This looks like lasagna. This is layered like lasagna. But that's it. This is where similarities with a regular lasagna end. Unlike gluten based pasta sheets, this makeover is constructed by layering compressed vegetable sheets. This lasagna is flavored with napoletana sugo or Neapolitan sauce - a tomato based sauce spiked with herbs and basil. The grana padana cheese alongwith ricotta cheese goes in this lasagna to give it that cheesy texture and taste. Further, the lasagna is topped with fresh greens, basil and pesto.
P.S. - Their Fettucine with Leek Ragu is also quite flavorful.

Have you ever been to a place where the food is so beautiful that you don’t have the heart to destroy it by eating it? Well, the Runway Project was that place for me.
The place’s understated ambience belies the visual treat you’re in for when the food is served. Each and every dish is presented with such thought and care. Our cigar rolls, for instance, had a beautiful colour scheme - soft shades of pastel. The bright arrabiata pasta was served in a contrasting black dish on the other hand. The Calabrese pizza looked like a mini garden. And, it is not just the presentation, but every dish they that served tasted as great as it looked.
The winner of the show was the dessert - aptly named Godfather. The dessert came in a wooden box of cigars, and it was in the form of big, fat brown cigars. The cigars were made of chocolate and there was creamy tiramisu inside them - it was like an explosion rich, delicious layers and flavours in my mouth - a real foodgasm indeed.
The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I will definitely go back to this place when I go to Delhi next time.

We were attended by Pooja. She was super polite and guided us through the menu in detail. We ordered two pastas, chicken genovese and aglio e olio, both of them being really well prepared and up to the mark. We also had a mc’queen burger whose house made patty was really succulent. Loved the vibe of the place! Must visit.

First thing that this place is awesome. the ambience was adorable. What a hospitality by all the staff😍, service staff was too good they know how to just be with the guest. Not a lot and just enough.
We ordered for a Americano and a mocha for drinks and the mocha was the best mocha my girlfriend ever had. For mains we ordered a pizza. Pizza was just as the description. Perfect seasoning and moist meat ever had over a pizza. Girisha, she is the manager and she made the coffee, all thanks the her to make the dinning experience a great one. She also managed to sell us a dessert after being completely full with what we already had. So, we ordered one dessert- lemon tart(differently described in the menu), and it was good but not so much satisfying. Chef neeraj came and spoke with us and told us more about the dessert. Raju served the food and if i had to rate the service it's gonna be 6/5. Overall it was a good experience.i hope I visit this place soon again.😊 Keep up the spirit.🤗

Went here for the first time. The ambience, the welcome and the service was fantastic. Recommendations by Samar, Nikhil were on point for our taste palettes. The food was damn tasty. Ms. Radha was an excellent host and made the welcome experience very warm and pleasant. Will definitely recommend this to someone looking for a great date night!

We really loved the runway project. The ambiance was amazing and so was their service. We had their pizza and white sauce pasta. Both the things were extremely great. 1 star less just for the quantity as it was enough just for 1 person.but the food was great and this place is a must visit.
We had a lot of food because the serving sizes aren't that big but all of this was under 3200 with a little help of Zomato gold. So, not too bad. Service was good and place had a European vibe. Tastewise everything is a little subdued nothing or the top. The accompanying mash was delicious, creamy and rich. The Godfather, their take on tiramisu was a little underwhelming as I didn't get the flavour I was looking for. What can I say, I love my tiramisu. But I will definitely go again because their menu is unique and I did spot a few things I want to try.
Tried a lots of different dishes here, upto the mark, though, the quantity / portion size is a little less. The service is really good, polite staff. Over all good vibes, decent authentic pizzas.
The Runway Project by PizzaExpress!! A fairly new restaurant opened at the time when I visited this place. The moment I entered this restaurant...I felt a calm aura. The food that we ordered was Pizza Margherita and Aglio e Olio. These are definitely one of the dishes you would want to have over and over. The quality of the food is undoubtedly the finest. Its just quantity of the Aglio e Olio that was bit of a downside..... I am not complaining but it was just awesome and wanted more 😁. I felt an urge to visit this place again to try out some more dishes but came to know that the dine-in is temporarily barred because of the pandemic. But for those who stay nearby to this place can definitely order food online from them. Hopefully they will soon resume their dine-in services.
Select city walk added another eating outlet to its huge list and that too a pretty vibrant one. The Runway Project by Pizza Express is located on the third floor of select city walk mall. The place has vibrant and quirky ambiance and the acoustics are good. They have live wallpapers kind of thing which is colorful and different. The music is good. The staff is courteous. The menu offers a large variety of pizza, pasta, small and big plates with limited drinks and desserts. Tried the calabrese pizza, penne con broccoli pasta along with some drinks. The pizza and pasta both tasted delicious but pasta portion was less. The food goes well with the ambiance and you kinda enjoy eating at this place. Overall, a good new place to try.

