Punjab grill is one of the posh restaurants located near the Janpath market of Delhi. I and my friend had a quick lunch at this place where we ordered biryani and falooda. I personally feel the food items are priced on higher side but then the hygiene and service they provide is commendable. The falooda I ordered was one of the best kulfi falooda I've ever had. Punjab Grill is a good restaurant to satisfy your punjabi tummy and taste. Grand decor, good service and yum food are the pluses. We tried their buffet which was value for money. In snacks, fried fish amritsari was yum and so were mutton seekh. Daal Mukhani was melting in the mouth and butter chicken was so so yum that you have to try them. rest all dishes were good but not outstanding. there was a chaat corner where we were treated with khatta meetha gol gappas and warm hospitality by the lady steward. They can add a dish or two more in their desert section. Paan shots in the end was a pleasant surprise. The servers were warm and took care of us. Will visit again.
So we ordered Murgh rara chicken it was so delicious that we got Mutton rara packed as well. swear to god the food is so tasty and you wont realize how much you have eaten. one dish serves more than 2 love the quality and the ambience. thank you so much for such an amazing experience.
Fine dining in every sense of the word. All the dishes were extremely well prepared and beautifully presented. North Indian cuisine at its best. Prices are slightly on the higher side though. Recommended!

This is a very nice place for lunch or dinner. Location is not on the inside roads of connaught place, restaurant is just opposite to Janpath market. We had veg platter and it was amazing, nicely cooked and last but not the least - tasty. My guess is that whatever you have here will probably taste nice. Once we were done with the veg platter we settled for desserts - gulab jamun (3 pieces), Ras malai. The staff was extremely helpful, customised the veg platter for us based on likes and dislikes. Very much recommended.

What would you expect from a team of 5 chefs who have just come back from an exploratory trip to the main cities of Punjab ? Well, generally I would have said, the feeling of being loved which in turn is translated to a few kgs of extra weight around everybodyās waist !! But thankfully, the team went a step ahead and brought back original recipes of some very popular Punjabi dishes that have stood the test of time and incorporated them in the recently launched āNoor-e-Punjabā menu at select Punjab Grill outlets in Delhi and across the country.
I got the opportunity to try out some dishes from the menu recently. We started with the Malai Lassi. Thick and soulful, it was the perfect churn of curd, sugar and pistachios topped with peda and malai. While it acts as natural anaesthesia if I have it after lunch but thankfully it was cold and refreshing and perfectly set me up for the meal ahead as I had gone in to try the menu during dinner time. For starters we chose the āKarele di tikkiā. Crunchy bitter gourd is mixed with mashed potatoes and masalas, seared on the griddle and topped with chutney and curd before being served. Very nice !! In addition to the tikki, we requested for āSigri kukkadā, āAmbarsari chaampā and ābarrah kebabā. The chicken was marinated quite well and chargrilled to perfection. Just squeezed a lemon on top and enjoyed the spicy and tangy preparation. The āAmbarsari chaampā was nice but if I compare it to the multiple ones that I have personally tried in Amritsar where the flattened mutton is pounded and shallow fried in desi ghee, it lacked the robustness. The ābarrah kebabā could also have been marinated for some more time and cooked for a longer duration. The trick is to ensure that the clay oven is not very hot so that meat gets cooked properly to the core without being burnt.
For the mains, we chose the āKeema matar masalaā, āBaingan da bharthaā, āDhaba Dalā with some āAmbarsari Kulcheā topped with big blobs of butter and we absolutely loved it !! The bhartha and Dal were homely, rich and very balanced . And the keema matar perfectly spiced to the point where you could just have it just like that, with a kulcha or maybe even with a slice of bread. But my pick of the evening were the Crisp kulchas served with a thick and tangy chutney. The taste instantly took me on a nostalgia trip to the small lanes of Amritsar where I have explored many a kulcha artists, doling out near perfect kulchas day in and day out. I may just come back for brunch one of these days and gorge on the kulchas. We wrapped up the evening with some gud ka halwa which somehow reminded me of the kadha prasad and I enjoyed the aromas and flavour quite a lot.
Overall, we had a really satisfying meal. I had my eyes on a couple of other dishes as well , the āTari waala kukkadā and āMutton kharoda curryā which sounded interesting but would have to wait till next time. The general service orientation of the staff at almost all Punjab Grill outlets is high and it was warm and efficient as usual at the Janpath outlet as well.
Paneer tikka and dal makhani is my favoutite. Punjab Grill is very good restaurant in connaught place. The service is very good and the ambience is amazing. The rates are almost affordable.

