Awesome deal on draft beer. Beautiful terrace with the sufficient amout of light.. i loved their cooling vents as well. Didnt feel the summer heat at all. I was looking for a place with not so loud music and this was it perfect volume and lovely music.
Excellent experience at Bandstand. Everything about this place is stupendous. From the music to the food and beverages it stands out quite elegantly. Will recommend this to everyone.

This restaurant can be easily spotted in the market. The place has a very welcoming and subtle environment. The music over here was very soothing and relaxing.
The staff welcomed us with a smile and their service was also appreciable.
Although there were not much veg items on the menu, but the ones which were there tasted brilliant.
We ordered:
Strawberry mint lemonade- it was highly refreshing and the tangy flavor made it better.
Lemon mojito- it was not something usual mojitos taste like, it could have been better.
Whiskey sour- it had a very strong flavor which made it taste good.
Three to tango- the perfect balance of orange and lime.
Watermelon martini- the watermelon flavour made it subtle and taste amazing.
Mac n cheese-oven roasted cherry tomato and broccoli- the garlic bread was crisp and the quantity of cheese made everything amazing.
Pizza with tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil
Cheesy nachos- the nachos were crisp and the sour creme and salsa dip were good too.
Mezze platter- all the things in this platter were average except the sticks which were filled with liquid cheese, which was really good.

It was raining outside that day when I visited Bandstand and the blue couches facing the huge glass windows added to the feel.
The space is ample and they have different kind of areas where you can make yourself comfortable. The couches, the high chairs, the bar, the terrace, you can chose your favourite place.
I was really hungry so as soon as I landed here I ordered a KitKat shake for myself which was chocolaty and refreshing enough to make me feel somewhat energetic.
After that I ordered a ceaser salad for myself followed by starters like, cheesy nachos, aranchini, mezze platter, fries.
The best of them all, trust me, were the fries!! I ordered fries twice, so tempting and tasty they were.
For the mains I ordered Mac and cheese which was the best Mac n cheese I have had, the cheese was in correct proportion and the veggies were just enhancing the taste.
After we were done, I sat on the terrace for sometime, sipping on to a glass of fresh lime soda and chit chatting with my buddies. It was a wonderful experience indeed.

My friends keep moving to Hauz Khas – booze, sunshine, seeing hot chicks around, yada yada yada. But there’s a bit of eastward movement as well, mostly in the form of restaurants. Many came the beloved kind-of affordable sheesha and drinks bar and now we also have its more relaxed latest addition, Bandstand. Which serves exclusively good pizzas and sheeshas.
When you walk into this restaurant on Aurobindo Place, you’ll be handed a paper menu and and you’ll be instructed to take a seat along the long bar. It’s like a mix of going to a fast casual restaurant, a fancy cocktail bar, and the local middle school where you took your CAT’s.
Once seated with your paper, you’ll pick which course set you want - they come in sets of three to six, with the six course at a very affordable INR 2000 including gratuity. Each section food is handed to you freshly made, one at a time, and they’re designed to be eaten immediately and not let cool down. It’s a good deal, and it’s also fast: everyone sits along a bar and you’ll probably be out in or terrace under 40 minutes to sit still and smoke sheesha. The food quality is good, and it’s a satisfying option for almost-cheap pizzas, baos, burgers and toasts. Hit it early (before 7) to avoid waits.
I’d recommend Bandstand for a chilled out dinner, not for a date or a lunch out. It’s a good place to eat together. Remember, all your friends moved to Hauz Kahs anyway.

If you've been wanting to try out a place besides Summer House in the same complex then you can easily head to Bandstand! Why so? Because of some key factors like a Beautiful Rooftop, Amazing Hookah experience from Hookah Craft, Fast Service & decent enough Food & Drinks to go along. PS - It's a good place to Party & be with your date as well (have experienced both :P) It gets quite crowded in the evening especially.
I have been to this place not once but many times with one or the other friend, for a date & for party as well.Last I was here for their Danke offer as well (they were offering a draught beer mug at just 10Rs.! - who can beat that?)
The thing which I've always ordered here & never missed out on having is there Mezze Platter! Right from the Falafel to the Sambousek & Arancini Balls, not to forget - the Hummus & Tzatziki which come along are lip smacking! It's a must have thing here for the Vegetarians specially since the Food Menu has better & more options for the Non-Vegetarians !
The Cheesy Fries were next on my table & since they arrived Hot, I got to click them nicely & enjoy them too :) The Mac N Cheese with Wild Mushroom Truffle Oil was not the best then could be passed off as okayish
The Premium Sheesha offered by them is for 950+ Taxes but is well worth it for the smoothness & good amount of smoke it has to offer.Hookah Craft never fails to impress me.

