Went to this place which is owned by Mr. Bhanu Nehra, brother of our very own Mr. Aashish Nehra. We went to have lunch cum dinner(linner)and as we were starving we ordered kadhai murgh, tandoori chicken, murgh biryani and garlic naan. On one hand tandoori chicken could have been better, on the other hand kadhai murgh was finger-licking. The breads were really soft, and we could have ordered chicken biryani again had our stomachs not been filled till the mouth.
Staff showed full courtesy and it felt good to sit and eat in the sofa area which is usually occupied! You can have to wait on the weekends.
Very nice food. Variety and taste is amazing. Ambiance is very nice. Hospitality is pleasing! Had a good time there with family! Loved the mocktails! A nice place overall!

concept of the place is really awesome. I visited this place and explore the food items may be months ago . I had nice experience here with staff member's.
Concept of the restaurant is about the culinary experience of 5 regions i.e. Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi and Lucknow under one roof. With a huge delhi culture painting on the wall at the entrance to ambiance and décor of the restaurant, it’s all Beguiling and mesmerize. With 2 floor of snug seating this restaurant is all set to make your experience to a worth count. Menu is crafted in a manner that you will get all 5-region food listed with categorised starter and mains. Food serve in a basic manner with basic presentation, but in term of the taste and flavour they are good, not out of the box but they are good, nice soft cooked meat paired nicely along with your drinks. Service is very attentive and quicks, also the regular feedback is taken by serve regards to food which is amiable. Overall, it’s a worth trying place in janpath with you family, friends and love ones.

Nice place to eat ,it has a very serene ambiance which will make you relax after a long walk or shopping.Staff is very active and service by Mr.Dinesh Kumar was very good. We had Good starters Hare bhare kabab and dahi ke kabab , it was awesome in taste.Main course was delicious too,.We had mocktails and have never had it before hajmola Gola soda prepared by Paramjeet was fantastic.

Just passing by, plan to try this place. Start with Interiors, its a contemporary modern art, just entered the place sitting was the live singer performer which complement the ambiance.
Food is okay as we tried Parde wali raan, chicken malai tikka, papad e paneer and galouti kabab in starters. Parde wali raan is bit dry from inside but tastes okay, chicken malai tikka and galouti kabab were excellent.
Main course food we ordered was Nawabi chicken curry, paneer kadai which were much better than the starters. Some Hajmola mocktail was also good.
Staff and service is the thing for which I can give them five star. Dinesh, who serves us is very friendly and serve us in a best possible manner he can.
Overall its a good experience to dine in here. Will recommend this place.
This is a great place to go for lunch or dinner at Connaught place in New Delhi. We had traditional food that was quite good and a new experience . The service was fantastic and I highly recommend this restaurant.
Another place with grill. Have tried their lunch buffet and dinner buffet. Food is decent and wont disappoint you. Nothing exceptionally good or exciting. Good interior decoration but very less place to sit, chill and enjoy a meal. The place is very clumsy, especially when you have grill in front of you. Not a good idea if you want to visit there with kids. Their tables are good for two people.

Ambience is vibrant, full of pictures and bright lights...Service is quick, plus the waiters are very attentive.... I really liked the Galouti Kebab preparation which was served along with ulte tawe ka paratha... Chicken tikka masala was also good with prefect blend of spices... Only disappointed was the Murg seekh Kebab, they were too hard plus the spices were not blended well together...

Grill house is one of the most famous restraunts in my list of reviewing as i like the theme of the restraunt the most .it was simple but yet it felt like the most intrestimg place . The Mutton Delicacies are a must must have here. Parde Wali Raan, A dish cooked with an outer covering of Dough, It was pretty much amazing. A starter you should not miss at all.
Also tried Dahi Ke Kabab, Pretty average one you should give it a miss.
Had Mutton Rogan Josh and Butter Chicken for the mains. Mutton dishes stole the show, Butter Chicken was average again.

The grill house was the first place we went to in Delhi and boy the food was good.
From their grill to curry, everything was great.
Their briyani is something that you have to try, but the parde wali raan is out of this world.

The visual USP of this place has to be Delhi painted on its walls, from Jantar Mantar to Rajpath, from street food to boho-chic, from a casual shopping spree at Janpath with a world of shopping bags by your side to foreigners admiring Indianness in the capital city.

