I Had attended a birthday party here about 3 years ago and faintly remembered the place being good. Recently, I had to choose a venue for my daughter's bday, so I came here and in order to be sure of the quality of their food and service, we had a meal. And we were absolutely satisfied. Not only do the have a great variety of cuisines and dishes on their menu, they actually do a good job of it. The taste and flavours were spot on. And to get such dishes in west delhi is anyway a treat in itself. We ordered cannelloni and loved it. The donee kebabs were very well made. The pizza was wood-fired and thin crust, just how we like it. The burritos were also full of flavours and quite nice. Around the second time we went, we had cottage cheese in spicy European sauce with rice and we loved it. The bbq veggies with Mexican rice could be slightly better.
Though it does not have much visibility from outside, once u enter, the ambience is quite lively and there is an openness to the place with a great ceiling height which is not easy to find in west delhi restaurants. And it would be unfair to not mention about their bartender, who comes over to ur table personally to ask about ur preferences and then makes something totally customised to ur liking. We quite liked the celery basil martini and the sangria he made for us.
So all in all, a great place to go for a meal when we want to eat something apart from the regular affair and don't want to go very far for it.
And now the party which I finally did throw here for my daughter's bday. The owner customised my food menu as per my choices and also happily incorporated a couple of dishes which were not on their party menu. The chilli mushrooms were great, so were the amritsari chane and kulche and the Phirni which upon my request was served in kullads, was simply divine. The dimsums, paneer tikkas and their shakes were disappointing but I will still recommend this place for its ala carte menu and also for hosting a party, a small one though, keeping in mind it's space limitation as I felt my party needed a bigger place. But their service was quite good with very warm and hospitable staff.

I visited Global Food Factory in Rajouri Garden, a very happening place amidst the hustling-bustling restaurants of rajouri. Their staff was very polite and the bartender mixed up some amazing mocktails for us! I tried their Gingerale lime, Sexy peach orange and ginger iced tea.
For starters I was served their mutton seekh which was quite dry, dahi kebab which were very succulent and yummy Cheesy cajun chicken nachos. Their achaari paneer tikka was excellent. Next up I was served 2 of their very amazing doner kebabs which were served with hummus, garlic dip and pita bread. I highly recommend Global Food Factoryโs doner kebabs to everyone as they tasted great! I had the chicken doner kebab and cottage cheese doner kebab.
For main course I had one half and half pizza which comprised of peri peri chicken pizza and factory special veggie fiesta pizza. Both of them tasted good. Later I had their factory dum biriyani which was slightly flavorless for me, however their dal makhni tasted amazing!
In the end I had their chocolate brownie which was like any other regular brownie. My experience at the Global Food Factory was pleasant. Their menu is limited but has a couple of good options for everyone to choose from. Their prices were budget friendly too.

Just loved everything about this restaurant. Visited this place for the first time. Ambience was really good, we've ordered Kalmi Kebab's as they suggested us and also chilli chicken too and they were totally mouth watering. Along with that the drinks especially the Beer based cocktail and LIIT were superb by the Bar Manager, Mr.Abhishek. Kudos!

Went for buffet 2 people one veg one non veg, the cuisine was mostly continental n delicious the ambience is good just not that much tidy as expected the food taste and starters are good specially u get pizza and pastas in starter what else can u ask for live pizza making in front of u thin crust pizza the best highlight , the only complaint i have is of poor service had to getup n cal 2-3 times to attendants to serve us or get something and that too they use to come so late so most starters i had were cold , so all the points deducted for poor service. Taste was good VFM yes

Global food factory as name suggests serves food from globe with their own Special touch. This place is excellent in terms of service, food quality,and ambience.
The menu features many classic food from around the Globe. Interiors and decorations were eye catching. Their menu is very vast. The seating section is quite large and spread across 3 levels. I ordered there sangria and shake and then pizza and stuffed mushrooms which were amazing. Mushrooms were cooked with perfection with a bit of spicy side.
In main course we ordered biryani with paneer labebedar which were pretty good and quality wise both were amazing so totally paisa vasool.
Butter naan and laccha paratha was okay.
The staff and ambience is really good, they are very humble and cooperative..I tried their Vegetarian food but their non vegetarian food is also very famous.
So excellent food, amazing ambience and outstanding deserts makes this place special ..so do visit this place to experience amalgamation of food service and ambience.

