Recently visited this place for the first time and completely fell in love with the kachori... Though Delhi is famous for it's kachoris I have never had this kind of kachori...Kachoris are usually served khasta mixed with aloo saabji and onion or served separately with aloo sabzi or chole. Here however it is served with a layer of matra added to the kachori on top, onion and tamarind chutney... Amazingly tasty... Will definitely visit again

The humble looking cycle stall of Fateh ji sells legendary stuff and has taken the social media on fire about the best kachori in Delhi. It's kachori is quite different from what we imagine kachori with sabzi in Delhi. It's quite crunchy with matara stuffed on it. But it is their chutney and masala's that take the dish to other level. Finally the kachori is garnished with coriander, onions and ginger. The masala and chutney is such that it stimulates the taste buds and it is difficult to stop or think of something else when savouring the kachori. For me the flavor were quite distinct but it doesn't come close to the best Kachori offering in Old Delhi. Still I can easily vouch that whenever I would be close to Kashmeere Gate ISBT, Fateh would be on my mind.

I have been eating fateh ki Kachori since my school times when it wasn't even famous. Right next to St.Xaviers school you'll find a vendor selling kachoris on his bicycle. Most people get it packed as the place is full of flies. It's slightly unhygienic but the crispy kachori topped with matra, tamarind chutney, onion, ginger and coriander is one of the best combinations that I've ever had. The Kachori is really distinct which and their USP. Now they also sell kulcha rolls and chhole kulche which are equally good.

Fateh ki kachori is an old famous kachori joint in North campus area, Delhi. As by it's name you can find kachori with chole garnished with tamarind chutney and coriander making it delectable. The kachori isn't usual kachori which we get elsewhere, it's not so usual taste makes it famous and a must try.
A plate costs rs 25 and it is worth paying.
You can find the stall outside St. Xavier's school civil lines before the schools break.

Fateh Chand Ki Kachori. A unique concept where a crispy Kachori is first lavishly smeared with Peeli Matar and then topped up with two kinds of Chutneys, Masala, Salt, Copped Green Chillies and Coriander. It is a delight to watch it getting prepared and an absolute enjoyment.

Fateh ki Kachori, a place that should not be missed if you are around Kashmiri Gate area.

While variety isn’t something you’ll find here, the man has clearly aced the one thing he sells here. The mouth-watering kachoris are one of the best in Delhi, and are bound to have you hooked. We recommend asking for more chutney.

Hello foodies, chand fateh ki kachori streetfood is located near civil lines metro station and they sell food on cycle.
They sell chole kulche and famous khasta kachori.

Crowd at this place is too much..you will have to wait atleast 10 to 15 minutes to get your turn.

Food-
Well the most important thing about food is its taste.and we know street food is not maintained by hygienic.but tastewise fateh ki kachori tasted very good.
They dont mix cheap quality ingredients.each and everything is fresh and homemade.
The thing which makes this place famous is its spices ans kachori.and also tried chole kulche.
Good thing about food is they dont make it thin by adding water.here you will get only pure real chold with many spices and served with coriander , lemon , spices , ginger and love.

Dish - we have ordered khasta kachori (25 rs each)
And chole kulche (15 rs esch)

Fateh Ki Kachodi, true to its fame, is really a place you do not want to miss out on whenever you get a chance.!

Although small street side outlet, this place is just amazing. The Kachodi's served here are aqeuately crispy and add to it the best matra chhole you can get in delhi with well balanced spices complimented by the splash of "meethi chutney" (sweet sauce - which actually is a combination of sweet and sour taste for your pallate) just takes the whole experience to another level.

Long story short, it is a must have experience true to the fame of Old Delhi Taste and is not a thing to be missed.!

Happy Munching :)

The place is situated around 1 KM inside from the main road , but is totally worth the drive. The place is situated just on the road, besides the Gujarati samaj school and serves only kachodi and kulchas with chole. The kachodi is also served with chole which is quite different from the typical potato filling. Each serving is given with sweet and spicy chutney and generous amount of home made masala ,onions and corianders. The place also does not burn a hole in your pocket as the prices are really reasonable and 2 plates of kulcha rolls (2 rolls in one plate ) and 5 pieces of kachori will cost you only Rs125/- only.

° This is a really unique way to serve a Kachori. Papdi like kachori without any filling are served with chana on top. And this then topped with honey like sweet chatni. This combination turns out to be a really good combination.
° The Kachori and the chana together were really very tasty. Salty and spicy combo. The chana was really thick in texture and on the papdi it kind of gave it a bit of softness balancing out the really crunchy papdi. So the texture was perfect.
° The honey like chatni on the top was the best ingredient of the dish. The chatni provided a much needed sweetness to the overall kachodi.

Overall this place is a must visit for every person who says they hate kachodi. It will change their perspective and make them kachodi lovers. I would further go on to say one of the top street food places in Delhi.

Fateh ki Kachori for the past 60 years has been treating Delhites with a spicy and fiery treat. It has setup a benchmark for street food in Delhi as far as taste and price is concerned. Every morning a couple of guys set up a stall on a cycle against a wall. They lay out rows and rows of miniature bowls made out of leaf. And as they arrange the familiar crispy kachories and cover them with their trademark chholes, within no time their customers start queuing up.

The kachori is stiff and becomes crunchy when you bite. The taste of chole and mithi chatni with lemon juice and garnished with radish and coriander leaves is delectable. It costs 40₹. Taste wise it's a must try. It has a unique "soundha" flavour,( I'm sorry I don't know any word closer to " soundhi" in English) due to its chole. The crowd here tells its legacy. In one go they make 30-40 plates which are sold instantly. Must, must, must have it. And please go before 4 pm. As I had talked to the owner the products are made in the early morning. The stall is installed around 9-10 and everything is sold out till 4 pm as they make limited kachori. Also they sell chole kulche.

How to reach there: It is closer to civil lines metro station. Or if your college is in north campus it’ll be your all time favourite snack. Their service is great too. The famous Fateh ki kachori was really awesome. It was a bit masaledar but the combination of the chutneys gives a different taste. ₹40 for 2 kachoris. Kachori may feel a bit oily but it's OK. One of the best kachori u ever tasted in delhi... It is very old cart near St Xavier's school And also near to Gujarati samaj school I completed my 12th from DUCS which is opposite to Gujarati samaj school a boys school... And from my school tym i usually eat kachori from fateh cart he gives discount for school students.... Rite now he sells 2 things which is mainly his famous Fateh ki kachori and chole kulchey... And i never miss to eat both of them whenever i visited to civil lines.... But the timing is limited he came in between 8-9 am and close his cart in between 4-5 pm... So if you want to eat you must visit his cart in between 10 am to 3 pm... He is also famous on social media lot of food vlogers upload his food on Instagram Facebook YouTube etc platforms.... You must try this.... If u r reading my review must go and eat this kachori u will thank me later.... And i forgot to mention the price so the price is very budget friendly.... Kachori per plate - ₹30 only 2 kachori in 1 plate Kulchey per plate -₹30 only 2 kulchey with choley in 1 plate

It was okay, but given the price range, it was very good and worth a try. 30₹/plate for 2 Kachodis. The Kulchas didn't taste as good though. The shikanji nearby was okay-okay as well.

Never heard about this place but randomly tried their kachori and honestly it was full of flavours and so crisp you'll love it for sure. As its a street food place so don't expect much hygiene here and prices were decent.. neither too high nor cheap.
