now. The personal touch is a home like feeling, though with better food & drinks ') . Seeing the speed at which other restaurants are falling, it's great to see Café Diva rise. Keep it going & growing and we' ll never stop coming!!
We've been coming here repeatedly because of how authentic the food feels. Amongst the pizzas, Pugliese is an all-time favourite. Don't miss that, the burrata is to die for! The flat bread is also quite good, definitely give that a try too. The ingredients here taste fresh and unlike other Italian restaurants in Delhi, the food is not "Indianised". The salads are also nice. Only disappointing thing was the toffee cake in the desserts section, especially because it said that it was a chef's recommendation. Haven't tried other desserts though.
One of my favourite restaurants... love going there. though a bit expensive but worth it.. the quality, experiments as well as the portion sizes are good. Though i love all that i have eaten there till now but my all time favourite is Bailey's Mousse Cake. A visit to Cafe Diva is never complete without it.
food is good, staff is very warm and welcoming... really enjoyed the visit. we are vegetarians and ordered a pizza with pesto and buratta cheese, risotto and pasta. They gave a complimentary truffle cake which was very good. thanks
Our friends had taken us to this small but tasty food types cafe. We had salads, pizzas and pastas. Everything was great. The service, ambience, food and the best part was it was not heavy on our pockets! Enjoyed everything to the last bite.
Cafe diva is our go to place for Italian food ! Their food is amazing as always .. and it’s so well priced .. we love Rohit (our server) who always takes care of us with a smile ! My favorite dish is the Asian chicken salad .. n I love their bread basket - their breads have always been fresh and soft ! Their salted caramel dessert is the best caramel dessert I’ve ever had and I’ve never been found of caramel .. but once I had one bite of salted caramel - I could only stop after I finished the whole dessert !
5 MONTHS The attendant serving us was super helpful and suggested food that would just be perfect . The location is super quaint and doesnt have the hustle bustle of other markets . . .Had Indian made German bratwurst ! ! ! ! Terrible to say the least . And Vietnamese rolls - appar ently the non veg version with prawns - The only thing worthcoming here for anymore is the Asian sesame salad 1 Like • 1 Comment 5 Like Comment
This is my go to restaurant in delhi. The food is always fab. Love it! And they make the best tiramisu hands down. And they never have enough so you better prebook one when you sit down. The salad and pastas are sooooo good! Service is great :)
I always have loved dining at diva. Their red sauce pasta is so very rich in flavour. It has very nice soothing ambience vibe to it n I tried their quinoa kale leaves salad and it’s also one of my favourites there. Service is good and quick. Their cold coffee is also nicely done
The food was delicious and the service by Mr. Aakash and Mr. Inder was amazing. Do try the kale and quinoa salad. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Good place for a quick casual meal. The place has a young vibe to it . Special mention to Akash for taking good care of us. The pizza was good and so was the risotto.
Good place with tasty food. Tea and coffee are refreshing. The experimental cookies served with tea are yumm. The preparation is decent and portion sizes are good as well
Excellent food and super excellent waiter, Akash!!
Polite, courteous and efficient!
Have been here 4 times and each time has been better than before.
Best bread basket!
We love cafe diva ! We love the ambience , the food and the service . Aksha’s service is phenomenal ! We always look forward to his service ! He is always ready to serve with a smile and helps you choose the best dishes ! Thanks Aakash .
Indeed Ritu dalmia is the queen of Italian cooking or rather authentic Italian. Ordered two different types of pastas and both of them were delicious. The best part for me was the extra burrata cheese that was served separately. Will definitely go to try more dishes
The place is well known for it's Italian food and it definitely did not disappoint. They have an interesting Italian menu and use authentic spices to prepare the dishes. One thing which I appreciated the most is that they charge relatively less for wine as compared to other similar restaurants in and around Delhi. I believe they promote the concept of drinking wine with food which is great!
Service is fast and staff is also quick to respond. With a quaint seating, interesting interiors the restaurant is a must visit for true Italian fans out there
Well, I love their ambience a lot, the biggest advantage that they have is a live kitchen, food is prepared in front of our eyes. This is not an extraordinary cafe but a very decent one. One must try their spaghetti. Pizzas were not worth. Service is very humble and polite.
