I ordered Butter naan, Paneer butter masala and Malai chaap. I ordered half plate but it was so good in quantity and taste of food is totally punjabi. Really love the quantity according to price. I am very impressed. Butter naan was so soft.
Looking forward in future. Thanks for serving the best! Surely will recommend everyone in future :)
They have ful desi taste which is very good.
Nice place to dine and order
Butter roti is so good to eat & reasonable
Awesome food and nice atmosphere given by the staff and owner of the dhaba was so good and polite I seriously suggest atleast must visit this place.... Soya chaap dry and gravy is best food laccha paratha aloo paratha pyaz paratha everything is good....
Having food at babbu dhabha since childhood and its awesome by heart. Good gesture of treating customers. chaap and paneer with laccha parantha is best .
Having food from Babbu da dhaba for the past so many years.. Best Dhaba food.. Pure punjabi taste, generous serving.. Value for Money.. Paratha, chaap, dal... Everything is very Good, please remember this place is excellent in vegetarian dhaba food and is different from mughlai/ restaurant food..
Best place for vegetarian food . They have shifted to east judaai nagar market. Ordering food would be a good option. Amazing variety of food , be it saag, makke di roti, paneer butter madal, badhaai paneer , chaap masala, daal .
lip smacking food
Guyz there is an important information for us Babbu Dhaba lovers. Due to the construction going on the Dhaba has shifted to Kidwai nagar. Please read the attached memu for your reference to Dhaba food. Same guy new place. Please tell him that I have uploaded it for him.
The dal makhani very so creamy as well as the tasty is was next well and my friends were so enjoying the dinner they ordered more than they can eat . ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»
The dhaba serves really good north India food. Itβs pretty far from home but I still come here for food once a month. My favourite are dal makhni and aloo naan, do try them.
Perfect place to order from but one should not go and eat as no such good place to sit. But best place to have Indian food and they are very cooperative with distance and food.
Don't underestimate this place. If you want good food for a low cost. Then this is the place for you. Rajma Chawal & Soya Chaap are highly recommended!
Consistent Nice Taste Food even the menu is consistent since days and not changing but have no complaints. Not a Place to Dine in but a Takeaway. If you just Love Basic Good Dhaba Style Food than this is the Place. Definitely a Value for Money.
Food Taste-5
Dine In-2
Value for Money-4
Visiting since I was 5 year old. Initially to watch cricket match coz I dint had cable TV at my place. I can bet that there is no customer older than me for sure. I haven't had any better rajma other than this place. Typical order full rajma full soya chaap. Should call before 8.30 to book your rajma else will be over..
Been coning here for years now, taste is consistant. If you are a punjabi and would know what a feel of a Dhaba is.. This is it..
so everything is gud everyday. like that.
4.5 coz i stick to soya chaap, shahi paneer,
paneer bhurji, aloo jeera, mix veg, mix parsnthas, makki ki roti, both dal.
The frypan used for tarka is washed everytime. The idea is to keep flavours distinct till it is being served.
They have their own mini chakki for aata.
The tandoori breads are just amazing.
I just hope this remains a hidden gem.
So.... I really like this restaurant only because of its food. Especially the soya chaap which is so so so... Tasty !!! So, soya chaap is highly recommended by me..... I had Matar paneer which was okayish.... Palak paneer is also nice and can be tried....Yellow dal is kind of good...I like the butter naan and the rotis are also nice. But nothing can beat the soya chaap. The approach road is a bit inconvenient sometimes... Ambience of this place is normal....You can have food at this place which provides you an outdoor seating but still I would recommend for take away....because according to me that would be a better option.... So, all in all this restaurant deserves a 3.5 / 5....
Okay, I got to know about this place through zomato only even though I have been living in its vicinity for like 9 years now. The approach road is slightly inconvenient since it is situated inside a colony and the gates are closed sometimes. The quantity of food they serve is almost double of what every other restaurant serves at almost similar prices, so it is super cheap. It reminded me of the small dhabas situated all along the Delhi-Chandigarh highway. Don't expect anything classy, the owner may also give you some not-so-good looks, but trust me, the food is worth all that. The matar paneer was lip-smacking and the butter nan and rotis were also very good (although not the best, I've had better ones).
