Best for chicken biryani and seekh kebabs
It's a very friendly eating place with an amazing Desi food taste. If you like a totally Desi chicken eating place in CP then this is it.
Located in the basement just on side with PVR on a crowded road. There is a sitting arrangement with Fans and coolers but no AC. We ordered chicken curry which is famous and it didn't disappoint. The taste was amazing and reminded me of how a desi chicken should be.
The best one was yet to come, a Mutton biryani took the cake for the delicious of it all. It was spicy and quantity was ok for 2 people. Would recommend this place if you're in a mood for Desi food.
Almost 59 year old restaurant located in cp for famous their chicken it butter chicken one of my fav of this place it's very affordable for this type of location they have also indoor sitting facility ambiemnce really good
Who says you cannot have tasty food at a budget price in Delhi? Tee Pee O in CP offers some awesome dhaba style food at very low prices. The chicken curry is to die for. It has a specific tangy taste that lingers for long.
When i was really craving for some yummy non veg food... heres where bae took me to fill my tummy. 😂 And the experience was really good. The butter chicken here is really perfect for those who dont like their butter chicken to be much on the sweeter side. Paired with Indian breads or rice as u please. Decent prices and good quantity offered.
Went to the restaurant a few days back after watching a review on YouTube with one of my friends.
The place is easily reachable and quite ample space is available to sit. Although the ambience is average.
Had keema meat and chicken biryani
Biryani was good but keema meat was ultimate nice pieces and the spices were as per my liking i. e. Fiery spicy.
Biryani 3.5/5
Keema meat 5/5
Have been visiting this place since childhood.
It's an hidden gem below Mohan Singh Palace Connaught Place.
Love their chicken biryani. It’s a perfect blend of spices.
Just tell them to give you the whole leg and it comes with thigh and leg piece.
Just amazing.
Best biryani in New Delhi.
It's a Dhaba type place serving north Indian cuisine for both vegetarian and non vegetarians, the flavours are homely and lightly spiced.
I always come here to try variety, the prices are also fine.
My favourite is their mutton and chicken biryani and special tee pee o chicken, also the service is quick.
Famous for biryani in delhi situated in mohan singh place basement near हनुमान मंदिर and pvr revoli biryani taste is really amazing only ambience is litlle bit busy other wise food quality is really good price is low according to other resturant price in cp if you eat food for taste you should go there other wise you want good ambience and all this place is not for you this place is only for food lover and tasty food lover
The good old legendary outlet in Mohan Singh Place serving absolutely lip smacking food since time immemorial. Went here for a lunch. Our order consisted of the foloowing:
•Chicken Curry
• Paneer Butter Masala
• Chicken Biryani
• Butter Naan and Tandoori Rotis
The food served here is absolutely gold. You need to taste it to understand how good it actually is. Wash it down with some cold drink and you have a perfect meal. I would not talk much and let the pictures do the talking.
I Had Ordered A Veg Biryani and it was good VFM. it was delicious and worth have to try the non veg
heard that meat biryani and keema meat
Wonderful place if you are nonveg lover dont forget to order chicken biryani and butter chicken the interior is old but you will forget it once you start your meal delicious food served hot great service. I am visiting this place from three generations my grand father used to eat here my father during young days he is 63 now and me visiting this place from childhood. Now I am visiting this place with my child. Value for money decent family place with lots of taste

So if you are in Cannaught Place and want to have a cheap and tasty food.so tee pee o is the best place for you.
Chicken Briyani, Butter Chicken,Kadai chicken are the best food served here.
The place is small but the food is really amazing.
My father took me to this place and I've been going here ever since. This used to be his favourite place to eat out at during his college times. This place has been serving for decades and their taste is super nice. Their dishes are very well prepared, and the mutton biryani, fish fry, tandoori chicken are a must try. This is not a fancy looking place so don't expect great ambience.
This small dhaba type restaurant is situated on the lower ground floor of Mohan Singh Place is bit of congested and dark but the warm welcome by staff and the owner actually makes up for it. The place isn’t visually appealing and is recommend visiting with a great company. This old school dhaba serves an extensive range of non vegetarian dishes from tandoori items to a wide variety of gravy item.