The next two vegetarian items I would recommend you after the Mezze Platter would be the classic Tomato-Basil Mozzarella Pizza alongside this Beetroot-Goat Cheese Spread-Citrus Rocket Leaves Burger! Stick to this Pizza if you're a Vegetarian & the Burger was pretty good in size as well as in terms of satisfaction.I love my beetroot & goat cheese hence it worked well for me.
Espresso Martini is one Cocktail I really liked here besides the LIIT (though the level of sweetness could be reduced in both)
Lastly end your meal with both their Desserts - Both left me happy especially Poached Pears & Apples with Rum Soaked Sultanas, Raspberry Puree & Ice-Cream! The Chocolate Brownie Sundae with Brandy Bananas wasn't bad either.

They serve this newly launched beer Danke which has a pinch of peach in it. Must try!!! A lot of quick eateries is on their menu, you can choose from Burgers, Pizzas, Pastas, Hot Dogs etc.
I loved the Mutton & Bacon Jam Burger, it was absolutely relishing specially for a meat lover. The BBQ Chicken Pizza is my another favourite.

They place is spread into two distinctive floors with a very lively vibe to it. While I was in the vicinity, the place finally caught my sight for chilling with my friends.
In drinks we ordered pina colada and spicy mango which were both divine and enjoyable. If you are a teetoler then I would recommend you their amazing chocolate shakes and refreshing fruit lemonades.
Though they don't have an extensive menu, food we ordered was on our tables swiftly. Recommendations include succulent Chipotle chicken burger which was served along with fries infused with delicious half fried egg and jalapeños flavour. Highly recommend their mouth watering veg pizza which had such fresh veggies including broccoli, mushroom and basil leaves. Don't be tricked by their simple presentation of mezze platter, it consisted of scrumptious veg roll and apt crispiness of falafel served with soft pita bread. Chicken bao came into quantity of three with bold flavours of sichuan pepper and nicely shaped soft bun.
You definitely should not miss their worthy Chocolate brownie sundae topped with brandy fruits like banana and cherry. It was the ideal end to the binge.

Wow! We have our own "Bandstand" here in Delhi.
Also, the monsoon season is making up for the mumbai's missing rains and ocean.
This huge cozy outlet adjacent to summerhouse was a refreshment away from all the over crowded chaos of hauz khas village. It has got a vintage inspired interiors right from hand drawn portraits on the wall to the raw furniture. It's pretty huge & is divided into two sections. Balcony is ideal for winters meanwhile indoors are best occupied in summers.
Recommended food items- CHICKEN CAESER SALAD arrived and I have to say that I was drop dead impressed by the flavours of its dressing and tender juicy chicken chunks.
" VEG BAO" small chunks of cottage cheese stuffed in a bao. #supertasty.
"MUSHROOM PIZZA"- loaded with veggies, little less on a cheesy meter with thin crust, it was light and tasted great when paired up with a pint of beer.
ThEir "PEPPERONI PIZZA" is not something to be missed for their drool worthy chunks and mouth melting cheese is sure to set your taste buds on fire.
For the main course- you can simply be blindfolded while ordering their "MAC n CHEESE" which has just right amount of cheese blend, its a must have.
For DRINKS- "CHILLI GUAVA AND PEACH ICE TEA" was quite unique in taste.