Pizzas are great with the choices of gluten free Quinoa and milet base,Verde pizza is my love forever, kale and Quinoa salad was awsome too..luv diva
Cafe Diva has always been a place to go since I discovered this. Basil pesto sphegetti and Thai green curry are my most favorites. Recommended.
One of the best places to have a cozy, romantic day...coz it not only gives you the ambience, but also the food (which is most important) to make the day memorable. We went for a dinner and ordered sabine pizza, aglio olio pasta and a tiramisu cake. Let's start from the last: the cake was moist, fresh and one of the bests I had; talking about pasta, it had the right amount of garlic, which is very rare in most other restaurants...nd talking about pizza, the crust is to die for...yuumilicious!!! Thanks team Cafe Diva for such an amazing experience 😊😊😊😊
I was looking forward to try place at cafe diva g.k 1 as I know the place run by chef Ritu Dalmia .it's always a special .with amazing food and excellent hospitality by staff
This restaurant is like a best friend. You can go when you’re happy, and go when you’re sad and you’ll never be let down. The pizzas, the John Dory and the Asian chicken salad are their prize products. The service is stellar and the food is divine! It’s perfect in every way- great for a date, a catch up over coffee or for an outing with small kids. Don’t miss this gem in gk 1 n block market.
It’s a perfect spot for lunch. The cafe is easy to navigate through. I won’t say the perfect authentic italian but would satisfy your buds. I ordered for a pesto pizza and aglio olio noodles with prawn, loved the flavours on pizza though I’d prefer thinner crust. Noodles were amazing and wouldn’t have wanted anything more from it. Service is good and on time. I paid 800 for these two dishes with a zomato gold food 1on1, so neither heavy nor light on pocket. Would highly recommend if you’re up for italian but not looking for something super fancy!
Favourite cozy place.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Well Thought Of Combinations Are Served.
The Food Is Yummm.
Love Love Love It!
Can never get bored of this place.
Had Ravioli with Pulled Pork as well as a Salsiccia Pizza. Made for a decent, filling lunch for two people.
The ravioli had really flavourful pork. The pork and butter make the dish a little sweet though - I loved the taste but my girlfriend had to add pepper and chilli flakes to it, to tone done the sweetness.
The pizza was thin-crust and tasted really good. I think it was made on a wood-fired oven.
Looking forward to coming back and trying more! :)
Friendly environment and good food. Had a great service by Akash. It's a peaceful cafe which is highly recommended for bibliophile and people looking for some peace.
Pizza here is fab as usual- but the surprise was the edamame risotto- it was DIVINE. Very satisfying meal, as usual:)
I definitely think one of the best places for pizza in town.
I loved the food and the wine , ordered white sauce pasta with a veg burger 🍔, the food and the ambience is all worth a visit. I would recommend this place for an amazing lunch or dinner date
My friend Ritu has done a wonderful job . The pasta is amazing and the tiramisu is the best in the town . They have good wine selection also.
It’s a great place to be and be sure to sit in the booth .
I had heard about Café Diva a lot of times and was on my wishlist too! A specific reason why it was on my wishlist was because it's one of the few places where I would have gotten Prawn Pasta and for all the sea food lovers out there, you can't miss it! You just can't! I haven't had better done Prawns in quite a time and it doesn't disappoint at all. But for me the highlight of the meal was the Bailey's Mousse! It gave the meal a perfect completion and couldn't have asked for anything better!
The decor was nice and comfortable, very French café like! Ambient music was soothing too and the staff extremely courteous and knowledgable. On their suggestion we had the Chicken pizza and it was brilliant too!
Definitely a repeat for me! Cheers!
The attendant serving us was super helpful and suggested food that would just be perfect. Good food and decent ambience. The location is super quaint and doesnt have the hustle bustle of other markets in Delhi
Extremely amazing food. Have been coming here for 10 years and the place never disappoint. Their sesame chicken salad is to die for. Dinesh as a server is very friendly and gave great recommendations... a must try.
