This place has been in Khan Market for decades. Known to be famous for rolls. Really liked the Sheekh kabab roll.
Finally I got to eat at The real Khan Chacha , unfortunately they can’t have the same name but nobody can beat them in their Chicken and mutton tikka rolls.. The saddest part is ppl ask them Khan Chacha location they don’t even say anything.. Guys this is Real Khan Chacha 🥳🥳

I had Chicken Seekh Kabab Roll and it was so yum. The thing I like the most is the inside filling. The quantity was enough. The accompaniments were also very good. The mint chutney was very flavourful. Moreover, It was worth the money spent. I would recommend this to people out there.
The best rolls that's all I can say!!! Be it vegetarian paneer or chicken and mutton... They have the best rolls and the quantity is good too. The staff is so nice and friendly, cleanliness is up to the mark. I don't know what more I can praise about their food it's simply simply 'The Best'!

This is owned by the founders and original owners of Khan chacha rolls. They separated from.khan chacha franchise as trademark was falsely taken from them by dayal optical founder Kalra. The food here is great, its better than the "rolls" we used to have before in Khan market. Please visit it,it'll be worth your time,money.
EDIT: Since my last review, I’ve visited the joint again and their serving sizes have improved considerably. The flavours are classic and this place is worth your money. A great choice post drinks!
The food is fairly decent compared to the other kebab joints in Khan Market (certainly better than Khan Chacha), but my god, the servings are minuscule. This place is not value for money. The portions are laughably small (even the “full” ones) and there are better places where you can spend your money.
Yesterday i tried their monster non veg roll which was way too heavy and really lip smacking. Different varieties of non veg were interested in this roll. I also tried chicken tikka which was really juicy and spicy in taste. The staff was really polite and service was quick.

Few steps ahead of Khan Chacha is this place with a sign placarded saying the original Khan which attracted me to go there. Well I don't know the case whether Khan Chacha or this particular outlet has the original Khan but I must say both the places wins hands down on rolls in particular the mutton rolls.
My first visit to Rule the Rolls and what can I say? The food and service was amazing. Everything is reasonably priced and the taste outstanding!
The entire menu is tempting but in the end I settled for the mutton tikka rumali roll and paneer tikka. Would 100% recommend. It's definitely worth a visit and I will definitely be returning!
A quaint little cafe. Carries on the legacy of Khan Chacha. The overall food is good. There's a significant bit in the Non Vegetarian menu. The Vegetarian menu is tiny and can be expanded though. But still love the Rolls.
Apparently the original Khan Chacha and right under the nose of the Khan Chacha outlet in Khan Market, this cute place is adorable. Limited menu choices can be an indication that everything is good on the menu! The ladies handling the counter are super courteous and quick. I wanted to try the Haleem but since it wasn't available, I tried the Mutton Kofta with Rumali Rotis. The size of the roti maybe smaller than usual but it was well packed in aluminium foil to maintain the freshness. The Kofta was super soft, the gravy was neither too spicy or oily, just an apt taste. Stumbled onto this gem by mistake. AMAZING AMAZING melt in the mouth rolls at reasonable prices in the middle of Delhi's poshest area. Seating is limited but the food is worth it. Give Khan Chacha a miss, and go here!

The ‘ REAL / ORIGINAL KHAN CHACHA ‘ is back !!!! So so delighted that the rolls I absolutely loved eating as a kid from that small hole in the wall shop are finally back . Apparently they got into some dispute with their previous landlord , and lost the naming rights . However , this place is the real deal for the real rolls, just how they used to be in terms of taste and flavour . Their Mutton seekh kebab roll and chicken tikka roll are the same old legendary rolls that everyone loved back in the day- just how it used to be when the old man ( actual Khan chacha ) was still around , absolutely delicious and simply the best rolls in delhi .
So glad that the original is back . I am sure all those who ate at the original Khan Chacha will be back in Food heaven again !!!
I think one of the best rolls. Very well cooked and have a wonderful taste like no other the original. I have tried other rolls too I am a big foodie but I feel that their rolls are incomparable.

The meat being all Halal simply melts in your mouth and the fish was so soft that I thought it was Halal too.
Haleem is a rarity one rarely gets outside of the Ramadan period and it was a delight to find it here and served to perfection.
Staff is professional and looked after us well and everything was served as soon as it was made on the Tandoor which one could see through the glass partition.
Only problem is the limited seating, with space for barely ten to twelve people.

I have tried Khan Chacha earlier but didn’t find it really impressive so I was reluctant to walk into their new franchise but to my surprise I somehow gathered courage visit this place and I am glad. I ordered Spicy chicken rumali roll and now all I can think of is going back to this place for another treat.
Was introduced to this place by a friend and as we stuffed our mouths with those juicy rolls, was told about the history of this place.
On entering you will feel a presence of luxury and a very small place which is successfully running is vividly visible.
As we ordered through the small window and peeped to see my rolls made in a very clean kitchen made me really hungry.
The rolls is 5*. Unbelievably good. Can't miss this if you are a foodie.
Will visit again when in Delhi.. Till time good luck and grow till the sky.