If you're missing the Bandstand in Mumbai, you must most definitely visit this place. It has very nicely decorated interiors. The beautiful painted images on the walls give the place an elegant look. The balcony area has been segregated for hookah. They have huge sheeshas with long pipes. The staff is courteous and the service is good.
I tried the pinacolada and red wine sangria. Both cocktails were made well.
I had the thin crust pepperoni pizza and chicken bao along with fries. I must say my friends and I were binging on the fries all along! The pizza had a good amount of pepperoni and cheese and the bao was adequately stuffed with chicken. All these items would be a must order!
I tried the apple crumble in dessert. It had poached pears and apples with rum soaked sultanas and raspberry purée served with vanilla ice cream. 2) CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA- Served with garlic naan, chicken was juicy with great mughali flavours. Though the quantity of chicken was less compared to no of breads given with it but no comprise in taste.

Bandstand,a place which is known for its bar and nightlife. This place has awesome interior designing and a really beautiful bar and a rooftop.
For starters we ordered Thai style chicken wings,fried chicken and pan fried chicken dimsums. The chicken wings were fantastic. It was a saucy and spicy chicken wings with exotic flavours in it. The fried chicken were also nice. It was a lemon fried chicken which was served with spicy dip. The pan fried chicken dimsums were delicious. It was a Schezwan flavoured and pan fried chicken dimsums with was topped with crispy onions.
For main we just ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and a Chipotle chicken burger. The pizza was mind-blowing. The pizza had bbq Chicken and caremalized onions in it and was covered with blue cheese. The
Chipotle chicken burger was also great. The burger had a Chipotle chicken patty and topped with jalapenos and fried egg.
So my experience with bandstand was fabulous. I recommend this restaurant for late night parties and for corporate events.

I visited this place yesterday evening and It was an amazing Friday evening with good food ,drinks and music 😍🕺.
You can either sit ,indoor,outdoors or even terrace 😍.The best part the smoking or out area is quite big and nicely crafted with big windows.
If you need to do hookah you need to sit out or terrace.
Indoors are equally good .
Terrace would be best when you have monsoon around 😍.

A few days back I tried this place located in the Aurobindo market. It is adjacent to Summer House and is a peppy place. The ambience is very lively in the evening. I had an excellent time because of the quick service and amazing cocktails. The menu is very limited but each dish is above par.
We were a huge group so ate a lot of stuff. Their pizzas are extremely delicious. Thin crust, fresh toppings to and ample cheese leads to a delicious pizza. Pepperoni and simple mozzarella were my favourites. They have a nice range of burgess as well. The buns aren't round but oval so that makes it huge, all burgers are served with a portion of french fries as well. The nachas were okayish, I expected more cheese in them. Thai chicken wings were very nicely tossed in the sauce. Mac n cheese, mezze platter are a must try.
Cocktails are really amazing. I tried the cosmopolitan, cuba libre and espresso martini and they paired well with the food and mood. Also they have a number of shakes so try them you don't wish to have alcoholic drinks. I tried the chocolate one and it was undoubtedly amamzing. Will definitely go again soon with my friends !

The place is located at 2nd floor and is quite difficult to locate but once you are in, you will be amazed to see the lovely rooftop. The seating options are nice and comfortable.
I tried few of the items from their menu. Chicken BAO was pretty good in terms of flavor and quality of the ingredients used. Veg ceaser salad had fresh veggies and cheese. A dressing could have added more flavor to it. I tried their veg and non veg pizzas and this place didn't disappointed in terms of taste. The thin crust pizzas were perfectly done with right amount of cheese and toppings.
Food was accompanied with the cocktails out of which whisky sour needs a special mention. We really enjoyed the Sheesha on the rooftop which was amazing. Service was prompt and the order was served on the table without any delay. This is definitely one of the best places in Hauz Khas for hangouts.

Generally i try the food at some restaurant but do not generally care to try their desserts, because they are rarely eggless, but no sir not this time. So I have visited bandstand a few times, once a long time back for some gig and this time to try their food. Located, behind summer house cafe in the Aurobindo market, This place can't be missed. Thanks to my vegetarian friends i got to try a few more dishes this time and although they were quite impressive, what had my undivided attention was their desserts, "Poached pears and apples with "Rum soaked sultanas, Raspberry puree and Vanilla Ice cream" and "Bandstand chocolate Brownie sunday with brandy bananas". In layman's terms, poached apple and pears Rum soaked sultanas tasted a bit similar to Apple Pie with Raspberry and ice cream yet very different and authentic and how a dessert should taste like and when it comes to Bandstand Chocolate Brownie sunday, trust me it is the best brownie sunday that amt of money can buy you. 😵
From the food menu we tried their caesar salad, "To die for" Hand Pulled Mozz Pizza, sundried tomato and cheese aranchini(pretty Amazing), Tofu Baos and Cheesy Nachos & Fries and Mac & Cheese with oven roasted cherry tomatoes and Broccoli.
My personal favorites were classic Mozzarella pizza and Cheese Aranchini balls. To conclude this epic meal we had the desserts about which i may have bragged enough already xD

