Absolutely love the food! Im surprised the rating is not high as the taste of the food. Its a must try!

Aap Ki Khatir is not a fancy place but they serve some amazing seekh kababs. It is quite clean and staff is also very welcoming. This is my all time place to have Kakori kababs with rumali roti.
A place which is not so popular but have a special place in the hearts of non Vegetarians. I just love to visit the place to relish some succulent kebabs whenever I am nearby.
On my last visit on Friday, I tried my favorite Kakori kebab and paneer tikka. Both were delicious but kakori was just out of the world. It was so soft and fresh that melted in my mouth.
I would recommend this place to every non Vegetarian out there.
Aap ki khatir is very close to our heart from more than 6 years now. We have never been disappointed by choosing this place, especially when it comes to any dish made with Mutton :)
Our all time favorites:
Kakori Kebabs: One of the most famous dishes of Awadhi cuisine, these kebabs are known for their soft texture and fragrant flavour. Just like Seekh Kebabs, they are grilled on skewers and served with Indian breads (mostly, naan), I prefer Varqi paratha :-p . The chef made sure that they come out as a softer and tender version of seekh kebabs.
Galouti kebabs: These mouth-melting kebabs have chronicles of their own, worthy to be told and savoured. Galouti meant 'soft', something that melts in the mouth, and this place always justifies the dish in th emost delicicuos outcome :)
Varqi/Warqi paratha: Every cuisine has its own elaborate styles of making bread which vary from being utterly simple to categorically complex. This layered paratha made with refined flour using lots of ghee to get a crispier outer layer is an ideal combination with Kebabs and curries.
Chicken Malai Tikka: These tender and juicy tikka's were surely smothered in the some homemade marinade of spices and cream left overnight as they dissolved within fraction of seconds leaving a subtle treat of flavors on taste buds ! A must try for chicken lover's !
Mutton Seekh Kebabs : My mom loves the kebabs here and orders an extra portion in advance for herself ! At 1st try itself, the kebabs blew her mind with extraordinary flavors, juicy minced mutton that made its way down melting away in seconds.
Tandroori Chicken: This is the only dish on their menu that I would recommend to be given a pass ! Even after trying it several times, it has not impressed my food senses. Although the exterior is cooked nicely giving it a charcoal texture, the inner meat comes out a little blend and uncooked to me.
All said and done ! This place is always one stop destination when we want to have a quick starter based meal ! :)
the word for taste of food is superb. i have visited this place couple of times and now this is my favourite place. the mutton barrah and kakori kebab are simply super delicious.
So found this hidden gem about a year back! It's this nice neat place close to the SDA market.
Would recommend kakori and muttion seekh roll with romali roti!
AAP ki khatir is a treasure. Used to eat @ Nizamuddin from 1999 to 2009.
Just discovered they opened in HQ
Does not get better than AKK
Hope they have maintained their standards.
Best Kakori Kebabs I've ever had in and around south delhi. It goes as per the description, meant to melt in your mouth. I would suggest people who come here should try Kakori Kabab with parantha, it is a wonderful combination. The exterior of the restaurant is not very impressive, and it may be missed easily.
Fabulous food and always prompt delivery! My all time favourite. The kakori rolls being the all time evergreen one and only love
for me..
Highly recommended.
Been a big fan of AAP ki khatir in the past.
While my visit to SDA recently on my way i thought of giving a try to this franchisee and i regret why i did that.
I ordered 2 kakori rolls.
The quality has gone down tremendously.
Roomali roti was dry.
Hardly any onion.
Kakori were soft but lacked the taste it used to have few years ago.
Not at all value for money.
I hope these guys improve their food quality asap.
Else they’ll just become a post drink meal stop.
Where the eater doesnt even care how the food taste and is more concerned about filling his tummy.
Go for a long drive, stop at this place.
Grab some kakori kebabs, let it melt in your mouth, get the kebab high and drive back to your home and sleep peacefully. This place is heaven for kebab lovers. Been having takeaway dinner or dinner in cars for a very long time over here and never been disappointed. Quick service and hot kebabs, saves any day!

