Loved this place with some toothsome offerings worth a try. We tried following :
# Granita- A mocktail of cranberry and orange, tastes good.
# Tandoori Chicken Sandwich- I find it very filling, taste is just above average though.
# Nachos Supreme- Tortilla chips served with cheese sauce, tastes good.

Amazing place to grab desserts! Disappointed by food, we were looking for a place which could elevate the mood by a sinful dessert and the chocolate room at satyaniketan did full justice. A small outlet offering regular fast food menu and some over the top desserts. We ordered chocolate pancakes and consuming them was a trip to the heaven. Soft and warm pancakes layered with oodles of chocolate sauce and a scoop of chocolate ice cream with choco- chips to garnish, this dish was one container of pleasure. Glorious!! Must visit.

Want to die...visit the chocolate room. At Satyaniketan, its the best way to finish off a meal. Brownies, choctails, chocshakes, brownies, hot chocolate, mocktails, coffee and its variants. Menu is quite expansive and you can indulge in just one or two of them till you get an overdose of calories...not for the faint hearted.
They also serve some snacks, which means you can have a meal here too. Location is easy to find and this is a prominent place. There is inside as well as outside seating and place is cool to sit and have. Service is fast and taste is spot on.

They have both indoor and outdoor seating which makes this place a complete hangout package. But the seating are too cluttered. Someone might get lucky and get the comfortable couch with a large window view of the street but not us.

Ambiance is really nice, Service is also good. As name is The chocolate room so we cannot expect a lot of variety of food but still they have managed a good enough variety. But where they really should improvise is the taste.
Their desserts are just out of this world. So droolworthy and toothsome. I tried many desserts there and they all just fullfiled my expectation and also of my taste buds. The pancakes especially - The death by chocolate pancake are my personal favourite. Highly recomended. 👍

Whenever I crave for chocolate I quickly rush to this place. I love everything they offer (because "chocolate", i live for chocolate, i walk for chocolate :P ) everything is good about this place. Except for the cake. I bought black forest cake. It was not fresh :( was very sad. Otherwise one can give this place a try. It is good :)

I'll keep it short. The place is decent and the ambience is also good. The staff is also very friendly. I ordered Chocolate Brownie, Mousse and Pudding. All the three dishes were good in taste but some improvements can be done in Brownie. I also liked their choice of music, simple and sober. The decor is also fine. The only thing i didn't like about them is that the place is relatively small as compared to other cafès in the area. A must try for all the chocolate lovers.
An outlet located on the main road of the famous Satyaniketan market . The ambience here is good they have both open and closed seating arrangements . The staff is also very friendly and polite .I went there late evening as I was craving for something sweet and ended up finding that chocolate room also serves waffles so I tried the chocolate waffle with marshmallows . The waffle was freshly baked and crispy . The chocolate sauce and the marshmallows were also very flavoursome , hence I really loved the waffle . This place can be tried If somewhere around Satyaniketan market . 👍

The quality of the food is really good.
To start with, this place offers much more than just chocolate. It has a number of snack items and all kinds of waffles and pancakes that should be tried not just once. You can order just anything at random and still like it. But they have the best waffles and slushes. Every item on the list seems all the more delicious. The ambience is not all that great and it is truly as big as a room but the staff is pretty polite and it is a nice place to drop by
We tried the chocolate shots choco bailey and cointreau, both were good. "Thank god its sundae" was awesome! Hot chocolate was so so. Will try some other items next time

The chocolate fondue here is the best I have ever had. Highly recommend it, but that's about it. I mean, the rest of the desserts are good too but they're nothing you can't find at any other dessert cafe.
I went there with my friends for some evening snacks.First we ordered pinacolada which was really good.Then we ordered nachos with salsa.Somehow tandoori chicken pizza got my attention and couldn't resist ordering it.it was okay. Just because we had certain waiting to do for some restaurant, we landed up here on Sunday lunch. This cute little place is said to be heaven for chocolate lovers. Sadly we were in mood of salty tit bits, so couldn't give a try to what is it's actually famous for. Ordered paneer crepes and exotic open veg garlic bread. The presentation was fine but the sauce over crepes was an overdose sort of. Taste wise, I can't say great but let's say different for I never had crepes before. Then we ordered chocolate pancakes with whipped cream which were an absolute delight, both on plate as well as in tummy.

This is one of my favorite places in Satyaniketan. This cute little wonderful place is a must visit for every chocolate lover. The place serves chocolate with great quality and taste. Some of my favourites are Hot Chocolates, Chockshakes, Choctails, Hazelnut Delight Coffee and Affogato (premium vanilla ice-cream). I would recommend this for every person, whether you love chocolate or not.
Who don't love chocolates. Place where you can get chocolate in every possible form with great quality. Their outdoor sitting and great evening add some fine touch to it.

