I really liked the ambiance and food served at this place . I tried the Manchow Soup which was really amazing and had fresh vegetables in it . In starters i tried the Cigar Rolls , Hara Bhara Kebab and Kurkure Dahi Kebab . All of these were reall good.
In main course I had tried the Dal Makhni and Paneer Butter Masala . Dal Makhni was perfectly cooked and i loved it . Overall a really good place for fine dining.

Its one of the best Vegetarian restaurants I have been to, I specially recommends its daal makhani to everyone. Only problem I face is there is always 45 minutes to 1 hour waiting at weekends, this is also blessing in disguise as people are pouring in because of good food.

We ordered soya seekh kebab, chilly paneer dry, cigar roll, dahi ke sholey, dal makhni, and kashmiri naan along with some drinks. We all enjoyed the food and it was just mouth watering. The interior really amazed me as it was really soothing and peaceful. And really a must visit place for family' dining. we eat a lot there and at last we ended our feast by ordering chocolate tuti fruti and gulab jamun in dessert and it was also amazing and fresh. The place and specially the food made our day. I must recommend all u guys to go and check out the place and you will all definitely gonna love it.

I tried this place yesterday along with my partner and let me share my experience with you.
The ambience is super good, it actually mesmerises you the moment you enter the place.
The staff is very much hospitable and know how to treat the guest well.
Let us come to the food and drinks now, the food is excellent with their tandoori pineapple tikka and pineapple paneer tikka.
The drinks are great as well, We both really loved the mocktails. Especially their smelling salts trash.
Also, to end our meal, the chocolate ice cream was the best part. We could not get enough of it

Coming to service and hospitality, its amazing, the servers are always at your service and dont give you a chance to repeat something to them twice.
As the food goes, its truly delicious and the quality and quantity of food is really good.
In starters I had paneer tikka which was soft, perfectly marinated and flavourful and Italiano pizza which was delicious. In mains I had ,masala chaap,again a really good dish and shahi paneer with butter naan is one of my favourite orders and was delighted with the ones they serve!

So, heard a lot about this place and decided to visit it with my family. We ordered Tomato Dhaniya Shorba, Hot and Sour Soup, Indian Platter, Pineapple Tikka, Dal Makhani.
Tomato Dhaniya Shorba (4/5) - it was really so delicious and has a tangy taste of tomatoes with little bit of spices and coriander.
Hot and Sour soup (3.5/5) - It has a soup taste as the name suggests, with so many different types of veggies such as mushroom, carrot, parcley, paneer, cabbage and many english vegetables as well.
Indian Vegetarian Platter (4/5) - This platter can easily satisfy your hunger with delicious and tempting Dahi k Kabab, Malai Mushroom Tikka, Tandoori Soya Chaap, Paneer Tikka, Stuffed Aloo served with spring onions and three different types of sauces.
Pineapple Tikka (4/5) - I really like this dish. Pineapple was boiled at first and later grilled. It was so juicy and easily chewable. It was served with spring onions and pudina chutney.
Dal Makhani (4/5) - Dal makhani was perfectly made with good amount of Indian spices.

Recently i tried out this pure vegetarian restaurant in Ashok Vihar and have to say they are really doing it the right. They have a wide range of options in their menu and i tried out their Alfred pasta and also Maharani Paneer tikka. Maharni panner tikka had stuffing of finely chopped beans and carrots in them and gave it a really different taste. It was good and can be tried. Pasta was also very creamy and delicious. To compliment all this i also tried out the watermelon cooler mocktail.
Overall the experience was really good. The staff was also very friendly and amazing hospitality.

Although it’s a complete vegetarian restaurant the food that they have here is really good and a variety of options in their menu. I tried the Alfredo pasta with some watermelon cooler mocktail. Past was really creamy and delicious and the mockatil was quite refreshing. For main course i tried out paneer nawabi and daal makkhani and have to say the food was really delicious.

Had a wonderful experience at Smelling salts with great food and good ambience. It’s a complete vegetarian fine dine restaurant with a lot of options in vegetarian. What I had was stuffed malai chaap and kurkure dahi ke kebab with a virgin mojito to compliment them all.
Kurkure Dahi ke kebab was really different and very tasty. Would definitely recommend it. Malai chaap was also very good.
For main course i had some malai kofta and pindi chaana masala with garlic naan. Malai kofta was superb and i would definitely recommend to try it.

Moved on with Tandoori Paneer Tikka which was heaven. I loved it. It was served so well. It was amazing. Truly amazing.