I had gone here with a friend on my birthday. The food is decent, the staff needs to be prompt, it else the place is really nice. And the pizza has a few different toppings to it.

Spicy sausage pizza- It was big, overloaded with sausage and quite filling.
Baked sweet potato with asparagus, cream cheese, tomatoes and fresh herbs.
Liked all of it. Service was quite quick.
For dessert tried poached pears and apples with rum soaked sultanas, raspberry puree and vanilla ice cream.

My friends dragged me to a place in aurobindo market near Hauz khas. It really proved to be a hidden gem- Bandstand.
Basically the place is amazing if you want to hang out with your friends and don't want to go to the crowded Hauz khas.
We ordered veg pizza, veg nachos, chicken sandwich and I loved their pizza. As crust is the essence of pizza for me, they had a very crispy crust properly cooked. Their shakes are also amazing. I tried chocolate and vanilla shake. And in desserts we ordered both the variety they had. But I liked poached pears and apples with rum soaked sulatanas more. But for chocolate lovers I will suggest chocolate brownie sundae with Brandy bananas, which was also pretty amazing.

AMBIENCE :
We decided to sit on their roof top which is quiet famous (as I have heard). Roof was genuinely very nice and cosy with such a sceneric view of outside.
Really liked the place.

Service here was very slow and they took so much time to serve the food. Need to improve upon to come with the best.
DRINKS AND FOOD:
• Chocolate shake - In the starting I ordered for chocolate shake. It was okayish in taste as it was little bland.
• Non Veg Caesar Salad - This crisp and cool salad had complete mixture of ingredients in it that tasted really refeshing and good tasting appetizer .
• Tomato and Jalapenos Pizza - Pizza topped with jalapenos and mostly tomatoes, that tasted so scrumptious and delish in taste!
• Veg Burger - This was the best snack that I had here and only veg burger here, served with Portbello mushrooms, caramelised onions and cheddar.
It was superb in taste. (Must try)
• Non Veg Mezze Platter - A complete non veg platter that includes all the flavors of non veg with various dippings. Another savory dish from the large platter to try.
• BBQ chicken - My all time favorite snack that perfectly cooked and tasted so well. It was nice!

• Brownie with Vanilla ice cream - It was really special here, served in a fancy glass with vanilla and brownie mixed topped with cherry. It was absolutely a delight after our meal. (Must try)

A nice place with nice interiors and amazing service, there rooftop place is a must go place, specially in the evenings, easy to find, good on menu, and drinks as well, this place is fast at service and a place you can visit even when you are visiting it in summers, the view from the top is what makes it more lovely, i tombs and the green view.
The food is no less, not expensive.
I love the fact that this place is little away from the usual HKV crowd. Right at the entrance of Aurobindo market.

I recently visited it with my sister. We had a great time enjoying the live band.
Serving a very limited menu, it was quite easy for me to choose what I wanted to try.
Coming to the food and drinks I ordered for-
• VIRGIN MOJITO- perfect to beat the scorching heat. Was perfectly sweet and refreshing.
• BAKED SWEET POTATO- toppings of asparagus, sun dried tomatoes, cream cheese and fresh herbs. It was an innovative and an interesting dish.
• MASALA FRIES- crispy and fresh. The Masala was quite good and different. Presentation was quite good.
• TOMATOES, HAND PULLED MOZZARELLA AND FRESH BASIL PIZZA- yummy and filling. So cheesy that we enjoyed it till the last bite.
• VEG CHEEZY NACHOS- super cheesy and loaded with lots of veggies.
•DESSERTS- Tried both of them from the menu but the brownie sundae with brandy bananas was a killer.
The service was quick and efficient and the staff was courteous.
Overall, I had a great time. The band was amazing.

