For the first time in my life I ordered Chicken Nihari and to my surprise it was really good. It was no less than Mutton Nihari. Also the tandoori roti is okayish. Would love to visit this place someday for some mughlai zaika.
Mutton Stew here is just brilliant. So are chicken tikka and mutton burra. It preserves the typical mughlai test. Simply delicious. Worth a visit.
Purani Dilli is one of the main restaurant located in Zakir nagar. They serves well refined mughlai cuisine dishes. The dishes are made with fine blend of spices at right proportion to give you a unforgettable experience of experiencing the various flavours of aroma with a perfect taste of meat. Some of the dishes which makes you to come back again are mutton paya and chicken haleem. Over all it was a best experience to have a perfect dinner. If you except a lot of cleanliness then zakir nagar is not your cup of coffee.
Taste: 4.5/5
Service: 4/5
Ambience: 3/5
VFM: 5/5
Must visit place to have the flavour of OLD Delhi!
Must try : Mutton Nihari and Stew
Cons : no parking place, far away from nearest metro station!
One point to highlight : Cards are not accepted! Have to carry cash!
Dishes are too oily! However, no need to be afraid of any health issues due to this reason!
Paisa-wasool wala restaurant!
I am very glad too see this place......
🐣 is my all time favourite
I tried chicken tikka, chicken hariyali, chicken kebabs and chicken curries as well.....
And it's too 😋 delicious . I am loving it......
Zakir nagar is one of the popular place if u r non vegetarians food lover.
Purani dilli restro is very famous for their non veg food.
I visited their last night with my family n we had mutton nihari, tandoori chicken, chicken korma and mutton paaya.
Everything was good n definitely try once!
This restaurant is truly a hidden gem for authentic Mughlai food. We ordered chicken Haleem Biryani, mutton nihari and khameeri roti. It was a worthy visit. Traditionally prepared food with flavoursome dishes and wholesome portions definitely calls for a second visit. The courteous staff is an added plus. It is a small space, but the ambience is humble and the food is top notch. Alluring explorers approve! 💯
Awesome Taste.. Mouth watering Mutton dishes and good service. I love spicy and they make it so. Its quite internally located and ambience is just ok, But i love going here again and again.
Purani Delhi Restaurant is the best place in Zakir Nagar. This place is famous Haleem and Nahari. The naan is so crunchy and soft. The taste of food is authentic. Great visit.
Amazing afgani chicken and sheer mal.
Must have changezi chicken, reach before 7 30 pm to get changezi.
A foodies delight for every chicken and mutton lover.
This one is the very famous Restaurant in zakirnagar which has been published in various news papers. I spent some quality time here.
Must have things are Haleem and Nihari.
Budget friendly.
Can be more customer friendly. Over all great experience and authentic taste.
Food is good, We ordered Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Nihari , Chicken Korma & Tandoori Butter roti. Tandoori chicken was really good, it was very delicious, Nihari & Korma were ok ok. I liked the food. Ambience was not good, If you are a TRUE foodie, you love to eat anywhere then you can try.
I heard about their chicken tikka rolls and had to come try some. I'm sure glad I did. Excellent flavor and delicious chutney/dahi to accompany. Certainly one of the best chicken tikka rolls that I've had in Delhi and so affordable. Would definitely come back here again and again.
awesome food delicious nihari well service i like separate sitting for families tandoori chicken was superb, everyone must try chicken tikka with butter gravy, biryani was ok if you are fan of nooooooooon veg must visit lot's off variety
I ordered Chicken Nihari and Achari Chicken over here. Their delivery was really swift with a very warm behaviour. The taste of the food was finger linking good and kept me craving for more. The tandoori roti was crunchy on the outside but really soft on the inside. Prices are really reasonable and cheap.
I would highly recommend this place, anyday!
Kudos. Keep up the good taste alive.
This is one of the famous restaurant in zakir nagar Okhla which has been published in many news papers. It has decent food with hygienic atmosphere.
Purani dilli restaurant has a good variety of Mughalai cuisines with some dishes have great taste like Changes , Nahari etc but some are average like Chicken Pasand etc . You can try these two foods which we are recomending and the important fact is rate is really genuine and ambience is good.
yummy test and good service, all are staff so polite, and i'm saying again for TEST chicken, showrma roll, haleem biryani, and roasted,,,,,,,

We tried Mutton Korma and Chicken Aachari with tandoori roti. Can tell you that the cook prepared with full care. Mutton was well cooked inside out. Absolutely finger licking. The achari chicken was tasty. Suggest you to try these with tandoori roti.
