+ Large number of seating with different types of seating makes it a bit interesting. So no problem to find a spot to put up during those waiting times or layovers.
+ Great variety of food ranging from Indian curries to English breakfast.
+ Two drinks are complimentary per person and paid after that.
+ TV, internet, calling, fax are few of the available services at the lounge.
+ Staff at the bar is very dedicated to his job. He not only served the customer but engages to understand what the customer is looking for. He gave information about the requested drink so that customer can make an informed decision when selecting a drink.

Great lounge at Delhi international terminal 3. Located on 2and floor. Good selection of indian and international food. Great selection of soft drinks. They also have local beers. Not crowded at all. Service was good. Follow sign for lounge A.
What a variety of experience! Through years of travel and multiple trips a year, it is my firm view this happens at all of these lounges. The Airline versions usually are better.
Our experience today was a friendly welcome, okay food, very clean bathroom (mind you some pig had fouled the toilet - between my visit and my partner's visit - and not cleaned up after himself - when did this become the fault of staff?). There is an excellent array of reading materials and working power plugs.
All in all a 4 star experience, with a not to bad Chenin Blanc.
It is very good lounge at IGI T3. Ambiance is very good. Staff is very helpful and the comfort level is high.
The food options are very good too. Much tastier than other lounges.
It is good place to relax before the flight. The staff makes you feel comfortable and is always welcoming.
Less crowded and reasonable layout of food. Drinks options are limited but not constraining. Wash rooms can get crowded at times.
I traveled with Malaysian air in Jan and got invited to the lounge. It’s pleasant, the food variety is Indian and Chinese plus British and Indian desserts. I rate the customer service high, also the spacious arm chair booths. Coffee was just ok, but it didn’t bother the experience much. Not very crowded at the time when I visited, towards the lte evening time and midnight flight.

Decent place with good service and food options. Delhi airport itself has become quite interesting with more stores and restaurants so the lounge is good to just sig back and relax for a bit.
Good food, nice big space. Kids friendly. Clean toilets but shower room had kind of mould. It was as nice looking like rest of facility. Lots of food choice.
Since it's an international business lounge they should install power sockets which can be used with European or US devices.
Some of the old age staff is really nice and caring, young guys were not very pleased when asked for help but the old guys made up.
They can also have some televisions with sports or news, just a suggestion.
All together pleased with food and space to relax.
It's a nice lounge on Delhi IGI T-3 International Departure. I like the food: they have lots of vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Plus lots of soda, juice and alcoholic beverages. The ambience is good, nice music. Sitting space is very comfy. I visited after 10p and this place looks clean, service is nice. Really this places shows the true value of ITC Hotels and hospitality.
The only con to this lounge is the shower facilities. I was looking forward to getting a shower/clean up a bit before my flight back to Tokyo, but the cleanliness and amenities are extremely disappointing.
Side note, if you have access to the Plaza Premium lounges, the lounge on "B' side is quite nice and has better facilities, amenities, seating, food, etc
Tasty food and well stocked bar: there is plethora of very tasty Indian food, not some run off the mill stuff like in other places. ITC name lives up to its reputation. The bar is well stocked and there is plenty of choice for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The place was not crowded, there was enough room for everyone to relax.
Pretty decent lounge. Open seating in Delhi. Could see a few doves on the day we visited. Tasty Indian food. Quiet and not so crowded like the next door lounge. Had to scratch a card to use internet - pretty lame. Good service though. Pretty good collection of newspapers.