The chicken biryani is not that great here. It is simple cooked long grain rice served with gravy added with chicken pieces. The spicy rice tickles your taste-bud but after sometime it is too much spicy to handle. The dish is served along green coriander chutney and chopped onions. The served quantity of the biryani is quite good and can easily satisfy your hunger.
Moving on I had one of the greatest Butter chicken here. The gravy is delicious and you can actually find the butter flowing in your dish. This heavy dish needs to be strictly ordered when you are in a group because the quantity they serve is quite too much for two people. The basic gravy and the over flowing butter is the USP of this dish. Accompanied by hot tandoori roti adds the flavor to the dish. This basic meal can bring smile on any face after having the first bite.
Sorry for no image for this as the meal was so tasty that hardly got the chance to click besides the food should be tried and rather not judged by its image.
If you are looking for a quick lunch or dinner this is just the right place..
No tadak bhadak ..Simply meaty affair when it comes to short and precise menu..
Its actually not biryani its between Biryani and Pulao ..As far as they taste good who cares..
Since 15 years i am regular to this place ..
Why i am rating it too high is its Value for money and taste ..
Spices would be on higher side but thats what u want ..
Service is very ..Within minutes they serve ur order..
I would suggest not to try something different but rather stick to simple food thats being served here
Hygiene wise its Just OK
Ambience - Doesnt matter
Staff - 4/5
Taste 4/5
Value for Money 5/5
Please note that this plce is b/w Street food and Dhaba ..
i.e. u get quick comfort food and u get value for money
Ohh this is my best place for biryani in delhi. The authenticity, taste and the goddamn quantity is amazing. Dont expect any bells and whistles when you visit there as it's a basic restaurant and the food matters for them.
✓ zero serving time
✓ quantity and economical
✓ best taste
I went to Mohan singh Palace for some stiching work and asked the shop guy is there any place to eat nearby he suggested me to go to this outlet in the basement. When I went to the outlet from outside it seemed like a very old shop and doubted if I will get something decent here. I asked the waiter to tell me there best recipe to order and he suggested Chicken Biryani. I was not expecting much but when I tasted the biryani with their chutney I was taken aback. It was just lipsmacking. I will surely suggest all CP visiting people to give this biryani a try.
This place serves one of the best butter chicken in Delhi. Its not too sweet and have the right balance of all the spices. The seating area is not too good and would not recommend coming here with family or any girl. Having said that, get the food packed and eat at your home. Trust me, you will come back for more.
They say all treasures are buried somewhere or the other. Tee Pee O is one such treasure buried under the Mohan Singh Palace building. I found this treasure in 2007 and it has been an amazing discovery for me. I have recently turned into a vegan, however have tried it's non veg in the past. The food is amazing. The best chicken biryani i have ever had in my life so far. The best part is the flavour and the texture of the biryani. It goes well with the chicken curry served with it. Until August 2016, I have majorly been eating non veg here but when I tried the veg food served here, I was not dissapointed. Must try items on the menu are Dal Makhani, Malai Kofta, Butter Chicken, Palak Paneer and biryani of course (veg and non veg, equally yummy). The staff is old school with a 'Gamcha' on their shoulders and have not changed much. Me and my wife absolutely love this place. Under 600 or 700 rupees for two, you will leave this place with no space in your tummy for a refill. Any one who loves Punjabi flavors in his/her food, must try this place.
Nice Punjabi food. Love it. I tried couple of dishes. Wish it was a bit ventilated. The food was taste and staff was polite. Sitting is little cramped
A small vintage eatery in the heart of CP famous for its biryani. Actually the biryani is more like Rick and chicken curry mixed together. For other item to eat, Keema Mutton and Keema naan are must haves.overall a good place to have a bite with friend is you want to try good punjabi non veg.
Nice place to enjoy some spicy Indian food . I really liked there biryani and brain curry . I will not comment on there ambience and staff coz I feel one can only visit this place for food coz nothing special with there ambience and other things
I was out with my friend for some work in Cannaught Place and was looking for a decent place for having lunch. My friend suggested this place as he has visited it few times before.
