If you like desi culture and you're a food lover as well then you should really visit this place in gtb nagar. This place is really amazing.
The interior of this place is totally different from other places as it is totally desi.
Now coming to the food. It is super delicious and the prices are also very cheap. I really liked their spring roll and paneer momos.

Lovely food, great service, good management. Amar served a big table and was very friendly and always on call, and so were other servers. Will definitely come back for some decent-priced barbeque
The desi theme of this restaurant is really nice. The tables and chairs have really cool textures to it. And the walls have really nice artistic pictures and colorful lighting styles. I love the Bollywood themed wall the most in this restaurant. But the food is pretty much average. These are the following things that I ordered:-
- Achari Chaap: It had a quite simple and normal taste to it. It could have been better if a few more spices were added to it, maybe cinnamon or even oregano would have made it taste better.
- Chilli Paneer Sizzler: It was up to the mark. It tasted very fresh and but spicy as it should be. But again, it was just like any other Chilli Paneer Sizzler, nothing so different about it. Maybe a change in the food presentation and a few more vegetables on top of it, would have made it better.
-Red Bull: The waiter was kind enough to serve me a red bull in a glass.
Absolute Desi - By the name itself suggests that you are going to get those Desi vibes here !

just tried their *afghani chaap*- it was theeeeee BEST !! Fully crisped and made . A must try !
Next was *Palak patta chaat* - it was very delicious . Loved this one too !

The ambience is exactly like the name a modern dhaba the, look of the ambience is so unique. It looks like dhaba but upgraded from the dhaba. The food was tasty i tried there starters & main course both, non veg & veg are finger licking good. service is a lil bit slow but food is too good. Though I didn't like the taste of biryani, else everything was good. Also you can have good photos there

Absolute dhaba at Vijay nagar is one of the best places to have desi style food in Delhi. I visited it yesterday with my friends and we all loved it a lot. The Chinese and indian dishes were too yumm and the service was good. The drinks are a must try. The ambience was a proper desi indian styled which we loved the most. All in all Absolute Desi Kitchen has a lot to offer from great food, to great drinks to great ambience and to a very courteous staff. Do visit this small yet amazing place super soon.
When it comes to proper desi Khana I always prefer the absolute desi dhaba at Vijay Nagar..The place is themed with proper desi style and the food is very tasty...I love their tikkas and lazeez chicken and mutton dishes...it was very tempting..Also their shakes are a must try..and their Rum gulab jamun and lauki ki kheer is also something one should must have...The service was good..

I went there with my colleagues. It was okay. It is near gtb nagar. I had butter chicken dal and roti for main course and gulaab jamun. Dal was salty more than usual.
Yesterday I went here with my friends, we had good time here. We ordered Pav Bhaji, Taco Kulcha, Veg and Non-Veg Thali, Paneer Makhni Garlic Bread, Chinese Tiffin, Dal Makhni with Breads and in drinks we had Campa Cola Shake.
Everyone enjoyed the food here specially kulcha and garlic bread they were amazing and we all loved it and the shake was also amazing.

Went here recently with a friend of mine and i had to say that this restaurant is one of the best Vijay Nagar has to offer.
Ambience is pretty cool and appealing.
I tried out their various dishes and starters out if which i really liked the following-
1. Gol gappa - khata meetha pani with crispy sooji gol gappa.5/5 for this one.
2. Paan Mojito - absolutely divine and flavoursome.
3. Afgani chicken - yummy in my tummy. Nicely cooked chicken with appropriate amount of spieces in it.
Service - very good.

Absolute desi kitchen is located in Vijay Nagar near GTB nagar metro station . This place is based on on the desi village theme and looks like dhaba . I tried this plavw with my friends . Interior of the place is very colourful and nice. I tried there Gol gappa which are served with khatta pani . Gol gappe taste more when you eat them while seating . Another i tried there Matar kulcha whuch is kulcha stuffed with matar chole and it also taste yummy. They have lot of more option but will try them at my next visit .