I didn't know about this place my friend told me and we decided to visit this place.
Awesome place for kebabs, tikkas, rolls, etc. Non veg food junkies must visit this place. Price is so reasonable. Quality plus quantity of food is good. Rolls are heavy 2 people can share easily. Tastes amazing.
My favorite is mutton burra. 🔥🍗
I ordered mutton burra, chicken tikka, chicken rolls, and kuch meetha ho jaye so Jaleebi.😄
Place is small they don't have proper sitting arrangements but they provide plastic chairs to sit outside.
Staff is good. Order takes about 15-20 mints.
Value for money 4.5/5
Taste 5/5
Located right on the main sda road. Aap ki khatir is a great place for tikkas nd rolls in the late nights.
In Vegetarian their best dishes are “ Seekh Kebab Roll” nd “Paneer Tikka Roll” u can choose a rumali Roti or a paratha!! Both taste really really good.
The mint sauce nd a Curd dip nd Onions that they serve compliments the dishes.
Delivery always done well in time
Neat clean Packing
Totally worth it.

I've been a kakori fan lover forever and the credit goes to this place. I've been eating here since they were in Nizamuddin and trust me the only thing that has changed is the venue and thank god for it coz they can home deliver their amazing food to my place. Their kakori kebab just melts in your mouth and has the right amount of spice. I don't like spicy food at all but the shaahi paratha with the kakori kebab just balances all the flavours. I've also tried their chicken malai tikka roll and it's amazing. I can never get bored of this place.
Had a nice chicken malai tikka roll. was delicious. Thankfully less spicy as most of their preparation are bit spicy.
Kababs are good too. It's an old establishment which was earlier near humayun's tomb ages back and most old timers know it
They have maintained quality and taste . Clean take away outlet and very courteous staff.
This gives the best Muglai restaurants a run for their money. Their Kakori kebabs can be easily compared to the ones served by Al Kauser (I consider them the best for Kakori) and their Korma is as good as the ones at any of the famous eateries like Al Jawahar and Kareem's at Jama Masjid.
The only turn off is the lack of major seating arrangements. I susggest you get your food packed if you stay somewhere around.
When anyone says KAKORI KABAB, it reminds me of one thing for sure:
“Bismil da sandesh hai, ke lucknow jane wali train jisme firangiyon ka paisa ja raha hai, use him kakori me lutenge, KAKORI KABAB KHATE KHATE LUTENGE, aur un paiso se hum kharidenge hathiyar.” If mutton KAKORI KABAB remind you of this dialogue from movie Rang De Basanti as well firstly follow our page and like our post secondly grab one plate at Aap Ki Khatir, in Hauz Khas (zomato it for the location). And the right way to eat it is by rolling in Shahi Parantha dip in white and green chuteny and onion rings on the top. Though when it comes to price, it's slightly on a higher side but the food is tempting!
Galauti kababs with parantha is just mouth watering. I'm not able to try anything else at this place because of the awesomeness with which these kababs are made. They just melts in your mouth and takes you in a different aura of Royal food.
We order food from this place quite often, and it delivers to Saket. And this is one of the best places for ordering mughlai food. We like most of the things but Their Kakori kebabs and mutton burra are really awesome!! The prices are reasonable too. We will keep ordering from Aap ki Khatir forever if the quality wont change.
I have been eating at this Legendary joint ever since I was 12, I am 27 now everytime my folks wanted to eat kebabs they took us here, iv tried kebabs in almost every part of the city be it Kakori kebabs, Galaouti kebabs, seekh, shami, chapali,Sutli, Reshmi kebabs, Tangri kebabs etc. you name the kebab and iv had it. Hands down this place serves the best kakori kebabs and shahi parantha in the city, if your taste buds crave for Mughal cuisine this is the place to visit, remember no matter what you order don’t forget to try their mutton Kakori kebabs with Shahi Parantha.
Visited and ordered from Aap Ki Khatir several times after a friend introduced me to this joint after several years of friendship (which I questioned at that time because he didnt make me try this ever before).
