A little work on ambience is required. Taste is good....may be one can go for an occasional dining..one can try there dal ...it's nice..otherwise not special
The place is good for family... Food is average not that great.... Ambiance is also ok.. This place where it is situated has more better option
Just like many restaurants this one is also having a village themed interiors. The place is not that big but it's quite good for the space they have got. The place is always filled with people, you might have to wait for sometime to get a table. So you better reserve it early. "Dal Makhani", "Paneer Makhani" & "Hara Bhara Kebab" are some really great things that are there.
Went there for dinner on a Thursday. Interiors are intersting. They have given a nice colorful look (more on Rajasthani lines though).
Food was good. We had all North Indian (they have some Chinese too). We had Achari Paneer, Chiken Tikka, Dal, Mix Veg., and one dish with chiken gravy. All of the dishes were well prepared and tasted good. Breads were also well prepared. In Drinks, we had peach ice tea, lassi and some hard drinks. These were also well prepared.
Presentation was simple.
Only disapponting thing was service in the sense that waiter seemed to be new and did not know much about the dishes. Looked confused and lacked courtesy.
Food is priced fine and portions were good. Starters were good enough for 2-3 people. Main course can serve 2-4 people.
Balle balle to Hadippa. Love it. Thumbs up. Drinks, food, ambience, quality, service, all great.
Special mention to the waiter attending us.
Planning to visit soon. 😍
Had heard about the place and went on a family outing today. To my surprise it had no waiting even on a saturday night. Well the ambience of the restaurant is just too good. It has that feel of punjab villages with charpai like chairs and the decor. Well as was the food. It was very delicious, even if you pick the very basic dishes everything here tasted good. The green monster drink was amazing. The service was quick, though the waiter was a bit careless but anyways it was a great experience and not to forget the soothing hindi songs which are not very common these days in restaurants. A must try and will surely be back to try non-veg next time.
Yesterday, visited this place with my family as one of my friend recommended this place. It was a good place not only with scrumptious food but also with top notch services. Overall, had a mellow experience. Will surely visit again.
food-4/5
services and hospitality -5/5(which is very impt for any resturant)
only drawback is when you see this restaurant from outside or main road, it doesn't look that fancy when compared with other competitors, but otherwise it is at top notch in all other dept.
overall - 4.5/5. Keep rocking !!!
Well maintained ambience with colourful lighting all around. Happida had a long waiting when I visited there (weekends). But It doesnt took far long to get a table which is best part of it. Lets talk about the food. I loved the kababs in starter. Very soft, tender and juicy chicken kabab with a amazing taste will definetaly leave a mark in your memory over there. Maincourse was fair enough as I tried chicken kadahi and paneer tikka butter masala. Nicely cooked kulcha naan with pure butter recommended with maincourse. I also ordered a cake which was very tasty and soft. I loved it.
Excellent ambience, total dhaba feel, beautiful lights and coy. Had a very good time without any waiting ..
Food was good and served on time. Infact , when i felt that the drink i ordered was sour, the waiter observed and changed it himself , making it just the way i liked without me telling much details. Going out of the way in a busy place like delhi whr u r waiting in line for food, who cares.. Its only professional, but this restaurant made it different. Cheers for HADIPPA !!
Lives upto its name of punjabi khana shana to the hilt!! we went there for a family lunch with relatives and wanted a family place.
The decor is very rustic punjab and i liked it quite a bit! we tried their mocktails - mango masala and guava masala (?) was a blast from the past as the juices were served in namak-lal mirch masala rimmed glasses. Be warned - its really spicy!! the lychee and green apple drink wad refreshing but ok. We really liked the virgin sangria! very nice!
for starters, we had dahi ke kebab (have had better but good) and afghani chicken (delish!). the mains - we lapped it up - butter chicken, saag mutton (one of the best ever), yellow daal and hara pyaaz wala paneer (yummmm) with tandoori roti and garlic naans!! finger licking good...wr actually packed the leftover curries for another day's meal!
The staff was courteous and very attentive. One of the servers was bengali and he really served v well. Thank you.
We are definitely coming back for more of Punjab!
A cosy little place for finger licking Punjabi food.. The ambiance has a very traditional and vibrant flavour. The food is delicious, and the drinks are refreshing.
