Hoot bistro is a very nice cafe/lounge in Rajouri garden. It’s very spacious and has an outdoor sitting too and that is beautifully decorated. According to me, the place is a bit crowded and the music is pretty loud but if you like partying environment then this is the right place for you. I munched