The Mutton Kakori Kebabs with Shahi Parantha (Its a fried parantha) is the most epic tasting kebab parantha you can get without travelling 30kms to Old Delhi.
The Chicken Tikka and Paneer tikka are quite soft and not the chewy ones. The masala coating on the chicken tikka is spicy and tangy.
I am yet to try the Kathi rolls from this place but I am sure they wont change my opinion of this joint.
VFM - 9/10
Ambience - Under a tree in south delhi - 8/10
Taste - 9/10
I have been ordering from Aap ki Khatir for over a year now and suffice it to say it's one of the best places to have Mughlai rolls. Although there's no sitting arrangements, but the place is worth every bit. It's known especially for its Mutton Seekh Kathi Roll, which they make so succulent, that the Mutton melts in your mouth. Just the way a Mutton ought to be cooked. Have to give it 5 stars. Worth it!
A haven for those who want to relish true authentic Mughlai cuisine, right amidst the hustle-bustle of Green Park. Situated in a strangely quiet location of SDA, the rolls are a huge hit amongst the hard core non-vegetarians in the vicinity. Packed with tiny and basic surroundings, this open air joint is known for its open and see-through kitchen scenario.
A must try delicacy from their stable is luscious melt-in-mouth Mutton Kakori Kebab, legendary Mutton Barra and Shahi Paranthas, Mutton Seekh Roll, Chicken Malai Tikka.
Go and bite into the heaven of yummilicious sumptuous Mughlai meals and enjoy the kebabs in your car or as takeaway. The kebabs are bound to allure one’s taste buds and could easily satisfy a non-so-hungry person too. A must visit place for Mughlai food aficionados
I'd say this is the best place that serves typical Mughlai food in whole of Delhi NCR! If you are hard core non-vegetarian, then this is the place for YOU without any second thoughts! It's a quite popular place in SDA and is know for its delicious Mughlai food like Mutton Kebabs, Rolls, Tikkas, Fish, Rumali roti, etc.
As such, there is no provision for proper sitting, so the only options left are home delivery or take away. You'll often see a number of cars parked out side this place waiting for their orders. It accepts the orders till 10:45 AM.
Prices are bit on a higher side, but I guess its totally worth spending those extra bucks for this mind blowing mughlai taste. No doubts, I am a big fan of this place.
So, overall its a must visit place for all the hardcore non-vegetarians!
Happy Eating! ;)
I ordered chicken biryani and was happy with the taste. It was good. Light taste of condiments that is what i love in biryani. With the flavourful gravy and raita, it was a pleasure to eat it.
Have eaten here a number of times. It is located in SDA market near the park. The do not have any seating, just a counter from which you can take take food and have on any bench in the park or while standing.
I have only had Chicken Shawarma box whenever I eat their. You get a plate full of Shawarma, i guess 6 or 8 small rolls and they are amazing! Do try them out for sure.
By far the best place to eat mutton kakori kabab with rumali roti..The taste is just out of the world. It’s a very little place in SDA market. You can order the food and enjoy it while sitting in your car. The best part of this place is the price doesn’t pinch you.
Its a famous place in sda market . they serve very good Kebab,Tikka and Rools must try the Mutton Kakori Kebab ,Chicken Malai Tikka Rool and Chicken Kathi rool.yummy rools....
Ask any North Indian non-vegetarian living in Delhi what they cherish the most about the city’s gastronomic delights and the reply will undoubtedly be kebabs. The city is probably second only to Lucknow, which is majorly known for the famous Tunde ke Kebab. The popular ones are popular for a reason. Anyone can do a kebab but only the masters can do it right. One such master dwells in the quiet lanes of SDA, a couple of miles from the bustling SDA market. Aap ki Khatir serves Kakori kebabs that literally melt in the mouth.
Quite surprisingly, the place is not decades old as you would expect going by the popularity within the neighborhood. As the place is only thriving on the quality of food and no moolah from deep-pocketed investors, do not expect a great dining experience. Place your order and wait in your car for delectable kebabs and rolls to be delivered. Of course, there is a big plus with this kind of a setting. The steaming kebabs do not burn a hole in your pockets. A plate, with 2 kebabs, would usually cost around INR. 140.