Good food, ambience & music. Somewhat of a view on a full moon night. Gigs keep happening often. It is a bar so don't expect a fancy cocktail list.
Since Hauz khas village is no more the place to be because of its access, pathetic crowd n or service, these few restaurants at the entrance of hkv at Aurobindo place market are the saviors.
Bandstand is once such resto lounge which is really a perfect place to visit for an amazing experience, good food, great drinks over some qualify live music. The best thing I loved was there beautiful open terrace.
Talking about food, I tried their pizzas, Mezze platter, pork ribs, fried chicken, pork bao a few more items, each one of them were cooked to perfection n served so well. The cocktails were also so great n reasonably priced too. The hookahs by hookahcraft here is a real attraction for hookah lovers.
Overall it's one of the best places to visit for a wonderful experience.
Open air restaurant with a lovely terrace sitting and has plenty of closed sitting with a view to green all around and super awesome music all the time. The most fans and coolers make it a pleasant pace even in summers. Food is very good. My all time favorite is mezze platter veg that comes with 2 kind of hummus 4 pitta breads, a dip with amazing deep fried daal Patti and spring roles.blueberry banana Mocktail is pure love for banana lovers. A must try are their burgers and salad with baked beetroot. The salad is loaded with lots of pumpkin seeds giving it a solid crunch. Overall a lovely experience and prefer to visit this place in evening and sit on terrace. Enjoy the birds hitting back to home in the clear sky
A great addition to the Aurobindo area in Delhi! Loved the entire experience of hanging out with a nice breeze at their rooftop overlooking the Humayun tomb. The whisky sour was well made. The chicken burger was my favourite! Really enjoyed the pepperoni pizza as well. Everything served was fresh, flavourful and visually appealing. Didn't get a chance to check out the most talked about live music at this restaurant. Will definitely try and do so soon and enjoy some more of this deliciousness!
A beautiful terrace and a breathtaking view, though the cafe was empty but it had a great ambience and an amazing vibe. The food and drinks were good, the staff was friendly and professional.

Band stand came across to be one of the few city side places that are an absolute pleasure to hang out with friends. The place is ideal for organising parties. The menu serves a creative blend of various "mouth watering eye dazzling" dishes. Seriously, you can pick any. Titilizing your eyes is the view of the magnificent Humayun tomb. The terrace is hands-up romantic-Huge, alluring and spacious. As a whole I would suggest you to go ahead and experiment and you won't be disappointed.

One of the most gorgeous terrace I have witnessed in a long while at Bandstand. The ambiance is super pleasing, overlooking the Humayun tomb is in itself an extremely beautiful view.
They have ample parking space which makes it a better bet rather than the HKV joints wherein you have to walk at least half a kilometre from the parking area.
They have variety of seating areas to suit your mood. We choose the comfy sofas, the mist fans indeed turned the weather into a pleasant one. The food menu has less options, inclined towards the finger food and Mains like Burgers, Pizzas and Hot Dogs. They have a variety of cocktails to offer and the popular Danke Beer, which is a peach flavoured tap beer.
We ordered the Bandstand Signature Sheesha and trust me it was awesome. The flavours were put together so proportionately that one could get a real high.
I tried the Pina Colada and White Wine Sangria and both the cocktails were fabulous. The bartender knows his job well!!
My favourites from the hogging menu are the Wild Mushroom truffle oil pizza, Kaffir Lime Fried Chicken, Cheesy Baked Nachos & Chicken Dumplings.
My take- You should absolutely check out this place over the weekends. Do take the outside seating!!!!

The place is huge, has a wonderful terrace overlooking the old monument. On a overcast evening with nice breeze blowing this place is ideal to spend your evening overlooking a heritage monument. The place has sprinklers and water coolers to take care of the heat. The terrace looks fantastic with a line of the bulbs decorating the entire scene.
I liked the Spicy Kaffir Lime Fried Chicken and Fish and Chips.
Absolutely loved the Roasted Beetroot, Pumpkin, Rocket leaves and feta cheese salad, fresh and tasty. The wild mushroom pizzas was good and the chipotle chicken, Jalapenos burger was too huge on the hunger but was less the appetite.
They also serve German Beer – Danke (Peach Flavoured) which I liked too.
The end was marked with a fantastic dessert – Poached Pears and Apples with Rum Soaked Sultanas, Rasberry Puree and Ice Cream.
Service was great and will definitely return for the awesome terrace and great food.
Seriously, so good! There are so many options in this area but I am so glad we ended up here! It's a tiny spot but feels cozy and not crowded. The staff was friendly and always there when you expected them. The food was so good. We will absolutely go back the next time we are in the area
It was probably because of the launch of new beer there which they were serving at INR 10 per glass that I received a bad service along with the rude behavior of one of their servers.
Still I'd like to visit this place again as i found the food to be good one here.