Warm and swift service.
Must have: the yellow dal tadka
The Friday witnessed crowd at Rajouri like no other and we had decided to take out chartered accountants for a nice dinner after a 3 hours meeting.
Out of all the places where we would have to wait, this place relatively observed thin crowd and we decided to storm in. Located at the first floor, the interiors were nicely done and good music was being played at the right volume. At times I feel that the music and the volume can perhaps enhance or waste the entire experience.
I glanced the fancy menu and found it a tad expensive, considering it was Rajouri. Nonetheless, we ordered malai kofta, butter naan, chilly paneer, mojitos, beer and I particularly opted for this cocktail called love at first sight (oh my love for ironically named cocktails and dishes!)
The staff was quick and cutely asked how are we going to eat chilli paneer with roti! The curiosity and innocence was priceless !
The food arrived in no time and man, it was mind blowing. Paneer was soft and so was the kofta. The quantity was just as per the budget. The cocktail was brilliantly done. The presentation was also great. We are so much that there was no place for a sweet dish ! I so wanted to try something more though.
So if you want to pamper yourself with some good Indian food, this is a place to be at.
It isn't a big space but the little space has been well planned and the ambience is maintained well. The food at this North Indian restaurant is commendable specially the Dahi k kebabs and kadhai chicken. An elaborate menu has everything from fish Tikka to mushroom Tikka and kinds of Chicken starters. The music isn't too loud thus can be enjoyed during both dinner and lunch time with family.. Love this place and keep going back again
Not very big space, but ambience was fine. tried to give traditional punjab look, but not much amazing. service was good and quick. Ordered basic food, dal makhani, dahi kabab, kadahi paneer. all were good and can have repeatedly without any issues but were not extra ordinary. drinks were not good, virgin sagria was a total let down.
Hadippa has some good authentic north Indian food to offer..We ordered paneer latta pyaz wid dal makhani..Paneer latta pyaz is cheese cotton stewed wid spring onions, which tasted yum wen consumed..We had dem wid peshawari nan and cheesy chilli nan...Peshawari nan is sweetush and good and in cheesy chilli nan u can actually taste d cheese in it...so cheesy chilli nan is a must try..
The restaurant has a space for around 45-50 people at a time..
The interiors are kept simple yet nice...
Food a definite try..
A veryyy nice place to sif and enjoy the food. Veryyy tasty north indian..a good place to go out and have a nice time with family. Very friendly staff. Quick service.. good going guys.
Nice place for a small gathering. Punjabi themed restaurant.
Visited this place for a family get together.
Service was good in the starting but in end it got a little delay. Still the managers were humble and servers are polite.
Likes the way they serve their drinks in a design pauaa shaped bottle.
Food was ok. Not so good not so bad. Everything we ordered was freshly prepared and warm to the table.
Service was quick and good, ambience was nice , interiors are eye-catching, vibrant and attractive.
It offers Authentic Indian food., i had Paneer Tikka Multani, soft paneer cubes and it got the flavour of tandoor which was making it more drooling and Murgh Tangri kebab. In main cource i had Laal Maans with laccha parantha, which was tremendously good.
Food was good, will love to visit again.
today visit with my family in HADIPPA restaurant . my best choice restaurant really I like this place......there starters was awesome. ... I order Dahi kebab & jhumta kukkad . wow....i like jhumta kukkad . it is flaming dish...I like it...

What can be a more delicious meal than a filling authentic Punjabi khana? In my opinion, nothing. Hadippa at Rajouri Gaden is one such place where I would love to go frequently because of its classy and awesome food. It has a decent ambience with beautiful interiors decorated in order to give it a Punjabi Dhabha kind of touch. The Menu has a wide range of North Indian items out of which I decided to go for the following-
Kababs- They were good with a perfect blend of spices. Kabab lovers should not miss it.
Paneer Tikka- Also very good with a nice spicy taste.
Chicken BIryani- Palatable with a very fine quality of rice.
Chicken Tikka- Another delicious and spicy item of the lot.
Mutton items were also very good and the best part of it, were the juicy pieces which a lot of other places fail to offer. (A BIG THUMBS UP FOR THAT)
For the desserts I went ahead with the gulab jamuns which were sweet and served hot.