One thing I really liked was the authenticity of the dishes. They were actually made like they make in Punjab... Usually many restaurants mix punjabi with mughlai. Thankfully that was not the case here.
Each and every dish tastes delicious, the chicken used was soft and tender and full of flavours.
Mutton was awesome, after ages I had a proper punjabi mutton.
Dal punjab grill was again the perfect Makhni dal.
In mocktal I tried Meetha patta, which was awesome, it had paan leaves with perfect amout of sweetness.
Desserts were amazing specially phirni, lemon cake and mango rasgulla .
Overall an amazing place to have a buffet.
We came here for the Infinity Dining. Amazing portions and the Punjab Grill taste that we all know and expect. Special shout out to Farman for exemplary service.

Punjab grills at Cannot Place is the ultimate destination for all the punjabi cuisine lover out there. With their especially crafted 90ās kids special mocktail menu, this place will win your heart. Loved their Mango byte ginger beer and kismi malai laddoo shake. The palak patta chaat and klaar bajra chaat was both delicious and healthy. Their main course serves all kinds of punjabi specialities but I drooled over the conventional butter chicken and malai kofta with tandoori roti.
The ambience and the service was complimentary to the amazing food. Highly recommended

Nothing special but it was good.
In drinks we had, Ginger based drink, bubblegum shake, shikanji all three were goo.

Last evening went this place for dinner. Well! I always prefer fine dine restaurant over lounge or club. Well! Anyhow, Its a big restaurant and was quite packed. Well! Punjab grill made their name why wouldnāt people would love to come.
We were warmly welcomed by staff. After comfortably sit we ordered our food. In starters we had Paneer tikka, baked broccoli, mutton roast, chicken tikka, Chandni Chowk special chaat. Starters were too good. We were full after having starters but couldnāt resist ourselves ordering main course. Main course is what a one cant resist to order. Bestest dal Makhani i ever had. And mix veg too. The quantity was too good. Along with that we had a butter naan. Main course is too delicious.
In drinks we had special childhood drinks, Ginger beer, bubblegum strawberry shake & shikanji. All 3 were good and remind us of childhood. Pure nostalgic.
We end up having chikoo ki phirni & kulfi faluda. Both were too delicious.
Overall I think Punjab grill is best when it comes to food. Especially main course and yes! Donāt forget to order their desserts. And yes! In end they serve paan shots which were too good. Special mention to āFarmanā who very well take care of us. Thank you so much for making our evening more special.
Fine dining restaurants are amazing. They provide patrons with excellent experience, overall. And Punjab Grill turned out to be no different.
Upon entering the place, we were guided to our respective table and were served water and ofcourse the menu. After going through the exhaustive menu, we ordered, chicken tikka, mutton roast, paneer tikka, brocolli. Drinks, we oedered bubble gum strawberry shake, a ginger based drink and a shikanji.
The starters were so heavy and tasty that we finished it all within no time. We didn't really feel like ordering mains, but we did since we couldn't help it. But we kept it simple and ordered daal makhani and mixed vegetables along with a garlic naan. The food was absolutely amazing. I loved the taste, the subtle flavours, and also how beautifully the entire dishes tasted in the mouth.
Overall, I think Punjab Grill really lived up to my expectations. Of special mention is Farman, who took care of us wonderfully well. Thanks a lot. :)

We just happened to walk into this place for a quick bite and were welcomed by the staff very nicely. The liit has orange liquor in it and is a must try. The service by Dheeraj was exceptional and is commendable and really appreciated, with a smiling face and a welcoming attitude he made our visit delightful. Do try the the Gilab jamun with kulfi here as well, again a must try. The ambience of the place is very soothing.
I had visited Punjab Grill C.P with my family. This is the perfect place for family get together. The ambiance of the restaurant was good. We had the ala-carte there with variety of starters, main course and moctails. The service was very polite and food was simply delicious. Will definitely like to come again in near future.

