Serving a 4 feet long dosa soothing music flowing in the air, authentic presentation the ambience sets your mood.
Sankalp is one best place in Pitampura to have some good South Indian food. This place is always packed with people.
Then come visit this place and enjoy authentic South India delicacy.
Sankalp is an understated restaurant. It's often shadowed but the delicacies, huge menu and courteous service holds its own. Plus, there's no rush here to leave ASAP, nor is there a waiting period and the added advantage of zomato gold.
This place is a must visit for all the south indian food lovers. I recommend you to try this smoky Dosa rolls. This is something I found new, I have not eaten anything like this before. The best part is that they offer you coconut paans at the end of your cuisine. It's their hospitality that makes them stand out from the crowd.
Had to wait even with prior booking..slow service..but had a great time.
What is masala dosa?
It's a potato wrapped in love.♥️

A strong competitor of Saravana Bhavan and Naivedyam.
AMBIENCE- The place is huge and has an ample amount of elements added to it's interior that takes the vibe of the place up. The lighting is done right, the seating arrangements were done right as well.
Back to the Business- FOOD!
Military Ghee Roast Dosa- The dosa was crisp from outside and had a strong hit of ghee in it. Also, the inside masala of potato had great flavours.
Three Barrel Dosa- This basically was a dosa for the one's who loves variety. You get three versions of flavours in one dosa altogether. This combination was extremely recommended! 🔥💯🔥
But, the taste of the sambhar was something which has a scope of improvement. However the chutneys were very good.
Filter Coffee- I asked for a strong coffee and they were able to accommodate the request. The coffee was on point.
Dahi Vada- Soft piece of vada, drained inside the chilled and flavourful dahi is THE BEST combination for an appetizer and these guys here are making it really well.
SERVICE- The service in particular was not so quick, as I went to the restaurant on the weekend. But however the servers were trying their level best. 💯
If you want to try something New and Amazing then you must go to this restaurant ‘Sankalp’ which is in Pitampura delhi.
This place is for its 4 feet Dosa, which totally amazing and when you enter the restaurant they will serve a complimentary drink Rassam which tastes really good.

I tried the Jaipuri with butter naan. The ingredients were good in the Jaipuri. Butter naan wasn't good. Jaipuri is a dish for you of you are not at all into spicy food.

Cheese corn dosa was fantastic. Simply the thought of such fusion is so out of the box.
They have a cheese pizza, yes cheese pizza in a south Indian restaurant. It's basically an uthappam with all the topings of a pizza. Super fine.
The service was even better. So this place does become a must visit!
It’s a really nice restaurant to satiate them South Indian cravings !
I for one love South Indian and completely relished the delicacies being served at this place!
Ordered -
Onion Masala Dosa - It was really nice and fresh! Not really spicy. The filling was fresh and adequate ! 👍
Mysore Masala Dosa - A Mysore Dosa can never go wrong! The paste was really nice, not very spicy unlike a lot of Mysore dosas that we find around! 👍
Military Ghee roasted Dosa - They serve this by cutting it into 4 pieces ! Each piece is very heavy since it is loaded with a lot of ghee ! Super yum! 👍
Sizzling brownie with ice cream - 😍👍
Over all, this place is a must visit especially if you are a crazy South Indian lover! 🤷♀️

Amazing vegetarian place for people who love south indian food . Taste is good . Service is bit slow . Do try normal dosa . Family dosa that we opted was good for pics n taste good in starting later it became more crisp . 4 people were not able to finish it 😞 better take normal dosa n relish till end .

They have fusion food as well like Cheese Idli, Cheese and Corn Dosa. I was so enchanted with their 4ft. Long Dosa.

Sankalp is a perfect place for fine dining with your friends as well as family. I definitely loved the ambience out there. The service was soo good. Coming onto the food, we had cheese & corn dosa, spooky Dosa, south indian thali, filter coffee. The main attraction was their recently launched 8 feet dosa which was just too awesome. Their desserts including rava Kesari and sundae were lipsmacking as well. Highly recommended place for sure!
I went here to try the newly launched 8 feet dosa with my friends. The dosa was super big and I haven’t seen such big dosa earlier. It was served along with masala aloo, 5 types of chutney and sambhar. This dosa is a whole meal in itself. It was crispy and tasty. We also tried spooky dosa which was topped with cheese and it tasted amazing. The cheese corn dosa was very yummy. I loved all these. We also had the filter coffee and it was good. Their South Indian thali is a must try. It has 3-4 different curries, fritters, kesar halwa, poori, papadam and rice. It was also delicious. Kesar halwa is a must try in desserts. I loved it a lot. We enjoyed our visit and we were served very well. The staff was super generous.
Sankalp restaurant is known for its easy on the eyes atmosphere complemented by good lighting. It is really beautiful and worthy of Instagram stories. A very good place for family meals.
We opted for their rasam and panchavarna uttapam which is basically 5 different varieties of uttapam in one serving which was presented very well and the taste was even better.
We had a hard time in deciding the dosa and opted for the chef recommended Dosa platter which was not a bad choice at all. It consisted of 3 dosas with fillings of veggies, Indian bhaji and paneer masala respectively. We also ordered their South Indian platter which consisted of 1 masala dosa, 2 small idlis, 1 vada and 1 uttapam. The dosa was average but the other 3 were really good.
In beverages, being chocolate lovers, we went for icy chocolate shake which was up to the mark.
We also tried the filter coffee which was served very hot and tasted good too.
Finally, in desserts, the sizzling brownie was something we were waiting for. It was an absolute joy watching them pour the sauce over the brownie and the smoke that erupted. Small serving but the taste made up for it.
Overall, decent food.