Went for lunch here this weekend as a group of four, great place and fantastic service. We really enjoyed the meal and would recommend to everyone.
Everythingย is reasonably priced according to the quantity and quality of the dishes.
Topped the experience off with a great selection of Cocktails and Mocktails. We tried Cosmopolitan, The Whisky Sour and Spanish Wife, all the cocktails were nicely blended and taste spectacular.
Appetizers were amazing. We had Mutton Seekh Kebabs, Mushroom Bharwan, Kalmi Kebab. Mushroom bharva was good and a must for vegetarians. Mutton Seekh Kebabs was nice, smoky mutton keema kebabs was nicely marinated and cooked.
Oven wood fired pizza is something that should not be missed, best oven wood fired pizza i had specially it's hard to find good pizza's in west delhi. Perfectly baked pizza base topped with lots pizza toppings. They bake pizza base, burger buns in house, so everything is very fresh even pizza sauce was very good.
Main Cource was equally delicious and presntation was good, we had Dal Makhani, kadhai Paneer and Mutton Rogan Josh with Tandoori Roti and Butter Naan. I liked their Dal Makhani, it was very creamy and buttery.

You can find so many places to dine in Rajouri with all the desi tadka of west Delhi but this place is serving something different.
Maintaining the same focus on Indian, they haven't lost control on continental.This place is a MUST try.
This place has taken a ground floor and 5 minutes walk from Rajouri metro station.
They have thoughtfully designed their interiors so that they can cater all the crowd whether its college, family or couples.
Whatever we have ordered it was amazing. I can keep writing about the food had.
- Chicken pizza:
So they have live oven for your pizza. They cook it fresh. The crust was thin, nicely baked. Every bite was cheesy and crispy. Holy god I am in love.
They have in house bakery for bread and base.
- Reshmi kabeb:
Another super hit dish of the evening. The chicken was soft and melting in every bite.
- Chicken Doner:
You heard me right, you will get these amazing doners somewhere you will get amazing mains too. Accompanied with fries hummus and mayo. This was great!
- Mushrooms:
Veggies order this and you will thank me later. The catch is the preparation. The mushrooms were not at all stinking and full of flavors.
Dal Makhni was superb and I had it with mutton and naan. Mutton was Nicely done with lots of chunks in between.
Drinks:
Another great thing about this place is their budget friendly cocktails and mocktails. The bartender has some unique skills to make it special for you.

Global Food Factory, as the name suggests one can definitely travel around the globe through their food. We ordered a pizza, Mushroom and Seekh first. Pizza was too good. Mushroom and Seekh had amazing flavours. Mushroom was stuffed and is a good option for vegetarians. Next came the London Doner, which was a chicken stuffing in pita bread. Tasted really good. Drinks were all very unique whether a cocktail or a mocktail. In main course I had ordered Butter Chicken, Mutton and breads. Personally loved their Mutton and I recommend it too. Brownie was awesome in the desserts.

As heard, global food factory offers great buffets, I was there to try it. Situated in Rajouri Garden, this place offers best buffets in town. I appreciate their service and quality.
We started with Manchow soup and starters - chilli chicken, peri peri chicken, spring rolls, pizza, garlic cheese bread, roasted chicken , Afghani chap to name a few.
For main course we had fish curry , rogan josh, butter chicken, dal makhni, kaadai paneer.... with steam rice, Matka biryani, assorted breads .
Our stomaches were full!!!
Desserts were brilliant - pastry, chococups, swissroll, and much more.

Global Food Factory is a buffet/Al A Cart restaurant in Rajouri Garden. They have a rotational menu from time to time introducing new menu to savour our taste buds.
The menu changes every two months.
We went there on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. We started off with different types of Mocktails they have on the menu. The Kiwi Cooler & the Orange and Strawberry Cooler are recommended.
Chicken doner kebabs - Small boneless chicken pieces marinated with the perfect spices wrapped inside the pita bread were absolutely delicious in taste. These were given with humus and pickle.
Tandoori Chicken - It was absolutely delicious in taste. The marinade was perfect and grilled to perfection. Paired them with freshly cut onions and mint chutney.
Chilli Chicken - Chilli Chicken had soft cubes of chicken marinated in a sweet chilli sauce tossed in crunchy vegetables.
Mutton Seekh - Mutton Seekh was a good juicy seekh kabab. It did made a good entrant.
Apart from this we also tried the Veg Pasta in mix sauce. A very wholesome pasta and should definitely be on your list.
We ended our meal with Choco Lava Cake and Ice Cream. This was one of the best dishes on the menu. A chocolate cupcake with molten chocolate inside was an amazing dessert. This was a treat to the eyes as well as the taste buds.
On the whole it is a perfect place to just enjoy the food and the prompt service made it better.
As my friend suggessted this place to me & its really a wonderful experience for dining in Global food factory. Awesome food & service as well as the hookah was faboulous.