Absolutely love the place, the food is totally delicious and a totally comfortable place to sit and eat with family.. the service is really slow and bad but at the end when you taste the food you forget it all :)
Nice and humble restaurant in the vicinity amidst all the crowd and chaos.. All mughlai dishes are worth trying.. Especially the mutton nihari..
Are you a big fan of Chicken Haleem and Nihari? Then this small restraunt in Zakir Nagar is a must place to go. Here they serve some rich, luscious and creamy chicken haleem served with barista, golden fried onions. And goes perfect with soft and fluffy khamriri roti. We tried almost everything they had at that time. Chicken Nihari was quite subtle in flavor, though it was very very rich. Haleem biryani was simple biryani rice topped up with chicken haleem and fried onions and was good too. Mutton Nihari was good and was almost similar to chicken Nihari but I personally think that mutton wasn't fresh as it was bit smelly. But overall the place was nice and cozy with proper seating arrangements and good comfort food.
You can get an old Delhi charm in the area and even in the restaurant. The ambience is not that impressive, But the teast is. Yes, you have to think twice about the restaurant.
I read the other reviews and ordered accordingly.
Special Chicken Tandoori is different. Dipped in white tangy creamy sauce. If these were special Tandoori then next time I would love to try chicken tandoori Afghani.
Frankly speaking I am not a fan of Nahari. I don't have problem with basic Nahari teast, however every restaurant topped it with chopped raw ginger and green chillies. So do this place.
Mutton Stew was really good Teast wise. Less spicy (I don't understand, why people think spice means chillies), less chillies and full of ghee. With these I had special khamiri roti and sheermal.
Khamiri was different in teast and that's on a positive note. Sheermal was not worth trying. The outer side of the sheermal was harder.
However I will try again to understand the other dishes.
Amazing food, insane haleem and barra kebab. A bit of an adventure to get to this place, a must try!!! You'll never eat at Karim's again ;)
Tucked away in Zakir Nagar, service is quick and friendly staff.
Amazing place to eat
1. Nehari 5/5 the best nehari in NCR . Serves with chilli and garlic flakes. Yummy to the tummy
2. Chicken Afghani 4/5
Must have. serves with a curry of curd with black pepper. amazing and scintillating
In such a busy location and hustle bustle market....this restaurant provide a soothing effect....with worth ambience and delicious food. Really nice food with affordable price.
If you don't want to go to old Delhi but still want to have authentic Mughlai food, this is the place you need to come to. The seating is comfortable and food is too good.
My recommendation- Special Roasted Chicken: It is lip smacking and you will hardly find this in other restaurants. Its their speciality.
I would give it a 4 rating just for the food quality/quantity and pricing.
If you are looking for a fine dining luxury experience then this is not the place.
However if you are looking for authentic food in budget pricing then go for it. Been here couple of times and overall satisfied barring a few disappointments.
Go for the tried and tested menu items (fancy names in menu mostly lead to disappointment.)
Been here a couple of times since it is close to my place and the only restaurant in the vicinity with decent (just average)seating. The food here is good if not awesome..Haleem & Nahari are worth trying.
Service isn't that fast and you might have to remind the waiter a couple of times for your order.
Please do not even dare to come by car to this place ..there is nothing like a parking here..
I've not had better Chicken Fry than that of Purani Dill Restaurant's anywhere in whole Delhi. You must come here for this "starter!" Visit and feel the crisp and taste of its chicken.
It's the Ramadan time. It's the time to step and have some of the amazing Mughlai cuisine. This time we decided to visit Purani Dilli at the heart of South Delhi.
Nihari was something that we certainly wanted to have. Along with it we got Chicken Korma, Haleem and Chicken Fry.
Haleem is far away from Haleem rather it was closure to Daal Gosht. It was thinner than I had known. The Chicken Fry was a disaster. It was a simple fried chicken ... no batter no spices no specific flavour. Chicken Korma was average and nothing worth mentioning at all.
The Nihari was however awesome. The flavours were just right. Mildly spicy. The mutton was absolutely soft. It simply came off the bones. And the evening before the Eid was made.
Even though its a breakfast cuisine and I can have it any time of the day.
Eid mubaraq to the guys who made that awesome Nihari.