A plate of Kakori kebabs, paired with a shahi parantha on the side, is a delight to the taste buds. There’s also the option of having a kebab roll, which makes it user-friendly. Either way, the kebabs are a winner that’ll melt your heart as they dissolve in your mouth. People who are aware of the place visit from Noida and Gurgaon alike, distinguishing the kebabs mostly because of their texture.
Of course, there’s more to offer than just the oh-so-talked-about Kakori kebabs. They have seekh kebabs, both in chicken and mutton variants. That’s all the non-vegetarian kebab variety you’ll find in their menu though. Perhaps, they do not believe in diluting the value of their bestseller by having a dozen in the same space. Instead, they light your vegetarian friends up with the Veg Seekh Kebab. This one lacks a little in texture if compared to the Mutton Kakori, but makes up with palatable taste.
Another delightful addition to their snacks section is Afghani Chicken. This one is not the usual creamy sweetish affair you’ve had at any other roadside joint. It is mildly spicy and well roasted. Unlike their signature kebabs, this one doesn’t melt in the mouth but certainly carries similar incredible flavor.
Isn’t it true that non-vegetarians will not deem any eating joint complete unless they have Chicken Qorma and Chicken Biryani for the satisfaction of the wholesome chicken lovers? Well, Aap Ki Khatir is just the place to be when you’re craving for anything chicken. The Qorma is the only item on the menu that has gravy to it. The gravy is tangy and thick, making it a must-have with the flavorful shahi parantha. Talking of the parantha, it is good to have with almost everything on the menu. There’s a subtle sweet taste that does its job, while at the same time not stealing the thunder from the chicken and mutton dishes.
While there’s almost nothing wrong with the food at Imran’s beautiful little set up, it does not come without an asterisk sign. Like mentioned earlier, there’s no seating space and you have to stay seated in your car and enjoy your fare. However, what this also means is that this is probably not the best place if you’re not commuting by car on the day you’re willing to visit the place. There’s a little spot at a side, but it’s a little off to enjoy the delicate servings.
Another point you need to pay heed to is that the place is not accepting any other modes of payment apart from cash as per the latest piece of information we had. Make sure to carry a few hundred rupee billers when you’re headed there. Surely, it won’t cost much more than that.
Really authentic kebabs and korma. They are consistent in their execution and retain the simplicity of their core menu. Arguably the best kakoris in town.
Having seen great reviews of this place I took kakori kebabs , chicken quorma and roomali roti from this place. the kebabs were soft and taste was OK.chicken quorma quantity was very good.chicken was soft.taste was good.service was quite fast.
This place makes the best Kakori Kababs in Delhi, and anybody who says otherwise (or mentions "that place" in Khan Market), has obviously never tried this place. Aap Ki Katir invokes nostalgia for me. It was one of the first places my parents took me to for a dinner outing as a kid (In the days when it was near Humayun's Tomb.) Lost track of them in between but recently managed to track the original place down, and am happy to report the quality hasn't deteriorated one bit. :-) Highly recommend the Mutton Biryani as well, though it's the Lucknow style so some may find it too bland for their taste.
There is one item that makes this place - Kakori Kabab!!! and its brilliant. Well mostly. So there are days that ill rate this place 5.5 and there are days ill rate this place 2. On an average they are good, really good. But there are times that i have had a serious stomach ache after the roll.
Really hope they get it consistent - they are still the best kakori ive eaten in NCR!

The food here is actually the real taste of mughlai street food , just loved the kakori kebabs actually one of the best ever tasted and also liked the juice legs or the tangri kebab with the masala on top . The chicken tikka was a bit hard , it seemed to be not marinated well . Mutton seekh was okay . But I would recommend only young for kakori here as the option are very few .
Chill place to hang out with friends or family. The only drawback is that there's no seating arrangement but the food makes up for that. Really good place and the service was pretty fast.