To sum it all up, this place is a must for all the Punjabi food lovers.

Whenever I hear the name of any Punjabi restaurant, a thought of good and delicious food always pops up in my mind. Hadippa had been on my list since the very day a dear friend of mine recommended it. I finally decided to go there and see how it was.
The Ambience of the place was vibrant and sprightly and the interiors were designed in such a way that you would feel like you are dining in a Punjabi village dhabha. All the other embellishments were beautiful as well and went perfectly with the set theme.
As Punjabi dishes usually have a bit confusing names, I tend to forget the exact names of certain dishes but basically the eatables ordered included-
Paneer Tikka- Scrumptious and savoury. Enjoyed each and every bit.
Kebabs- Delicious as they always are and very soft and tender.
Even the chicken tikka at Hadippa also seemed pretty appetizing. Coming over to the main course, we ordered-
Chicken Biryani- An all time favorite dish of mine if prepared in the Punjabi style. Was exactly how I had expected it to be and completely enjoyable. (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR BIRYANI LOVERS)
Although I fail to properly recollect the names, the mutton preparations here were the tastiest of the lot. I strongly recommend it to people who prefer mutton over chicken.
For the Desserts, I went with the evergreen gulab jamuns which seemed be sweet and tasty.
Had a good overall experience and would suggest all the Punjabi food lovers to go and give it a try.
I went for a sunday afternoon lunch with a friend. Started with a chicken chilly as it caught my eyes and I though it will be interesting, and actually it was. Though, we consumed all and moved forward, and placed order for main course. We had lacha paratha, butter chicken ,ginger prawns and chilly garlic noodles. The food was enough in quantity always for two to three persons , actually it would go for four persons. But we were really satisfied with the taste. we also tried a mocktail of gin, i exactly dont remember the name, that was good too. The ambience was quite good and decent. Good place to try food with friends and family. The service was quick too. Overall it was a really nice experience with hadippa, but a little pricey!!
food-4.5/5
service-4/5
ambience-4.5/5
cost-3/5
This place has fantastic dal makhani. Just loved it. They serve big portions. The ambience is good. It's more of a family place for dinner. It's a good place to be there.
The ambience was good... the food was delicious. The Khajoori Paneer Tikka was tremendous and Their Chilli Cheese Naan were lip smacking. Though i personally feel that the portions offered were a bit less than what i expected for such establishment.
Authentic punjabi style meal amongst the ambiance of punjab. Tangy and spiced up food of hadippa is best eaten as a lunch!!
Happy and charming housekeeping staff.
I have been there twice now. Considering that we made trip to West Delhi from South Delhi especially for this place is quite an endorsement, I would like to add that this place is worth it. The food is usual but the preparations are brilliant. Ambience is well thought of and seating is comfortable. One thing that I would like to recommend is Panner Tikka Multani.
Visited this place with a friend for a quick dinner... We were welcomed with free welcome drinks which was very inviting..... The service was lightning fast and the staff was courteous as well..... The presentation of the food was flavourfull..... The taste was decent as well..... Although i ordered fresh lime which was not close to the expectation and was a let down... To sum it all up good service with some decent food.....
Went there with a bunch of friends to celebrate friend's birthday. Punjabi ambience with delicious north indian food. Staff listens to you if there is anything wrong and service is good. Nice overall experience.
Yesterday i went to haddipa restaurant with my friend's when we were welcome nicely by bisht ....we oderd jhumta kukad and dahi kabab in starters it was too good...in main course paneer lababdar masale day leptan murg and dal excellent food best place in rajouri garden with family cool & cooperative staff nice ambience. ...manager was too polite ...maja aa gaya g they made my day thanks haddipa

Moreover food is amazing and yummy.
Not even one item ws dere which we dint liked. In starters stuffed mushrooms and dahi kebab were best. All d dishes in Main course were outstanding.
Although we dint had much space in our stomach we still ate so much just bcz f d taste.
Thanks to hadippa staff for e memorable birthday. ♥♥
Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. A Punjabi food lovers idea of heaven. The only thing that is disappointing is that the space is a bit cramped. Bt the food, presentation are exceptional. Keep up the good work
Awesome place to visit, tastiest punjabi food, summer coolant drinks are the best to taste .
