First the names are very apt as chicken sholey really sets ur tongue on fire and lahori fish was equally good.
In dessert i had sharabi gulab jamun, thats their unique recipe.

My friend suggested me this outlet and i ordered from it, i must say it was awesome as she described it.
I ordered tandoori chicken, paneer tikka, dal makhni, paneer lababdar and butter naan.
Chicken was great, and panner tikka was not over cooked.. daal was creamy and naans were crispy.
It was a lipsmacking experience.
Loved the food from here.. and definitely this place gonna be my all time favourite now.
I have heard a lot about this cafe, so decided to try it out today.
So i ordered achari chaap, shahi panner and woodfired nachos..
Food was way to delicious and above my expectation.
Woodfired nachos and was star of star of all the items.
Delivery was on time and i also liked the packaging.
I will definetely recommend this place to get your meal from.
A decent place to dine out with affordable prices. The food is quite good, one should must try the sea food over here. The ambience and the service of this place is good as well.
The owner is very polite and the order was delivered on time despite it being midnight. Afgani tikka and afgani chaap was excellent. Would definitely order again and would also visit the place.

Had amazing food. the chicken was soft and chewy both to the perfect level. Quality and taste of the food, being the main concern of the restaurant, they don't leave you disappointed. Chicken malai tikka and wood fired pizzas are a must try here.

It's a new outlet opened in defence colony flyover market . This place has a large variety of food from pizza to indian cuisines . I ordered Tawa mutton seekh & tawa chicken tikka from this outlet . Delivery was on-time but packaging was not done properly . Now talking about food I must say both were delicious & tasty . Chicken tikka was fresh & mutton seekh pieces were soft . The gravy or the masala was also tasty .
The only problem was that the food was too oily .
They also give mint sauce( tasteless) & onions . Overall it's a good restaurant .

Don't you hate those friends who keep on saying, "You can't go on a drive in Delhi late at night because there are no good places to eat at that point of the hour". Well, you can now simply throw the address of this place on their faces because this place serves up some mouth watering food VEG and NON VEG both that too past midnight, yup it's a foodie's paradise.
Newly opened Crossborders in the flyover market has everything you need. They have a seating available outside, indoors upstairs and they even give you the option of sitting and eating in your cars.
Whether it's chicken, mutton or fish they just excel in everything. The ambience is not that of a fancy or a casual dining restaurant, but the part to focus on is the food. So, I went with my friends the next day and we had an amazing experience :
~ Food ~
• In Chicken, the chicken malai tikka was super tender and creamy. It's under the name 'Afghani Chicken' on the menu.
• In Mutton, the handmade seekh kebabs, mmm mmm mm! So succulent. Also, the mutton keema in the mains with some lemon squished over was the best dish.
• In Fish, the Red Snapper with Butter Garlic Sauce, Oh my oh my! I've not had Red Snapper much in Delhi and I'm not even a big fan of Fish but this beats so many chicken and mutton dishes on the menu.
• Their Wood-Fired oven specialities, Broccoli & cheese parantha and Country House Pizza were too good. Especially the parantha with curd, cheese and white butter combined.. what a good fusion it was.
• Rum Gulab Jamun was the perfect dessert (for alcohol lovers) to end a beautiful evening.
A complete package of good food, good music (Yup, EDM ALL DAY), good service and they are expected to introduce booze real soon! This place is surely gonna be a big hit in South Delhi.

