Diets generally mean that you have to stick to home-made food and mostly bland veggies but I decided to try out food from Nutritious Nation just to see if it actually is as healthy as they say. And yes they are.
I ordered the desi fuel chilla for myself and the crusted chermoula fish for my brother. The chilla was just how wanted it with cottage cheese stuffing on the side. ***super healthy***
The fish came in cooked to perfection with a portion of brown rice and sautéed veggies all with tomato basil sauce, which made the food absolutely delicious. ***must try***
I also ordered the Hazelnut cafe mocha because obviously I needed some cheat in my meal and it was oh-so-yum!
They delivered it well in time and packed so that the food wouldn’t spill.
All in all a great healthy food experience and I will definitely order again!
Yesterday ordered some nutritious food from Nutritious Nation. They have introduced a new cheat menu and their menu has details regarding the nutrition that we are getting by having that particular dish. You get a variety of salads, sandwich, rice to choose from and various juices as well.
I had ordered
- skinny mint chocolate beverage
- Moroccan Chicken biryani
- guilt free grilled karahi chicken
I must say that I was enjoying every bite of it.
Usually when we think of Nutritious food we think of blande food but this had spices and my family loved i a lot. Even now they are craving for this.
The quantity was good and loved the presentation as well. The taste was not like highly spicy like what we usually have but on a lighter end and tasty as well.
The chocolate drink had lesser amount of sugar and it was good too.
Gonna recommend it guys who want to have a guilt free food experience.

Making the body happy for a change! I recently tried food from Nutritious Nation and while I found the menu to be extensive, I think they lacked variety in vegetarian food with most of the dishes being centered around ‘cottage cheese’ and ‘tofu’. Though kudos for the quality of food and I must add that the food was delivered piping hot and on time. I tried -
• Mediterranean Fuel with Tofu Steak - high in protein and definitely appetising; the sauce was similar to marinara that went well with the brown rice and the greens.
• Chermoula Crusted Chicken - similar to the above dish; in terms of taste I couldnt tell if chermoula was even there. The base, the rice and the veggies were same for both dishes except for the protein. This dish could be refined more.
• Skin Glow Juice - absolutely refreshing and definitely delicious. Just the perfect consistency.
Definitely a good meal and even better when you know what you are consuming in terms of the calorie intake. Cheers!!

I have ordered multiple times from this place and it has always delighted me. Today, I ordered Veg protein burger and it was just okay. No doubt it is healthy and doesn’t make you feel guilty for indulging in. However, I feel there could have been a layer of sauce/dip to make it less dry. Overall a good place if you are looking for some healthy options!
Really love to order from this place, whenever I feel like having healthy food though not compromising on the taste of the food.

Greek chicken roll was healthy for sure good quantity of chicken even but taste of wrap wasn’t good maybe its low calorie and good for health but i would not prefer to eat that green wrap again but yeah inside wrap ingredients was good like broccoli and veggies
This place does not skimp on good ingredients. The dishes I ordered were chock-full of nutritious vegetables, from coloured bell peppers to courgette to broccoli to olives and so on. I have eaten at other so-called health food restaurants as well where my order included a separate order of veggies, and what I got was a few beans with a couple of slivers of coloured bell peppers on the entire plate. Not only did the food cost more than the food at Nutritious Nation, but it was also a disgrace to food in general and not just health food.
The food I ordered from Nutritious Nation was light and flavourful, and one could taste each individual ingredient. It simply tasted healthy. However, I was the most impressed by the quality of ingredients. The food tasted fresh and light, and I can't wait to order from them again. I wish them all the best.

I've ordered only juices from here - and they were great. An orange-carrot and a detox juice. Ordered it as I left the gym and it reached home within minutes of my reaching. The juices were perfect temperature, definitely felt fresh and natural and seemed perfect blend of all ingredients. The juice comes in a small bottle - gulp and you miss kind and the price is quite reasonable. I will definitely order more from here.
The average rating of 3.9 doesn't seem to do justice, and while I haven't tried other items, for that reason, am giving them a 5.
Its a good pick up & delivery joint, we loved their vegetarian wraps, tofu and mix veg wrap was good and filling, price wise ok, good for ordering at home, its a better option eating a role.

The name is justified as each ingredient was full of nutrition. Kids loved it too. Dressings were also very different.

Since I am trying hard to eat healthy and carry on a healthy lifestyle, I applied the filture of healthy food on zomato and was just searching out for options when i saw this outlet.
This outlet has some serious offerings to give. I ordered herb grilled chicken fuel, fish cake wrap and hang over cure (for obvious reasons. :P ).
Well, grilled chicken was sorted. It had vegetables around it along with mashed potato and grilled chicken was too soft. The quantity was great and i was done upon eating whole of it. Such a fulfilling dish. Also a totally healthy one ! Fish cake wrap came in a tortilla bread and it was something i loved a lot. Quite different, had apt fulfilling and along with mint sauce, it just felt complete. Lastly, detox juice was way refreshing. It just reversed my dehydration. It had apple, orange, carrot, celery and beetroot. Trust me, it's such a good option to drink. I wish i could drink such a juice everyday at my home.
Great offerings from this outlet. Agreed that the price is lil bit on a higher side but trust me, worth the bucks.

Herb grilled chicken fuel meal was quite fulfilling. It had grilled chicken along with assorted veggies with mashed potatoes. It was quite a meal. Apt protein and carbs. Loved it. Fish cake wrap was crazy. It came in a wheat tortilla bread and it had good stuffing. It was actually quite good in taste and bit different than regular wrap what we usually eat. Hangover cure was refreshing. It had orange, apple, carrot, beetroot and celery.