The food was exemplary especially the salmon with passion fruit and ginger. Our server was kind enough to suggest some modifications to our salad to meet our dietary constraints. Dinesh at the restaurant was helpful and friendly.
Cafe diva is a lovely date spot, with soft music and beautiful decor. As soon as you enter, at their bar they've kept a wine glass filled with water and with rose petals and floating candle in it. Couldn't click a picture of it but that's the first thing that caught my eye and I loved the concept and almost fell in love with the cafe that very moment.
We ordered their sole fish, ceaser salad with bacon and their chicken satay with a glass of classic red sangria and a glass of red wine. It was a perfect wine and dine. Food was lip-smacking and their classic red sangria is one of the best sangrias I've had. Thank you to Mr. Aakash (the one who was serving us and helping us decide what's best for us to try) and Mr. Rehman (the chef who prepared those dishes). Surely coming here again and recommending this place to a lot of friends and family!
5/5 :)
Excellent restaurant, excellent staff and amazing experience.
I have been coming here for the past 10 years and like always, the experience was great.
Compliments to Chef Rehman and the servers, especially Aakash, who allowed us even though we were late. They served us brilliantly and the whole staff was friendly and nice.
My family and I had a splendid dinner experience time this time round even better than before. Food was subtle and flavorful. We drooled on each and every one of the 5 big plates we ordered. Will definitely come back for perfectly done chocolate lamb shank with fried couscous, John Dory, Pork Ravioli and all time fav Aglio Olio pasta! Our ending was divine with the perfect Tiramisu and cheese cake with strawberries. Salmon dish could have been better Howe passion fruit sauce with ginger was very good.
Visiting Cafe Diva after some gap and was pleasantly surprised to see a new menu by their new Chef Koel (trained from Kolkata’s Grand Oberoi). She personally visited, was warm and took feedback. Three cheers to her and her team! Thanks for reminding that good authentic Italian food still exists in Delhi 🤗 . Cheers to Ritu Dalmia for keeping good food alive !
One of the two homes for me, outside my place in delhi. Just the right measure of privacy, sophistication, ambience and fellow patrons. The wines never disappoint. And he new menu with Kerala prawns are to be shared only with your true love. Anytime of the day, you get same experience. Almost like AI driven machine. Super for friends, families and even when alone.
Akash, you not only know your menu so well but your understanding of your patrons makes you unique. Super service.
Amazing place. Great food. Classy decor. Food was great. Portion size was good. Quick and prompt service. Service by Mr. Dinesh was great. Tried their pizza, ravioli and Panini. Mocktails were refreshing. Would definitely visit again.
This has been my go to place for the last five years. Visit at least twice a month. Food today like always was exceptionally good and service par excellence. Kudos to brainchild Ritu Dalmia who is the best Italian cuisine chef in the country in my opinion, to chef Rehmaan who cooked our dishes to perfection and to the server Akash who was as sweet as always. Looking forward to my next visit next week :)
We loved the food and the service was exceptional. Akash was very good and everything he recommended (Cafe Divas Signature Salad & Grilled Bratwurst) was fabulous!!
This is an old classic. Still consistent. Still delicious. A Sabine pizza (salami, onions, jalapeño) sliders, and a fresh John Dory fish and excellent service from our server Akash. What more can someone ask for? Come again and again.
Had an excellent services from Dinesh! Loved the food and the ambience would recommend for sure for small parties. Keep it up guys!!!!!!!!!!!
Dinesh was a pleasant personality to have around while being served food. The pesto with artichoke was to die for. So was the margherita pizza.
The food was really Amazing ! Very good hospitality n Dinesh our server was very warm n kind . The ambience was really nice . Loved the place
Food was great, drinks were great and the service was even better. Dinesh was there to serve us from the moment we walked in till we left. It is what most outlets in Delhi are missing
Was there for lunch yesterday with my friends, had a great time .
We ordered kiwi and mint pitcher - the drink had no flavour of kiwi or mint. However it was worth a try!
The food is good , we ordered the following dishes
Vietnamese rice paper rolls with prawns - dish was authentic very similar to the ones I had had Vietnamese embassy (Chanakyapuri). It Had four pieces and the size was good.