Delhi is a foodie’s paradise. Kebabs are the most loved item for any actual foodie. Be it veg or non veg, kebabs are always mouthwatering. And if they are kakori kebabs at Aap Ki Khatir, then you are definitely at cloud nine..:) Kakori kebabs are their signature dish and we love the way it melts in the mouth Created originally for the royalty, these are way too delicious.
A typical joint serving good Mughlai good . The tikkas were good and so wet the rolls . Very reasonable prices . Must try - no but yeah worth a shot !
I don't know how I missed this place. I live eating rolls here. After a few drinks in hkv if I feel like eating a roll I end up here. Even though I have had their dal and paneer I still love their roll. Since they take a while to prepare it I usually call before hand and have my order ready. It is well priced but you might have a little parking problem. The paneer roll is so soft and delicious with the chutney and onions. Once the paneer roll was not available so I had their veg roll which was pretty good too.
Superlative, exquisite kebabs. Be it their kakori or their sheekh kebabs, both are just out of this world. Small outlet but efficient and packed with flavours!! Try their kebabs with the varqi paratha.
I have been visiting Aap Ki Khatir from the time they used to be in Khan Market. 5 years they have been in SDA, I have been a regular with them. My review for the same is below:
Ambiance: The restaurant is located on the road inside SDA area and has ample parking in front of the place. They have a small kitchen with a person sitting outside and taking orders. The place is basically; order and eat in your car place. The place is decent and kept clean, which is a good & uncommon thing for such takeaway outlets.
Service: Well the service is the second best part of the place after food. The staff is superfast and friendly, answering to all with a big smile every time you need them. For me service is a very important part of any food joint and place nails it perfectly. Abdulha the staff that serves me is no exception, he is always serving with a smile and knows and suggests what we would like to order. This type of rapport with the customers is what Delhi has been famous for, but sadly I see it dying these days. This is one of the reasons I keep coming back to this place.
Food: Well the best things one should try are Chicken Tikka (Soft & tasty), Mutton Kebab (Mouthwatering & Succulent), Kakori Kebab (You can try in a roll as well is one of the best things they serve, it just melts in your mouth). Last and not the least I always have Biryani with curry, it has the perfect taste. Other dishes which I have tried are chicken tangri which is also quite good. I find the food they serve very well balanced in taste and quality. The food is surely the highlight of the palce and is a must try for kebab lovers.
Drinks: They do not have any drinks to serve on their own but have small general store in front of it so you can get any cold drink you want, they will get it for you from the store.
Cost: This is the best part; the food is very reasonably priced and is really pocket friendly. Last night our meal for two which included chicken tikka, mutton kebab and Biryani with two roomali rotis cost to us was 500INR.
Overall this is one of the places when you are looking for good tasty food with super service. 👍👍👍
A no-frills setup in the mini SDA market serving some of the best kakori kebabs and shahi parathas you are like to have, ever. I've practically made it a point to have food from here at least a couple of times a month. The only thing I slightly regret as of now is not having tried a larger variety - I've only had the mutton kakori, shahi paratha, mutton seekh kebab, the mutton rolls (both kakori and seekh) and the mutton burra. I love each one of those dishes but the standout is the kakori along with the shahi paratha and that goes without saying. Anything i write can not do justice to how good those kebabs actually are. The kebabs are also the only reason why I haven't tried the rest of their menu a lot, but i do plan on giving everything else a go as well.
This place is a hidden gem and i'd suggest this to everyone looking for a non-veg fix.
Tasty food at reasonable rate, this is what aap ki khatir is known for. It's kind of a take away. Their Chicken (gravy) items are just way too amazing.
Perfect place for that time of the month when your wallet goes dry... Their kebabs and rolls are pretty decent but what really tickles my tastebuds is the mint and curd chutney they serve with the kakori rolls. Set in the sleepy Bhim Nagar market, between SDA and Aurobindo place market, it's overall ambience is quite laid back. No place to sit and chill, but that's what cars and takeaways are for!