Global food factory, with the established clientale and better ambience after renovation is back after much await. The restaurant is well lit, comfortable seating and the service is quick yet courteous.
My order along with three friends on a dinner, consisted of Butter chicken burger, Grilled sole fish in lemon butter sauce, Chicken Malai Tikka, Chicken tikka Masala , Garlic Naans and Roti's.
My drinks order consisted of Fruit Beer Margarita's, with the whole Bira Pinted and real chunks of watermelon and mint into your glass.
My dessert consisted of Churro's.

Visited the place couple of days back on my birthday with my family. Food was good and prices were not sky rocket high as compared to other restaurants nearby. Main course was just amazing. In snacks i personally loved Amritsari fish the most.

Havenโt been around in rajouri a lot but, have heard about there elaborate buffet menu. But when we ended up there we got to know that they are not having . From the outside it does not look that huge restaurant but as soon as you enter inside it is in two floors with huge sitting capacity and they also had a giant brick oven exposed in the corner(that I was a lot fascinated by).
I went with a friend during lunch and we ended up ordering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
In starters, we ordered paneer tikka and stuffed mushroom. Paneer tikka was just cooked to perfection and mushrooms were a bit on spicy side.
In non veg, my friend got tandoori chicken and chicken seekh kebabs which were above average as told by my friend.
The drinks were a disappointment for us.
We had factory special veggie fiesta which was average in taste but had a good base.
In mains, we had mutton curry in non veg and paneer lababdar in veg. which were pretty good alongside butter naan and laccha paratha which were okay.
In desserts, we got julab jamuns in fancy glass which were too sweet and koya was not cooked properly inside. The second dessert was brownie with vanilla which was good.
In total, it was mix experience eating out at global food factory.

If you are in Rajouri Garden and your hungers pang pokes you then Global food Factory is one of the best option for you where you can enjoy food, music and big screen, basically GFF is the nice place where you can have good time with you family also. It is located on the main road of Rajouri Garden. I went there with my friends to enjoy the food in their amusing atmosphere. They have big screen projector where you can enjoy the cricket match if you are the fan of cricket.
So we started with some of their refreshing mocktails - Sexy peach, Mint ki Piyali and a triple layer mocktail; all drinks were amazing and I also had Banana Caramel Shake it was good but mocktails were amazing.
In food we had Paneer tikka, Classic Mashroom both were nice and full of flavor. They also have wood fire pizzas so we ordered for Veg Pizza which was amazing. Then we had Daal Makhni and Paneer with some bread.
Finally we wind-up with delicious desserts Gulab Jamun and Brownie with ice cream. The overall food experience was really appreciating. We loved it. Cheers!!

The summary of the entire review is that this is one of those places in Rajouri Garden where the food is good, beverages are okay at max and decor is average. If all you want is some classly decor to impress your date, this place will disappoint you. But if you want some quality food and are adament to stay in Rajouri only, this should be a good option to consider.

Visited this long overdue place located on the busy Main road of Rajouri Garden. Had heard a lot about it before, but this time was my first time visit here.
Entered into a huge restaurant with huge seating capacity, a giant projector hung on one wall and a giant brick oven pizza adorned one corner.
We went there to try out their Buffet Menu & honestly we had a gala time! Starting with the starters, we were served with chicken tikka, chicken & mutton seekh kebabs, Doner kebabs, pizza, chilli chicken and in veg, we were served with varieties of Paneer Tikka and mushroom tikkas.
Loved the whole spread but my instant favorites were the Doner Kebabs, Chicken Pizza, Paneer Tikka and the bomb Mocktails!! (Must Try- Virgin colada & Cloudy Mango)
After a huge and lavish starters spread, we began to take up the Main Course Buffet.
Had: Mutton Roghan Josh, Butter Chicken, Some Rice & Manchurian. The butter chicken was very flavorful, thick in texture & creamy. The Chinese section was delectable and savoring.
But the Mutton Roghan Josh served with the soft and amazing buttery breads just stole my heart completely!
To end the whole meal, we couldnโt resist but dig in their pastries, gulab jamuns, brownie & mousse.
My favorite out of them all was the Gulab Jamun!
Not to miss is their salad and fruits corner section. They have an amazing fruits & fresh salad corner to satiate your fresh cuts cravings.
Overall, this place is a must visit for a wholesome experience with your loved ones or friends.