You are sure to be wowed by the tasteful decor of this place.Starting from the glamorous interiors with a mix and match of kaleidoscopic theme the runway project is sure to take your breath away.I remember myself looking at every detail for a second longer than just enjoying my food.Both food and bar menu have been done by eminent designers and the chefs that they have hired is bang on as well.The menu has names taken straight from run way “Wardrobe Malfunction”,”size 0”,”tabloid”,”the micro mini” to name a few.We placed an order for cigar club and runway roast chicken.Cigar club was delectable that perfect crunch and good presentation though I wish they could come up with something more innovative in the stuffings section than just cheese and pesto probably diced corn,nuts and even mushroom will do the trick?Runway roast is one particular dish I didnot really like that much.It was basically skinned chicken which was a little bland as the sauce did not enter the chicken at all.The sides were not good.Maybe this is how the dish is prepared but it didnot work for me.Makeover is what is required in the small plates section.Next up we had McQueen chicken burger and calabrese with chicken pizza.Both being one of the best I have had ever.I would highly recommend both of these dishes.for wine we had Torres san Valentin red wine straight up for Spain and pampas white wine.Both were awesome maintained at perfect temperature.Loved it!!The star of the whole thing was the dessert “The godfather “ ,it has to be something that you would want to have.The name has been taken straight from iconic movie and it’s a tiramisu tolled in a dark Madagascar chocolate cigar roll.Now how cool is that!Highly recommended again.Out of all the things, what probably worked best for me was the amazing service that this place has to offer.The servers,the mixologists and every single staff is well informed about the place and is extremely courteous.Any place can offer you good food but not every place can offer you great service.This outlet has best of both.Why should you be here?Because it’s an exquisite experience you would not want to miss and also zomato gold is applicable here so you can actually score 1+1 on food.Looking forward to visit this place super soon to try their cocktails and more of the dessert!!

Fashion-themed restaurant that has a small but good menu. The food is primarily Italian, with pasta, pizza, and risotto on the menu, though there are burgers, sandwiches, salads, etc too. The wired pork chop and the fresh meat burger (a pulled lamb burger) are especially superb. Good service and great food, but overpriced.
I was here for a lunch. Nice place, nice staff and good ambience. I basically had a couple of challenges like they did not have any cold coffees or any kind of shakes available even when it was so hot out side. I personally found it tough to understand the ingredients of the dishes. But we sat and eat there because of the ambience and atmosphere , it was good.

Recently I visited this place which is located in Select Citywalk Mall, second-floor, Saket, Delhi. I visited this place to try their pizzas as I have heard a lot about it. They offer you Italian and Continental cuisines in their menu as well as cocktails and drinks too.
The service staff was very polite and had professional efficiency. The ambience of this place is to die for and they have invested a good amount to make this place look beautiful and expensive.
The names of their dishes are so fancy. I had their 'Cipolla Piccante' which was a thin crust pizza with classic flavours of Italy and toppings with jalapenos, onions and green chillies. Believe me, this was the best pizza I had till date. Though it was a little spicy for me but I just loved the taste of it. As they offer Italian so we placed an order for both red and white sauce pasta. Pasta tastes average and the quantity of both the pasta was less.
Decor, food, staff and service of this place was extremely good.