It is located near to Rivoli cinema. It is a small dhaba in a basement.
Chicken and mutton biryani - Biryani here is not the usual biryani which you find in most of the restaurants. Rice along with very spicy and delicious gravy on top of it with chicken and mutton pieces is served.
Cost for two would be around Rs. 500.
Service was pretty fast and the food was served after two mins of ordering.
Being a dhaba I cannot say much about ambiance. Seating was comfortable though.
I will be visiting this place again whenever I get an opportunity to try some of their other dishes. Cheers :)
This is a very old restaurant... and I have been eating there from more than last 20 yrs... due to its location and limited space.. the interiors are not good... however the food is brilliant... the biryani is a must have... one can also njoi keema kaleji with chapati.. the rates are very nominal... so if u want to have good food in small amount... this is the place to go
Wenr to this place after hearing rave reviews about non veg food. This place is bot divine and it will only satisfy your hunger for food. Do nit expect anything else. Located at the basement of mohan singh place, you need to watch your head while going down from stairs. Space is a big crunch as you are for a mission to reach to the unoccupied table and another mission when you finish your meal and move out. Now last but the most important part which os the food, our waiter was a senior citizen and he was very polite and suggested we should take butter chicken and we ordered half butter chicken, the dish took longer than expected and it did not tasted the typical butter chicken. It was rather a chicken khurchan with gravy. The gravy was more like a masala chicken, it was less butterry and less creamy with less tomatoes, which i like actually and the serving was huge and it was mire than enough for 3 people. And they offer you jaggery after u finish your meals. Not a bad experience after you finish all your missions without any injuries
BEST BIRYANI IN DELHI!! Be it veg, chicken or mutton, this place serves the best biryani in Delhi! A very modest outlet in the heart of Delhi serving amazing food. You will find this place jam packed even at odd hours on normal working days..butthe food is worth it after all..

After finishing a bottle from a bar in CP we felt hungry.... As the last order time was 11:30pm for food.. but we ordered a bottle a copying of drinks were left so we decided to finest the drinks and around 12:50am we were looking for a place to north Indian desi food....
And luckily we got this place open the owner of this place a Sardar Ji warmly served us food.... With great hospitality gesture....
I ordered dal makhni and paneer butter masala for for and friend others don't non veg......
Dal was very good... With BUTTERY flavour cooked with tomato and garlic.
Paneer gravy was quite mild, BUTTERY and Lil sweet.... Not very thick and decently spiced.
After heavy dose of ALCHOHAL good north Indian food at 1:15am was nothing less than a heaven.
Add human wants are unlimited so the me, was asking for a dessert too after dinner.... So Sardar Ji said... We used to have kulfie.... But discontinued, i requested him to have some desserts ... And he assured me to get it done. Great experience...
"Dilli ka butter chicken" is famous isn't it?!!
Was searching for good places to have chicken biriyani near Connaught Place. And this one came up, read the good reviews about their biriyani and decided to give it a shot.
At first sight, didn't quite like the place. However, decided to go ahead and ordered chicken biriyani, butter naan and butter chicken.
Biriyani is definitely awesome, but what stole the show was the mouthwatering butter chicken. Simply amazing!! So buttery and yummy with succulent pieces of chicken. And the gravy, top notch!!
Definitely a good experience. Easy on the pockets.
Pros:
* Location
* Delicious food
* Good value for money
Cons:
* Ambience
This tiny outlet is located inside mohan Singh place and could accommodate a decent 20 to 25 at a time. Having placed inside the msp this is one pioneer restaurant serving some good biryani to its customers. Of all the biryani just seems more than a decent chicken spicy pulav rather a chicken biryani.
Amazingly delicious.. Hidden hot stop at the heart of delhi.. Must try 4 evry delhite.. Chkn biryani wz jus wow.. Do try once.. Grt pepl.. Grt stvc..
quick service , great staff , first visit ova there ... tried the fam pudina chicke and mutton biryani and completely satisfied my taste buds ..
ambiance - 7/10
service - 8/10
taste - 7.5/10
value for money - 7/10
The food was excellent and we weren't expecting it. The place does not look very fancy but do not under-estimate the place. Loved the North Indian food they served.