I still carry the taste of their Chicken Korma and roti....must have
The TANDOORI chicken is mouthwatering to any extent you can think of.
When you love food nothing can stop you...not even the traffic for Zakir Nagar.
Thanks Purani Dilii
Will visit again and again
Amazing food! Tad oily but then again so is karims. Prefer this over karims and is priced pretty reasonably as you can order plates which would be good enough for a single person.
I've been ordering from this place from quite some time. First time I decided to go to this place and dine in. It was unfortunately not possible cause of narrow lanes, traffic jams and no parking space. Therefore we had to get it parcel and come back home and eat.
We ordered:
Mutton Nihari
Mutton Stew
Kameeri Roti
Butter Naan
Mutton Nihari has been my favourite dish from their place. And it's absolutely mouth-watering I just love it!
Mutton stew lacked spices and it was way to oily.
Kameeri rotis are usually very heavy so never order too many. I thought I could eat 2 but I could only manage to finish one that too with great difficultly.
Butter Naan dissapointed me as they were just Kameeri rotis with butter.
I would rate it 4 only cause of the authencity of taste that remains the same for ages.

Awesome nonveg fare. Go for Nihari or Stew. The approach is little tricky. Need to park your car at New Friends colony and walk down to the hotel.
So Purani Dilli restaurant...One of the most comfortable dine in in Zakir Nagar food street... Authentic Mughlai Food with decent service.. Coming to Dishes...I have tried most of them but my favourite is the Stew (Chicken and Mutton both equally good)... There Rotis are amazing..Melts in your mouth..One should definitely try the Mutton Nihari ... Be careful about the layer of oil..You might as well wanna take out some to enjoy the taste of spices..
How to Reach this place?
1. Park you r car at the park before entering Zakir Nagar and walk down ( 500 mrs approx.
2. Park your car NFC community centre..Take auto or rickshaw....
Went in search for best Haleem in Delhi at this place. And certainly we were not disappointed. One of the best haleem one can have in NCR is here. Just a day before this I had Haleem in Hauz Khas Social. But Purani Dilli's mutton haleem is beyond words. Must try for any connoisseur of food.
I have never been to Zakir Nagar previously. However while searching for eatery near Jamia, we came to know about the place. Hopped on a Rickshaw to reach the place from Taimur Nagar Gurdwara. Although, later found out that, Cars can be parked near Ashoka Park. Its a crowded place to move your vehicle. But we instantly fell in love with the lighted streets which led to this eatery. Nice decor without much ado with photographs of Old Delhi monuments hanging from the walls and a collage of paper cut outs regarding the restaurant from the front of the open kitchen. We ordered, Mutton Haleem, Chicken Changezee, Sheermal, Keema Paratha, Roti and chicken fry in that order. Initially we were served with two beautiful Chutneys. One mint and another cumin. Especially the Cumin one prepared the pallet for the gastronomic experience we were about to begin. Haleem was good but not great, but Changezee and chicken fry were superb. So were all the breads.
All in all we had good experience. A must try for mughlai food lovers. See you soon.
Its a small non fancy restaurent in the busy street of zakirnagar.I had visited this place to have Changezi chicken and trust me it was just wowww.The chicken was tender and gravy was too good.Rumali roti is the perfect combination with it.
I am visiting this restaurant since last 3 years.
Firstly, the place is good to eat with satisfaction, Hygiene and Peace.
They really know that their is a difference between Korma & Stew. (not like others changing the dish name but the curry remains the same)
Specialty about the food. The spices used will not attack your tough.
Recommendation :- Don't look for any review, Go straightly to the place to experience something traditional "Dilli ka Khana"
It's among the good restaurants in the Batla House and Zakir Nagar area. If you are in the area do check it out. However it's a bit pricey for the area it is located in. Expect a Rs. 600 bill for two.
Awesome food.
But overloaded with oil - about a third of the dish in which the food is served.. is oil! You can safely decant that extra oil, without sacrificing taste.
Onto the food - we ordered Mutton Stew, Mutton Nihari, and Chicken Changezi, along with Sheermal and Khameeri. Everything was so flavorful!
Will definitely come back for more. And there is a hell lot to explore in this area overall. :P
Pure Food!!! Kebabs. Nihari. Khamiri Roti. Leaves you speechless. The place can test anyone's diet plans. All goes for a toss. Sinful food, amazing flavours.