So I recently visited the GFF after they revamped the place with a newer menu. They have let go of the unlimited buffet concept and went on with some interesting variety of cuisines in an ala carte format.
In starters, I really enjoyed the Tandoori Chicken, super moist and juicy, Chicken Seekh Kebabs & the star has to be that Paneer Tikka. Perfect charr, with no unnecessary cream and dressings. Just good quality cottage cheese cooked to perfection.
In mains I really enjoyed the Mutton Curry in non veg along with Paneer Lababdar in veg. Breads were just okay. In desserts, the Brownie, baked fresh in house was stellar to say the least. The gulab jamuns were disappointing. So kindly avoid ordering it.
The drinks scene needs a major look into but the owner told us that the head staff wasn't present on the bar that day. So I'll tick it off as an off day. Overall the place feels fresh and is surely going to be an interesting place to visit amongst a row full of cafe lounges and bars.
I am telling you that is right place for a heavy foodie but it costs same as the well ambienced restraunts like barbeque etcย but for the non veg lovers I must suggest for this and the speciality of the restraunt is its tawa pizza cost 800/- one person

This restaurant exceeds in terms of service, presentation, food, quality and ambiance. The restaurant is intimate, dim and beautifully decorated in a fine dinning setting that makes you feel cozy and right at home. The seating section is spread across 3 levels. The lower level has a huge screen for your entertainment and a wood fired oven adjacent to it. Above it, on a slightly higher level there are two segregated seating area out looking the bar. Special mention to the songs they played throughout our meal, they were a mix of famous tunes, something for everyone! ย
Menu:
The menu features many classics from around the globe, of course. It is well informative, simple but eye catching. I was a little hesitant at first seeing the menu and asked for recommendations so the staff suggested me some dishes, of which I RECOMMEND THESE:
1. Paneer tikka acahari : It was perfectly done with an overwhelming flavour of the achar masala This is a must order. ย
2. Mushroom Bharwan : Loved it! These were succulent but slightly crispy on the outside which i really liked. and the flavour they had was just soo good!ย
3. Tex Mex Burrito: First of all, the serving was huge! It was made from a huge well done tortilla stuffed with a tangy filling of chipotle, kidney beans and rice with some sour cream. Still drooling! Just go for it!ย
4. Paneer Lababdar : this was one of the most authentic and delicious that I've had. It was super creamy and smooth with cubed veggies mixed with the gravy. The contrast of flavors and textures were fantastic.

5. Wood Fired Pizza: Best thing about Global food factory! it is freshly made, hand tossed pizza with fine ingredients and sauce. LOVED IT! COMING FOR IT AGAIN!ย
6. Chocolate Fondant: SINFUL! and beautifully plated too. The chocolate cake was perfectly baked and the filled with the gooey chocolate ganache. Loved the sight of the ganache just oozing out of the cake in a single poke! MUST HAVE!If you are a fan of such treats, do not miss out on this one.
The bartender here is a genius. He asked us what all flavours we like so that he could create something really awesome with them and the Results were just out the world good! Those mocktails were just soo refreshing.ย
I would suggest asking the bartender or any of the staff member to suggest something that suites your taste!

The staff was friendly. Our waiter was knowledgeable and offered his suggestions when asked and we were not disappointed. The service was really fast!ย
Towards the end of the meal, head chef and the Owner visited the table and spoke about his dishes and passion for providing a fine dinning experience. The simple gesture validated the authenticity and kindness that the restaurant itself portrayed. From the beautiful ambiance, to the dishes layered in flavors and depth, everything was where it was supposed to be. The restaurant is a hidden Gem! I will absolutely be back to try many of the items that I didn't have an opportunity to on my first visit.

