We ordered a gluten free, vegan chocolate ganache cake from Bliss bakery. It has to be said that Mahak made a very difficult cake possible in little time and with great flavors. No eggs, butter etc were used and it still was a beautiful moist cake. This was not a typical almond flour cake but made from sorghum, coconut flour. I would like thank Mahak and her team for using great quality of ingredients and giving great detail to our order. Will definitely recommend her for gluten free and vegan cakes.
I was out exploring bakeries in G.K is when I came by this cute bakery. I had bought Chocolate truffle cake, mini muffins and Chocolate Almond cookies from here. The cake was super delicious and was loved by everyone. The muffins were also delicious and soft. The cookies were delicious too. All in all every single item was super delicious and loved. This bakery is my new favourite now! Highly recommended :)

Nestled in the back alley of GK1 M Block market, it's a quaint, alfresco cafe where head chef and proprietor Mahak Malik whips up sumptuous guilt-free savouries, cakes, pastries made with the finest ingredients andā¦ home-made, eggless, gelatine-free ice-cream I fell in love with at first scoop! Why meā¦ anyone would fall for the love and conscience laced with the ingredients. What am I talking of? Mehak left a promising career in engineering when she developed a passion for baking, got a patisserie diploma from Le Cordon Bleu, London and worked with Chef Sabyasachi Gorai to get hands-on experience. In 2016, she opened Bliss Bakery.
My first impression was one of a Parisian cafe with its sidewalk tables shaded with umbrellas, its mint and ivory interiors, its shelves with whole wheat breads, cakes, macarons and ice-creams. As Mehak and I sat down at a table, I realised Bliss Bakery is not just another cafe ā it embodies a nutritional philosophy that emphasises wellness. "I take pride in preparing everything fresh, from scratch; you will never find chemicals, preservatives, dairy cream, butter, refined sugar, dalda-based artificial creams or margarine! My core focus is on premium ingredients; I provide nutrients the body craves for" Mehak told me over cappuccino and the softest slice of sugar-free "Eggless Vegan Moist Chocolate Pound Cake" that was strong on flavour.
People who have dined here appreciate the straightforwardness of guilt-free goodies and it's easy to understand why they are attracted to a culinary experience that's wholesome, nutritious and sumptuous. I appreciated this when I sampled hot-seller, "Dark Chocolate Sorbet" ā with seventy per cent dark chocolate and water! A dark, decadent treat, velvety in the mouth, with a chocolate-ii after-taste. A must for chocolate lovers! Though this was the crowning glory, I also loved "Burnt Strawberry Sorbet" which teased my palate with the goodness of smoked, fresh strawberries.
Reminiscing of the afternoon with Mehak, my overall impression is that the bakery- with- a- conscience gives you an invaluable opportunity to indulge in guilt-free deelish goodies. It's food in which you can believe. And I highly recommend a visit if you haven't been there. Bon Appetite!

Tucked away from the hustle (yes, and bustle) of the M block market, the bakery is very much in M block! Best of both worlds, I say! Ā A quaint exterior with pista green paint and white and wooden tones meshing in at the right spots, makes it a calming, cooling welcome space. A sweet haven and a dessert heaven. I was there to sample #ScoopIt ice creams with the master chef and owner Mehak.
The self effacing boss lady took me through her process of the vegan dark chocolate sorbet, made with with coconut milk base, (not disclosing the entire recipe), the vanilla bean, mocha Almond fudge( I loved the home made silken fudge flavour , chocolate chip, milk chocolate hazel nut Gianduja, Ā and the piece de resistance - the burnt strawberry and Ā black currant yogurt.
Relished the real fruit flavours of the last two, especially (if you are a sweet- too sweet a fan, then you might find the sugar a tad less)Ā
The seating though was cramped and the best way to enjoy the ice creams is to stand and have it , as Al fresco is a little too early for the season right now. With natural, organic ingredients sourced form reliable trusted places, and her belief in conscious preparations, Mehak's offerings are a true bliss. One scoop of the ice cream will not be as cheap as the drugstore variety available everywhere, but it will sit light on your tummy- take your pick!

My taste buds have adjusted to dark stuff 60%, 70%, and so on. I can stomach it !!!
But the choclate is great !!! The amount of packaging is phenomenal and all the plastic is non-recyclable. Not very environmentally conscious.
Your chocolate covered nuts assortment is the very best Iāve ever had, and Iām in love !
Will be soon visiting you to get my own favourites customised like the classic concoctions . With more adventurous flavors, such as Grapefruit and Sea salt and mints .