I have been there once and I must say it is not very easy to locate the restaurant. You need to walk through the street which connects SDA market to Greenpark and after a few minutes you will reach there. If you can see Phoolwati Charitable hospital on the way then you are on the right track and you just need to walk a bit towards Greenpark.
They are famous for their kebabs but their Kakori kebab roll is a must try. There are very few places in South Delhi which served Kebab of that quality.
It is mostly a take away joint, so you have to pack your foods.
Great food. The shahi paratha and mutton kakori are great together. Seekhs are good too, as are the burras. Yes the food is heavy and spicy, so if you're in that mood it hits the spot perfectly.
I am adventurous about food and do like discovering that small local joint which dishes up great biriyani or chunky mutton rolls. Aap ki Khatir is one such haunt. This place is basically for take-aways; you can always order in and munch in the car. The kakori here leans more towards a galouti kebab and is delicious.Team up roomali rotis with chicken tikkas or seekh kebabs and you are sorted when you want a quick bite.

Good place to visit if you are not looking for some fine sitting place to dine out. I often order take always and get my food packed when I happen to pass by SDA market. You can also opt to eat while in your car, provided the traffic and parking allow you to do so.
My recommendations:
Chicken tangari
Mutton Barrah
Kakori Roll
Chicken Malai Kathi Roll
Pricing: Moderate; sufficient portion for one costs 140-200 Rs
Service: Prompt
Street food places sometimes don't live upto the hype when you visit them, but Aap Ki Khatir does justice to its Mutton Kakori rolls! Look no further and do try! Also the place is very clean and super reasonably priced.
I was introduced to this place by my deary hubby..he seems to have developed his taste for Shwarma from this very place
I would say the best shwarma these ppl serve but certainly a differently done roll wch pleases the mood any day
A fan of their Kakori kebab rolled in parantha. Love the way it melts in the mouth. My go to place once every fortnight. And the people serving are so so warm and polite.
After being to al kauser, didn't think any place (besides old delhi) would come close to their level of galawati and kakori kebabs, but boy i was wrong!
Being a pick up , have in ur car kind of a place, their kakori paranthas were just mouth watering. One of the nest i've ever had.
Only disappointment i had was their chicken, it wasnt even close to their level of mutton, i ordered a chicken malai tikka roll and it was certainly not up to what i expected after having the parantha.
But mutton lovers, this is one place you should try!
Amazing food... Anything you order is great... Must try kakori Kabab with varqi paratha ... Best kakori in town... They don't have a seating, eat in car or take away..
Chicken tikka it is!! My favorite here. Biryani was such a disappointment. Not well cooked. Its a small street side restuarant but you wont regret having food here. For the charges the food is quite decent, and it smells like heaven. you can either sit there(outdoor seating) or just park your car and have it in there. Quite easy on your pocket as well. A weird trend i have seen in all latest muglai restuarants, they add all the spices to culmanate a so-called muglai dish but Aap ki khatir has showed a restrain towards that tongue-burning trend thankfully!
Good place! Their must try items are the kebabs and the rolls. The chicken kababs are made very deliciously. Chicken is always soft, juicy and made with the least amount of oil. The roomali roti rolls are also very delicious and value for money. For two people, one can have a sumptuous meal in 600 rupees. It is basically a take away joint. So if you have a car they serve you there. Worth the try!
Aap ki khatir is a little hidden gem in hauz khas. A small food junction that offers you its special rolls and make you crave for them after a couple of hours. I stopped by only for five minutes and randomly picked up a kakori roll. The quantity is really good and once i tasted it, i had a foodgasm. The stuffing is so soft that it dissolves in your mouth. Along with the roll . You get pudina chatni and dahi chatni with onion slices. I jad the roll in rumali roti a couple of hours ago and i am still relishiing the taste.
This place is one of the few reason to be envious of Delhi. The menu is simple and short, but what they cook...is the very best. While the old location had the dilli street side charm, the current one in SDA still is worth quite a few visits in the winter.
If one feels like a quick bite or maybe dinner delivered to your home, this is a nice option. The chicken rolls are nice & quite filling. I prefer the rumali rolls than the paratha kind since they are less greasy.