Global Food Factory, as its name suggests serves dishes from all corners of the world. But the thing that separates this place from other such places is that they have focused on quality instead of quantity and hence they have in their menu only the finest dishes from various cuisines unlike many restros that put in hundreds of dishes from the same cuisines but if you order a few of them, then you get to know only the taste is same, only names of the dishes are different. I've eaten at so many restros in Rajouri Gardenwe but when it comes to the taste of the food, this place is heads and shoulders above all the restros that i've been to in this locality. Recommend.
LOCATION: it is located at the ground floor in Vishal Enclave, Rajouri Garden. Barely five minutes walk from gate no.1 of Rajouri Garden metro station.
AMBIENCE: this is a fine dine place that has really spacious seating which is also equally comfortable. The interiors are classy with minimal decor. This place had high ceiling and that enabled them to design in such a way that it has a three storied structure inside the single floor that is something unique. Also they have separate areas if you are coming in groups.
SERVICE: staff here is as professional as it gets and the service speed is also pretty good.
FOOD & BEVERAGES: i was invited here for food tasting and even though i asked them not to serve any paneer dish as i don't dig into paneer that much, still most of the dishes they served me had paneer. Thats some freakish confidence as they told you would love our paneer and did i loved it.? Hell yeah..i usually only took a bite or two from paneer dishes here i cleaned the bowls. Its incredible how they made a paneer hater lick the bowls of paneer dishes..gotta say, highly impressed. Not just the paneer dishes, their hummus was one of the tastiest that i ever had and the custard that they served in desserts was near perfect. Up untill i had this custard i used to think custard tastes good only at home, restros always mess it up but their custard changed this thinking of mine. All in all, i didn't dislike even a single dish that i had here amd following one are what i would recommend if you are dining here:

Absolutely finger-licking delicious food. This is now my fav place to eat in Rajouri Garden. Be it the drinks or the food, everything here is amazing, loaded with flavors and taste.
Before I speak about the food, here is a little write-up for about the ambiance and service. The ambiance of this place is very unique. It's the only place in the locality which has been divided into three levels and has a large screen for live games [others do have the screen, but not the multi-level space]. The whole place seems spacious and is beautifully decorated.
The food & drinks. I don't drink alcohol and it's hard for me to get a nicely made mocktail which is too flavorful to please me. But, this place gains fulls marks when it comes to drinks. Their drinks is out of the world. Nothing can beat them. All their drinks are perfectly made and is too flavorful to resist.
With Drinks, I was served Falafel Pita and Hummus, Doner Kebabs and Mutton Seekh Kebab.Trust me, all were so tasty. The Falafel Pita and Hummus was too good. I cherished it so much, I can't write in words. Others were equally delicious and flavorful. The Kebab was so well-made and had that smokey flavor.
For mains, I ate Dal Makhani and Paneer Lababdar, with Lachha Paratha and Missi Roti. The Dal Makhani was so flavorful and rich and creamy. But it was the Paneer Lababdar that won my heart. Such an amazing preparation of Paneer. I would recommend the dish to all. It's so flavorful and tasty.
For Dessert, I had the Choco Lava Cake with Ice Cream. It was perfectly sweet. I enjoyed it.
To conclude the review, I can say that it's the place that I want to come back. The food here is what will bring me back

My final rating is already registered above and I must recommend this place to all and everyone. For once, don't go with others have to say and do visit this place.
Their buffets have been talked about a lot and all for good reasons. I tried their burger and a mocktail which was a differently flavoured version of ginger ale. The drink was superb! A must try for all mocktail lovers. Burger was served with fries for me (I ordered a chicken burger) and for my vegetarian friend, we loved the presentation which you can see in the picture and what was better than everything else there, food. Delicious is the word. This place is reasonably priced, great interiors with a wide screen in the middle and extremely friendly and helpful staff. This is the kind of place you would go to everyday, you know those 'you know where to find me' kinda places ?
Absolutely amazing food! Loved the burrito and the wood cutter pizza! Not sure why the place attracted less crowd or has lower rating. Courteous staff.. great ambience. Not the loud brewery that has become the norm in Rajouri but a place where you can chit chat with friends. Highly recommend! And oh just 1144 for 2, with a mocktail.
I have been serval time consistently fresh and tasty with friendly service . The food is small but with engoue option to keep you coming back it gets very at busy lunc . Specially thanks mangers Dharmendra misra and all the team .
First of all, not all the dishes in the menu are included in the buffet. We chose for the Veg lunch buffet and it had a separate menu with just about 5-6 starters. Kebabs were good, and so were the spring rolls, but didn't find the Paneer tikka and Malai chaap special. Didn't spend much time on main course because desserts were the major attraction. A wide variety of them and all were to drool for. Caramel profiteroles and Coconut creme brulee, both were the best, amongst others.