I had ordered cake on 19th of April. The delivery was on time and the taste was amazing. I was a bit concern about the price as it was expensive according to the size of cake however when i tasted the cake, it was worth to pay.
I got cake jar yesterday. It was served in small cute jar. Again must say the taste is amazing. Lovely flavor and amazing chocolate spread.. would definately order from here again and try other flavor and delicacies as well.
A cute outlet in M block, it has beautiful outdoor sitting giving a country feel. The bakery is a dream of an engineer turned dreamer. The place offers you with sumptuous desserts and in house made icecream. Vegan dark frost icecream is a must. Do try the freshly prepared icecream shakes. They were real heavy and tasty. The Banoffee and Gooey Brownie Jar are undoubtedly the best desserts out there in the whole market. For Salty teeth, one must try the veg roasted croissants. Oh my god, it was delectable. I especially liked the Red Velvet Muffin. It was just perfect in itself. All in all, the place is definitely a must try and is good in price too. The staff was very loving and courteous. A small Petite Bakery with such royal flavor in their ambiance. They made effort to make customers experience worthwhile. The things I ordered were::
1. Chicken Tikka Sandwich :: Amazing crunch to it. Grilled to perfection. The thing that makes me want it more is the succulent pieces of chicken.
2. Mocha Cold Coffee:: Loved the Bitterness, loved the coffee flavor.
3. Viatnamese Cold coffee:: Yumm. The creme layer on the top was just amazing.
4. Chocolate Cups:: Thin lining of the cups made it crunchy and tasty.

The best part about Bliss Bakery is that they have their own ice creams. The owner makes a kind-of-diet free ice creams in various flavours.
I tried all the Jars and absolutely loved the Brownie jar and Banoffee Pie Jar.
They had some really tasty appetizers too!
P.S. If you're a coffee person, you should definitely visit this place and have their Mocha flavoured dishes.
For all your sweet sensations, this is the places to be. They have an amazing range of sweet and savory products which are delicious. I personally loved their shakes which were very thick and tasty.

Had brunch at Bliss Bakery with a friend. This place is too cute and budget friendly.
We tried lot of desserts and truly loved the Banoffee Pie Jar.
It was the best Banoffee I have tasted yet.
The veggie sandwich was also really tasty!
If you're a mushroom lover, you should definitely try their mushroom sandwich.
The USP of this cute place apart from the ideal location and good food is that the management is super courteous and warm. They'd ensure that your visit becomes memorable.

A cute little bakery in the main market of GK I, Bliss has grabbed enough attention of fellow shoppers because of their amazing quality and hospitality.
They can seat 3-4 people indoors and 6-7 people outdoors. Best thing about this place is that they prepare everything inhouse, even chocolate, breads and ice creams.
Mahak, the owner of this bakery has a great a vision and has taken her hobby passionately further and made a successful career out of it.
Everything on the menu has an inspiration or a story behind it.
I tried their Strawberry milkshake, Iced tea, Mushroom cheese Panini, chocolates, rose and pistachio cookies and banana muffin. They practically ace the quality/quantity game. Also theyāve launched a new shake, Freak Shake which has 3 layers of ice cream with brownie and freshly made waffle cone at the top.
Their ice creams are really fresh and the shake was really thick and tasty. Panini had enough filling which melted in the mouth with the cheese. All the chocolates were delicious and muffin was super soft and very light. Cookies had no natural identicals or artificial flavours, it was made with rose petals and pistachios.
They have such a huge variety to offer. I am definitely visiting again! Cheers!