I visited this outlet recently for dinner with my family which happens to be the newest addition to Punjab grill brand. Well known for its rich Indian food, needs no further introduction.

All of them were really great and the portion sizes were quite good.
Next for mains, dal makhani, kadhai chicken and paneer lababdar were suggested to us by the manager along with garlic naan in breads.
The food is too good here as the thickness of the gravy and flavors are so apt.
Lastly ended my meal with Gulab jamuns.

The place is impressive when u step inside. It gives you a grand and a fine dining feel. They have made up the place beautifully. It was our first visit and we decided to visit it given the amazing rating to it on zomato. The staff is super courteous and extremely polite and quick.
While coming to the menu, we picked pineapple and coconut for the mocktail plus Palak Patta chaat and bhutteya de kebab for the appetisers. The Palak patta chaat was crispy fresh and especially the curd was flavoursome.
On the other hands, kebabs were okayish. But the quantity was optimum. The kebabs were quite big.

I went to this amazing place in town with my family for dinner and I had a really good time.
I tried a few variants of there 90ās drink menu. I ordered rim jhim mojito and electric bulb drink, and I loved both of them.
I also tried papdi chaat and paneer tikka and both of them were delicious.
For maincourse we ordered dal makhani and pindi chana with assorted breads and boondi raita, and everything was great.
Overall I had a wonderful experience at this place, and I would highly recommend this place to you guys!

Punjab grill is one of my favorite restaurants which serves pure authentic North Indian food including my favorite dishes like daal makhni and butter chicken.
So I recently visited the cp outlet to try some of their dishes and I tried -

When craving for authentic north indian and Punjabi food, Punjab grill always comes to rescue. A perfect fine dine for family outings. Recently visited the place with a bunch of friends for lunch. I absolutely loved their mocktails and my favourite among them was rimjhim mojitoš. Cheese rolls were domething which were the show stopper of the evening. Deep fried and crunchy outside with creamy and cheesy inside. They were served with sweet and spicy dip. Paneer tikka was pretty average in taste. Chicken tikka was quite juicy and tender. I loved their dal makkhani and chicken korma.
The interiors were very pretty and staff was kind and courteous. Highly recommended š
This place has heart charming decor which gives me a royal feel. They have a staircase too which is so good to click pics. Recently they introduced a new menu named noor e punjab. I thought to try it and today I am sharing my experience with food from this menu. All the dishes are inspired from old punjab and has a story behind. In beverage I had lassi which was creamy and had less suger which was perfect for me.. Next I had kale chane ka shorba which is kind of soup, a healthy one. In starters I tasted karele ki tikki ,lv it and matar kulcha which was like regular one they have. In main course they served dhabe ki daal, baigan bharta and aloo vadi sabji. In breads they hv gobhi paratha, aloo pyaz kulche. In dessert my favorite badaam milk and gudh ka halwa was served. This was an amazing food trail with variety of desi punjabhi dishes. I even had masala gud with dryfruits. Service is little bit slow but staff is helpful.
The place offers a wide range of dishes to choose from. I ordered paneer tikka which is my all time favorite and a must snack on the table. Followed by dahi kabab, from Dal makhni to chicken, everything was so perfect in taste! Even the presentation of the food was so amazing that no matter whether you feel hungry or not, once you see the food you will eventually have it in your plate
Offering excellent presentation in food and drinks, this restaurant is surprisingly affordable given it's plush appearance and variety in Punjabi cuisine. I had been there just yesterday to taste off there latest menu which boasts on the rustic ways of cooking in Punjab. Their mutton Burrah kebab, and amrtisari fish were particularly phenomenal. Would love to be back for more here! š