Right from the entry to the finish.. v wer not disappointed a bit... The cutout auto at the entrance to the huge graffiti wall with scenes depicting a day in Delhi are all so cool.... The split sitting and the live counter add that charm to it... The mezzanine floor has interesting sitting options too...
Enjoy grilling your own vegetarian and non-vegetarian barbeques on live grills embedded in your tables. Although I would hav liked if there wer more options in starts but whatever was served was done to perfection... The servers r courteous n serve even from the live counter to your table... Childhood memories r brought back with fryums served with nitrogen which lends them a cool taste n makes them quite fresh...
Gold gappas too were served innovatively with water in test tubes et al... they keep feeding you starters till you are almost reminded that u hav to hav dinner as well..!! It is a mere formailty to pick up the plate n help yourself with the food.... I was much happy with only the desserts...

As the name says this place is serving some decent grilled Starters, not to forget their lip smacking main course.
I loved their nectarine mojito with fresh fruits & fruity flavour , if you love milky shake stuff you should try their gulkand shake which is creamy & full of nice flavour.
In main course I liked their dum aalo & butter chicken with mirchi parantha.
They have got a nice wall inside with beautiful posters depicting Delhi in different forms & scenarios.
Over all decent place to have main course.
Live music was an add on , the guy was singing wonderful tracks in the Afternoon.
After a long long time I had good food in any if the CP restaurants.
Janpath grill house is the place for non veg main course curry dishes, hands down.
I seldom write with such gaga over certain dishes, but what a main course it was.
Vegetarians starters, and starters overall can take some improvement in finesse, it almost seemed starters and main course came from totally different kitchens, as starters took long time coming and lacked the zing it should carry, as Indian cuisine is known for their kebabs.... Broccolli malai tikka was nice though and so was the parda naan.
But in main course their mutton is curry is true love.
Shakes were nice and creamy. Mocktails not so good.
However, on the aspect of whether I would love to come back to this restaurant, I most certainly will.
What will i have? all their hearty delectable mouth watering curry dishes with garlic naan and mirchi parathas...

If you ask me if I would like to visit Janpath Grill House (JGH) again, I would say anytime. And the reason for that is the fabulous food. All preparations are well-curated, superbly presented, and great in taste. For instance, Anjeer aur Akhroot ki tikki is something I never found anywhere else. In fact, I had to reorder it because of its taste. Similarly, Amritsari Macchi is excellent in taste. And don't miss the special pani poori & jaljeera.
Kokum drink needs some improvement, so does the service part.
I have visited this place with my friends today I am impressed with the wall paintings and the menu which they have which is totally eye catching!

Located just opposite the busy Janpath market ,this place has recently launched a new menu which is a blend of cuisines from 5 states - Kashmir , UP , Punjab , Rajasthan and Delhi.
The interiors are nicely done with an Indian touch.

They were all yummy , perfect crispy and nicely presentated.
The Main course was one of the best I had in the recent times and is a must try, something very different and Rich in flavour. They were - Paneer lababdar , Janpath Dal , Sabzi Makkan wali and Dum Aloo Banarasi along with naan and stuffed Aloo Parantha.
The drinks were awesome and refreshing
Nectraine mojito - something different from the usual mojito .. this had a blend of various fruits.
Kokum ka sharbat
Gulkand and strawberry milkshake
Jaljeera which they served with golgappa
In the desserts I had Phirni which was very well prepared , perfectly sweet and had dry fruits in it
Overall this place is amazing and is definitely worth a try. I will Highly recommend this place and dishes will enhance your taste buds.
The ambience looks good. I just tasted their gol gappa shots. Nothing new to taste but the presentation is good. Nice creativity. Music is a big no and the only deduction in the rate meter. The music doesn't go with the ambience.

Janpath grill is very nice place for a good buffet. i went there with my team lunch.they offered largest buffet in this market. We start our food with golgappas .its mouth watering . So I was not even expecting that a place tucked in the janpath lane could deliver so well.
The ambience of the page is very warm and lively. That totally deserves a mention.
It's on the lines of barbecue nation, similar food, love counters etc.
The daal was great, macchi curry ( or something) was the best that I've had so far and I'm very very very picky about daal and fish both.
The starters very nice. The piece size was commendable. The staff is nice, and attentive. The place is not buzzing with noise, but it's got a nice family feel to it. We were able to spend around 2 hours there easily.
And worth a mention is that that they've got a full fledged bar.
All in all, I'll say the main course was nice and it's the kind of place buffet lovers can visit.

I couldn't tryy the deserts because I was already full ...But it was a good experience overall. The ambience and their service is also good. I would recommend everyone to go and try it once.

A buffet setup in the heart of the city... the menu changes everyday. The starters remain the same. The continental was amazing, the Chinese could have been better. But I have a thing for live grills and also the service was great. So no complaints.