Delicious food at a reasonable price . Mutton kakori and shahi paratha are must haves . They might not be exceptional but are quite perfectly cooked . Moreover , look at the prices , it cant get better . Highly recommended for take aways .
Wow... loved the kakori kabab with shahi parantha...
Could still feel the lingering taste of yesterday's kakori :)
The distant visit paid and would love to have kakori again here.
The story of the kakori kabab is well known, but in case you missed it, here it is:
There was this Mughal royal dude.. i believe his name was Nawab of Kakori or the Nawab of Awadh or something like that. He grew old. Lost all his teeth. He missed eating his favourite mutton dishes. So one day, he got frustrated and threatened the chefs of Kakori that if they did not give him a mutton dish that he could enjoy without his teeth, the chefs would be put to death. Freaking Aye! So the chefs went and basically minced the shit out of his mutton through some traumatically painstaking procedure and blam.. the famous kakori kabab was born. Created for toothless royalty. And so it melts in your mouth.
This particular venue is nice because it is in the middle of nice green residential neighbourhood that i inhabited for over 2 years.
Delivery and take away restaurant in SDA on the road that leads to SDA Commercial Complex.
Vegetarians must avoid this place!!!
However, Their mutton burras and kakori kebabs are amazing!
However, roomalis are horrible as they are too thick and too chewy. Eating kebabs with these rotis kills the succulent flavour of the kebabs!
Nothing else really is worth mentioning!
Have only tried one thing and can't get over it - The Mutton Kakori Roll with Parantha. Its the best non-veg roll ever!!! It simple melts in the mouth and is the best in Delhi.
Fabulous Kakori kebab; all by itself or stuffed in a rumali or paratha roll.
The tandoori chicken is second to none that I have had in Delhi.. infact I can't think of anything even close to it. It's not the synthetic red colored tandoori you get everywhere.. but it's masala'd, buttered and tandoored to perfection.
On occasion I've also indulged in their flavourful mutton burra kebabs.
The service is prompt and courteous.
Inspite of the several good experiences I've had over the last 6 years, I mark them down for consistency in taste.
Very. Good. Period.
I see a lot if people reviewing this place. How many of the reviews have tasted everything on the menu? Hard to fathom.
This place gets a high rating as pretty much everything on the menu is edible and fairly tasty.
Tucked away in a quiet residential lane, do check this map along on Zomato in case you want to go and don't know, it's the cut before the one that takes you to HKV.
But then going there was all worth it.
Went there for Kakori Kebabs and they were brilliant. Extremely soft and juicy and that is exactly what I needed. Got Mutton Biryani packed and that too didn't disappoint.
4 rating as I didn't try much of food but I am definitely going back here again.
The best kakori kebabs you can have in Delhi. Must try. Amazing food options and very reasonably priced. BEST KEBABS EVER! If you are in Delhi, don't miss this one.
Awesome mutton seekh Kebab and Mutton Kakori Kebab, I have ever had.
I have visited this place thousands of times and every time the Kebabs has the same taste.
Also the chutneys taste is too good.

Considering their location one who Doesn't know of it from the time it was located at Khan Market would just think it is just another random mughlai food shop. You have to try it and see for yourself. Their Mutton kakori kebabs are one of the best you could have in Delhi. Being a food lover I can vouch for their quality and flavours. Perfect spices and blend, they are just awesome and every time I am in that area I make sure to eat here. Havn't tried other rolls but I am sure they would be great too. Again highly recommended.
I had heard lots of good reviews about the restaurant so was waiting to try it A roadside place. Wth no option but to sit in the car n eat. Though must admit thatthe food was excellent specially kakori wraps they. had are excellent Aroma nd taste After that tried their burra mutton nd roomali the burras were awsum though very little meat on it. The roomali rotis were pathetic hard nd chewy Wud love to try other things in the menu too.