Staff is very sweet, take cares of you like there own guest. Must visit and have food place.
It was quiet ok place to be at... Nothing special I felt about the place.. Only thing was the interior was good...food was simply ok..( also when I went the lamp near my table was not working.. So we shifted to another table)
A friend and I happened to visit this place all by chance. Ordered Veg Biryani and Lassi. Biryani tasted amazing in every bite, flavours of fried onion, kesar, pickle, butter made it delicious. Lassi tasted regular given the place specialises in Punjabi Food. It's a place where you can enjoy a good meal and a hearty conversation with friends. 👍
Went with cousins late at night randomly we went to dis place.. Amazing ambiance .... The food is amazingggg
I loved the drinkss as well .. The service is good
Since i was not getting a chance to visit Hadippa and try their North Indian delicacies, I decided to get a home delivery done.
The order was small and I just ordered Main Course curries and breads.
Dal Makhani and Shahi Paneer were cooked to perfection and the breads were soft and arrived hot.
I was impressed by the packaging. Full points for that.
I would love to visit them sometime soon. :)
tried the veg biryani there. was very wholesome and filling. Recommended !
Great Ambience, Good service, can have a better bar though. not very crowded so recommended for people looking for a good conversation over a meal.
In the heart of West Delhi located bang in Rajouri Gdn. is HADDIPA. In the same premises where LCA and Common Room coexist.
As the name suggests it's a punk a bi style place with interiors and ambiance like a small Punjab Pind ( village).
We tried the mutton burrah, Mutton seekh kebab and the chicken Tikkas. For the main course we tried the Veg Biryani, Mutton curry , Butter chicken and Dal Makhni. Some of the dishes were class.
You should surely try the Flavored kulfis. I loved the paan one.
Overall a family oriented place and with nice food and rìesonable pricing .Service is also quite good.
Ordered home delivery from here. Chicken lababdar was very yummy. The chicken was very soft and delicious. Do give this place a try. Anika Verma Dang
I visited this place for a family dinner few months ago . By its looks it looks like a classy mini dhaba of punjab due to its decorativeness . But there is a lack of space for big family gathering & parties .
Hospitality was appreciable by the staff of the restaurant .
Coming on to the food section in appetizers we ordered jhoomta kukkad which came with the one of the best presentation that i liked most was the tandoori chicken gave dull blue flames after putting rum base on it then it gave its own smokey aroma n taste.
Then we ordered Mutton Roganjosh & Butter Chicken in the Main course well i tried both & i also like both the things the mutton was so soft that melted in my mouth and aslo the Butter chicken had thick n sweet gravy .
Must visit Hadippa :)
We planned a family dinner for about 15 people and menu was already fixed..food was really good and lip smacking. Lemon fish, bhatti chicken, Malai tikka , dahi kabab and list is long and all the starters were all superb !!! Had their adraki shorba and was different and nice . Main course was also nice with mutton, chicken and special Dal makhni!!!
Assorted breads were hot and crisp , specially liked the garlic bread and parantha.
Meal was ended with assorted kulfi.
Service was top notch, special thanks to mr Naveen for giving us a perfect service with lip smacking and hot food!!
Kudos!!! Will definitely see you guys again!!!
Awesome food.......... awesome ambience....... awesome service...for mine its 5 stars very very good restaurant.............................
Hadippa, anyone can guess about theme by name... Yes, punjabi theme, nice place, cool interior. Food quality is good.. Service little bit slow... Parking problem :(
Ambience was good ..the was staff courteous and we were dealt nicely.
We ordered 2 mocktails red ocean and virgin mojito after that we got with paneer tikka which was good and nicely presented.
In main course we ate pander lababdar with nan and lachha parantha which was tasty and delicious. my opinion one should definitely try it... #dilbolehadippa

situated in heart of west delhi, rajouri garden, it is a wonderful place for all Indian food lovers. great platters, main course is tasty, reasonable is its plus point. family dinner here is a must.
