Urban Sip- This coffee shop is located in Okhla Phase 3 and is a life saviour for all the offices nearby. The cafe has good options for food & beverages😊. I really liked their grilled sandwiches & Cold Coffee.

It's a nice place to hangout at any time of the day. As it is located at an office area, the crowd is mostly office people. They have nice options for both hot and cold beverages and quite a few variety in tea and coffee both. The sandwiches and pastas are also pretty satisfactory. It's a peaceful place where one can sit and relax and have a nice chat. It's mostly less crowded and is open till late evening. So you can have a me time also after work and enjoy good food too to take out the work stress.
I tried almost everything of this cafe the taste is well maintained and amazing, as this cafe is in office area so it’s best for corporates.

Visited this place with a colleague on a work afternoon. This probably is the only place sir and have coffee in the vicinity.
Urban sip has ample space and comfortable sitting though the service is a little slow.
We ordered cappuccino’s and the taste was amazing.
A really nice and reliable place to have tea/coffee and food and to just sit and chill. I had ordered a cup of lemon tea and pepper chicken with brown sauce. The Lemon tea was decent and the pepper chicken was also nice. The brown sauce specially was yummy. A must try place.
A lifesaver in this part of Delhi where there was nothing for years but roadside eateries.
Ordered lemon fish which was divine and the vegetables served along with it were fresh and well cooked, the lemon drink was fresh and correct temperature.
Not many options for desserts though the chocolate pastry I had was moist and tasteful.
Staff was polite and prompt and looked after us very well, even helped me rescue my car when someone had parked in front of me.

Try their cappuccino! It has a great bean flavour. Pasta arabiatta and Pizza are worth a try. They have a thin crust and are baked fresh . Very nice ambience and greatly priced. They accept payment in cash or card or Paytm. Friendly staff and a tidy place to sit at ease and enjoy a meal in a busy corporate environment. Must visit if you are hungry between office hours or otherwise.

A very neat coffee house in Okhla Phase III, and I must say it should and would thrive as a business since there is no diner in immediate vicinity. Taste is good and prices are reasonable as well
Amazing food...superb...just tood good to have anytime...strategically positioned for all corporates and offices...nice ambience, quick delivery, 1st class quality and delicious taste...i have tried cold coffe extra strong, chicken tikka sandwich...its so good that i couldnt resist of finishing the whole instead of my stomach was bloating...quantities are gigantic. Keep it up guys.
Amazing and Superb experience. Ambience was just perfect. Like a cafe should be. I went with my friends and ordered Pizza (179Rs), Urban Special White Sauce Pasta (169Rs), Vanilla and Strawberry Shake(150Rs each) and Paneer Wrap (146Rs). Extremely polite staff, seats were comfortable. And I loved all the quotes which they have put at different places. They have opened this branch of Okhla, Phase 3 recently. It's just in centre area of all the offices. Best for lunch time, relaxation and corporate meetings.

This cafe is amazing, the location of this cafe is really perfect for working peoples like you can also do meetings here with having tasty food! The quality and taste of food is really amazing, If I talk about the ambience which is also amazing even they have arrangements of outside seatings! Best cafe in okhla phase-3, I must say! You can reach here by any mode of transport, the nearest metro station is Govindpuri and NSIC! You have to pick rikshaw from both of the stations!