A small dhaba kind place situated in mohan singh place in connaught place a awesome place for people who are fond of biryanis i also tried their brain masala which was the best i've ever had overall my experience was good they only lacked in the area of cleanines.
This is not the first time that i have been to this restaurant but really, the sustained quality of food compels me to write about it with gusto.
So my sojourns to Mohan Singh Place 2 times a year for many years now are what have introduced me to TPO but today, the case is that the trip to MSP is planned keeping in mind that Lunch to Bhai has to be in TPO...
Located at the Lower Ground Floor, in a corner, the place is not at all swanky to look at. In fact it turns out to be a visual disappointment at first glance. When you go in you wonder what is this place?? Well, it’s a dhaba so do not be prepared for a 5 star ambiance. But the place is clean (albeit a few flies), nice and cool even in this summer and the people are very welcoming.
Today afternoon, like all afternoons for me, i ordered a Half Butter Chicken and Tandoori Rotis along with a Limca. You know....that Butter Chicken..... It’s to die for..... Absolutely delicious stuff and with garam Rotis... Man!!! Just another level. Portion size is pretty big so if you are a light eater, please be prepared to take away. Since i am a biased Non Veg guy, i asked the guy on the net table about the Rajma Chawal combo and all is said while chomping his food down was "YUM". That does it for me as far as an endorsement goes....
I have been told that the Mutton stuff that he serves is delicious as well.
I have to go on Saturday to collect my clothes so it’s a no brainer as to where i will be having my Lunch..Burrp!!!!
So if you are headed to MSP, grab a bite here first and then go give your measurement of Jeans, trousers etc. (no way the clothes will be tight :)).
Cannot go wrong with this place.
Typically desi restaurant, cool and pleasant environment. The place is cooled through coolers and that gave you a sea side feeling. Desi style service but quick and good service. The waiters has the experience.
Now come to taste, Kadhai Chicken taste so good, spicy and desi. The taste from the older times. Like you say in Hindi, "tripti ho gayi."

Maintaining it's legacy. Tee Pee O has been my favourite since childhood. This place is probably the best in city for Biryani.
I've been eating here since childhood with my dad and we both are fanatics.
This place has maintained it's taste with time. Today when we visited this place, our order was still the same. He got his mutton Biryani and I was stick to my chicken one. It was one of the most delicious lunches.
Must visit. It's a pocket friendly place and serves mouthwatering Biryanis in the town.
Must try out the butter chicken and the biryani there which is great.
The access to the restaurant and the ambience may not be great but food is.
Do try out this hidden jewel
Nostalgia! I used to go there with my father whenever we used to visit Delhi! Same old taste. Little high on prices but once in a while one should try the biryani.
one of my fav .place to eat north Indian food ! best Food served little spicy. Small place to just sit have your yummy food. they serve Kheer too seasonal ! a must try at CP
Going there for last 3 years now consistently for lunch. This place has improved a lot since I first went there. That's why improved the rating from 3.5 to 4.5. This place is known for non veg but is nice for vegetations like me. Try biryani, shahi paneer, malai kofta or daal makhani. All are good. Even the breads taste amazing be it naan, missi or pudina. Very small, hard to locate place. But worth it.
If you are biryani lover then this is the place you must visit.
Though they have decreased the quantity but it's yummy.
Not a classy place to sit but if you love food then ignore things and sit and enjoy the food here.
Fish is also nice which is served. Another thing which I love is the onion salad with vinegar and chutney.
awesome biryanii.... A must try also the butter chicken is awesome... But biryani to mtlb best i've had in years.. they serve it witha sort of gravy extra spicy and well cooked.. Go for it..
While I was in Delhi, I happened to visit this small underground restaurant. It serves the perfect food that a mumbaikar expects to be served here. Super awesome tandoori, Kali daal, chicken biryani and tandoori roti is the perfect welcome one can get in the city of Delhi.