This place located in narrow lanes of zakir nagar near jamia milia islamia unvrersity is known for its haleem, nihari, qorma, biryani & its kheer. service is a bit slow & parking a big problem.
They are the best in the area. Place is not well decorated. But their food is delicious. Specially chicken fry. Biryani is also good. But fry is highly recommended.
The location of this place is the only minus.... there is no parking space and the area is crowded like old delhi...
But the food here is very just awesome... whether you opt for mutton nahari... biryani .. chicken tikka special .. tandoori roti...
the service is also very good and you are served hot food and rotis... A must visit...
1st thing 1st. Do not attempt to bring your car here as you will end up in a mess. There is no parking available and roads are too congested, narrow and crowded. Park it somewhere near Jamia Milia and then hop in a rickshaw. If coming from New friend's colony, You can take the galli from the Bank of India ATM which ends at the ICICI bank ATM and from there get a rickshaw. Its right on the zakir nagar main street.
About the food, straight away ordered the 2 most talked about names, Nihari & Haleem.
Heleem was tender and very good in taste. I have never tried haleem anywhere else so it would be inappropriate for me to comment on it but yes it was cooked to perfection and tested very well.
Nihari, though oily, was very good and meat was tender. Loved it with roties. Both of it were very filling but then went ahead and finished with kheer and......was disappointed. May be i expected too much here but i have had much better kheer at other places.
So overall, good visit and food made all the struggle to reach this place worth it. I will be back.
You should park your vehicle on the main road before entering Zakir Nagar and take a rickshaw for 10 bucks cos the whole area is very busy and chaotic, very similar to jama masjid.
This restaurant is one of the very few or probably the only one within its surroundings which has good spacious and clean sitting area.
I had chicken nihari, tandoori roti and the chicken biryani. I had asked for mutton biryani but it wasn't available.
Nihari as usual was filled with loads of oil, the chicken was very soft and was melting with the gravy. Khamiri tandoori rotis were soft. Chicken biryani was good but not awesome. Overall I was pretty satisfied with my visit considering I had specially gone there to try food of this area during ramzan.

The place seemed to be a distant frontier for me since car parking was a problem .
But that wasn't any problem as the restaurant delivered me what i had ordered .
The HALEEM was simply delicious , the texture , the taste , the look .. It captures the senses of the person !! I can eat HALEEM 7 days a week nonstop .
The chicken changeZi didn't stand a chance as the taste was somewhat off it seemed .
Will try again another time .
In all of Zakir Nagar, this has to be the most expensive restaurant. Although if you compare it to other places, its not really that expensive. The food here is quite good and the haleem served here is to die for. While everyone may swear by the non-veg Mughlai items served here, I would swear by the sweet dishes available for dessert. The phirni here is exceptional and is highly recommended for those who have a sweet tooth.
Best Chicken Changezi ever, try Special Tandoori chicken not to be found anywhere else. Try with Khamiri Roti, soft and succulent. Too Good
This is the Restraurant where I first tried Mutton nihari( this is the mughal dish and required minimum 8 to 9 hours for cooking on slow fame) with special roti .....why special roti because you will rarely find this type of roti...specially mughalai tandoori roti...also try chiken changegi...overall good experience.. service is good
the place is probably the most expensive one in all its locality and is highly regarded for its haleem which was good for a restro and average as to my personal standards. the korma was something that you must try.
the biryani is average but the best part was the kheer , very well cooked with great richness.
i would go back here for korma and kheer or maybe even biryani but not haleem :)
A place with difficult approach to reach in. Food is excellent. Very high quality mutton haleem is served. Also delicious mutton nahari in the evening. Phirni is extra rich.

Don't go by the name, this Purani Dilli Restaurant is not located in Purani Dilli but on a very busy and congested lane of Zakir Nagar, just behind the Jamia Milia Islamia University. Reaching here is a task in itself.
I found this place by chance. I was in Zakir Nagar related to some work, and just after finishing it I met a close friend of mine who lives close by. It was him who took me to this restaurant as he was familiar with the place unlike me.
Ambiance: 4/5
A family restaurant I would say. Pretty old school, this restaurant is very simple and not anything flashy. Just some tables and chairs with waiters standing at the corner chatting with one another. I feel that places serving authentic mughlai food should be like this and not flamboyant. Only at places like these you get to enjoy your food truly, because you don't get conscious here while eating your food with your hands and not with Spoons and Forks.
Service: 3/5
The guys here are polite and pretty swift. Nothing much to brag about though.