Let me be completely honest. This is by far the best place I've been to that serves Pure Vegetarian Food, has amazing ambiance, the most courteous staff and soothing music.
I was in love with the entire concept of this restaurant, starting from the valet service to the staff catering our needs as to where we would like to sit and then serving us hot and fresh food within minutes.
I had reserved a table here because we don't like to wait and it's more comfortable to do so.
My parents don't like any place that easily but they are a fan of this place now.
We started out by ordering Sweet Corn soup and Garden Fresh Salad along with Tandoori Paneer Tikka & Krunchy Dahi Ke Kebab for starters.
Let me highlight the quantity of food Smelling Salts provide, the salad was huge. Like literally, huge.
My parents loved the Paneer Tikka more but I loved Dahi Ke Kebab more. I just loved they had a crunchy version and it was just heavenly delicious when had it with mint chutney.
Alongside, we ordered Watermelon Daiquiri and Fresh Lime Soda. Again, I would like to highlight the quantity served. The glasses were huge, and had a ton of quantity of both the drinks. We also ordered Smelling Salts Trash which is the highlight drink of this restaurant and I just loved it. It had Red Bull. So, I became a fan already. Hahaha.
For main course, we had Dal Makhni and Yellow Tadka Dal along with Tandoori Roti. Trust me on this, you'll not find a better Dal Makhni than the one served here. It's better than Veda's, Gulati and even Bukhara. It is so creamy and so well prepared that I'm definitely going back soon just for Dal Makhni. I loved it. You must order it. Must.
Masala Papad were great too. It tasted really good with Yellow Dal.
Paan Shots were given after we had our meal and wet rolling tissues too to wipe off our hands which I think it's the best thing.
Let's talk about service, I have been to like every place in Delhi NCR and I've never got bowls without asking for our Dals. We have to ask for a bowl and then wait, but not here.
The food was served promptly and it was served very well too. The staff also knew the menu well and could explain us what dish had what and helped us decide too.
My experience was just the best. I hope yours will be good too.

Newly placed in ashok vihar. Their decor is very awesome. Ambience is so good, exceptional place for families and friends. Their food is very tasty, delicious, and their serving of food is so different from others. Their staff courtesy is also good. Like to recommend to other.
It is a great restaurant to shortlist for your dinner time
But you will face a difficulty with the slow service the food takes a lot of time to get to you table but the fact is that it is worth waiting because some of the dishes are amazingly delicious just like "Double Decker Mushrooms" I'm loving it .There is a scope of improvement in some dishes also like "Kashmiri Naan" It was subtitled in the menu that it is stuffed with fruit cocktail but when it came to the table it was just pineapple and cheese stuffed which was annoying.
Coming to Nawabi Panner it was nice but the cheese was diced in big size which reduces the flavour of gravy.The best thing about this restaurant is that although the prices are high but the serving quantity of the dishes are very good.

I always used to pass via this place and wonder why there is so much rush and people waiting outside to get in for food when there are just too many food joints offering good food without such a hassle. (Infact there is no option to book in advance or any offers on any dinning app).
I was so intrigued that I decided yesterday to go in irrespective and after a wait of 10 mins I finally got there so here is my brief review on the place with a strict 4 rating as I didn't want to rate it 5.
- The location is Great and easy to find. Exteriors are presentable and gives a warm appealing impression. While I wished Interiors were slightly better.
- The food is sumptuous and I wouldn't hesitate in calling it is a Vegetarian's paradise. I hardly remember any recent menu with such a sizable variety of 'Only Veg' items (Yes it's a pure vegetarian and non alcoholic restaurant).
- I liked the service, portion size and ambience overall. Wrt prices I believe it's very slightly on higher side but not bad considering the overall positives I mentioned.
Conclusion : Readers must have got a great impression by now already considering the no negative feedbacks however the only reason I gave it a 4 is because as a category it's sitting somewhere in a middle of 'Fine Dining' and a 'Casual Dining'. It's not too casual but not too rich and classic for a fine dining. Rest I leave upto you to decide the side!!
I was astonished as soon as I entered this place.Oh Delhi this is I miss the most in Bengaluru they don't have such place for vegetarians there.
With all the lighting and beautiful pillars this place looked magical.So so so great ambience.
In starters we ordered veg manchurian and chilli potatoes.Both were good not as great as my family told me they used to be ,but it was so crowded we waited for more than half an hour so taste was kinda compromised because of rush.
In main course we ordered paneer pasanda ,Shahi paneer ,dal makhni,naan,roti and peri peri pasta.
Taste was somewhat lacking in the main course too.
In the end paan shot cart was a refreshing change to basic saunf mishri, but there too something was missing in taste.
I wish there food taste as awesome as there ambience next time I visit them and I will happily improve my rating to 5.
But for now taste is always the king for me.