Amazing bakery with with a lot of salt and sweet savagery. The owner and the staff is well versed with menus and each snack and dessert is made with a lot of passion and love. The bakery is neat, clean with positive vibes. The presentation of each dessert and snack is perfect. The service is quick and i did not have to wait even when the bakery had many costumers. The hospitality was amazing. The quantity and quality of each dish i had was great. It has lavish dessert i would say. I tried :-
Ice creams :- all the ice cream are organic. They are especially made. I tried a lot of fat free creams like dark chicken icecream which was made with water and chocolate only and surprisingly it tasted so well. Black current ice cream i could taste resins. The colour was so appealing that it looked very tempting and tasted tempting as well.
Black current ice cream milkshake :- it was amazing with the organic flavors and i could taste the resins mixed with the milk. The colour was perfect and it was a very refreshing milkshake.
Freaky freeze :- it had 4 layers it was made with lot of creativity. The melted milk chocolate, 2 flavor ice cream, walnut brownie and ice cream cone sprinkled with sprinkle colourful candy. Must try.
Regular croissant:- the layers were amazing. It was well baked on a perfect temperature. It looked crispy from outside and soft from inside. The taste was perfect and i t actually tasted like croissant. Signature snack must try.
Vegetables cheese tart:- it was very neat and i did not expect it to go so well with the quoting which it did. The quoting was not saggy. It was baked on a perfect temperature and tasted fresh.
Gooey brownie:- it was presented in a regular size jar. In which there were 2 layers one by one thin milk chocolate-cream and brownie. The jar was made to heat for 15 max i guess to melt the the thin cream. The cream tasted very well and the brownie i have never had such tasty brownie in delhi. Signature dessert must try.
Overall i had a wonderful sweet experience. And hats off to the owner who was on her toes and was so passionate about her bakery.

Itās a quite little tucked in the bylanes of GK1, M block market. Having crossed it often, on my way in or out of the market, have picked up quite a things from there. Their cheese and jalapeƱo and chicken sandwich are perfect for an early dinner. A friend was over and needed vegan, gluten free stuff, they were happy to deliver. Their cookies are super yum too!
Sandwiches were fresh and good. The lemon cupcake had no trace of lemon, though.
Good service however late delivery.
Ordered their muffins they were on BOGO - a variety of 4 flavours. They were delivered just within the delivery time. They came badly packaged and messily marked. The date and walnut muffin was terrible and crumbly. The others were dry and artificial tasting. Never ordering from here again.
EDIT: they called me to find out more about what went wrong with the order and were very carefully listening to my feedback. They also sent some goodies to make up for it which tasted nice and fresh so Iām editing their rating to 3.5. Appreciate their effort, time & gesture.

A small bakery which packs a big punch, Bliss Bakery is located near the exit of M- Block Market of GK 1.All items are prepared with good ingredients and all are worth a try.I tried a variety of items.1. Whole wheat bread and focaccia- in terms of these two products, this bakery will now rank in my top 5 in Delhi. The breads were really soft and delicious.2. Chocolate Pound Cake- This cake can be kept up to 7 to 8 days in your fridge, and still, it will not lose its freshness and softness. The cake is super moist and really delicious.3. Goey Brownie- one of the standouts, This brownie melted once heated up a bit. It is of the sinful indulgences we should enjoy once in a while. It is a mouth-watering treat.
4. Cookies- I specifically went to this bakery for its cookies. Really delicious and quite different from all other cookies available in Delhi, all the cookies, especially the chocolate cookies are worth the bucks.
Do try this bakery... The people there also served me well and made me try out a few things.

Keeping health in mind, its a No Chemical Bakery. Focus is kept on natural ingredients, even the colors.
Inspite of this the taste remains great or I can say, the best. They have a really nice menu with creative cakes, cup cakes, macrons, jars, chocolates, sandwiches, quiches, cold coffee, drinks, ice creams, cookies and yogurts.
They even have great packagings for boxes and baskets.
I tried their Chilly Cheese Sandwich, Chocolate Brownie Jar, Vanilla Ice Cream and Mocha Cold Coffee. Each bite was a bliss indeed.
I ordered from bliss bakery an egg less cream and cookies cake. They called me to say they will be about an hour late as they are making it fresh for me. I was happy to wait but they were later than they said they would be and the order took about 2.30 approx.
The cake was very nicely made, it wasn't too sweet, which was perfect for us. Definitely recommend if you like your cakes light and not too sugary.
They forgot the Zomato treat and I thought they are not coming back. But they did come back and send a me a message saying sorry for the delay. These small gestures are the ones that makes them a bakery focused on customer satisfaction.

