This place is hidden inside the market of amar colony but is a favourite with the locals and college students. I went after many years and the place is the same. Dishing out great tasting dishes at affordable prices. We had the Tibet special soup and hot and sour soup, chicken drumsticks, noodles, crispy lamb and Hong kong chicken, all of this cost us around 1300 which I would say is really good value for money. The service is slow as the cook when you order so I would say just relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere and wait to dig into the delicious goodness..Do try the Tibetan specialties, they are really good
Fresh Momos and delicious Desi Chinese tucked away in lajpat old double storey. Very old place now has the clothes market grown around it. Great simple place for your essential Tibet + Desi Oriental fix. Momos + fruit beer is a must

Small, cute and neat/clean small-scale restaurant. They serve Chinese/Tibetan Food which is very nice. Thupka is enjoyable. Price wise also reasonable. Parking facility of a little problem but can be fetched with some extra efforts. Staff speaks nicely but professionally.

placed in the main market of Amar colony.. Best part about this place is ambiance and the food served by the staff wearing the Tibetan dress. you can really feel the essence of Tibet.. i have tried thukpa, chilly garlic noodles and Manchurian with gravy.. food is excellent and very much affordable.
I love Chinese food but seldom find a authentic joint. There are more of Indian versions rather than the authentic ones.
Cons:-
The place is crampy and the sitting is not comfortable. They have wooden benches on one side which is painful. The service is average as the people servicing are not at all trained. The air conditioning needs to improve with cleanininess.

Tibetan food. The delivery service is quick. Fresh and homely food. Good quantity and reasonable prices. Ambiance is nice. Nice and cozy place with a cordial staff. The place is great value for money. Try their Thukpa, Chicken Momo's, Tingmo and Hakka Noddles, they have a wide variety to chose from and these are just handful few which are mouth watering.
Best Chinese place to eat. Anything and everything tastes good there and the prices too are minimal. One can rely on the food they are serving. The services are also good and has an authentic chinese aura to the place. Its in the heart of Amar colony so reaching that place might be a inconvenient at first.
Nice cozy place. Fried rice is good to have. Cuz other meals can give u surprises depending upon ur past connection with non tibetan food. Beer can be added to make it heavenly 😅

Though this place is small and cramped it makes up for its lack of space with food. Though I would say that by Lajpat standards this place is upmarket considering the price it charges for what it serves. Still, it's good to go in once in a while and try proper Tibetan cuisine.
This was my first time in a Tibetan restaurant. I ordered fried rice and some chicken side dishes. They were delicious. There arent many non vegetarian places available nearby.

Well to be frank I was not so thrilled about trying out this place as the ambience didnot appeal to me but if you have chinese or Tibetan food on your mind then you are in for a treat. Otherwise just stay out as they are true to their name.