The best tasting menu . Best mutton dishes and best chicken dishes. Good hygiene maintained . It is worth every penny that you spend. Superb place to have indian and mughlai food.
I am going to this place since I can't remember. I love this place biryani is good and i guess 5 stars are rather because of the "special treatment " i get since I've been hugely old customer. Anyway would still recommend this for biryani
This place serves tasty Biryani. A good place for a late night all guys outing. They also serve Biryani with tasty gravy. And it's easy on pocket too.
In cp near regal theater you'll find it little difficult to reach but once you are their you can order biryani and snacks in chicken i won't say that food is very very good but it is all right not to heavy on pocket and a decent meal pudina chicken is a must try.
Thanks to an old recommendation by foodie Shashank A, I ended up here on a whim a few evenings ago. And as it turned out, Tee Pee O was a diamond in the proverbial rough. The small seating area will remind you of an era long lost in the 1980s, with creaky benches and formica-topped tables. The waiters are friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and the service lightning fast. But what really mattered was the food, and it was superb.
I settled down with a bowl full of velvety daal, crisp rotis fresh off the tandoor, and their famed keema meat. Slivers of onions in a small bowl bathed in a tangy chutney and masala played accomplice to this mission. I asked for a bowl of plain curd (not on the menu), which paired in perfect tandem to the meat gravy.
While the daal was excellent, I was blown away by the keema meat. The dish, as I understood, was a Punjabi take on rarah mutton, and its worth every eager mouthful. The well-cooked mutton chops were bathed in smooth mincemeat and onion gravy, seasoned in khada masala. Not too oily, and with just the right touch of heat, it's the stuff you can write poems about.
On a second visit, I was slurping through a giant helping of their special chicken dish. This is a semi-gravy dish of tender tandoor chicken slathered in curd, butter, and secret spices. Unlike any other chicken dish I have ever tasted.
This little place in the basement of Mohan Singh Palace definitely merits many more visits. I'm still salivating.
We loved: the superlative keema-meat, special chicken dish, hot rotis, lovely old-school ambiance
We shrugged: nothing much
Rated: A confident 4/5

yeah they do serve tasty biryanis' as compared to other restaurants at this level.... i was wondering bout their foods for a year long since my visit to mohan singh place for some jeans outfits... and finally had a go... cutting those instincts of not getting here despite having a little thought of ambience over here... got served with chicken biryani with some gravy poured upon...very tastier though... then khadai chicken with some laccha parattas... yummilicious...muaaah,,, how tasty it was.... please do give a try atleast once... also its pocket friendly for sure...u'll find this only by making a entry available adjacent to pvr rivoli ... if not a bit hard to find it.... Ambience:3/5 Service:3.5/5 Quantity:4/5 Quality:3.5/5
An amazing place to have non veg.. specially Biryani here is too good.
This small place in the basement of mohan Singh palace (right next to PVR rivoli) serves amazing food..
Must try : keema Biryani
I visited tee pee o for a quick lunch after a short visit to Mohan Singh place to get some jeans altered. Having heard my father tout it as THE place to have biryani during his years as a student, we decided to give it a try.
The mutton biryani was absolutely sumptuous!! It exploded with flavour and had that delightful spiciness that doesn't let steam out your ears, but leaves a hot lingering aroma of the biryani. We tried the mutton curry and the tandoori roti, both of which were good but the biryani clearly, was the standout.
For those who cannot tolerate spiciness though, you have been warned.
This may be a small dhaba that stands today as a reminder of the bygone glory of Mohan Singh place but the servers make one feel right at home, plying mounds of delectable biryani.
Tee Pee O is another one of those hidden little restaurants that offer amazing food at the most affordable prices. Located near Rivoli cinema hall, this place offers one of the yummiest butter chicken hands down. Easy on the pocket, this place is more than what it's worth. This has got to feature in any chicken lover's bucket list !
Nice place to have a butter chicken and biryani. I tried the place after long time and the quality is still the same. Plus a very quick service !!!
