Wounderful place to enjoy your evening with your family and friends. It is located in the pvr saket community center. I find this outlet very nice, with wonderful ambience.
Staff-5 stars - Staff here is fantastic, very polite & supportive. I am always ready to hear the feedback. I needed my order urgently to eat. The staff provided the order instantly, which was required.
Ambience-4 stars - This outlet is very neat & clean with a nice ambience overall.
Toilets-5 stars - I always find the toilets here very neat & clean. This is the main highlight of this outlet.
Food - 5 stars - I can eat the veg & non-veg Whooper burgers almost every time I come here. And now they have BK Cafe also where you can enjoy tea & coffee, even if they provide chocolate cakes for children.
Parking - 4 star - This outlet is inside the commercial community complex, so there is no issue of parking at all. Parking is paid per hour basis.
Outlet - 5 stars- I am giving full marks to them because of the experienced staff and also because of the sufficient sitting place with a sofa type sitting place.

Burger King - Saket Community Centre
Located in Community Centre area near Anupam Cinema, another branch of my favourite burger chain exists here. Reliable, quality food, ambience & value for money.
I can always use a Whooper whenever hungry, it's my go-to burger.
This BK Outlet doubles up as BK Cafe, which serves various other beverages as well.
Chicken Whooper, Double Party Crispy Chicken are my favourite burgers & i order these at every BK outlet.
I needed my order initially, to eat at Resturant, then to pack & the staff didn't disappoint.
What i didn't like for this outlet was the cleanliness, the tables i checked were sticky.
Perhaps because it was closing time, so I'll ignore it.
But sitting was sufficient, with good sitting places & high chairs, comfy stools or sofa type sitting spaces!
Whenever in doubt, go eat non-veg burger at the King's ✌️
They really know their burgers!
On weekday it is fine but on weekend it is really hard to find seating space regardless of it the food and serving time for orders remains more or less the same as by BurgerKing standards.
Food taste wise is good french fries feels bland other than that mostly all the burgers are good and the thick shakes are a must try and the sundae especially choco crunch

I am writing to express my recent experience at your store on September 22nd. While I have had generally positive experiences with your outlet in the past, my visit on this particular day was quite disappointing due to the customer service I received from one of your employees.
I would like to bring to your attention that there was a young lady named Minakshi working at the cash counter during my visit. Unfortunately, her customer service skills left a lot to be desired. She appeared disinterested and unhelpful throughout the transaction, and I found her demeanor to be quite unwelcoming. It was genuinely one of the most unpleasant experiences I have had at your outlet.
I want to emphasize that this feedback is not a reflection of my overall perception of your store. In fact, I have consistently received excellent service from your other employees on previous visits, which is why I continue to shop at your store.
I believe that providing constructive feedback is essential for improving customer experiences. It is my hope that you can address this issue with Minakshi and offer her the necessary guidance and training to enhance her customer service skills. I believe she has the potential to improve and provide customers with a more positive shopping experience in the future.

Burger King never disappoints with its menu. This one outlet specifically has opened the Burger King Cafe now which has a wide variety of breakfast menu as well including my favourite hot chocolate which somewhat tasted like Bournvita but it was overall a good experience.
I regularly go this place which is maintained well and decor is excellent. I think this place is a hit with students because of its variety and affordability.
Located in community centre, at an easily accessible location. And yes the name the says it all, Burger King, king for a reason. I tried chicken peri-peri chicken whooper combo, and burger came with medium fries and 400ml pepsi. Burger was yumm with a layer of minced chicken patty, loaded with peri-peri sauce jalepeno, lettuce and a layer of nachos to give it a crunchy flavour.
The place was clean and with less crowd, following the covid protocols. So a must try place for burgers.
Now they have added a wide variety of beverages too..
This is one of the best burger King joints with good seating and ambiance. Food is typically decent as compare to other burger kings. I ordered a boss whopper and it was alright, nothing much special than the chicken normal whopper or maybe the taste has degraded but yet it's still decent. Try it if you're in the neighborhood
After shopping this is a nice place to chill. Provided there is space. Me and my friend had veg chilli cheese and a classic veg burger along with cappuccino and hot chocolate. We also order veg fingers. Overall a similar experience like you would have at McDonald's or KFC.
Burger chains were very special two decades ago. They were a real fancy. But these days I don't see them as a hype among the youth. You get these burger buns and their sauces and ready made patties almost everywhere. You can make a highly special patty with so many ready-made sauces at home in just 20% the cost.
99 rupees for a handful of fries. Gosh you could make them at home by just air frying ready-made fries in no time.
All in all average food but a good place to chill if you enjoy moving out of house.