Wonderful experience. No questions in terms of ambiance and service. The staff is friendly and active. In terms of food, some items were good, some were average but most of the items stood out,especially in non veg. First the ambience, it was really nice, cosy and comfortable. You would want to spend time here.
Second, the staff is very courteous. Soft spoken, taking your requests with quite humbleness.
Third, the food. Buffet was available under 900/- for non-veg dinner. We had initially amritsari fish, then chicken tikka, tandoori chicken, pizza, pasta, non-veg platter including some fish and barbeque sauced chicken, mutton corn (can't remember the exact name) as starters, and all of them were equally good. There are veg starters as well if you are having non-veg plate. But our stomach didn't agree to those as we were already full.
Then, we had main course. There are a variety of veg and non veg dishes including some western dishes (as I can't remember the name). These main courses were also good even if I couldn't have all of them.
Then desserts. And yes, there are lots of varieties in it. Including desi gajar ka halwa, moon dal halwa, gulab jamun, carrot cake which is soft and delicious, brownies, chocolate mouse, and I especially liked one crรจme brulee mocha. It was amazing.
In all, we had good time and good food. I would recommend this once in a while.

Very nice place. Service is fast and staff is very nice. Chicken dishes are worth trying like tikka and chilly chicken. Thin crust pizza is also very good. Overall good place to hangout with friends and celebrate.
This place is amazing. We recently had a party of 35 attend the dinner buffet and the manager accommodated our every request - we were even allowed to dance at the expense of losing potential customers!
On top of that, the food was excellent. Starters included a assortment of vegetarian and non-vegetarian snacks. In particular, the pizza was delightful.
Our package included unlimited drinks as well - refreshing Virgin Mojito and Coke.

Food and service was very good. I organised a party for 35 people and all were well satisfied. They give good packages for party of different scales. Staff was also very coordinating and well spoken.

What a place to have endless amount of amazing dishes at such an affordable price! For all buffet lovers, this is a place worth every penny spent.ย
In all they serve about 20-25 types of starters veg-non veg, all tasting amazingly good! I tried all of them, which ofcourse didn't really leave any space in my tummy to fit in the main course, but that's again not something I would have missed on.
The main course isn't a very vast spread of dishes, but apt after having the endless starters.
Pasta Alfredo is a must try.ย

Buffets, are always fun as you get to eat an enormous quantity of food and here at global food factory,they take care of the quality as well.
So some days back,i had been planning to visit this place and then finally I went there with my friends.
First of all the ambience of this place is quite decent nothing very pep, with dim lights and a not so small sitting area. Then the buffet started, we were given the starters first which were very apt to the quantity and tasted good which included fish,chicken,chicken pizza and pasta among others. Though the service was a little slow but their humble attitude can cover that :)
Then the main course was supposed to be taken up by us and hence here no disappointment it was fresh,delicious and filling. I didn't ate much as starters kind of made me a bit full.
Also,desserts were to be served and i had to keep a little space for them! So the desserts were phirni,tiramisu cake,ice cream and donuts! Well in 650(for non veg) what else do you deserve? I highly recommend this place. A must visit ๐

It's a very wonderful experience to have lunch here. Starting from interior, presentation, quality of food all are good. If we compare it's starters, main course as well as dessert all are mind blowing. The taste is outstanding. Service is very good.

Incredible experience. This was my first time at this place, I was a bit apprehensive initially as I was also taking some of my friends with me. But I wasn't disappointed, to my surprise this was the best buffet I ever had. Bbq nations and Pirates of the grill don't even stand a chance infront of this awesome place. European style ambience was also very impressive. The quality of the food was brilliant. I loved this place. If you like a perfect amalgamation of food, service and ambience, this is surely the place worth visiting. Highly recommended.