The strong negative was it was on the road side
I wud definitely recommend this place nd visit it again as it is reasonably priced too
Tried on recommendation of lot of folks but found the food average , tried kakori rolls and mutton barra , kakori was soft but the rubbery roomali roti spoiled the taste . Mutton Burra was only bones with threads of meat stuck in it , though could only taste the marination n it was nice .
May not visit again !
A good place to sit in the car and eat. One can order too.
The chicken seekh and karkori rolls are amazing. And so is the chicken tikka and afghani chicken.
A savoury hole in the wall within the small SDA Market. Aap ki khatir is bound to be overlooked unless you have your eyes off the road or if you got to know off this place through someone else.
TAKE OUT AND DELIVERY ONLY, although I saw huge potential for some discreet CAR-O-BAR lovers. :-)
Aap ki khatir serves delicious Non Veg snacks and Rolls (option of both roomali roti and Paranthas).
Food: Ordered Kakori Kathi Roll and Mutton Tikka plate. Both were simply delicious. Saw some Kebabs being given away and they looked equally good. The roll came crispy with its side of nicely chopped onions, Green chutney and some white sauce.
Mutton Tikka's were nicely done with some real good flavour.
However with that being said, it would have been nicer if they made the roll with onions inside the roll instead of giving it on the side. I found the paranthas to be a little on the greasier side as well.
Service: Excellent, prompt and with a smile.
Price: Good for the budget conscious, not too expensive.
One can enjoy the weather and have their famous kakori rolls in wargi parantha. What one should really try is mutton burra, kakori rolls and fish which is seasonal. These three are outstanding and so is "Rehan bhai" who serves you food. Go there and always call for Rehan bhai.
Love their kakori roll and green chutney. Have tried some other kebabs and they're all great. I wish they had more branches though and were open for lunch too.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aap Ki Khatir, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming ambiance.
The decor of Aap Ki Khatir is elegant yet comfortable, creating a perfect setting for a memorable meal. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the beautiful table settings to the tastefully designed interiors. It truly sets the stage for a delightful dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the food! The menu at Aap Ki Khatir is diverse and offers a wide range of options to cater to various tastes. I was impressed by the extensive selection of both traditional and contemporary dishes. Each dish was expertly prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors were simply outstanding.
I had the opportunity to try their signature dish, the "Butter Chicken," and it was absolutely divine! The chicken was tender, and the sauce had the perfect balance of spices, creating a rich and creamy texture that melted in my mouth. The accompanying naan bread was freshly baked and complemented the dish perfectly.
The service at Aap Ki Khatir deserves special mention. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. They provided excellent recommendations and were genuinely passionate about the food they served.
The overall ambiance of the restaurant is soothing, with soft lighting and comfortable seating arrangements that allow for intimate conversations. The attention given to creating a relaxed atmosphere truly enhances the dining experience.
Aap Ki Khatir also offers a well-curated selection of beverages, including a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and a great wine list. I highly recommend trying their refreshing signature mocktail, "Summer Breeze." It was a delightful blend of flavors that perfectly complemented my meal.
In conclusion, Aap Ki Khatir is a gem of a restaurant that delivers an exceptional dining experience. The delectable food, impeccable service, and inviting ambiance make it the perfect place for a romantic dinner, a family celebration, or even a casual get-together with friends. I can't wait to return and explore more of their enticing menu. Highly recommended!
A small nook in Nizammudin but what a taste. The kakori kebabs are melt in the mouth soft. Absolutely delicate and delicious
We used to come here for kakori in roomali all the time in 2010, parked by the tyre shop and ate in the car, then they got sealed and we never seemed to find the new place by Humayun’s (so went to the SDA Market outlet instead). Glad to know they’ve reopened here and it’s still in the family. The kakori is less spicy than Alkauser, the roomalis smaller and more delicate, as are the kebabs. It’s still perfection in a mouthful.
This place has reopened after several years of sealing . Really happy to see it reopened. Must try mutton burra here , chicken tikka & other preparations also very good. Must try place
The food is delicious and hygienic and served fresh. The ingredients are of premium quality. I suggest everyone to must try their food. You'll love it.