According to me, babbu da dhaba should definitely feature in the hidden gems collection of zomato, it truly deserves to be there.
Loved it, highly recommended.
If someone wanna feel the dhaba experience around Delhi.. This is the place.. one must try the chaap and daal from this small dhaba and trust me you will not regret having food here..the paranthas are much better than the one in murthal. I have been associated with this dhaba for
last 9 years and I am very satisfied with there quality.Babu dhaba rocks!!!!
A small vegetarian dhaba offering typical punjabi dishes with taste one can compare with those highway dhabas you find and settle for enroute to Punjab.
Some of the mentionables include dal fry and soya champ masala. Also saag paneer and rajma are of pure punjabi taste and great to savour given its pricing and value.
A low cost eating joint offering a pure punjabi taste and the owner provides a personal touch while preparing your order.
I suggest to experience it personally to understand its true meaning...!!!
The Feast That's Life
+3.5
This is a tiny little joint in Nauroji Nagar which serves only vegetarian items. The food here is basic- it's not the rich and heavily spiced food we normally get at dhabas. It is light, mild in spice and more home-style, but it definitely is very tasty. My favourite item here is definitely the soya chaap masala. It is incredibly tasty, and so is the dal makhani. The kadhi and saag are also quite good. They also have the option of half-plate. And the best part is that the food is very reasonably priced. A good option if you want to order-in some basic veg north-indian food.

Laxman dhaba is a small roadside venture for you to go and have some amazing paranthas.
We absolutely love the keema parantha and chilly garlic noodles.
Noodles are cooked to perfection with lots of spices and vegetables.
Keema parantha is spicy and filled with good amount of filling.
One should definitely go and try these things.
They even serve us 2 types of chutney and mixed pickles.
You can enjoy this either by seating in the area provided by them or order and enjoy it in your car with your friends.
They have quick service.
PS - they donβt serve chicken on Tuesdays.

The place is AMAZING! The food that we tried - Aloo Parantha, Tawa Paneer, Chicken Chowmein and Chana Masala, were all best in taste and texture! If you're a vegetarian, Tawa Paneer is a must to have dish with Tawa Roti. The only things that are on the downside, is that it is a bit pricey and that it does NOT have an option of ordering in parts (half, quarter), so that kind of makes it hard to try multiple things in a single sitting. The taste and service makes up for it though! Do try it out!
Being a frequent visitor of Laxman Fast Food, I can safely say that you should definitely try their Paneer Paratha and Dal paratha, among other food options.
Service is usually a bit slow but the chill atmosphere sure compensates for it!
If you are a parantha fan...this is your place. You get one of the best paranthas here especially egg, daal and paneer paranthas with that red chutney...it's OMG!! After which you should try their cold coffee or hot tea, they are amazing!!!
Laxman fast food IIFT has maintained the fervour and flavours since 20 years I've been eating here. Gorge on the ever famous and reliable Keema Parathas with a dollop of Amul butter and you will drool. Gastrnomic delight and consistent taste and consistent decor makes this best paratha place in delhi
Laxman dhaba is a small roadside shop where you can have the best food at the cheapest price. It's popularly known for keema parantha and chilly garlic noodles.
Noodles are cooked to perfection with lots of spices and vegetables. I however had Maggie and it was no less tasty than it's counterpart.
They even serve us 2 types of chutney and mixed pickles.
You can order the food in your car or sit on chairs that they have made available. Service is quick and food is lip smacking.
The place is famous for Ranbir Kapoor.
You will find numerous food bloggers going there for the famous Keema Parantha once Ranbir Kapoor ate during Rockstar shooting.
But truly, the Paranthas are good just like another street vendor. Nothing too good about them.
I just love the food at this place There keema paratha is must try.
They serve also various different types of curries which also also very delicious in flavour one of the best dhaba in delhi..,
One of our favourite go to places, ever since I have stepped in Delhi. The food is just so so good. Keema parantha and Chicken parantha are super good.