Food: 5/5
This place is strictly a no-no for vegetarians as there isn't anything vegetarians that these guys serve.
This tiny outlet in the midst of Zakir Nagar beats the so-called Karim's when it comes to serving authentic Mughlai Food. Its truly a hidden gem when it comes to serving lip smacking, finger licking food.
The menu here consists of just 6 dishes, I mean a restaurant must be very confident of its food if its serving only 'six' dishes.
The dishes PD serves are Chicken Biryani, Chicken Achari, Chicken Korma, Chicken Changezi, Nihari Mutton and Chicken Tandoori.
But just as stated in an English proverb 'Good things come in small packages', these guys know what they are doing and they serve the most delicious 6 dishes there are in whole of Delhi-NCR. Be it Chicken Changezi, Chicken Tandoori or Nihari Mutton. These guys deserves full marks on the food perspective. I bet you will end up licking your fingers by the time you finish.
Value for Money: 4/5
Not expensive at all. You will end up tasting the best non-vegetarian food in Delhi-NCR without burning a hole in your pocket.
Damage Done: 400-500 for two people.
Overall Rating: 4/5
Forget Karim's, try PD.
Great restaurant in okhla. Almost everything seems nice. The special tandoori chicken with white gravy is simply superb. Service is generally ok.
Happy Haleem to you :)
Also good are the Nahari and the Chicken Changezi. Pair them with the sheermal and chase it with the phirni. Divine...
This is one of the hidden gem for Muglai food. Most of the food served here is above average but if you are a haleem lover than you will have have hard time finding better haleem in NCR.
How to reach: Park your vehicle at Holy family hospital than take a cycle rickshaw.
It's in one congested locality called Zakir nagar (where I incidentally live too) and I chanced upon this place when we had just moved in to delhi and was looking for somewhere I could eat without getting sick and this looked like the only place which could be called hygienic. However the dishes were amazingly delicious. I love its biryani which is better than karims even. The mutton nihari is a must have as its the best I have had in delhi. Kebabs are nice too. I think it's the safest and the tastiest place to have food in Zakir nagar
I have been to this restaurant several times but did not get around to writing about it. In fact was not big into writing about my gastronomical experiences till now. In the process of correcting that now.
Location - This restaurant is located in the middle of Zakir Nagar. The route I take is from the Ashoka park side. A slightly byzantine network of lanes needs to be negotiated. I always walk. The lanes are packed on both sides with other open eating joints offering tikkas/kababs/tandoori offerings and what have you. I have OFTEN stopped with friends on the way to the restaurant to work up (ahem!) my appetite!
I assure you that these "hole in the wall" restaurants will easily give most of the name brand restaurant a run for their money. Good food has not been a fluke with them – they are all repeat offenders. This area is a non-vegetarian foodies delight. I cannot u'stand why people run to the Jama Masjid area w/out ever having explored this area!
The restaurant itself - would seat about 40 odd people. The ambience is not posh but lively and the food - to live for and the service is super fast!
The first time I had come here I had ordered only Tandoori chicken (Spl) and since then Karim's has been a distant memory. Their Tandoori chicken is served covered with thin खट्टा curd in which several spices are mixed. It is quite awesome! The ख़मीरी तंदूरी रोटी’s are as awesome as they can be. Now whenever I feel like having Mughlai food this is where I head to.
Since then on my various visits I have repeated the spl tandoori chicken and it has never failed to delight me. In addition I've ordered Mutton Stew, Mutton Qorma, Chicken Changezi, Mutton Biryani. The cooking here is delightful and there is no old man talking about secret recipes etc. It's a bunch of young guys running helter skelter trying to keep pace with the orders and managing the cash at the same time. More power to them… Hope they keep on delighting!
I highly recommend this restaurant to all those who value a restaurant for its food…It rarely gets better than this!

I have been visiting this place since the days it had just opened up and have lost count of how many times I have eaten here. Most dishes are generally nice, though taste is distinctly different from Karim's or Al Jawahar. Though there are other infinite street stalls in the area (some equally good or even better in taste for one particular dish), yet this place stands out as it has a decent sitting area and is more hygienic. Especially useful if you want to gorge on authentic mughlai food and you are with family or with your girl. Coming on to food - Haleem here is a must try! It was somewhat like khichdi with fine strands of ground meat. Korma and Changezi are also good, though significantly different from other Mughlai joints in terms of texture and taste. Meat was tender and cooked to perfection on most occasions. They also serve Nihari but its best to check availability beforehand. Food is served with piping hot khameeri rotis which are very soft and tender. Wrap up the meal with Phirni for dessert. Meal for two is usually around 550 INR, which is slightly on the higher side considering other eateries in the area. The service is quick and staff is prompt and friendly.