On the lookout for some good food last Sunday, we landed up at Hadippa for Dinner. Sandwiched between food joints in Rajouri, this quaint place was a delight! Everything from the starters (shout out for the Bhatti de Kumbh) to the main course was quite flavorsome and I particularly liked the selection of breads we had. This place is a must try for those looking for some good Desi khaana!

Spcl thanks to all chefs team who Alwaz work on the back side ...🙏🙏
Ambience: The place has been decorated to give a rustic touch. If you have ever been to a village in Punjab, you would be able to relive some moments of that over here. From walls to the ceiling, from lighting to the furniture, everything goes perfectly with the theme and it just lifts up your overall opinion about the place.
The place, though very crowded when I visited, gives you a feeling of calmness. It feels like home. Perfect to sit, indulge in long conversations with friends or family and eat.
Service: The staff greet you with a smile. And they never ever forget to do that. They're friendly and nice.
Food:
Starters: From starters, I tried paneer tikka, kebab and chicken tikka (of course I am not listing the exact names. But you would understand when you see the menu).
Each dish was scrumptious. The chicken was juicy and soft. You could feel the flavors in your mouth and relish them. If I had to visit this place just for the startups, I would do that repeatedly.
Main Course: I tried biryani and a couple of main course dishes. Loved all of them. The mutton was even better than chicken. And the amount of spices in each dish was just perfect. That really was authentic punjabi khana (says a foodie born and brought up in Punjab - Me)
Desserts: I tried gulab jamuns and they were delicious.
Overall, I loved this place. The ambience, service and food was awesome. And I would definitely recommend you to visit this place in case you want to taste authentic punjabi khana.
I was invited to this restaurant for a special lohri event organised by Promon and Gurpreet Singh Tikku . It is located in the BK Dutt Market which is at 5 minutes walk from Rajouri Garden metro station. The event was very happening, thanks to Mr Tikku and his entertainment antics. From singing to reciting poems, this event was short of nothing.
The welcome drinks were Aam Ras and Jal Jeera. I just loved the quirky glasses in which they were served and the taste was pretty nice. In veg starters, tried the Bhutti Da Kumbh, which was tandoori mushroom stuffed with cottage cheese, prepared in extremely tangy and tasty marination.
In Non veg starters, tried the Kasundi Fish Tikka, fish was soft in texture and marinated in mustard, tasted quite divine. Cornish Seekh Kebab, a combination of chicken and mutton seekh kebab this was, very well prepared and the texture was very soft. Bhatti ka murgh tikka, very tender pieces of chicken with hints of citrus, rose petal and cinnamon, totally delish.
The absolute showstopper dish of the day was Jumta Kukkad. What an amazing chicken preparation this was. Perfectly cooked chicken in a spicy rum infused marination. Final touch being, rum that is set on fire is poured over it. The view is spectacular. This is a must try dish.
The main course began with Makki Ki Roti and Sarson Ka Saag served with white butter and gur. The saag tasted soooo amazing and that tadka was mind blowing. Absolutely must try !!!! Dal makhni was very flavorful and creamy. Dal Tadka, a very simple dish but was very well prepared with amazing flavors. Veg biryani was quite flavorful and the quality of rice used was very good.
In non veg dishes tried the Mutton Rogan Josh, the mutton was very soft and the gravy was packed full of flavors. Masaledar Liptwan Murgh, chicken that has been marinated overnight cooked in a tomato masala gravy, a truly amazing dish. Butter Naan complimented the dishes pretty well.
In desserts, tried the mango kulfi and loved it to the core. Also the gulab jamun was totally soft and yummy. So guys, I will end my review by stating that this is a must visit place, serving some lip smacking food.
Lohri is arriving and thanks to Promon it is going to be an amazing week long affair. The paneer was different and mushroom was tangy !!