Janpath Grill house experience was awesome. Went there with the family today. Was impressed with the ambience. Graffiti at the entrance describing CP elements is amusing. Food was great with variety of starters on live grill. Additionally there's pav bhaji chhole kulche golgappe and yummy cheesy pasta. Service is very courteous and Sunil took personal care. Definitely recommended.
I dined at Janpath Grill House with my family and it was a wonderful experience. The mocktail Hajmola Soda is definitely worth a try. Staff was very polite and friendly especially Sunil and Dinesh. Absolutely worth the visit!
JGH has the best starters of all with most courteous and supporting staff. Ambience is very comforting and relaxing. Most of the food items come with a unique and earthy taste.

We went for evening snacks time around 5 pm, we ordered some snacks like veg and non-veg platter each, also ordered 2 tom yum soup with 1 Virgin Mojito. Let me tell you, food taste were really good. Tender yet tasty.

Janpath Grill House is a complete family restaurant at Janpath (just adjacent to Sarvana Bhawan). The place is very roomy and unlike Barbeque Nation, it is very peaceful and people there don’t dance on your heads celebrating just anything. It has got couches for family seating of 4-6 people apart from normal chair seating. The quality of barbeque snacks is very good and the variety is also awesome. Since I have had food at many such places before (like Barbeque Nation, The Barbeque Company), I can firmly say that this was the most enjoyable of them all.
They arranged for a couple of snacks which were not on the menu as well. We asked for French Fries and Chinese Manchurian Balls and they served without any hesitation. They had a very unique way of serving gol-gappas wherein 4 different kinds of water was brought in sort-of test tubes. They also served frymes with liquid nitrogen sprayed on top of it while serving so that they are not very hot while eating. While I did not like the taste of the frymes, the way they brought it to the table and presented it was different than the ordinary.
The main course offered good choice in terms of variety and all the dishes were very tasty. I must say that I have not had a better dal makhani than what I had here. The desserts were also very tasty.
I would recommend getting the deal through Nearbuy app as it gave us a discount of 35% on an otherwise Rs.1000 per person dinner cost.

Located on the main Janpath street, JGH is a newly opened grilled house with good ambience and food. They have combined the molecular gastronomy along with the concept of live grill on the table so the overall concept is appealing! Went there for lunch and enjoyed the experience. Interiors are really different and they have a scene of Delhi on the wall which is very unique and elegant. Decor is classy and simple. The place is targeted towards families and not just youth. Its large enough to accommodate about 100+ people.
Loved their drinks, especially Gur Ka Sharbat and Hajmola Gola Soda. Reminds me of childhood! We started with their snacks - Mutton Seekh, Chicken Galagi, Tandoori Prawns, Tandoori Aloo, Paneer Tikka, Fish Tikka. Mutton Seekh and Fish Tikka were outstanding and really flavourful. They must have used Basa fish as it was so fresh and melt in the mouth! Their star item in molecular snacks was the Molecular puffs. Simple liquid nitrogen poured over the fried puffs and it was amazing! When you bite them, smoke will come out of your mouth and it feels so good after eating chilled puffs! Also, their Gol Gappas were good with a unique presentation, and the sweet chutney placed inside a dropper. We also witnessed the making of live molecular chaat by Chef Tarun and it was mind-blowing to see curd getting fried!
The main course section was also really rich and had a long spread along with soups, salads and deserts. I loved their grill house Dal and it was very creamy and had the right amount of spices and flavours. The chicken however can be further improved as I found the pieces little chewy but the gravy was good. The breads were served on our table and the server was really very professional and polite. Guess his name was Dinesh. Breads were fresh and soft unlike the hard ones we generally find in any buffet spread. They also had a live pasta station but was too full to try it.
The desert section had many varieties served in small bowls. Loved their Shahi tukda, Kulfi and Kheer. Loved their hospitality and overall a good experience and an ideal place for a family outings and really pocket friendly. 499 for a Veg Buffet and 599 for NV is a steal considering what they offer.
The restaurant is not an old one and is based on the theme of janpath traditional looks.
The variety in the restaurant is not that good however, the taste is unique and few of the dishes are very different.
Few dishes you shall try are: Dahi Kabab, Molecular Chaat. They mostly put liquid nitrogen.
There were only 4-5 dishes for buffet and only 3 desserts which was a great let down.

Everything about this place seems to be great when it comes to spend a casual evening with friends and office teams, good music (live!), Great food, nice ambience and service. A cool place to go.
The ambience is nice. The music doesn't drown the conversation. The food choices, though limited are well prepared.
They are the best all you can eat buffet in Delhi. Out of the many times that I have visited this place they have never disappointed me.
best place for party with friends... they have real time grilled starters... cheap and best.. dj play nice bollywood songs...
Starters were good. Liquid nitrogen was a nice touch. Main course was average.