A few days back, I visited this outlet with my friends. The interior has a royal look and is pretty lavish with some good breathing space within! The lighting is optimum as per the theme.
For drinks, we had Fruit Punch and Virgin Mojito. The mojito wasn't pretty sweet and really adorable, the soda was mixed properly with the mint and had the perfect fizzy flavour. The fruit punch was really soothing and refreshing too.
For starters, we tried the Indian platter. It was a consistent combination of a variety of foods mainly comprising of Dahi ke Kebabs, Paneer Tikka alongside chunks of spiced mushroom tikka. The quantity and the presentation was beyond satisfaction, I adored the serve.
This was followed by two starters that is the stuffed Soya chaap and the chilly paneer. Done with minimum oil, the stuffed Soya chaap is something you rarely find, it had a fluent texture and the perfect essence of boiled chaap. The chilly paneer was on the spicier side yet it had a great flavour.
Right after this we indulged in some main course consisting of Dal Makhani , Khurchan Gobi and Paneer Butter Masala along with a set of assorted breads. The Paneer Butter Masala and the Khurchan Gobi were worth divulging into and the Dal Makhani was also great it had the roasted flavour with a good thickness which I appreciated.
Lastly, we tried the Gulab Jamun and the Fruit Custard for Dessert and both of them were just amazing. The Custard was Vanilla flavoured and consistent from top to bottom with a good mix of fruits. The Gulab Jamun was sweet and fresh.
So overall the food was great and the staff was also very cooperative.

We also had italian like pasta . Then American paneer Barbeque pizza was one of the best I've had till the date ! Chilli panner Dal makhni Aloo Gobi With Naan And angoori Roti! We were surprised by Variety of Dessert . Fruit Custard ,Kulfi and butterscotch Ice-cream.
Such a nice place to visit . Extremely satisfied with the outlet and the service . I will definitely recommend this place .

This outlet can be heaven for vegetarians because of the variety of flavours the are serving will make u lick your fingers. This outlet is located at the main road of ashok vihar phase 2 easy to visit . It's a perfect place for a one to visit with family or friends or colleagues. They serves you with the perfect brunch for lunch and dinner . The staff was so polite and was fast in service which added a satisfaction to one's mind . The food is equally good in taste , quality and quantity . Apart from main course they serves you the unique and best desserts in the town, fruit custard , butter scotch and more to come . You must visit this place .
Wonderful ambience i would like to say. They have a huge array of food options. Presentation of food items is brilliant. Must try cheezy rolls.

I was looking for a place like this on zomato and this outlet came on top . I decided to try it out & my decision came out to be really good . They have succha nice ambience . Its not overdone . Its just perfect . The chandelier & the way they have designed this outlet is really beautiful . Apart from the ambience the food itself was just amazing . Theres only few places that serves food that you like and l'll add this outlet to that list only . They have really good food . The pizza that we ordered was so yum . It was equally topped plus the cheese was thick . Base was fresh i mean what else do you want ?
We ordered noodles also and yes they were cooked so well . It was less oily and tasted exactly the way i want them to be . Me and my family is really happy with the service and the food . The main course is kindda same everywhere but i dont know why the flavours were more enriched when i had it here . I mean my overall experience was really delightful and i'll definitely come again with either my friends or family . This is a really really good outlet . Smelling salts might be one of the best places to plan out for lunch or dinner with your family, collegues and friends. It's the first ever vegetarian resturant which I really enjoyed. Food is absolutely amazing especially the starters. They just tend to be melting in your mouth. Perfect place for dining in Ashok Vihar. The menu is vast and place is decently spacious and quite clean. We tried Chinese here and the manchurian with gravy were a must try! The service is a little slow though
I have been to this restaurant twice and the food was quite good the first time but not on the second. This place has both indoor and outdoor seating and I would not recommend the indoor seating if you want to have a peaceful dinner and the seats are close and it all echos. The service was good and the atmosphere overall is fine. I think the food should be improved and the seats can be reduced or made a bit more far off. Nothing can be done about the echo but it's an overall nice experience and definitely deserves a
Good Food, good ambience and good service. That's what Smelling Salts is about, being good at everything even if it is not best in any one aspect but that doesn't stop you from having a good time. The restaurant staff and servers were all polite and respectful with eagerness and understanding to please the guests. With a bit of training and polish, the service can certainly be the best. Food is an evolutionary process but then again some of the items are best already, others need to be improved.
Car parking is a big issue at times in standalone restaurants but there is a valet service here so one can go without any concern and have a good time.