It's a thumps up from my side
It Is A Very Difficult Task To Satisfy A Punjabi Who Is A Die Hard Foodie & Who Loves His Food More Than His Girlfriend Or Anyone. Ha Ha Ha. Not Getting What I Am Trying To Say...?? Come To This Amazing Punjab Themed Restaurant & It Is Better Known As HADIPPA - PUNJABI KHANA SHANA In Rajouri Garden , A Perfect Stop For All Types Of Hunger Problems. Easily Accessible From The Metro Station At Walking Distance. So I Went To This Place On 8th January 2016 For A Bloggers Meet Organised By PromOn & Mister Tikku. It Was A Preview Event Of The #LohriWeek. It's Always A Pleasure Meeting Mr. GURPEET SINGH TIKKU... :)
So , This Place Did Not Disappointed Me At All. Be It The Decor , The Ambience , The Staff & The FOOD , Of Course. After Entering You Will See A Lovely & Warm Punjab Themed Interior & You Can Actually Feel Like Home :)
Appetizers - We Started With Jaljeera , Aam Panna & Sweet Lassi. I Really Liked The Presentation As Of All These Were Served In Small Glasses ( Cutting Tea Glasses ). First Of All. First I Had A Glass Of Jal Jeera Which Was Really Good In Taste , Not So Tangy. Overall A Great Drink To Start With. Then Came The Lassi - A Punjabi's All Time Favourite. Taste Was Heavenly With A Pinch Of Roohafza.
FOOD - In VEG Starters I Had :
1. Paneer Tikka : Amazing In Taste. Perfect Balance Of The Spices. Highly Reccommended.
2. Dahi Ka Kabab : Oh It Tasted So Delicious. Heavy As Well. The Unique Crunch Gave It The Kick. The Pinch Of The Ilaichi Gave The Dahi A Sweet Amazing Taste. Highly Reccommended.
3. Stuffed Mushroom : Nicely Done Mushrooms In The Spices Gave The Dish A Not That Spicy Taste.
STAR IN VEG STARTERS : DAHI KA KABAB
If I Talk About NON - VEG Starters , I Had :
1. Fish Tikka : Really The Best Non - Veg Starter. The Fish Was Really Soft & It Was Melting In Mouth. The Marination Was Perfect. Highly Reccommended.
2. Chicken Tikka : The Marination Was Nice But The Chicken Was A Bit Hard To Cut. So Little Bit Improvement Needed On This.
3. Kormi Seekh : The Jugalbandi Of The Seekhs. Chicken Inside & Mutton Outside. Great In Taste. Highly Reccommended.
4. JHOOMTA KUKKAD : This Dish Was Really Awesome In Taste. A Full Roasted Chicken Marinated With Rum & It Was Served With The Flames On Top. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED.
MAIN COURSE :
There Was Dal Makhni , Kadhai Paneer , Sarson Da Saag , Veg Biryani In Veg & Butter Chicken , Mutton Roganjosh In Non - Veg. Accompanied By Raita & Assorted Breads ( Tandoori Roti , Butter Roti , Laccha Parantha , Makki Di Roti & Butter Naan ). The Best Dish Which I Found The Best Is The Mutton Roganjosh In Non - Veg ( Perfect Cooked , Heavenly In Taste , Perfect Balance Of Spices ) & Dal Makhni In Veg ( The Traditional Dal Makhni Has It's Own Charm Of Pleasing Others ).
So The Final Result - A Must Visit Place If You Are In Rajouri Garden If You Want To Enjoy A Punjabi Khana Shana & That Too In A Punjabi Themed Restaurant. Don't Forget To Shout After Earing - HADIPPA...!! :) I Am Sure You Won't :)

This restaurant is located at a 5 min walking distance from Rajouri Garden metro station.
I was here for Lohri celebrations and the event was organised by Mr Gurpreet Singh Tikku and PromOn. Thanks to them, I had one of the best lunching experiences :)
From the moment you enter this place, you get such good vibes; the decor is colourful, quirky and vibrant! It gives you a proper global desi feel.
We were welcomed with drinks like Sweet lassi, Jal Jeera and Aam Panna; both very refreshing. Such traditional coolers add a nice touch to the whole experience.
We got to taste a variety of starters:
1. Dahi Kebab- There are very few places that serve good Dahi kebabs and this is certainly one of them! Crispy golden on the outside and soft n creamy on the inside. Total winner! *Must have*
2. Chicken Tikka- Tender, moist, smoky and flavoursome. Cooked to perfection! One of the best I've had. Do try!
3. Fish Tikka- Well prepared, packed with flavours, complimented with green chutney.. I absolutely loved it. Do order!
4. Stuffed Mushrooms- Not a big mushroom fan, but I really liked the creamy filling of the mushrooms. If you have a taste for mushrooms, I'm sure you'll love it.