This place never fails to impress me!! Been visiting this place since so many years but recently they introduced a new menu and there was an offer of beer at rs 10, we were a group of 8 and we enjoyed the every bit of the night! the staff left no stone unturned in service . the food is delicious as usual, would highly recommend this place because it is excellent with everything,great with hospitality and its great vibes.
Attended a Thursday night gig.
What I liked:
1) Food - Shrimp pao (Best shrimp I've had in Delhi!)
2) Band - There were multiple bands playing and they all were amazing!
3) I liked the rooftop seating more than indoors
4) Happy and trippy crowd. (No stags allowed though)
What was off:
1) We were charged an entry fee, with zero cover or any stamp (I mean what's the proof we paid the money?)
2) They've their own brewed beer, which is bad to say the least. Weird fruity and bitter taste. Not even worth the 10 bucks they were charging for a pint that evening.
3) Very few waiters considering how full the place gets post evening, especially on a gig night
4) Small bar. Took 20+ minutes to get a drink
No clue why this joint has a cumulative score of 3.3, it's far more chill than most watering holes in Delhi. Regular liquor, decent food and a large smoker-friendly section which is great for folks like myself. The acoustics aren't terrible which works all right for the evenings when there's live music.
Located in Aurobindo Market, this is a good place@ to be if you like the ambience of Hauz Khas Village, yet wish to avoid the crowd and chaos of those streets.
Bandstand serves a wide range of snacks like humus and pita, chicken wings and cheese cigars, which are all mostly average. The sliders served are good.
The music and the ambience of the place is very good, with direct view of the ruins from a few tables.
I can't wait to write the review.. I have tried so many cafes at Hauz Khas, till it is the best food I had in Hauz Khas.
I went with my family for lunch, though the cafe was quite empty on Sundays, but the ambiance were really great with good outdoor view.
Only one con I can count i.e. the glasses of water they served were not clean, they have stains everywhere and not properly washed, even some of the cutleries as well, but telling them, changed to fresh ones.
Also I went there for the one special dish call 'bassfish served with lemon rice', but they don't have that day.
Now let's talk about the food, good presentations, good portions, and tastes brilliant, we have ordered 6 main course dishes, including one spaghetti pasta.
Must say according to the food quality and quantity prices were pretty nominal. Highly recommended!!

A nice alternative to Summerhouse because the crowds are less. Not a fan of the food at all, but quite like the cocktails. The vibe is great too, and good music.
Shocked to see such a low rating for this place, this place got the vibe and ambience is very good they keep on doing artist , when I Went there .. it was jitter and he was fkin amazing.. Loved this place for this..Will recommend if you go to hauz khas oftenly.
A decent place to hangout with friends. It's away from the rush of the main market, that's a plus point....u can peacefully spend time as it's not that crowded. The food was just OK... Nothing special about it.

A nice place for an evening of fun and frolic. They have some good live music on certain days. A good wine menu offering you a range of spirits, wines and beer. Some good burgers. You can shake your feet on the dance floor. They have a smoke zone too.