Cafe diva special sesame chicken salad: the chicken was tender.
Pizza Parma was the best loved it. Sufficient for three people if another dish is ordered with it.
We also ordered sole fish which had a very buttery flavour to it. The fish was amazing ! It was well done.
Would like to thank Dinesh for the service and the complimentary dessert!
Perfect Ambiance! Food was really good! Service is very fast n special mention to Dinesh he made sure that we got the right dish as per our come. He made the necessary changes!
John Dory Fish is a must try!! Delicious food and the staff is really nice! Sabine pizza is one of the best salami pizzas I have had.
Rohit and Akash are the best people to ask food suggestions from, amazing recommendations they gave!
Overall the ambience is great with the right volume of good music!
Have been coming year since a while now. Always happy to get good Italian food. Hands down its one of the best Italian restaurants in G.K. I had ordered :
1) Phyllo Parcels with four kind cheese and jalepeno - Absolutely delicious and different from standard garlic bread.
2) Pugliese- Classic Margherita with a topping of burrata and a drizzle of Pesto - Crunchy, thin and delicious. Loved the taste of it. Well cooked.
3)Quattro Formaggio Spaghetti - Not too cheesy not too salty, absolutely perfect.
The decor is cozy.
It was fun visit with friends.food quality as always brilliant. The tender Dinesh was a pleasure to have, he made sure our time there was the best. Thanks cafe diva. I really recommend it to all others.
Great food and Excellent service. We were well looked after by Dinesh. The Pizza as well as the Pasta were excellent. Highly recommended - 5 stars.
Great experience. Went there for my birthday. All the food we ordered was yummy. Especially the prawns in small plates. Dinesh, our server, was super polite and helpful!
Great food as always ...... and great staff also ..... especially Dinesh at Gk 1 .... very welcoming and friendly guy..... really helpful in terms of recommending great dishes .... will be back for sure
Cafe Diva. Of Ritu Dalmia's fame. I have her recipe book of Italian Khana Recipes and I have always admired her. Thanks to my cousins And Jun and Indrani, they brought me to the Cafe Diva Cafe and the food was as promising As I had expected. My cousins have an autistic son, and the service led by Dinesh was courteous and full of cheer and he bought unlimited supply of bread for him because that's what Nano likes the best.
We had ordered :
Asian style Prawn soup with a mildly flavoured coconut milk
Olio aglio (Veg and Italian Sausage)
Parma Ham Pizza
Pulled Pork Ravioli
Bruschetta
Grilled Aubergines in olive oil
Baileys Mousse
Tiramusu
New York Cheese Cake.
Good food, great service, and lovely Ambience
And Oh, the wine was an Australian Wine. Excellent. #Goodfood #GoodPeople #djeats #cafediva #ritudalmia #delhifooddiaries
We had a really good time here the food was delicious and our attendentents Dinesh and Rohit were really warm and courteous .overall we had a really great time
Have been coming to this place since quite some time but visited this outlet now after a few years !! Surprisingly the place was quite empty for a Saturday evening. I had ordered the mezze platter and a pasta and their special dish for the day. The food and service was quite decent. However, somehow I felt the food was quite bland !! Even after putting in the necessary spices it seemed bland !! Their desserts are nice - classic tiramisu not be missed !
Great cozy place in the busy n block market.
Loved the wine and service, on a Friday night and it wasn’t that crowded.
Visit if you like Italian food and good wine :)
Amazing service by Dinesh, thank you!
Wonderful food, friendly and pleasant staff, great ambience. 5 stars to our server Dinesh. He was very efficient with the service and good with recommendations for the food. 👍
Diva's menu is 'Italian', but with lots of fusion and many creative flourishes, so don't expect authenticity.
We were here for lunch with family and friends, and ordered three starters to share: roasted Brie with rocket; mushroom, honey and goat's cheese bruschetta, and suppli. I had a John Dory with an olive crust and vegetable 'noodles' as a main course, and had a taste of my daughter's pork belly with carrot purée and green beans. All were delicious, though just a little too heavy in the butter. So heavy, in fact, that none of us had space for dessert and made do with coffee.
Excellent food and very good service, definitely a place to frequent.