Definately one of the best places in Delhi to sample authentic mughlai food. This place makes mutton nihari and mutton haleem on a regular basis which is not very common. If you cannot reach the place ask them to deliver you food in New Friends Colony
Special Tandoori chicken is Wow ... the food is yum and you can try anything on the menu ..
They are famous for their Nihari and I highly recommend it .. its a must have
Love the ginger julions with green chillies they give as salad
I have visited this restaurant many a times.
Special Chicken Tandoori - 5/5
Chicken Chengazi 5/5
Chicken Achari 4/5
Mutton Roghanjosh 4.5/5
Mutton Korma 4/5
Ambience is simple and good.
Visit this restaurant in the evening before 9.00 pm otherwise you will not find Special Chicken Tandoori.
Service was quick and Food quality was nice.
As with any of the food joints in this area, this is a hard place to gt to. But it is one of most spacious restaurant in the area. The food here is gr8, cant really comment on d veg dishes never have tried any. Should try the tikka n other fares, but nt d biryani. It is highly unexceptional to say the least. Overall gr8 place to go for dinner. Lunch wud advise against, too busy a market.
This restaurant should be visited simply for the Special Tandoori Chicken which they serve and is absolutely delicious. It needs to be eaten with a roomali roti, mind you to get the special hint of taste. The interiors are spacious and cozy in an otherwise a very busy market and you can always take your family here without any issues. The restaurant is also one of the few in the market to be fully air conditioned.
One of the best non-vegetarian platter restaurants in Delhi. They have a variety of platters available. The food is rich and yummy.
However, the location is very bad and dirty and the restaurant itself is dingy. There is a huge wait time and it is a congested place. Yet, the food surpasses all, considering that the restaurant is inside old delhi. A must try place for all non-vegetarian lovers in Delhi.
My experience with chicken Halima biryani was amazing. I never had a biryani like this so far.
When you enter the street you will get the pure Dilli Wala feel. It is a very old restaurant it has such beautiful wall hanging inside it. They are serving their recipe from decades.
Good biriany, good halim, good afgani chicken. We also ordered veg daal and paneer for vegetarian friends, they too tasted good.afgani with butter was just awesome. We tried both chicken and mutton halim both were very good but a bit thin in consistency. I expected halim to be sooper thick in consistency.
Purani Dilli located at Zakir Nagar. Authentic Mughlai Cuisine. Real taste of Purani Dilli in Nai Dilli. Established in 2005 and since then providing best and original taste. I visited with my family and we had Chicken Seekh Kabab, Mutton Stew, Fried Chicken with Special Tandoori Naan. We enjoyed every bite of the food. Very affordable and Original Cuisine.
The hotel is on main road zakir nagar, almost 15 meters in eastern side of Jama masjid zakir nagar. it serves delicious food, However, the street is very crowded. rates are good to go, It is linked with zomato as well. All kind of non veg dishes are available here.
Awesome taste, and really cheap.
Tried their chicken Haleem and sheekh kebab and kheer. All were pretty good. You get good tandoori rotis here.
Ambience is fine, pretty noicy due to the crowded street.
If you searching for old Delhi non veg special then this is right place for you. I loved the taste of all chicken dishes. If you are foodie then please try at once. This place is clean and hygienic. Chicken nihari is the special dish which i loved most.
This is near jamia metro station. The e rikshaw is easily available for jakir nagar. This is famous resturent so you don't get difficulty to reach here.
Good taste
Specially morning breakfast puri sabji
Best mughlai cuisine in South delhi
The restaurant has seen better days. I visited and was disappointed to see it as dirty and unhygienic as any of the neighboring eateries. The food was never its advantage. It was the promise of the taste with decent hygiene. This isn't a recommendation to avoid. It is only to say that maybe it is time to look elsewhere now.
I have visited there with my 2 of other friends and we have ordered Chicken Nahari and Haleem Biryani. Chicken Nahari was good the chicken was cooked perfectly and the gravy is also nice. As per the biryani concerned it was a nice experience. The place was good if you compare to other restaurants there.