After a hectic college day we ended up in small little cafe/restaurant amidst a big crowd of cafes! We started off with hot chocolates which were ever so tasty! I had the Tiramisu flavour and my friend had the Caramel one and the Caramel was slightly better! Then we had a Pasta which tasted like every other homemade white sauce pasta and not necessarily a bad thing! The mexican chicken crepes were tasty but a little spicy for my friend's palette! And then we had an amazing waffle with dollops of chocolate sauce and ice-cream and it was soooo good! Idk about everything else but you have to try the waffle!
Being a chocolate lover, this place was in my wishlist from long time. Finally gave this place a try just for having some dessert. The interior of this place is really good. The service was ok. They do have small outdoor seating as well. as we all were full, we just ordered one waffle wonder dessert. And to my surprise it was more than amazing. The Belgian waffles were great although a little different from what I had till now. They were heavy and delicious. The waffles were topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce making it heavenly. Still can't get enough of it.
TCR is now one of my favorite place whenever I crave for some desserts. This is a must place for all the dessert and especially chocolate lover.
Finally decided to give this place a try.
Since we weren't all that hungry so we went for the Chocolateroom Brownie Sundae.
It was presented beautifully, the dripping hot chocolate made us go gaga. It was a taste of Heaven in every bite. The Brownie was fresh and fluffy. And the melting vanilla ice-cream on top of it made it taste so much better.

I visited this place just satisfy the chocolate hunger inside me. I ordered an Eskimo waffle, an Oreo shake and a chocolate truffle. To be very honest, the Oreo shake completely took me off my senses. The Eskimo was waffle was just fine. The chocolate truffle was very decent and was well baked.
The open seating is also very pleasant.
It was a satisfying experience for me.

I have visited this place twice before, but due to some problem or the other couldn't eat here.
This time I finally sat down with friends in the verandah outside, and we ordered The Eskimo Waffle, An Oreo shake, a Chocolate Truffle and a Sugar Rush Waffle.
We got a vanilla and a chocolate ice cream complementary with the waffles.
Both the shakes were sweet and refreshing, both had the perfect blend of chocolate.
The waffles were warm and a feast to not just the eyes but the taste buds too.
Over all the food was good. They took a little time to serve the food, we managed to play an entire game of WHO AM I? before the food got served.
The preparation time can be improved and they can also have soft music playing at the outdoor seating area.
Choclate my favourite.first time i visited choclate room few months back amazing it was nd now i keep visiting once in week.

Friendly staff and good food. My only complaint is that it takes a while for your food to come up, but that's only because they are usually really busy. Bring your sweet tooth as they have a huge selection of chocshakes and yummy treats! I really love their thai salad! It's a really nice place to grab lunch during the workday, but plan on taking it back with you as there isn't a lot of seating options there.
Can't get enough of their cookies! A very pleasant, small coffee place, where you can hangout and have delicious desserts, coffee and snacks. A hot cup of cofffee for winters and delicious cold coffee for summers, all too good!

We ordered a large hot chocolate and a chocolate truffle pastry.
Presentation of both the dishes was great. Pastry looked tempting and hot chocolate had a candle at the bottom to keep it hot. Huge mug with candle light at the bottom - good concept! (Y)

Okay the first thing is place is lil bit small . you can't go with a gang of 6 or more but place is quite good n decorative with respect to area. The better half is they have a separate area for smoking.
The food is bit expensive according to normal middle class students but they have large variety of European n American classics. You will barely find something Indian .
But its a good thing .
In my opinion they are 100% worth to be visited. You can have something new from daily pasta n pizza which are highly common now with not lots of change.

So I went to The Chocolate Room for the first time and was damn confused after seeing the menu.. chocolate chocolate everywhere.. so i asked the staff to suggest me the signature dessert and I was suggested to try "Chocolate Avalanche" trust me it was heaven ..full of chocolate. Just name it and everything you will find in it.. so chocolaty. I can actually have it again and again.. I just loved it..
Talking about the sitting arrangement they have both indoor as well as outdoor sitting arrangement.
Service: It was good and quick. I was told that it will be served within 10mins and it was served within that time.
Quality: I would say they have really not compromised with the quality
portion: The dessert was good on portion.

The latte to my surprise was also very good... the only thing that lacked was that it was not that hot as it should have been.

Good ambience. The outlet maintains the standard when it comes to the cuisine. The service is also pretty good and the staff is pretty courteous.