Just in case you don't already have enough restaurants on your hit list, this restaurant in secret alleyway is the one to try out now and you'll be surprised to learn about this hidden dining establishment as you explore it more. Truly a hidden gem in Mohan Singh place near Hanuman Mandir in Connaught Place and is not easy to find if you are not a regular here. Tee Pee O is a wonderful find for those who are like me a big fan of non-veg food. Though if you are a vegetarian don't hold back just yet because their dal makhni is the one to die out for. On a recommendation of a friend who is a regular here, we decided to try out the lip smacking food and give our palate a wonderful treat for which I am sure it thanked us.
Don't have much expectation with the ambiance here. The ambiance of the place is much like that of Kake and Bhape da hotel on the outer circle of CP. One thing that really surprised me here was the fact that this place was pretty cold on a hot summer day without the A/C in the house, how was that possible? I kept on scratching my head for the answer but couldn't find one. Also when you are visiting this place don't expect a fancy tables and chairs to have your food on, simple wooden tables clubbed with school like benches is what they have.
Amazing, mouth watering, appetizing, delectable, delicious, delightful, divine, oh, I can go on and on with the adjectives for the food they serve here. We ordered for Dal makhni, Chicken curry, Keema meat, chicken biryani, curd. Starting with the Dal makhni first, my mouth is still watering with this super delicacy. They say the secret behind cooking the best Dal Makhni is to let it cook on low or coal flame for hours and hours and believe you me the moment you taste it you will know exactly what I mean, topped with cream and butter on top as it is served everywhere this was truly something I will remember for long. Chicken curry, this one was a rustic and authentic curry packed with hot spices and fragrant coriander, oh a delight really. The chicken was tender, juicy and at the same time lip smacking. Club them together and you know what I mean. Keema meat here is flavored minced meat with chunks of delectable mutton pieces topped with coriander and it tasted just wow. The mutton pieces were so juicy and tender and it really were melting in the mouth. The spices used in this were just to perfection and I am sure you will agree with me more once you eat it yourself. Chicken biryani, this was the most delicious and flavorful chicken biryani I have had. It was served with gravy on top and the flavors were mended really well together. Oh curd here really really needs a special mention. It was served to us topped with salt and chaat masala and this tasted like one in heaven. If you love curd like me one bowl will surely not satisfy you.
I was truly overwhelmed with the service here. The owner here himself is the head chef and he is responsible for all the delicious recipes you see on the menu. The staff here will always serve you with a smile and the service too is super quick.
So, what are you waiting for? Head straight to Tee pee O and let the adventure begin!
Happy eating :)
For a student, the menu is very pocket friendly.
Chicken ? biryani is good. The place is small but nice environment to have your meal. Definitely try the biryani.
one of the best place in CP where u can get ur tummy satisfied nd still ur pocket says ur in control.....
a true place for hard core non veggis....
kadai nd butter chicken tops my list...
i have known this place for ages now, i personally love their boneless briyani and tawa seek. briyani is more like pulao which is served along with gravy which is a delight.
This was introduced to me by my father who was regular at this place during his youth. I am still told that the biryani tastes the same. I tried the biryani but it was wasn't actually a biryani, it is more like pulao with gravy. The taste is extremely good and supposed to be had with the gravy and he uses good quality rice. On my last visit had the butter chicken - surprisingly it is a must try too. Comes with a lot of butter but worth a try.
The tandoori chicken is average.
The place is in mohan Singh place behind PVR. Not a very fancy place but if you're a foodie then I feel one must try... Way better than anand biryani.
One of the old returant located near cp (near hanuman mandir). A small average looking resturant having a normal siting area. They serve chicken biryani with mutton gravy which is cooked the whole day on a low flame..the gravy full of spices having the mutton aroma. We also ordered mutton rogan josh and butter chicken both wre classy...the best part you are in cp having delicious food and it will not make a hole in your pocket. Must try.
When there were not many biryani eating options in Delhi.. It was the place to be..good rates..taste also pretty good..it not for the people who wants ambience with food..its a tiny shop..all in all good in taste..cheers!!!!