This place is nice for family dinners. They have a valet parking so no issue for parking. We ordered Dal Makhani, soya masala chaap and butter naan. All of then tasted good and were amazing.
Ambience was really nice and the staff is nice. Being a crowded place they were unable to attend all so frequently but they were trying.
Overall bill was of ₹1500approx. And it was worthy of it.

I visited smelling salts yesterday. The place has a very refined ambience. It is perfect for a fine dining experience.
I tried many things at smelling salts. The food was pretty good and the presentation was on point. My favourite drink was the blue Galaxy cooler ( must try ), their pizza & pasta were very appetizing. I liked the pineapple Tikka and the tandoori soya chaap too. I loved almost all the dishes. The service was also perfect.

Let me be completely honest. This is by far the best place I've been to that serves Pure Vegetarian Food, has amazing ambiance, the most courteous staff and soothing music.
I was in love with the entire concept of this restaurant, starting from the valet service to the staff catering our needs as to where we would like to sit and then serving us hot and fresh food within minutes.
I had reserved a table here because we don't like to wait and it's more comfortable to do so.
My parents don't like any place that easily but they are a fan of this place now.
We started out by ordering Sweet Corn soup and Garden Fresh Salad along with Tandoori Paneer Tikka & Krunchy Dahi Ke Kebab for starters.
Let me highlight the quantity of food Smelling Salts provide, the salad was huge. Like literally, huge.
My parents loved the Paneer Tikka more but I loved Dahi Ke Kebab more. I just loved they had a crunchy version and it was just heavenly delicious when had it with mint chutney.
Alongside, we ordered Watermelon Daiquiri and Fresh Lime Soda. Again, I would like to highlight the quantity served. The glasses were huge, and had a ton of quantity of both the drinks. We also ordered Smelling Salts Trash which is the highlight drink of this restaurant and I just loved it. It had Red Bull. So, I became a fan already. Hahaha.
For main course, we had Dal Makhni and Yellow Tadka Dal along with Tandoori Roti. Trust me on this, you'll not find a better Dal Makhni than the one served here. It's better than Veda's, Gulati and even Bukhara. It is so creamy and so well prepared that I'm definitely going back soon just for Dal Makhni. I loved it. You must order it. Must.
Masala Papad were great too. It tasted really good with Yellow Dal.
Paan Shots were given after we had our meal and wet rolling tissues too to wipe off our hands which I think it's the best thing.
Let's talk about service, I have been to like every place in Delhi NCR and I've never got bowls without asking for our Dals. We have to ask for a bowl and then wait, but not here.
The food was served promptly and it was served very well too. The staff also knew the menu well and could explain us what dish had what and helped us decide too.
My experience was just the best. I hope yours will be good too.

I always used to pass via this place and wonder why there is so much rush and people waiting outside to get in for food when there are just too many food joints offering good food without such a hassle. (Infact there is no option to book in advance or any offers on any dinning app).
I was so intrigued that I decided yesterday to go in irrespective and after a wait of 10 mins I finally got there so here is my brief review on the place with a strict 4 rating as I didn't want to rate it 5.
- The location is Great and easy to find. Exteriors are presentable and gives a warm appealing impression. While I wished Interiors were slightly better.
- The food is sumptuous and I wouldn't hesitate in calling it is a Vegetarian's paradise. I hardly remember any recent menu with such a sizable variety of 'Only Veg' items (Yes it's a pure vegetarian and non alcoholic restaurant).
- I liked the service, portion size and ambience overall. Wrt prices I believe it's very slightly on higher side but not bad considering the overall positives I mentioned.
Conclusion : Readers must have got a great impression by now already considering the no negative feedbacks however the only reason I gave it a 4 is because as a category it's sitting somewhere in a middle of 'Fine Dining' and a 'Casual Dining'. It's not too casual but not too rich and classic for a fine dining. Rest I leave upto you to decide the side!!
Honestly it's a good restaurant. The best thing is, it is on main road and has Vallet parking.

They actually serve tasty food and at last they serve complimentary pan flavour drink which amazed me as I thought we didn't ordered it. But that was really really nice in taste. It's is pocket friendly also. We were four person and had soups, pasta, Malai chap all were tasty. I'm attaching photos also. I would recommend this.