Just walking down the lane, I discovered this cute cafe which has delicious treats waiting for me.
I was not sure as to what to order so I started with a coffee.
Vietnamese coffee- A delicious blend of coffee. Not too sweet as to overpower the taste of the coffee. A must have. You can have it in a take away as well.
After my coffee experience turned out to be great, I decided to munch on something.
Mushroom sandwich- A mouthwatering sandwich indeed. Mushrooms mixed with a delicate cream sauce, not too spicy and not at all bland. A must, must try.
There was no chance of going without tasting anything sweet from a bakery.
Banoffee pie- Comtained in a car, it had right about of bananas, cream and toffee. This one was with crumbled biscuits which added a crunch to the soft banana and cream. A must have.
Espresso brownie- It was chocolate-yyyy!!! With a touch of coffee, the taste was so enhanced that I couldn't stop eating it.
This bakery is a gem, and you cannot go from the market without stopping by.

Bliss Bakery located at Greater Kailash 1 market comes at the top of my list of best bakeries in South Delhi.
A small and beautifully done up place with good vibed interiors.
They have freshly prepared, a wide selection of cakes.
Theyāre also happy to do themed cakes on request.
We love the mocha cold coffee, gooey brownie cake jar, the nutella heaven, the dried fruit pound cake, the cheese sandwich and the multigrain bread which I took back home. The desserts and savories are mind blowing.
They have a small seating place for about 10 people right outside where you can spend some quality time chit chatting over yummy treats.
If youāre feeling lazy, you can order yourself some baked goodness and theyāll have it delivered straight to your doorstep.
I love them for the easy access, the quality and freshness they offer.

Bliss Bakery is a beautiful Bakery located in south Delhi's favourite M block market.. I went to shop yesterday and wanted to grab lunch and ended up here. It was beautiful afternoon and they had small seating outside in the sun. Got to know that the place is owned by engineering graduate Mahak whose passion is baking! All the cakes and pastries looked super delicious. It was tough to decide as everything looked heavenly.
Ordered their blueberry cheesecake, chicken quiche and mocha cold coffee. The cheesecake was soft and creamy topped with delicious blueberries. Chicken quiche was nice and spicy.. it had delicious filling of chicken with tomatoes in spices in yummy crunchy base. The mocha was completely my kind.. strong and not so sweet.
I was full but wanted to try their grilled sandwich as well..so shared Mushroom and cheese melt. The sandwich was nicely filled, the cheese was oozing out and it had loads of delicious mushrooms.
Ended my delicious meal with a scoop of black currant sorbet which was a little tangy with chunks of delicious raisins! They have house made delicious icecreams, gluten free as well!
I had such a great time here and got some cupcakes packed for home as well.

When you step into this tiny Bakery, you are greeted by its smiling owner who enthusiastically tells you about all her products and generously offers you a taste of her ice creams. The owner is also the Chef- an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu, London.
I always love eateries that are owned by the Chef. There is a certain dignity of labour that's missing in other restaurants.
I wanted to try their famous 70% Dark Chocolate Gelato but unfortunately it was sold out. So, settled for an Espresso, and the Dark Chocolate Pastry which the Owner graciously offered to warm up. The Espresso was very strong and I loved it. The Pastry had a velvety sheen and oozed chocolate out of ever pore. Absolutely loved it!
Bliss Bakery is a must visit! There is not a lot of seating space , so pick a time that's not too busy. They have lovely outdoor seating which is perfect for Delhi Winters.

A really cute bakery in GK M-block market. They have a lot of variety/options to choose from. What I really liked is that they have gluten free and sugar free options in some of their bakery products e.g. muffins! They also have a dairy free chocolate ice cream option and yet the ice cream tasted almost as creamy and yum! Even in their cakes, they have an all-mousse-cake option i.e. no sponge at all. I really appreciated all the variations they had to offer - will definitely go again!
Hands down the best bakery in Delhi! Absolutely delicious and fresh cakes delivered in no time! The chocolate mousse with orange curd and brownie is a must try.

The desserts are really lip smacking i found the macaroons and red velvet the most awesome out of all we tried. They even have variety of drinks which you can combine with many things.
Highly recommended! We ordered around 80 hampers of cookies as wedding favours and were extremely happy with the product and packaging. The cookies taste of quality ingredients and have just the right amount of sweetness. Mehak of Bliss Bakery was so professional and delivered all the hampers on time, it was truly a pleasure ordering from her.