Diva is now an over 20 year old Italian restaurant, Repeated this place after maybe 7 years or so. Remembering my previous visit and this visit, the restaurant has kept quality, presentation taste and service absolutely consistent, that's the hall mark of a quality restaurant. Very selective menu and good choice of wines. Great place to celebrate special occasions.
OG Italian powerhouse. Have always loved the food at diva. As Close to authentic Italian you can get in the city. Every time I eat here, there’s something new. Breads are superb.
Amazing place to grab a glimpse of italy. The panini and pizza are a myst try! Entry to students of italian cultural centre and their guests only.
The food was delicious, especially the salads. The chocolate cake souffle was divine. The staff was very attentive, the location excellent, and the ambiance was great for parties with lots of natural light.
Without a doubt best Italian restaurant in Delhi. A sanctuary and retreat from the hubbub of visiting Delhi. Food first raye , very good wine list if you looking for good bottle under $80. There could be much finer at higher cost but i have a weakness for valpolicella Ripasso wines! Outstanding service, parm cheese and olives like you’re in Milano. We stayed all afternoon…..
a fine italian restaurant for all the italian food fanatics! The ravioli was great, salad was refreshing but the Burrata cheese in the Caprese salad tasted a little weird than usual. The pizza was a pass. For desserts, the tiramisu was one of the BEST tiramisus i have had along with brownie (a-m-a-z-i-n-g!). The service was great.
Overall a 8/10
The best Italian Restaurant that I have got in and a great taste .. had a birthday party with friends here and enjoyed a lot. Thank you for wonderful experience that I have had here and friends also praised me for finding such a wonderful restaurant with great taste.
I go to Diva's at the Italian Cultural Centre every week and I have tried the new menu more than once. Last week I had Handmade Tagliolini with Marigold Cherry Tomatoes and Burrata. Simply delicious! I then had Apricot and Ricotta Cheesecake (a couple of weeks before when I first ordered it, after they started the new menu, they had no Apricot Creme!) This time it was super delicious! An Espresso Coffee to end the meal and a very positive experience.
However, if you scan their QR Code you will still find the new menu which still has Risotto with pears, Taleggio Parmesan & Roasted Walnuts... The pears were hard because unripe and there were no roasted walnuts. I had it all out of politeness which I shouldn't have done. Then I told the waiter. They later said they would discontinue this dish, and they have, since it is no more on the updated hard copy menu. But it still is on the QR Code menu though, al least it was until last Thursday... And if you surf the internet you will find no new or updated menu.
I love Diva's but sometimes they could do better.
One of the Most pleasant restaurants I have visited. Lovely food and lovely staff in a very friendly decent manner. Then coming to food most delicious food ever I had.
A nice place in GK 2 market which is known for its Italian food. Do expect relaxed atmosphere and attentive service. The wait staff can suggest dishes if you need any recommendations. Wines are a bit pricey and standard cocktails are priced around $10.
Reservations are probably not needed as we went on weekend evening during dinner time and we are able to find seats. Overall a good experience
Honest, Homely and always a pleasure. Diva serves their heart and love on the plate. Cant get over their warm hospitality, smiling faces and delicious food they have been serving for the last 20 years.
Brilliant restaurant. Very different flavours from the usual spicy taste of Delhi/India restaurants. My Calcutta curry had a very tastefully done, mild coconut milk flavour and a very good presentation of the dish. The atmosphere was calm, the decor very tastefully done and the staff very polite and knowledgeable. The restaurant made such a welcome and soothing change from the usual fare of food. Very highly recommended.
The Mezze platter was really good and the pizzas here are fantastic. I didn't quite like the spaghetti Aglio olio, but the staff was extremely polite and understanding so they modified that for us. The ginger Fizz was great too and overall the experience is great. The desserts are worth having as a main course!
Went there on busy Saturday night and fell in love with their food ,jumbo prawns was really good but i did feel like thai curry could have been better . Server's and Manager are very friendly and i did give my feedback to them regarding thai curry which they offered to replace and complimentary mini brownies were awesome which happened to be gluten free as well. Over all had a great experience and will go back soon to try their salads