5. Chicken kebabs- I like my kebabs slightly juicier and soft, and sadly these didn't meet my expectations. However, I really liked the spice and flavours embedded in them!
The star of the menu was "Jhoomta Kukkad" which is basically Tandoori chicken marinated with rum. It is served along with a bowl filled with flaming rum; which is then poured over the chicken and it is on fire for 5 seconds. The serving style was marvelous! And oh needless to say, the dish was heavenly! MUST HAVE.
I usually skip main course and attack straight on dessert! But I had a chance to taste a few dishes like Dal Makhni, Kadai Chicken, Makke di roti Tey Sarson da Saag and Biryani. And being a Punjabi by nature, I was thoroughly smitten because it was finger licking good!
No matter how full your tummy is, there's always room for dessert :P
So I tasted Mango Kulfi and Paan Kulfi. Damn, they were really good! Definitely a cherry on top of the cake.
They say first impression is the last impression and I'm happy that the chefs at Hadippa took it seriously. No matter how tasty the food is, if the presentation is not upto the mark, it won't make an impact. The plating, serving style and garnishing deserves a 10/10.
The serving staff was also courteous and polite. Super impressed!
I highly recommend Hadippa for an authentic Punjabi dining experience. It's a wonderful place for families as well as youngsters. You won't be disappointed :)
PS. PromOn has some really good deals, specially for the auspicious occasion of Lohri (9th-13thJan). Hurry and make your Lohri special!
Located in the Rajouri Garden, this place is at a walking distance from the metro station.
A new entrant in the punjabi food segment, this place kills the competition with its quirky Punjab themed interiors and the delectable food. The food is not good only in terms of quality but serves the best in terms of quantity.
FOOD - As mentioned earlier the food speaks for itself,
We started with Aam panna, Jaljeera and sweet lassi that were served in small cute glasses with "Saanu Ki", "Oye Hoye" etc. written on it. Aam panna was the best amongst them.
In the starters we had paneer tikka, dahi k kebab, Stuffed mushroom, Fish tikka and Chicken tikka. The dahi ke kebab in vegetarian starters and fish tikka in non vegetarian starters stood out and are highly recommended.
In the main course we ordered the all traditional Dal makhni, Kadhai Paneer, Sarso da saag, Butter Chicken, Mutton Roghan Josh, Jhoomta Kukkad, Veg Biryani and assorted breads (butter roti, butter naan, laccha paratha, makki di roti). The mutton roghan josh was the best amongst the non vegetarian dishes and veg biryani stood out for us. Special mention for the Jhoomta Kukkad - Full roasted chicken served with the flambe of Rum.
In deserts we ordered paan and mango kulfi and the gulab jamun. Must say that anyone who visits should try the Gulab Jamun, tender with the right flavors, yeah i'm talking about heaven.
SERVICE - The very courteous and polite staff fulfill the punjabi welcoming tradition.
AMBIANCE - the uncemented bricked walls with large mirrors, colorful cushions and lighting give it an apt punjabi feel.
PRICES - Prices here are very competitive and the food is absolutely value for money.

Amazing ambience. Courteous staff.

This a place in Rajouri Garden, around 5-10 mins walk from Rajouri Garden metro station.
As the name suggests, it is a Punjab based restaurant. The ambiance is pretty rustic and comfortable. The big lamps especially add to the charm of this place.
Food is absolutely brilliant. I went there for a Promon.in and Mister Tikku event so we tried a lot of different things from that place. We were greeted by Aam Panna and Jal Jeera at the start. Aam Panna is quite refreshing and nice. One thing I really liked were the glasses they served these in. They were small glass glasses, and on each of them there was something written that reminds you of Punjab, in either Punjabi, Hindi or English like 'Oye Hoye', 'Kaent', etc.
In the starters, both veg and non-veg, the Dahi Kebabs were absolute standouts. They were crisp (unlike what you find at other places), and tasted absolutely delectable. They were quite heavy though, so keep that in mind before having too many of them. Fish Tikka was second best according to me. The fish was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Rest everything tasted good as well.