The ambience is nice, not too dramatic, sober and soothing. This restaurant has a scrumptious buffet. The starters served on the table are absolutely great. The staff is very courteous and the hospitality is just at par with any five star hotel. The desserts are limited though. Worth visiting want to have a vast variety of food by paying some fixed amount of money.
The buffet looks a little disappointing(haven't tried, was discouraged by the dessert section). Alacarte menu is a condensed, selected collection of the best of several cousins. Tried wood fired pizza, was delicious. Tried a London Doner, was prepared very well. Lasagna was not what I was looking for, but no points taken away from the preparation, just not what I find delicious.

I have noticed this trend that whenever one craves for an economical buffet lunch there first choice is Barbecue nation or Pirates of Grill but here we also have Global Food Factory which is churning far better quality of food, with far more variety and at a buffet price which is similar to that of Barbecue nation or Pirates of Grill. The Ala-carte menu is just consisting of two pages yet it is very detailed and they have very carefully picked up dishes from around the globe to please their clientele.

Having read online about their most lavish buffet lunch, we decided to land at Global Food Factory located on the main najafgarh Road in Rajouri garden area. It was a spacious cafe with a cover of 60-70 pax. The place was very beautifully done up With a fully stocked up bar and the centre of attraction was a wood fired oven right in the middle of the restaurant. We were lucky to try out their new European menu, which was launched recently. As per discussion with the owner of the restaurant Gaurav Mehta, we were told, the menu is set keeping the surrounding areas in mind, so it was a mix of Indian and continental dishes.
The service was prompt and they started to serve us the appetisers as soon as we took the table. We tried
Cheesey smoked Mushrooms - an excellent flavourful dish which has cheese stuffed inside two mushrooms roundels attached to ensure the stuffing doesn't come out.
Vegetable Shawarma- Lebanese bread stuffed with cottage cheese and pickled veggies served with a creamy dip.
Trio of mushrooms babycorn and cottage cheese - was a delectable stir fried dish wherein all the three ingredients were pan fried along with onions, spring onions and some Bell peppers. Show stopper dish.
Wood fired Turkish Garlic bread- crunchy garlic bread made right in front of us in their wood fired oven, sprinkled with some herbs and chilli flakes
Gandhi ji Paris paneer tikka - soft succulent pieces of cottages cheese, very mildly spiced and the marination was creamy, very subtle flavours.
Dahi ke kebabs- pan fried kebabs made of hung curd which was very nice and flavourful to the last bite.
Wood fired Italian veg pizza- thin crust pizza with fresh exotic vegetables, it was Super crispy and very appetising. It had the perfect woody aroma as it was prepared in a wood fired oven.
We also ordered some drinks along with our appetisers and the drinks and the glasses were very classy.
Virgin lime margarita - this was a very refreshing mock tail. The lemon flavour was not at all overpowering.
The Whisky sour- combination of bourbon whisky with lime juice and sugar. I tried this for the first time on insistence of my friend Sidharth Bhan Gupta. It was absolutely fanciful.
Factory special Thai breeze- another refreshing drink with Thai flavours of kafir lime leaves, lemongrass, lime, sugar and lemonade. This was a terrific mocktail.
After having so much food, we had little space for the main course, so we tried small portions of a few dishes along with some Continental Buttered Rice.
Dal makhani - rich creamy lentil gravy, went very well with the Rice.
Kadhi pakoda- it is basically a curd based curry with fried vegetable balls in it. this is my weakness and if it's there in the buffet, I can't really miss this one.
Dishoom style kadhai paneer- diced soft cottage cheese cooked in onion tomato gravy, with whole spices, this was for me the dish of the day.
Fusion mushroom crepes - a very unique continental dish, which had mushroom based gravy and Was scrumptious.
Another reason for not having much food from the main course spread is that we wanted to savour the Desserts.
Spanish Churros- deep fried crispy sweet sticks came along with 2 chocolate dips both dark and white chocolate dips went very well with the churros.
Iranian bread pudding- not too sweet and a perfectly warm dessert to eat our meal
It was a incredible spread and all the dishes I tried were appreciable. The service was quick, although it took them 20 Minutes to prepare the margarita, but the overall experience was exceptional.
Will I visit again, oh yes considering I only had the Vegetarian food, I still have to try the non vegetarian dishes which looked splendid.

I had this weekend buffet there and it's was damm good the starters were awesome and the service was quite slow but I bet you that you can't have this type of buffet in rajouri .
Moreover if you are a student then it's just cherry on the top just carry your student I'd card and they give you 10% off per person