There is a very old connection with this place and it's quite strong even now. This was one of the few places back in Pune where I really loved the coffee and the Italian food. I have visited this outlet a number of times but this is the first for a review.
First of all, I don't like the seating arrangement of this place, limited seating and too cluttered. Someone might get lucky and get the comfortable couch with a large window view of the street but not us, not this time. We were seated in the 'other section of the restaurant, outdoor seating where they have also stacked up broken chairs. It's not too bad but it's not nice either. Also, once you are seated outside, the waiters quite possibly will forget your existence. We never got a glass of water, and we must have requested it twice.
Getting to the food, I ordered a Toblerone shake and Mexican crepes. My friends who were not quite hungry, ordered a garden fresh salad. The shake was as delicious as the name suggests, made out of the popular chocolate, the shake literally brightened up my day.
The Mexican Crepes were beautifully presented with coleslaw, and served with a variation of barbeque sauce (wild guess). Divided in four halves, the dish was too delicate and it was quite impossible to eat it without getting your hands messy. It was like a roll, with a thin fragile bread, and a lot of sauce. It was okay, not too good. I have tried and tested a lot of other dishes here and they have been much better.The garden salad was just a garden salad, lot of veggies, salt and vinegar.
I feel this outlet is not living up the reputation of the franchise in terms of it's interiors and service. But the food (especially desserts) still stands tall.
A simple,sober cafe look place where you can enjoy over a good ice cream shake.
Besides this,the snack section including nachos ,garlic bread n pasta has made it an all time decent n classy hit for me.

A small place in satya niketan. We decided to try our their chocolate specialities. I loved their fondue. I ordered pesto chicken pasta and it was yummylicious. My friends ordered their waffles. They served them with lots of chocolate sauce and chocolate and vanilla ice creams. We were happy with the food and the best part was the bill was only arnd 900 after eating so much we also tried their shakes and they are out of this world. So go n visit u wont be disappointed. Its a heaven for people with a sweet tooth!!

One of the oldest players in the city, this joint has been my favourite, ever since I first tried their chocolate brownie. Sheer saccharine goodness! From freshly baked cakes, to savoury snacks to tarts, you just need one slice and you can be sure of its quality eats.
They also have a plethora of savoury offerings to bite into. Farmer's Brunch tossed with mayonnaise stands out as their best! Chilli and Corn Garlic Bread is also highly recommended. Authentic and delectable!

ORDER- milk chocolate fondue with marshmallows, choco chip cookies and water twists. It was soo goodd. Really mind blowing especially with marshmallows. Highly recommended cos it justified the word 'foodgasm'
SPACE & AMBIENCE - Small insides and we had to sit right in front of the counter beside an overhead showcase and the door. It was an unpleasant place to sit at but then all other good spots were taken, so we had no choice.

The shakes have always been a star for The Chocolate Room. Tried 'Black Forest Shake' and it was really delicious. The first sip made a burst of chocolate along with crunchy choco chips. Moreover one thing can be improved upon and that is their whipped cream in shakes.
I ordered an 'Onion Capsicum Cheesy toast' which was cooked perfectly. Optimum amount of cheese and veggies. The toast was garnished with a black olive and coriander leaves.
The overall experience had been great here!

It is a small outlet in the main market of Satya niketan catering to the chocolate lovers.
I, with my friend decided to have breakfast there today and we ordered chocolate pancake with whipped cream, french toast with cheese , hazelnut cappuccino and a diet coke.
The pancake was amazing with thin slices of the cake and hot melted chocolate with whipped cream.
The toast was also good with sufficient softness and I didn't tried the cappuccino so I cant say about that but at least it looked good.
So overall, it was a nice experience there.
Its just that its mainly known for their coffee and chocolate desserts.
So if you want to try anything else, try some other café in the neighbourhood ..

Small place in satya niketan but a really good spot for a casual relaxed evening out with friends and that too on a budget. The chocolate pizza is quite delicious, the cheese fondue is a great appetiser and definitely a must try with various snacks on the plate with a cheesy dip with great presentation. Pasta is also quite good. Must visit. Pocket friendly and courteous staff. Shakes are also very tasty and must try. It all about chocolate :-)
Chocolate room is one of the most recommended place for the sweet tooth.
This restaurant is not very spacious but still manageable. The seating arrangement is good. Soft songs make the customers more comfortable with the environment.
Ordered mount brownie and chocolate avalanche.
Chocolate avalanche tasted really nice and presentation was really impressive. Mount brownie looked nice but failed to impress my taste buds.
The service was quick and good.

Tried their vanilla with Choco brownie and find it absolutely delicious.. Great location.. helpful staff and the best part is.. Their menu is fully vegetarian, including brownie and pan cakes.. no eggs out gelatin in any product..
I have been to their outlet in gurgaon Baani square, and i Loved it.So it was a safe option among other joints in the satyaniketan market for me , and it was awesome, their diet coffee was like devils own personal favourite, i would not miss it for the world.it was bang on with taste and quantity .Just loved it.Also tried the Moroccan chicken salad and it was yum., perfect in taste and quantity, nice blend of cold fresh veggies with chicken pieces rubbed in with a nice sauce..The staff was courteous and had a smile on their faces .The only thing that i did not like was the waiting time for the salad was about 10 minutes, the coffee had arrived in 2 minutes.all in all , a good experience , would visit again and recommend all to try it out