It is a very good place to have healthy and delicious food at the same time. You can find many salads at different places but you will not find such tasty food as well as which is healthy . If you want to try healthy food you can visit here and try salads because they are very nice. I suggest you to must visit this place .

I've been ordering from Nutritious Nation lately. Neat packaging, great taste, apt portion and quick delivery.
Strongly recommend their comfort fuel which is my personal favorite. Their whole wheat wrap is pretty good and the beetroot dip that they send along is to die for!

I ordered the cajun spiced chicken and the Veg Protein burger
The Cajun spiced Chicken was a salad with chicken breast , with a lot of greens , peppers , olives,cherry tomatoes, raisins , almonds,fig , pomegranate , purple cabbage. I ordered my dressing as lemon and Olive oil . There possibly cannot be a better combination. The salad was so fresh,light yet filling the stomach.
Second, i ordered the Veg protein burger . Yes , a healthy burger with a wheat bun , chickpeas patty . Also , the burger came with a dip and i ordered mine as the beetroot hummus , the dip tasted as good as it looks. It complimented the burger well .
In my second order i ordered the Whole wheat penne
YES a healthy pasta.
It's definitely my guilty pleasure.
Overall , definitely worth the money . And obviously food's good when you don't have to worry about the calories.

I have tried the following:
1. Fish cake wrap: Tender sole fish kebas wrapped in whole wheat tortilla wrap, served along with mint sauce.
2. Protein on a bun: Grilled chicken patty between whole wheat buns served with beetroot hummus dip, the dip was delicious.
Both the items that I tried were nice. The pricing is just a little bit on the higher side, but one can definitely give it a try especially when they are often running BOGO offers on Zomato.
I ordered from this place because Zomato had a fantastic "Buy One Get One Free" deal on food delivery. This was I could try more dishes and give a complete review.
I ordered the grilled chicken salad with lemon herb dressing and was glad that I could choose my dressing instead of receiving a standard one. The salad was delicious, and I especially loved the raisins for a sweet touch.
My father ordered the egg and mayo sandwich with guacamole. It was tasty but the eggs were served in an omelette style which is never as good as a scrambled egg sandwich. It felt like the establishment were too lazy to go the extra mile for the scrambled egg filling.
On a different day I ordered the chermoula ccrusted fish which was quite spicy and flavorful. I chose the mushroom couscous to go along with it which was super filling.

Nutritious nation is one of the best places to cheat if you're also a diet freak... The food is really good... The nutritious values are also mentioned in the menu so that you could keep a check on what you're eating... I ordered protein on a bun (my favorite from this place), Moroccan biriyani and Cajun spice chicken wrap... All over it was a guilt free cheat.

Such a delight to find this place neatly tucked away in GK2, it might have been a secret for me if I wasn't bored of eating at Subway. The problem with these 'pretentious, commercial diet food' places like Subway and pita pit is that they promise more but deliver way less.

Since we have become super conscious of consuming clean and healthy food, this delivery outlet was the first thing under our radar. The menu is so appropriate for those who are genuinely following a diet and need to be aware of exactly what they’re eating.
So we ordered two meals that made our day so well!
1. Herbed Grilled Chicken Fuel - this meal is so scrumptious as it has grilled chicken in mushroom sauce along with mashed potatoes and green veggies. Very apt portioning as well.

I had their protein on a bun which is a grilled chicken burger with a whole wheat bun. And the second thing i had was their Chicago chicken club sandwich.
For both i chose their beetroot hummus dip.
The bun taste really good and the chicken breast in the middle was beautifully cooked.
The sandwich had olives omelette and mushrooms along with chicken breast and chicken ham.
The taste was phenomenal.
Both tasted even better with beetroot hummus dip.

I am quite particular about my diet, and am always on the look out for healthy places to order in from. I have so far found only very few places that are authentically healthy, these guys make the list.
I love the turbo fuel (fish wih rice ) and is a staple go to meal when I'm hungry but want a healthy meal as well. Their oatmeal bowl can be a little better with more fruits & nuts, but all in all, good quality.
I only like and order peri peri cottage cheese steak and the stars are for the dish only. I prefer home delivery to dining at the store as the stores have less space and not so comfortable furniture.

I ordered a couple of non veg listings and a juice. The Cajun spiced chicken wrap was quite leafy, wrapped in a whole wheat bread and mildly spiced chicken. Also had the Herb Chicken Fuel , shredded chicken tossed in mild mushroom sauce served with potato mash and tossed vegetarian. This dish was a perfect balance of proteins and carbs . To gulp the food down , I enjoyed a refreshing and healthy juice made of orange , ginger and lime called the Immunity booster.

Had been craving something fresh and healthy for so long until i finally placed an order from here while i was at a friend's place.
The menu is literally quite extensive in terms of healthy food and also mentions about the calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre involved in the same.
The order was delayed by sometime but it wasn't an issue since we placed an order for hi-tea, post lunch.
I had ordered-
MIXED BERRY PROTEIN SHAKE- it was thick as i wanted it and so refreshing with no added sweetner and natural sweetness of berries made it all the more better.
CRUNCHY GRANOLA BERRY BOWL- it was basically granola served in low fat yoghurt topped with honey and mixed berries, though the granola became soggy by the time it got delivered, yet it tasted fine.
CAJUN SPICED CHICKEN SALAD- it was grilled chicken breast served with salad mix along with raisins, almonds, pomegranate with salad dressing.
It was a very pleasurable healthy experience!