Old is gold. Basement corner shop near hanuman temple cp. Finger licking food. Dhaba cum restro kinds. U will love the food for sure. The mutton biryani, butter Chicken(boneless), dal makhni, kadhai paneer and rajma rice super-well cooked. The food is perfectly made with quick service. Vegetarian or a non vegetarian u will love the food here if you are a hungry soul. Must try this fabbyum outlet.
Just behind hanumaan mandir.... Ds place s a treat to ur taste buds..... Very gud gravy servd wid biryani... Egg biryani and mutton biryani r my favrte... Very different for d hyderabadi nd muradabadi biryani... Bt still very uniquely flavord.... A special mention to there tandoori roti... It so soft and crispy...... That u can hardly stop eating them.... There fish biryani s also beautifl.... Wl cost arnd 500 for 4!!!!
This place is quite small but it undoubtedly serves exceptionally well cooked dishes. Tried chicken biryani, tandoori chicken and Rogan Josh. Little too spicy. Just the way I wanted it to be. Pocket friendly. Recommended.
Tee Pee O is nice place and one of my old time favorites. They have their own way of cooking and they use their in house spices. Their Biryani might feel Chicken Greavy rice to lot of people but it's worth a try. Their housekeeping and serving staff is quick and efficient. While this place is ideal for bachelor and males, female might not feel comfortable due to outside atmosphere. But overall its safe and good food joint.
One of the place for a quick meal. Service is fast and decent. Loved their mint chutney with onions. Decent meat pieces for the biryani. Will come back again. Definitely a must try place.
One of the oldest restaurants with the most yummiest butter chicken at CP, mohan singh palace.
I tried their chicken biryani also!
The food is satisfying and scrumptious and doesn’t leave you feeling burpy!
.
Highly recommended!
Had gone to this place to try there briyani but to our misfortune it was over (I am sure it very famous as it was only 10 n the dish was over ) had to then get happy with having tandoori chicken and butter chicken. The tandoori was very yummy and had no added colour which I liked .On the other hand the butter chicken was k as I am used to butter chicken being a bit sweet but people with me.loved it .Next time briyani for sure
Each and every food preparation has its individual taste.....Wonderful 😋
In the basement of Mohan Singh Place, you will it small but crowded with local people and tourist. It is very old and authentic place to revive yourself with your loved ones. So if you are in Cannaught Place and want to have a cheap and tasty food.so tee pee o is the best place for you. Chicken Briyani, Butter Chicken,Kadai chicken are the best food served here. The place is small but the food is really amazing.
LIT Dinner scene at Tee Pee O Restaurant at Connaught Place!!After a long time had the delicious Mutton Biryani , Butter Chicken , Brain Curry and Dal makhani along with Tandori Roti. It was a fantastic experience!! Not my first time here but always enjoy the food . A must visit!!#beingdesi
Wonderful place if you are nonveg lover dont forget to order chicken biryani and butter chicken the interior is old but you will forget it once you start your meal delicious food served hot great service. I am visiting this place from more three 3 years my friends used to eat here my father during young days he is 50 now and me visiting this place from whenever we get time in delhi. Now I am visiting this place with my with friends. Value for money decent family place with lots of taste.
Sumptuous chicken curry n the biryani is out of the world😍😍
Amazing place for non vegetarian food especially.
I have eaten here 3-4 times in the last 3 months or so! I have ended up at this place whenever i visit cp. I am yet to be served a dish which wasn't drooling enough! By God, the cook here has magic in his hands. Keema meat is my favourite here till now. Other than that - chicken Tikka Masala, Mutton Biryani, Brain Masala, Chicken Curry all have have been tip notch. The combo of soft tandoori roti with any of the above non veg gravies are succulent indeed. Veg options are also available but I have been best only towards non veg till now!
The restaurant is more than 50 year old. The uniqur name reflects the hindi for - "drinking tea" . Its a no frills place usually crowded during lunch hrs or dinner time with standard chairs and table ...seats about 30 ppl at a time! The place is cozy but don't venture out in larger groups!
Looking to try out the following dishes like - Mutton rogan josh, Chicken fry, Surmai fish curry and Tikka along with some veg too in near future.
One of the oldest food joints in Delhi. Space is a bit cramped but food is GREAT.