From the lanes of Punjab, they have got this all new menu which is called noor e Punjab.
I really liked the mains,
Baingan ka bharta, mutton kharoda curry, aloo wadiyaan,dhaba dal and Keema matar with amritsari kulcha and tawa Keema parantha.
The bharta was super delicious and super yum, cooled with loads of butter. The mutton curry was creamy and rich in flavour and the mutton was cooled to perfection.
The dhaba dal was so flavourful and delicious I'm taste. Loved it with the kulcha.
The amritsari kulcha was so flaky and crispy and loaded with lots of butter and tastes absolutely delicious.
Gur ka halwa - again one of the best dishes they have on the menu. Do try it out guys.

I recently went to this place to try out the noor e Punjab menu. The menu is inspired by the food which is available in the lanes of Punjab, chole kulche, amritsari kulcha, keema matar, mutton chaap, bharra chicken and lots more.
We started with some starters , I tried the sigri kukkad which was the best of all perfectly cooked chicken with masaledaar spices.
Also I had the bharra kebabs which were having the perfect masala in them.
For the mains we had the keema matar, mutton kharoda curry, dhaba Dal, baingan da bharta, aloo wadiyaan, amritsari kulcha, and tawa keema parantha.
The food is so flavourful and perfectly cooked with butter and spices.
The baingan ka bharta was the best of all, cooked in loads of butter and the love from Punjab , absolutely delicious, must try here.
The amritsari kulcha stuffed with aloo and pyaaz and masala and topped with a big dollap of butter is just melt in the mouth. Do try it out.
The mutton kharoda curry, such a creamy texture was there in the curry and the mutton was cooked perfectly in it. Tastes delicious with the keema parantha.
Gur ka halwa - the end the meal we had the halwa which was not too sweet and I liked my halwa that way only, not too sweet and perfectly cooked.
Overall
I had a wonderful experience over here and would recommend this menu to all.
We ordered tandoori chicken and fish n tandoori roti. Food was very well prepared. Chicken was moist and well done. Fish was flavorful. Restroom was clean but it was unisex. One star taken off for decoration reuse from the Fresco restaurant and unisex bathroom.
Amazing food and excellent staff. The ambiece is beautiful with just perfect playlist. Farman, one of the staff member was very polite and my partner find him cute.

I loved the kebabs, lamb chops, chatmola drink. I relished their ambience, service and banquet style interiors.
Parking in just opposite the restaurant which is also a plus.

Yesterday visited this place with my gang. Food was just amazing. From starters to dessert everything was just delicious. The staff is very polite and service was very quick. The place is beautifully decorated. Will visit again very soon.

It's new and plush! And what wows you instantly is the quality of chicken they use. We ordered the Murgh Malai Tikka and Murgh Tikka Punjab Grill (we asked our server to make it medium spicy) alongwith a pitcher of Red wine Sangria (the quantity was quite good for 2 people). The chicken was very soft and tender and went very well with the green mint chutney and the complimentary papad and onions. For main course, we had Murgh Makhani (boneless butter chicken) it had about 6 pieces, so it did leave us hungry for more, especially since the gravy was smooth and creamy. We had this with plain naan and mirchi parantha (very well made, just like the ones you get to eat at weddings!). This was followed by dessert, we were recommended Litchi Ki Tehri by our server, Farman. I was a bit sceptical, but Farman guaranteed us it would taste like Raabri. I am glad we ordered it as it definitely tasted like raabri but the litchis were not too obvious (which made me happy) and the thinly sliced almonds were crisp, the sugar was just right- not too much nor too less. Special thanks to our server, Farman, who made the experience all the more wholesome. We had a very nice time and I really hope the restaurant continues to maintain its standards in the future.