I'm a little confused about HOW to write, I know WHAT to write!
It is one of those few places that has bands performing to a good sound setup and can somewhat easily accommodate 50 odd moshpitters in front of the staging area. And if somebody good is performing, the place gets real fun real quick.
But as a foodie, I was a tiny bit disappointed. In fact I asked whether pages from the menu were missing etc! I am used to being spoilt with choices. I really wanted to order something out of the box, but I went with the safe bets. A platter, some pasta and fish sticks. No complaints there, but, no desserts, so straightaway my partner was a little off, she begins her meals with desserts. And I don't drink so the options left for me anywhere are thin as it is. Here, thin is borderline malnourished. I tried to get by with a cold coffee and they said 'shakes nahi ho payenge'. However the coconut Ice Tea and the Ginger Lemonade were good enough for me to order twice, both!
I am genuinely hoping that it was an isolated off night, live music will pull me back to Bandstand, so I'm really yearning for it to jam together.
Great place & good food. The mezze Platter was quite nice with different hummus, the chicken and cheese bruschetta was simply yum, the potato wedges were ok... have had better! The drinks were fine for the price, happy hours till 9 in the nite. Will go for the view, drinks and some ginger food for sure!
If you have a superiority complex then check this out which caters one of the most classy crowds in Delhi...Half of the times the crowd is expat...The interiors are OK but I was amazed when I got a peg of rum for 200bucks including tax (lol). If u are confused where to head on for a live gig, this place is full of surprises. The outside gallery is good for chatting and hooting and inside it gets groovy for ur footsteps. I tried their starters which are good but haven't tried any mains yet. So there's more to come.

This is a live review. First impression - great great great ! Huge place, decent music, and price amusingly reasonable. Just missed the happy hour by 45 mins. Nevertheless, I have good feelings about this place. Will post a complete review in three hours.
Love the place..no lift..crowd was decent..food was okay..drinks on half price before 9pm..music was little too loud..service was bit slow..ambience was good..

Bandstand is located in Aurobindo Market, Hauz Khas. It is located on the third floor so yes, you have to climb a lot of stairs to be here. But once you use all your muscles to reach here, you feel good, thanks to the well done interiors and the polite staff.
They have a small menu, so you won't have to spend a long time deciding what to order.
We started with Chicken baos, Lamb, and Chicken wings. All these three starters were amazing. A friend of mine ordered ceasar salad non veg, the dressing of which was droolworthy.
After some time when we thought our tummies could manage the main course, we ordered butter chicken and butter naan. The chicken was soft and the gravy was rich in flavours.
Being a hookah lover, I also ordered paan and kiwi flavoured hookah, it was prepared very well and we enjoyed it to the core!
Overall, I had a nice time at Bandstand.
One of the very few venues focused at legitimate artist showcases while being a platform for budding talent in the city and country.
No shady scenes,look forward to a crowd with the artsy edge when you go!

The best part of this place is that it is not located inside the Hauz khas village so u avoid a whole lot of traffic. Place is known for live music and gigs. I have been here last week and the place seems ok to hang out with friends. We had a couple of drinks and starters, soya glazed chicken yakitori was best of all the starters

Although the place is a little expensive but the ambience, the music , the crowd are worth it.
Ever since they had opened up, I had been meaning to go down to check the place out. We walked in randomly one evening and was completely blown away by the place. Loved the decor and the fact how spacious the whole set up was. The smoking are is huge and is air-conditioned!! The folks running the place are uncannily customer focussed. They figured out that it was our first visit and offered us complementary drinks. We did end up ordering a few more drinks afterwards. We did find our initial LIIT a bit too weak. This was immediately rectified when we pointed it out to the bartender. The place has good music and the vibe is very positive. I would definitely place it among one of the top pubs in Delhi.
Tried quite a few of their starters. Will recommend the Baked Lamb Parcels, and the Barbecue Chicken Wings. The Thai Sweet Chilli Fish Sticks were good too.
The Fish Fingers and the Chicken Shish Touk were a bit bland - had to compensate with the dips. The Panko Prawns were just OK.
Coming to the cocktails, Lynchberg Lemonade was nice, but didn't like the LIIT. The Old Fashioned was somewhere in between.
Overall, you can visit the place during the happy hours to enjoy the somewhat cheap drinks. Food wise, I have mixed feelings.

It's a delightful place to chill, enjoy a few drinks, would recommend the pizzas. The staff is friendly and welcoming, but the interiors and ambience is just wow. Both sections, the air conditioned and the smoking zone are very comfortable, with the music at just the right volume.

The view from the rooftop is to die for at night.. ferry lights and the tombs are the perfect combination. Indoors maybe is a bit dark for my comfort But otherwise a great place to hang. Only wish they had another loo.