Baked goods are a part of our daily lives. Most of the days we start with bread or biscuits and the day may end with a sweet Pastry treat. While searching for Diwali gifting option I came across Bliss Bakery. The bakery is slightly outside the hyped M Block Market, a small but wonderful place.
As it was 2 days left for Diwali the bakery has some fine hampers on display. On enquiring I came to know their products are don't have any preservatives and they use butter instead of vegetables fat or shortening.
Tried some of their Cookies which tasted much better than ordinary cookies. They also make their own bread, different types of bread can be found here. Shelf life of these products are a bit less but are worth every penny spend.
I also tried their Sandwich which was pretty good and value for money. Good Macaroons are also found here apart from fabulous Pastries and Cakes. Also ice creams are made in-house here. I love their Roasted Strawberry flavour, their Chocolate Ice Cream is way different than what we get anywhere.
No doubt the place is no regular bakery. Picked some of their goodies and loved every bit of it. Strong recommendation for this place.

After shopping from the market, I knew I wanted to eat something really good and delicious. We spotted this cutesy bakery, and went inside. I ordered:
1) Frappe: This was a really basic yet delicious cold coffee and was worth the price. It had chocolate sauce too, really creamy and frothy!Ā
2) Chilli Cheese Toasties: I cannot recall the last time I had a cheeseful indulgence like this. The sandwiches were loaded with cheese and oregano, probably my favourite thing from their menu.Ā
3) Red velvet Cupcake: The best thing about this bakery is that they use natural products, even for the colouring purposes. The Red Velvet cupcake got its colour from beetroot and you can actually feel the flavour of uniqueness in this.Ā
4) Dark Chocolate Dairy Free Sorbet: trust me, you're not a chocolate fan if you haven't tried this thing from the outlet! They serve the BEST HOMEMADE ICECREAM! Please do yourself a favour and try this dark chocolate ice cream, it's slightly bitter one, but a MUST TRY!
I've given a 0.5 extra for their interiors, it's a really cutesy place to sit and chat!

Cute cosy little place
Seatings for two inside and for around 10 outside
They have good variety of desserts as well as gift packs! Chocolates and more.
What we had :
1) Blue berry cheese cake
Good flavors, quality and quantity above average
2) Banana , Red velvet, Lemon , Chocolate cupcakes! Soft delicious and good to go
3) Tiramissu Jar cake
Decent but I expected a little more.
4) Chilli cheese toasties
Nice side base, flavors, amount of balanced cheese
5) Red velvet pastries
6) Veg sandwiches and chicken
I liked the cheese veg one.
Since I am vegetarian only my friend can comment on the non veg ones.
Though She overall liked it .
7) Macarons
Crust inside was soft , good to go
8) Chocolate pastry

It melted in my mouth it was soo good!

I wish if they had possibilities to arrange more seating options even inside.
Maybe 4-5 chairs by line rather than one huge table and two chairs will work? Just thinking.

I ordered an eggless cream and cookie cake for my birthday. Sadly, they sent one with egg in it. But, thanks to zomato i got a replacement as well as a refund. Anyhoo, about the cake, it was absolutely delicious. The cream was dense, sponge soft and chocolate yummy. I enjoyed devouring that cake.
I've also tried their cookies and they are absofuckinglutely delicious. Hands down one of the best melt in your mouth cookies ever.
I tried a couple of desserts. Bluberry cheesecake and red velvet cheesecake were my favourite-esttt! Vietnamese cold coffee was like normal cold coffee. The chicken sandwiches, hummus and baked pita breads were bang on!

Cold coffee was really good it was made complete cheese planner sandwich was layered good it tasted well black current shake was made with ice cream that was made at their own which made it more good Chocolate chips shake was mind blowing it was superb the best shake made red velvet in a new avatar was layered cheesi and sweet which made it more good and unique in taste visit once.
i call at bliss bakery by 12. i tell them about to deliver cake to my sister in GK . they said it will be possible and they timely delivered the cake. and also arrange for flower bouquet. I am from patiala. really thanks to bliss bakers. When ever i will come there definitely I will come to bliss. Really thanks again
Absolutely love this quaint bakery in the heart of GK. They designed a wonderful gym themed cake for my husband's birthday! The cake was also delicious.

A small bakery in the infamous M block market G.K-1 , the Bakery has mouth watering delacies , and their home made raspberry ice cream is the star of the show.
This is just on the main road, parking near by, big basket products that can be seen online are sold here, the bakery products are fresh and tasty , earlier also I have ordered thru online order.