I love to visit with my family. Loved the dal makhani and lachcha parantha. A great fine dine restaraunt.
We went for late lunch and came back with wonderful experience and much more. It was not only
amazing family dine-in place but an extremely comfortable environment due to amazing hospitality
by their staff and also, ambiance.
Now coming to food -
Starter:
Firstly, we ordered Paalak patta chat and non-veg kebab platter
then tandoori chicken. Paalak patta chaat is served with toping of kind of delhi chaat love that style.
and platter was real yum Main course part:
Dal makhni and mutton nalli gosh accompanied with pudina naan and tandoori naan. main dish were finger licking
especially dal makhni. and then
Dessert -
chocolate gulab jamunš, kulfi faaludaš and Gulab jamun stuffed with chocolaty. kulfi faluda served extremely in impressive way and most delicious

Punjab Grill is one of my favourite place when it comes to dine in and hog on to some tasty north Indian food , I went to their new outlet at Janpath with my family and then we planned a lunch after casual shopping weekend at cp . We had their Dahi ke kebab , Dal Makhni , Shahi Paneer , chatmol drink , kismi shake . A must try place for non veg lovers and people who love eating north indian food

Its a lovely and cozy place to have a good meal. Loved the interiors. Farman served us very well, was very polite and friendly. The taste of the food was really nice, especially the Chandani Chowk papdi chaat. This place is a must try for people who love mughlai!
Excellent ambience, excellent service by our server Sachin , the food tasted too gud and was reasonabe , even the waiting for table was 4-5 mins !

We had the Dhai Papdi Chaat, Nadru Galouti Kebab, Paneer Cigar Roll, and Veg Kukri and then some Byriani. Let me tell you, it was an elevated take on Indian food that just had me loving everything and then some.

Dahi kebabs and palak patta chaat were delicious. Their service is very quick and the staff is respectable. Changezi chicken was the highlight for me. Although I found it a bit expensive according to the quantity of the dishes. Overall a good family restaurant.
Was there for 3+ hours...went in for a three course meal...ordered lemon ice tea, palak patta chat, Pindi chole, palak paneer, tandoori roti and Missi roti...
Palak patta chat was covered in lightly sweetened whipped cream, all the dishes were spiced low, served on time... ambience included dim lights and low volume instrumental music...a family restaurant...could be used for official lunch or dinner as well...staff was polite and caring.
Our first Punjab Grill experience. Amazing, fresh food and helpful staff. Raju did a great job and on top of that a lovely atmosphere and nice music.
Decent option if youāre near Janpath CP, it has been created with theme of history of Punjab and with the vintage interior with good options in North Indian & mughlai food.
Wanted to give specific credits to Mukesh & Gulnaaz for their hospitality during our stay for four hours in this restaurant.
Great food, amazing hospitality and good ambience is what makes this place special. Visited them for the first time & fell in love with the place. Yes, it is a tad expensive, but well worth the price that you pay for the amazing food that you have. Great job done by the entire team. šš¤
Edit: Visited August, 2023 and the overall experience was alright, this time. I had to repeatedly request for "regular water" thrice, before someone served us water, which was a little strange, really.
Food was good though, nothing to complain about on that front.

Very impressive Hospitality and delicious food.. whether it's dahi kabab or tikka paneer.. or main course.. every thing they serve is very tasty and has a special authentic flavours of a Punjabi kitchen. I tried special navratri thali which was served in silver plate with a special sweet lassi.. firstly i wasn't sure about the dishes as i don't prefer to eat out and avoid haldi tomatoes during Navratri.. but the Chef came and explained every dish and assure me that there is no such ingredients which was a act of kindness.. highly recommended.. a little expensive on wallet but for special occasions it's worth a try š
Just perfect place for family , lunch , dinner , all covered with great food , ambience, and hospitality. Love the food , try the dahi kababs , mutton kulcha , for having a good night with your family it's a great place , it also serves alcohol.

Excellent location right on the main road visible from the moving traffic. It's located on the ground floor. It's a multi cuisine chain present pan India. The service is quick and prompt. The staff is polite and helpful. The rates are on the higher side. The taste is awesome. Alcohol is available. Overall good experience.
For the first time we came with family. Food was lip smacking, apart from the food the presentation was plausible. And on the top of that the guy (Mr Jai Prakash) who served our course was humble and his hospitality was something which is truly admiring. Good job

Everything was good. Though Chicken gravy could have been little more salty & spicy.