While roaming around Defence colony, we planned to visit the flyover market which is one of the most popular spot in the area for some lip smacking and cheaply priced food joints.
Looking at the cluster of outlets, it can really get confusing as to which one to try. Among all the other outlets, Crossborders seem to be the most attractive looking and it grabbed our attention.
This place offers a huge menu mostly full of non vegetarian options, but the vegetarian options were enough to keep us interested. I tried 2 different kinds of chaaps, Achari Soya Chaap & Lehsuni Chaap. The lehsuni chaap was the easy winner out of the two as it was very flavourful and nicely roasted. Our main course included tawa paneer & dal makhani along with a garlic lachha parantha. Garlic lachha parantha was something new for me as most of the places only serve garlic naan but not garlic lachha parantha. The tawa paneer had huge chunks of paneer and a thick and spicy gravy. Even the Dal Makhani was pretty good and accompanied my meal well.
They provide disposable plates& cutlery and the prices they charge are very apt.
On the whole, Crossborders is definitely one of the better places in the Defence Colony Flyover Market and it is surely my go to place from now on, whenever I'll be in that area!
Crossborders is a new opened place in Defence Colony Flyover Market. The place looks quite nice and has a proper seating on the first floor where they play some good music too.
Their Achari Soya Chaap & Afghani Chaap were too soft and juicy and marinated very nicely. The gravies namely Tawa Paneer &
Dal Makhani were great too. Especially the Tawa Paneer, which was easily one of the best that I have ever had.
Their prices are very affordable and doesn't burn a hole in your pocket. The service is a bit slow but that is because they prepare everything fresh which takes up some extra time.
Crossborders is definitely a place I'm gonna be regular with my friends especially because they are open till late in the night and it can be termed as one of the best places available for some late night munching.

The underflyover market of Defence colony has been our favourite hangout spot since the college days. I have tried almost all the outlets and happened to notice a new outlet by the name of Crossborders. They have opened up barely three weeks ago and were already doing brisk business. What attracted me was their tag line "We Sea The Food", and their freezer which had a display of all kinds of sea foods. Upon interacting with the owner we came to know, he has spent quiet some time in Goa and we now assured that the sea food they serve worse great.
Located in underflyover market between Lajpat nagar and Defence colony. This outlet is surrounded by a sea of small, similar sized eateries like Dee's, Oberoi, Chaunsen Chef, Concept, and many such others. There was ample parking and surprisingly it was free parking. The nearest metro station was the lajpat nagar metro station which is a 5 min cycle rickshaw ride away. They had two seating options, an open seating for around 8 people and a air-conditioned one on the first floor with a capacity of around 15-20, but a major share in this market comes from the customer like us who go there for 'carkhana'.
We were there for lunch so we took the table on the first floor which surprisingly had a wash room, which none of the others in the market can boast of. As it is a new venture, the place was neat and clean. Service was almost very good but they take a lot of time to prepare as they don't precook food, everything is made fresh and the results could be felt in the food we tasted.
We began with some appetisers and upon their insistence tried the
Red Snapper in butter garlic sauce
Lahori Fish
Chicken Seekh (hand made)
And for the Main course we ordered the keema Nihari along with khamiri roti. To be honest I have fallen in love with the food they served. All fresh and juicy ingredients used
Defence Colony flyover market can be called as one of the most aptly utilized space in Delhi. Full of small and old eateries, the innovation factor is missing at most of the outlets which stick to the basics and serve regular stuff. This where crossborders comes as a relief as they offers a lot of innovation on their menu and have a proper seating too!
If you prefer freshly cooked food instead of pre cooked and do not have any problem waiting since you are too passionate for delish food, this is the place to be!
This is majorly for non vegetarians who love sea food, but vegetarians can also visit this place for a scrumptious meal.
I had the tawa paneer and garlic lachcha parantha which was a little spicy but was crazily amazing! The dal makhni is outstanding!
The lehsuni chaap is to die for!
They offer wood fired parantha (YES!) amd wood fired pizzas too (ab dharamkot jaane ki zarurat nahi he!)
Their rum based gulab jamuna are to DIE FOR!
A must visit place!
Firstly, let me tell you a story about an eatery in Defence Colony, that served the freshest food possible. It does not have any frozen food, nothing pre-cooked and everything made on order!
Crossborders is a promising new property which serves amazing Indian Cuisine along with some culinary innovations.
The place has a wood fired oven to cook their Pizzas AND PARANTHAS! Which isn't something that I've heard before.
Their Mutton Keema was brilliant. So was the Dal Makhani and Khameeri Rotis. The starters were delicious too!
One must try their Lahori Fish, Red Snapper and Afghani Tikka!

Ordered Fish Amritsari and Fish Fingers,sadly Fish fingers were out of stock so was suggested Lahori Fish,turned out to be very very delicious.Quality of the fish used was amazing in both the starters.Thanks a ton to Mr.Sandeep for suggesting.Will surely come back for the most recommended Red Curry Fish