“Khan Chacha” he lost this brand to the cunningness of his ex partners, well, went to try the rolls & trust me they are as good as they were. We got home Haleem & Rolls, tried the Haleem the next day at home and it tasted as fresh. I wish the team a lot of success and hopefully the X partners will be visited by their Karma soonest.
You might know it better as Khan Chacha, the irony is that RULE THE ROLLS is the REAL KHAN CHACHA, who is back in Khan Market to fight the brand he created. He lost his brand due to cunningness of his business partners!! But they are back and they are definitely here to stay. You can absolutely taste the difference between the quality of two!! We highly recommend their paneer tikka roll. Most of the places paneer rolls are chewy but rule the rolls is keeping the taste right.

Tried 'n' Tasted Mutton Kakori Roll – Rumali Roti filled with Mutton Kakori Kebab topped with mint chutney(dip) and few lemon drops. Have a bite of this roll, the first-word one will speak is La-Jawab!!
Mutton Seekh Kabab– The special handcraft item of Rule the Rolls. Prepared with a mixture of mutton minced and other relevant ingredients-besan(chickpea flour), egg yolk, salt for taste, etc. Skewer the kebabs onto oiled skewers and grilled till the outside is brownish.

We were not in the mood to have rolls, so we opted instead for a few different kebabs- chicken tikka, mutton tikka, and mutton seekh kebab. The chicken tikka and mutton seekh kebab were really juicy and melt-in-the-mouth, and not overpowered by spices. We especially liked the meatiness of the seekh kebab, and a slight bite of the whole spices used in the mince. But the mutton tikka was a tad dry and chewy, but was flavored well. Overall, a nice pocket-friendly place to grab a quick bite.

This is the real old Khan Chacha people! You have to try and believe it. Their tikkas and rolls are outstanding. If you have haven’t tried their kakori kebab roll then you have really missed something in life. They also have student rolls if main menu looks heavy on the pocket for you!

Finally the original is back with a new name- Rule the Rolls. Opened just next to Khan Chacha on the ground floor, it’s a very small QSR with limited seating. The food is prepared absolutely fresh right in front of your eyes. Being a vegetarian, I enjoy their Paneer Tikka roll quite a lot! Lovely place to go for quick grab and go!!

Khan Chacha.... the Original is back by the name Rule The Rolls with the same lingering taste of juicy tikkas wrapped delicately in thin rumali with just a hint of onion and their secret seasoning.
They currently have 2 outlets.... one at Galleria Market Gurgaon and other one recently opened at Khan Market opposite old Big Chill.
I quick tasted their chicken roll while we were waiting for our table at Big Chill recently and was transported back in time with the same taste which we used to have during 90's before they partnered with a business house and were out casted by them..... of their original family brand Khan Chacha which they're fighting in court to get it back.
If you like rolls which should give you the taste of Chicken meat without overpowering spices or green chatni.... then a visit here is a must

Heard about this place a lot..it does Justice in service and taste. An expert in rolls. Tasty and mouth watering aroma and preparation. The place is bit small and narrow but how does it matter as it all about authentic rolls.
It's always a pleasure to dine here.Though a small QSR the service is very courteous. The food is absolutely amazing.The rolls are made fresh and are an absolute delight specially the non veg rolls but the star is the chutney.It offers value for money, not overpriced.The service is quite prompt.

Saleem & brother have put in a lot of efforts wid this new venture; but made sure that the customer satisfaction is not compromised.
The OG Khan Chacha rolls are served here. Chicken tikka roll is as good as I remember from a decade ago. Juicy and tender. The ambiance is also very nice and clean. Service is fast. Will try their other offerings.

A few days ago I visited this place and to my surprise I love the food. Really very amazing and delicious. the presentation was also good. Veg and non-veg biryani both are equally good and I also had finger licking kebabs. At last we tried rumali roti with both chicken and Paneer - too damn good. Tried this place for the first time. Loved the ambience and the fact that ample seating is available. I’m a vegetarian so limited to traditional items. I found the prices to be okay (it’s Khan Market). Got veg platter for 490 and rumali roti @20 each. Taste is really nice. This menu won’t confuse you when you’re famished, it’s when you only wanna eat what you know makes you relax.

I had lunch in this restaurant on 2023/02/04. So I got a chicken biryani from this, It's very delicious Indian biryani is a very good taste. So after that I we looking for something for dessert. But I couldn't select anything because all are very new to me. But some beautiful lady whose name is Tina help to me chooses a dessert. It's name is Phirni. just like a pudding but not pudding. Nothing short of spectacular, the Mutton Kakori Kebab, the Chicken Roll platter were wholesome and so yum, the tenderness and texture of the kebabs, the attention to detail, which is evident in the taste and flavour of the green chutney, even the onions were so fresh, it is testimony to the fact that these guys pour their heart and soul into their food.....
This place in my opinion surpasses Khan chacha's food with ease.....

As gathered from internet searches, this is owned by the founding family of Khan Chacha. Though the name is rather long and unimpressive, the food, ambience and decor was perfect. To savour the taste of pure meat I prefer mutton sheekh kebab. You can order it as a roll or just the kebabs and rumali roti separately. There are many dishes that you get their and all are exquisite.
Being on the first floor you have to climb one flight of stairs that brings you to the first floor restaurant. Big windows overlooking the market below and comfortable spacious seating relaxed you enough to get confused what to order!!

We found this place hidden in Khan Market and decided to give a try since it's a unit of Khan ChaCha. And is was a great decision. Delicious kebabs and rolls served with green chutney and onions made our day. Prices are moderate but the food quality is very worth it. Service is really quick. Since the place is small, lot of seating isn't available. Still you can take away the orders to enjoy the food. We had a nice chat with the owner while leaving who was very courteous and respectful.
