I have always loved KFC. We decided to try their new fries. We ordered chicken, biscuits, fries, gravy and the cookies. The only things worth eating were the cookies as everything else was soooo greasy it was hard to hold let alone eat. I think KFC has seen its best days way in the past and should just close the doors. We ordered online, and I was there at the time requested to pick up the order.
Kfc is my go to place for fried chicken. There's something about the recipe which they use. Chicken is always crispy and lip smacking. The fries on the side are tasty. I went there on multiple occasions and the quality and quantity of the order were ample.
I ordered fried chicken drumsticks bucket, chicken popcorn and soda. Overall experience was great.

Staff, on the other hand, was too friendly and helpful in selecting the best item on the menu and don't worry, they will suggest you best according to your taste. Hygiene and cleanliness is their highest priority these days; they are taking all the necessary precautions and sanitization to give you the safest service. This outlet is easy to reach by public and private transport so you can make meetup plans anytime.
KFC is the best. Always have a good experience here. Love the chicken tub and hot wings. The staff is very polite as well!!

Its finger looking good . Tried the super 11 bucket which have 4 piece hot wings , 4 chicken strips , 3 smoky chicken nd a coke . The chicken was very juicy nd was very good
Really wanna try chicken zinger but stuffing inside is less than expection. Crispy chicken is having very thick layer. What I liked the most is chicken popcorn. Virgin mojito is also fine

#Kfc was always one of my favourite restaurants. Chicken zinger consist of a deep fried chicken patty (basically its boneless chicken thai) with some lettuce n topped with mayonnaise.
The spices they use gives great flavours to the burger.
N same goes with their chicken boneless strips.

Well, the chicken doesn't really need a feedback but this one goes out for the staff. I placed my order and was waiting at the counter when one of the staff asked if "I" was gonna eat the chicken too. I obviously replied with "None of your business". To which she said "You're expecting and this chicken is not good for you" How ashamed was I... I thanked her for her concern and assured that I was only gonna have just a little bit. :D Then the one who delivered my order also said to me, "Ma'am please have this chicken restrictively, it has MSG which is not good for you". I admit that I did give in to indulgence but this gesture where the brand was not scared of alerting the public of their own shortcomings is really kind, humane and magnanimous of them. So proud.

Well manged as like other KFCs. Services bit slow even in free hours.Items are "delicious". Front sitting is narrow. But enough space is available in food court. One will miss the aroma, if find distant sitting.Love to be here.

I went this outlet of kfc few days ago and I was very happy to see such amazing ambience! Their ambience is so good and their walls are very pretty with different kinds of drawings on them
I ordered four 5 in one meals :-
1.Chicken longer meal box
2.rice meal box
3.chicken zinger meal box
4.chicken strips bucket
And they all were so good! The best was chicken zinger box!
They also had a cake in them for the sweettooth
Their chicken was so good and all the boxes were so worthy! My money didn't get waste so it was such a good decision to go and eat it

This place is good for people who loves chicken, burger and fries and soda. We had a filling meal after a tiring day, services are quick we got our meal prepared within 5 minutes.
Went to this place after visiting Janpath and had their famous Depaul's momos there.
This place was surprisingly pocket friendly for me.
Tried the usual Zinger Meal, Cheese pocket chicken fries (Latest edition to the menu, pretty nice), Chicken longer.
The chicken was so Crispy and i felt it was super hot and spicy on the inside as well, maybe because i was having it after a long time. Service is pretty quick too!

There are two KFC at Connaught Place but visit this one only because they are more concerned to their customers and a gentle on that side and the food was also better than the other one.
Stopped at KFC store at Cannaught Place at New Delhi for dinner during our visit. Here goes the review:
The store is located at a very good location with ease of access by metro and road.
The restaurant has the option of self service using the digital kiosk facility. The entire ordering and payment experience was easy and simple. The order was promptly served by the staff.
The restaurant has plenty of space and seating capacity.
Seems to have been recently refurbished which gives the outlet a new look even though it's been around for quite a bit. The most visible new additions are the self service kiosks. Unlike the outlet at vasant vihar, this still had the manned counters as well, so no one was using the kiosks.
The ladies washrooms were quite filthy and almost unusable. The gents, less so, even though they were virtually being used at public conveniences with people coming in off the streets.
Tried the deserts for the first time, mudpie and mousse.. Not too bad
This is located on main road to CP, between Kasturba Gandhi marg and Janpath Marg (Scindia house). It is a big spacious facility, has automated order machines or walk to the counter and get help from wonderful staff. Neat and clean facility although washrooms were too claustrophobic and male urinals awkwardly built - design faulty.
Food was good as KFC. We tried their Biryani chicken and price v reasonable (below 200). It as bland rice and quantity just right for one person (not huge which is great). Chicken wonderful as always.

Felt overpriced (veg options), MacDonald if far better, in same amount you can have may options.
Some staff is non-responsive, ambience is fine.
Visited KFC in cp after very long time and the ambience I see now is completely changed and interiors are amazing now..sitting arrangements is sufficient and nice..kiosk machines are installed for easy order placement and payment is done quickly..cash payment is also possible..staff is good, quick service, food is also good but the only problem was the burger buns was not fresh and was soggy and wet..and lettuce was stale and sauce inside was too less because of each it was not tasty to eat.. food quality needs to be improved, burger should be fresh and items should be crispy whether veg patty or non-veg..else there is no point in enjoying KFC meals..hopefully next time I will experience something delicious.. @KFC team I will definitely show this review before ordering food there..

Yes one thing would like to say Their keosk wasn't working that day and I waited almost Half an hour to make my order . Guys you need to fix it . And Make at least 2 counters for order placing . Being KFC, you want the same taste as you get used to at your favourite outlet. In fact, most if not all outlets, have uniform taste and this outlet is no exception except for the fact the salt was way too much. Not sure if this is a one-off or have other's experienced this? Taste was good and the portion good. Packing is good.

This branch is big and has more seating. Service is good. Has parking right in front of the store. Walkable distance from shivaji stadium bus station and Rajiv chowk metro. The whole outlet is updated. Self order kiosks are placed. New seats and design. Comfortable seating than before. Very nice atmosphere. Good lighting also.