In the main course, the standout was the mutton. Mutton was cooked to absolute perfection, it melts in your mouth and the gravy was absolute heavenly. THIS IS RECOMMENDED.
The Sarso ka Saag was amazing as well, as were the other dishes. The breads were cooked well as well, right thickness and tender.
In the desserts, the Gulab Jamuns are an absolute ripper. They are the best way to end your visit to this wonderful place.
The staff was amazing too, very courteous and polite and nice.
Overall, I was very much happy visiting this place. I would recommend this to everyone.
Good ambience Food is awesome specially the interior and services are well maintained 😘 I've been there only once but I enjoyed I'm writing the reviews now because I wanted to write 🤗🤗😎😎🍻
Its a good place should be rated above 4 . Nice ambience. Superb service. Food is basically Indian and Chinese cuisine. Slightly on costly side . But food tastes good and portion size is also great.
We had a ladies kitty here...nice pleasant ambience. .very good service ..good food too.. had a good time there... will surely go for family dinner too...😊😊😊
Located in quite a cramped building and cramped space my first impression was not so good but the accomodating staff and the sumptuous food washed all the disappointment. Being a veggie i must suggest to try the panner tikka, tandoori subh seekh and my favourite paneer harra pyaz
Overall a nice dinner visit 😊
Despite visiting on an evening, when the place was empty, the service was tad slow. Folks were courteous, however for them (the attendants) to understand specific request (serve non-spicy for foreign pals) wasn't so smooth.
Mutton kebab was good. Rogan Josh was alright, as were the chicken tikkas & the fish. However the quantity isn't much to shout about.
The location of the first-floor restaurant is in one of the most crowded of eating places at BK Dutt Market; on weekends. However since it didn't attract too much of a crowd, it was good for us.
Interiors are fine but (punjabi) music was too loud for us. All in all an okay experience.
amazing and just amazing! No other words can describe this place. Amazing ambience , amazing food, everything with this place was just perfect. Not to forget the soya Chaap, I think it was one of the best Chaap flavours you can get in delhi.
Visited this place a while ago and found it good, the interior design and sitting is quite different than any other place I have been. The food os really good though variety was a bit under my expectations. Do try dahi kabab here!
A good place, great ambience. The food was pretty good. Even the service was nice. Also, I loved the chilli cheese parantha. But there was not something which should puah me to rate it higher.
Typical North Indian Restaurant one might find in Delhi - the food is quite good, but nothing particularly special!
The rating is for an appetiser that we ordered that was really great - the 'Sultani Seekh Kabab' - Chicken Seekh Kabab wrapped in Mutton Seekh kabab - grilled together so that they fuse as one
The result is quite something as red meat and white meat each tend to tenderise and dry up in different ways - managing a kebab dish that turns out succulent while ensuring both the meats (outside and inside) stay tender while cooking uniformly is a challenge and we were quite happy with the result...
Nice place to try a different taste pallete for punjabi aka North Indian food. Their garlic naan was good. Order the daal tadka with extra "chunk" of garlic. Kaundi fish tikka and lahori tandoori are good options for starters. Dal makhani, paneer makhani and rara murg are good for non vegetarian food options. the roohafza rasmalai was a great choice. The ambience is interesting; Punjabi fulkari theme I guess. N yes the waiters are a lil hard to catch sometimes (very rarely), but u anyways don't want an audience wen ur eating such yummy food. Good place to go with ur family or friends who love to eat. A must visit if you stay in west or central Delhi. They also have Chinese will try next time.
Great place .... Great food .... Dahi ke kabab is the best if ur vegetarian and dal makhni is very delicious must try guys ..
Great food.....awesome presentation........nice interiors......wonderful service of food.......must visit a restaurant like this in rajouri.
Went here few days back with my family. Nice restaurant. Very good ambience. The service was great. Food is not that expensive. One of the good option to dine with your family in West Delhi.
The food is good.
Ambience is good but looks s but congested.
Service was fine with the waiting time to be around 20 mins. Can be surely visited with family.
The interiors of the place are so beautiful.
A cosy and colorful place. The interiors brighten up's your mood. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The food is delicious especially the hot and sour soup is a must try. Kudos to the team.
